[Resolved]  Airtel SIM Prepaid — not working

Prepaid Sim — non functioning sim

Airtel's prepaid no.[protected] belongs to my brother anuj. This is at present with me in Kanpur. Though it has more than enough balance & validity upto 22 august 2008, the incoming calls & outgoing SMS services are held up from January 2008, & now even outgoing calls is not being provided with. Inspite of my repeated talks with your 'customer care' & their assurance to provide unhindered services within 24 hrs. nothing has happened till date. Now P L E A S E do the necessary at the EARLIEST.

My mobile phone which is a lifetime prepaid connection. had not given problems in the past two years. Last month my phone no.[protected] was disconnected given a message ask puk number, wherein when i had taken the sim i went that shope they told u r sim is damage so u change new u will get same number then ok i pay RS250 i bought same number sim ofter two days again sim blacked. again msg limited service i dont know why they do ing like this till my sim not working.

I am an airtel customer. My number is [protected]. Yesterday night at 10 pm it stopped working .
I was struggling badly for the network coverage applying all possible solutions to get my network, but it said unable to access it.SInce today morning m panic striken and have a serious complaint about this problem.

my sim is not working and i have complained at 122 for five time.i get the answer that my phone will start working in 48 hours and i will get reply at my alternate no...still i havent got any reply from 15 days so pls help...my no...[protected]..at the name of anujsadana...from.[protected]@gmail.com

AIRTEL, Prepaid Connection — Sim not functioning

Dear sir,

My daughter Bhawna Gupta who is doing her B tech from Jaipur got a prepaid connection from Airtel in the month of sept 2010. The SIM was activated. After a weeks time SIM did not worked and it was showing " Registration failed ". On enqiry from customer care, she was told that it was due to verification of her ID. After one month the SIM was again activated. The SIM is again showing "Registration Failed " since 18th Oct 2010. She is unable to work on internet also due to above problem.

I want to know, why the SIM was first activated without verifying the ID. Once the ID was verified then why again the SIM is not working. I request to get the SIM activated again.

AirTel — Sim not working

hello sir..i m using the airtel Sim frm last 1 year..n hving a balance of 1200 rs in it...yesterday suddenly my Sim stopped working.. wen i asked it for so..they said ur Sim is blocked..as u hv nt submit the documents ..bt at the time of taking connection i hv submitted all my documents..n using it frm a year.... if they feel so...they didnt even send me any msg or reminder for this..nt nt ready to start my sim n give me my RS 1200....plz do justice....i feel this is such a unbiased behaviour that company has shown...

i have change my postpaid to prepaid airtel .7 times i have sugmitted my documents still every 3/4 days my mobile get dicard before that message comes to me sayig that urs document are not submitted i ahd given 7 times still purposly they disconnect my service when i spoke to customer care they said if not working dont use the card this is not way to speak to customer when i ask for compailnt no they i am only person her no one will here u if and all will say the same thing fc road airtel gallery people also dont clear me why my phone get dis connect this is 7 time s happing
