[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — deduction of money

Sir my airtel prepaid connection number is [protected].This number has been used by my Uncle (wife`s father).He is aged about 75.For the past two months airtel has deducted Rs.30 each for the following services 1.airtel theatre,2.cricket 3.lovelove5.Monthly Rs.90 has been deducted unauthorisedly by airtel.I have verified with other airtel customers also,in every customer`s account airtel is deducting amount for one or two services as though it was provided.For any service airtel should get the consent of the customers with writings or by more than two clicks.How it is possible for a aged man to subscribe the service called LOVE 5 ?.Never ,it is airtel by using varied methods for deducting money from the account.So i am asking airtel to repay the amount deducted from the number [protected]

mera no [protected] hai is me se Rs.25 10 din k pehle cut gaya tha tab se mai dusre k mobile se customer care contact kar raha hoon koi solution nahi aa raha hai
aur mai apne no se 121 par baat nahi kar pa raha hoon

Airtel Prepaid — Every month deduct money

Sir,
I have an airtel prepaid connection (mobile no.[protected]). From last 6/7 month airtel sending me message (You've been renewed for MMSSUB, Alert subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 30) and deducting Rs.30/- though I have never entertained such service. Then I contact at customer care after a long conversation they informed that the service was not chargeable and returned my money back every month. But last month (08.12.08) again deducted Rs.30/- showing a message that (Thanks for downloading Alert from Airtel Live WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 30. Enjoy http://10.5.45.107/w?sId=001). Then I contact at customer care but they refused to back me money. for your kind information that I have deactivated airtel live service and every fake subscription like other every conversation before, and they assured me all of my request with sending me sms (Dear customer as per your request service has been deactivated). But nothing they still cutting money by sending fake sms. So, I request you please solve my problems immediately.

I AM A RETAILER OF AIR TEL IN THANE. MUMBAI. I HAVE A PREPAID CONNECTION OF AIR TEL AND THIS IS PROVIDED BY AIR TEL COMPANY TO ME AS A DEALER DEMO SIM CARD.
I HAVE A COUNTER SAIL OF AIR TEL AND FROM LAST SIX MONTH COMPANY IS DEDUCTING REGULARLY SIXTY RUPEES PER MONTH WITHOUT INFORM ANY THING. I HAVE TALK DEALER CUSTOMER CARE APPROXIMATELY 1000 TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.

MORE THAN 70% OF AIRTEL CUSTOMER HAVING SAME PROBLEM IT MEANS IN ONLY IN MUMBAI AIRTEL IS EARNING ILLEGALLY MORE THAN 100 MILLION PER MONTH AND IT IS CLEARLY THEFT OF MONEY OF CUSTOMERS AND NO ONE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS. CAN ANY ONE LISTEN MY VOICE.

dear sir,
i am using [protected] pre paid mobile number from last 4 years .
when i was start use this number at that time it was postpaid. i was
migrate from postpaid to prepaid.
3-4 month before rs15 continously deducted from my balance without
using your any facility.
so please credit the said balance.
as well as on today i.e. 13/05/2009 around 4.45pm my balance was
debited by 90 rs .
so please credit the said & all total un used debit balance.

Airtel — deducting of money every month on false packages

As my self younuss pasha, my father having airtel prepaid mobile connection [protected] for the past 3-4 years. It is a lifetime account. we live in bangalore (karnataka) On dec 7th i called up airtel customer care executive to check the balance on this particular number they in formed me that i have less than Rs-1.00 (one-rupee) but i had recharged for rs 300.00 in the month of october, when i asked is there any packages activated on my number they said some combo package is activated with out my knoledge how can they activate like this , this is not the first time it happend with my father its second time last time same value of amount had been deducted but i had warned them next time it shuld never happen but its repeated so i request u to help me out in this matter .

Air Tel Friends Chat — Deduction of Charges from Prepaid Airtel Mobile

Air Tel service providers are deducting RS. 30/-p.m on friends chat without my knowldge without any enquiry. I want discontinue the friends chat service. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

This is informing you that the given numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] has disconnected on 30th May 2011 midnight. At that time we have recharged amont of Rs.1000 (around), Rs.222 (around) & Rs.370 (around). After submitting all documents our sim has been re-activitied 6th & 7th June. But, our previous balance has not added to our numbers. Then, we have contacted your custmercare on 7th june, he has taken our complaint and sent reference no.CBDCC[protected] & CBDCC[protected] and told to 9th June afternoon will connected your previous balance amount but till date we have not recieved any message. So, then after somany times we will contacted to ur costmercare but nobody has not lifted our phone numbers. you have to give correct response otherwise we will give complailnt and take necessary action.

I have been using an Airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) in Noida (NCR) for the past 3 yrs. I have recharged my mobile which was having zero balance, after many days today & as soon as my account was recharged I got an sms from the number AD-51010 stating that I have subscribed to Airtel talkies & 30 Rs. were deducted straightaway from my available balance. The fact is that I never subscribed any of the stupid services myself; neither did I give any call for subscription, nor did I send any sms.

When I called up the Customer Care, a lady checked out the details and told me that the service was subscribed on some particular date but I said that I did not send any kind of request for subscription of the same. The Customer Care female executive did not help me out & just hung up. What kind of Customer Care is it when they are not even ready to listen.

Previously, I had full faith on Airtel but now I am really pissed off. I am sure many must have faced the same problem. The question is not of the mere 30 Rs. that have been deducted but this should not happen when the customer has not subscribed for anything at all.
MY AIRTEL PREPAID NO. IS [protected].(chennai) IAM NOT TO KNOW HOW TO USE THE INTERNET CONNECTIONS FROM THAT MY CELL PHONE. IN MEAN WHILE AIRTEL COMMUNICATION LESS IN MY BALANCE EVERYDAY 30 PAISE IN TWICE OR THREE TIME PER DAY. AFTER THAT MY COMPLAINT TO CUSTERMER CARE 198 FOR SEVERAL TIMES, IT WILL BE REDUCED 10 PAISA. LAST 3RD AUG. TO COMPLAINT TO AIRTEL OFF. IN PURASAWAKKAM. I HAVE RECEIVED A REG. NO. FOR MY COMPLAINT FROM AIRTEL i.e. CBDM[protected]. 5th AUG. A CALL FROM AIRTEL FOR MY COMPLAINT. AFTER LONG DISCUSSION, THEY ASSURED TO ME IN FUTURE NO DETUCTION IN YOUR BALANCE AMOUNT. SAME DAY NEAR ABOUT 8 PM AIRTEL DETUCT 20 PAISA IN MY A/C. CONTACT TO C.C. MR. SARAVANAN AND HE TOLD TO ME, DIAL * 567# AND PROCEED TO DELETE THE INTERNET AND OTHER CONNECTIONS. AS PER IAM DOING. A MSG FR.AIRTEL UR NET CONNECTION CLOSED. AFTER 10 PAISA LESS IN MY BAL. CONTACT TO C.C. NO RESPONSE. MR SARAVANAN OF THE AIRTEL CHIEF OFFICER WILL BE REPLY TO ME AND TO REVERSAL OF MY LESS BALANCE IN MY PREPAID A/C. UPTO DATE OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO CRIMINAL ACTION UNDER THRETTAN AND CHEATING TO UR CONCERN. GOOD BYE TO AIRTEL COMMUNICATION.

MY Airtel prepaid no. is [protected] (chennai). last two months I'm giving to so many complaints to customer care 121 and 198 regarding about my detuction for internet daily 30 to 90 paisa in my a/c. after i wrote a letter on 5th AUGUST through my mail id. Still now my problem is not cleared. today is also 10 paise less in my connection. I wants to clear that my problem within one week, and settle my detuction amount upto date from your company. Otherwise I will go to ready to take the civil action for this matter. Thanking you.
