Hi,
Around January i got a new airtel postpaid connection. They activated some 2g services without prior notice(i have sms proof of this activation) and started to bill from second month. After making several call to customer care, they are repeatably saying you activated it. My mobile is low end mobile, salora, which does not have any facility to use. I asked the proof o[censored]sing the 2G service, but they are not sending any proof. I lost the airtel mobile while travelling in a bus on march. At last i decide to pay all the amount and cancel the connection. After cancellation, i got some emails regarding cancellation. After some days an Airtel representative called me and felt sorry for whatever happens and he asked me to change to prepaid connection. Since after a long request, i change my mind to use prepaid. They not even send any representative and they are again sending the bill for this month for postpaid. I really don't want any body to take airtel connection, since i have travelled to releationship center for 4 to 5 times. i got hurt and I really not seen any worst service in any companies i used.
i can send all proofs of email to you.
Goverment should take necessary action against airtel for hurting customers.
Can anybody help me to come out of airtel postpaid connection.....

AirTel — billing overcharge
i ve been airtel user for last 4 years and actually received my latest ebill overcharged with some value added services eg. downloads which i never committed and when i claim to customer care they just answer these downloads are originated from my number so i ve to pay my bill .what recourse should i have when the customer service is unable to trace any wrong doing on my number or just ignore it ?
