I have owned Airtel Digital TV on[protected]. on 30th july we had signal problem Error code(B0001) . Raised to customer care on 30th july around 4:30 PM, they replied it will solved within 24 hours, But we had no response, Again I have called on 31st july around 4:30 and reminded them, they replied it will solved within a hour, still no response. Again i have called on 31st july around 6:00 PM, it will be solved within 1 hour and service person will call u back., But still I have got no responses.
