[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — outgoing calls are barred and not activated even after resubmission of documents
My mobile number is [protected] and I had opted for mobile number portability from reliance to airtel and it was successfully processed on 14sept 2012.I got a confirmation msg for the same on same day.But on 24th sept 2012 I received one SMS asking for resubmission of all the documents along with photo.
And on 26th sept, the outgoing were barred and still its suspended instead of the fact that I had resubmitted the documents on 26th evening. Now it has already been more than 72 hours since i submitted the documents. I want the services to be presumed asap without any further delay. Till now my experience with airtel has been frustrating.
Let me add one more thing. I had done this MNP from an airtel office only located in 100 ft rd, near domlur flyover. I had submitted all the documents as per their instruction but this all happened. Even after resubmitting, no action has been taken. The customer care people at this office are not able to solve queries at the earliest and they do not respond in a good manner as well. When i went for resubmission, I was even told at this office that i can not use this number anymore because it has been completely blocked. This was told by a guy at prepaid desk.
These all are nothing but irresponsible answers. I want an action to be taken immedietely.
