I recharged my Airtel mobile with special recharge of Rs-34/- from airtel website.
Where description was given as,
denomination- Rs. 34
benefit- Get 75 local mins and 100 local + National SMS
validity-Four Sunday after Recharge

But after recharge I got only local mins, the SMS Balance is not credited.

I contacted customer care,but they are directly denying that saying there is no offer like that.
I am also attaching the screen-shot of the offer in their site

AirTel — wrong charging for sms

First sms cost Re 1 balance Rs 1860 second sms also cost Re 1 then the balance was Rs 1849.After 2min balance was 1844.This has been seen earlier also.Hence please check my sms charges.
In my Postoaid bill last month charged me, Value added servisces Rs. 30/-.
This month you have charged me again for the same no. Rs. 30/- two times.
When I went to Borivali Gallery they said sorry & reverse Rs. 60/-.
But while paing onlinebill today I am seeing the same amt. Rs. 419/ only.
That means no use of wasting time in your gallery.
do you want me to pay the bill or not ?

Airtel — Offer not given after recharging for the offer amount.

I have received message from Airtel (AX650010) stating that "Recharge with RC 100 and enjoy Rs.80 Talktime and 800 MB Free mobile Internet valid for 10 days. I recharged with RC100 through internet and they credited my account with normal Rs.88.66 talktime with no internet offer as mentioned in the mail. I recharged on 27th July 2011 at 5 pm and lodged a complaint for the same with airtel customer care (Ref No. CBNRA[protected]) for which i got reply saying that i have to recharge from shop through easy recharge and not internet.
I argue that no where in the message it was mentioned that i can not recharge through internet and also i do not understand the difference between recharging through internet and easy recharge through some shop.

Wrong information about recharge amount in Airtel Website.
I recharged my Airtel mobile with special recharge of Rs-34/- from airtel website.

But after I recharged using the special recharge option, I did not get any benefit (neither the minutes nor the SMS). Instead, I got only Rs.1/-. So, all subsequent calls consumed balance from my main account and depleted it. Repeated calls to customer care are useless and the agents do not have any idea on what they are talking. They are refusing that such an offer ever existed (ticket numbers: CWRCH[protected] and CWRCH[protected]). See the attached screenshot. Each time I call them I have to waste 20 minutes of my time to get them to the point.

Does Four Sunday means only valid on subsequent four Sunday's ( particular Day) or is it Until 4th Sunday arrives, They have not clarified in their website.
I could only make call on the day I recharged ( Sunday), waiting for Next Sunday to come !!.

I don't recommend Airtel to any one,
Educated people like us are getting fooled and what about illiterates and common people.
idiotic recharge option. I wasted my money rs 34 . the customer care are not answering properly and they disconnect my call without proper info. I get too much irritate with this recharge rs 34
i have also recharged with Airtel facebook pack (32 Rs).this offer was
face book browsing + 5 MB Free browsing at 2G speed for 15 days but when i tried to connect facebook its not getting open.
Regarding special recharge of 34...
Faced the same issue. The customer care guys r dumb. After multiple calls, one executive gave me proper reply..
Its 4 Sundays after recharge.. SUNDAYS.. Which means valid for calling (and SMS) on SUNDAYS ONLY..
Its for ppl who dont have time in weekdays but do long duration calls only on Sunday.
In short, the benefits r valid only for 4 days.. ie 4 Sundays after recharge. Not valid from Mon-Sat.

    My Mobile no. is [protected]. Airtel is charging fof FUSION LOUNGE. I did not ask for this. I tried to deactivate by 1. SMS to 55678 for which they charged Rs. 3, 2. Called 12116 many tmes pressed 3 and 1 to stop the service 4 sent email. All to no effect. The service has not been deactivated. They are charging Re 15 for some unwanteddownload and also Re 1 daily for sosomething which I do not want. Pl deactivate this useless service immediately. Thanks. Ramanathan

      number of problems

      1) I had 3g balance of 500 mb but was debarred from selecting 3g network by airtel.. i called 198(airtel complaint dept) to report about it to which they said a complaint has been taken and it will be solved within 2 days but in vain i found out that d complaint hasn't been solved and even they have blocked d complaint dept from my number... its 20 days now and still d problem persists to which airtel customer care is giving no response ..

      2) i recharged rs 39 sms pack which was to give me 1000 national sms for 30 days but to my notice i didn't get any sms pack rather was provided a call rate reducing pack giving 1p/2s local call rates.. i didn't need this call rate reduction pack but was forced to accept it.. the customer care was not responding to this issue and rather he was telling me its my fault(the complaint dept is still blocked)

        Hi ,

        I have Ur digital connection . I was out of station for two months and came back . As usal I recharged the account with 250 Rupees .After recharging I cam to know that 90 percent of the channels are moved to a new direction for a different satalite .

        I called Ur support , right after that I got a message stating ,Thank you for subscribing the ESPN and Kids Channel .
        I did'nt subscribe or I am not able to get the channels in the direction .

        I again called for support , the tech told that he will sent the technician number right after the call , Which I did'nt get .He also committed , that the dead line to get this issue closed is 27th sept 2012 03:30 PM . Still now I have not recieved any support .

        The best part is , without any service I have lost 150 Rupees in 10 days . I currently have 101 Rupees balance in the account .

        Anyway , I am not gonna wait for your service tech to come , I have contacted a local tech , He will fix that for me where I have to pay 250 Rupees . So in short ,Airtel tried to improve the quality of the serice and it costed me 400 Rupees .

        Once again I thank for your great service .

        Airtel — bad service and loot

        I am really very much upset with Airtel.My mobile number was [protected].I submitted my documents to Airtel executive on 12th August(Pune).By calling requesting so many times my card was activated on 19th august.And again my outgoing calls were barred on 21st august.When i asked about it by calling customer care they said you talk to executive.And that executive never picked up my phone call.Then one day someone called me.That was confirmation call as he said.I told him everything happened.He said we are sorry for that and advised me to go to Airtel office and ask them for reverification of my address.I did same.But those men at work were really cruel.They said we cant help you.Card is not going to be activated and if you want to deactivate you'll get your deposit back in 45 days.Before taking deposit they assured me that i can get it back in 15days after deactivation.And today is 13th of september.I haven't got my deposit.My outgoing plus incoming is barred.And most annoying of all I got one bill asking for Rs.103.I don't know for what.Theres lot to write.But just want to forget this.Airtel is just .I hate it.

        Airtel Service — Loot

        My mobile no. is--[protected] with airtel sim.Everytime I recharge it immediately rupees 30 for each is deducted by airtel on excuse of hellotunes,horoscope,chat with freinds,or on some other obscure servie.I never subscribe to any such service but I am asked to unsbscribe or de-activate the service.This is nothing but daylight loot by airtel.So many times I have lodged my complaints with airtel customer care but in vain.Will airtel take notice of my complaint and stop this loot?

          I need a service to block SMS from particular numbers. . There is service called CALL MANAGER to Block calls this dont block SMS.

            The below mentioned email message has been sent to Mr K.Rao,Nodal Officer,Airtel Digital TV,Mumbai.

            Dear Sh Rao,
            I Sh.Chitrasen Nayak,C/44,CWPRS Colony,Kirkatwadi,Khadakwasla,Pune(Maharashtra)-411024 is a bona fide costumer of Airtel digital tv having Id No-[protected](Regd Mobile No-[protected]/Land line No-[protected]) for last four years.I had been experiencing signal lock/reception problem for last three to four months off and on specifically during rains.I have lodged about two dozens of complaints with the customer care centre but all the times they would say necessary assistance would be extended by tweaking the system at their end or service engineer would be sent to solve the problem but never happened.On last 23.09.2012 evening/night the problem became aggravated and services were fully disrupted even the weather condition was perfectly OK.I lodged the complaint on 24.09.2012 morning with your costumer care and I was served with an sms message containing a problem No[protected] and happy code No-971 in the evening despite commitment to send the service engineer before evening.On 25.09.2012 I have talked thrice to c/care but no action was taken to solve the problem.On 26.09.2012 I received another sms which speaks that"Namaste!Your complaint registered for Airtel digital tv has been resolved.Text<SAT>if you are satisfied or <UNSAT> in case you are not satisfied to 54325".When I confronted to your c/care people with this sms, they avoided me.Again on 27.09.2012, I was served with the third sms that,"your video problem No is 24305675 and happy code -652" but no body visited my residence to solve the problem.Kindly note that during this period I was always in touch with your c/care and was being assured by them to send the service engineer soon.
            Today,at around 12,30 PM, I received a call from local service wing their service people were coming to my residence to see my problem.After half an hour two persons came to my residence and inspected the connection.I am staying in the 2nd floor and the receiver Antena is installed on my flat garage roof which is only 10 feet height and 10 meters away from the building.The digital people had installed the Antena on the garage roof at the starting time.One of the service fellows enquired about a ladder to climb up to the roof.I told and showed them from my 2nd floor residence window a small ladder of 7 feet which was kept in our switch room which is only 10 meters away from my garage/dish Antena and requested to take it and use to climb up.It is worth to be mentioned here that my 15 year old son even uses to climb to the garage roof by putting his foot on the front door.Even when your people first installed the Antena,climbed up without any ladder in the above manner. Surprisingly,one fellow suddenly resented sharply and roughly by saying that," you should have had to put the ladder on the garage wall before our arrival.It's not our duty to hold the ladder and MR SUNIL MITTAL is not paying us to hold the ladder.As I was too late by waiting these service people from 9AM onwards,I left for my office advising my wife to extend all possible help.Despite my ailing wife's offer to hold the ladder these rude people drove away without touching the system after throwing some reckless words in an uncivilised manner.The matter was intimated by my wife while on the way.I also informed your c/care about the happening there after immediately.After some time,might be one c/care fellow called me on my regd mobile what I guess as I could not here any thing clear due to signal problem of my mobile location for which I requested to call on my land line number to contact my wife or my office L/Line number(I recited) after 10 minutes to talk to me but till writing this email message no call has come to my residence/office.
            At the back drop of above,I would like to request you to transfer my account balance equal to for 30 days(From 23.09.2012 to 22.09.2012) to my home town airtel digital tv Id No-[protected],Vill-Gopalpur,Kapilash,Dhenkanal,Orissa) which is also registered in with me(Same mobile No-[protected]) and disconnect my connection Id No-[protected] of Pune.
            I further put this in place that if the issue is not resolved in a peaceful and appropriate manner within next 24 hours,I reserve my right to approach any legal forum to recover the losses met out to me in terms of money and compensation for damage to dignity for which Airtel digital tv shall be solely held responsible.
            An early response/action shall be highly appreciated.

            airtel heating — Harassment and c

            I have been harassed by airtel people and got cheated by them. Every month i receive a call to pay the bill which is alwys much more than the usage. When these people are informed about it they would say that ok we will give waiver for the amount which is more than the usage. and then starts the harassment and cheating part . Every month i pay the bill get in writing from the the collecting executive that no dues are left for the month but to y surprise i will get lot of calls of airtel people who would ask me to pay the balance amount and i will start explaining them that waiver has been given, then they would disconnect the connection . This month again the same thing happened and i got through mail that waiver has been done and i paid the bill after waiver but again the connection was not restored and neither the collecting executive nor the dealing executive picked up their phones when itried to complain. I made stop payment of the cheque nd now i am receiveing threats from them for legal action . IS IT DADAGIRI OR WHAT? I request all of you not to fall prey of Airtel people and loose your ard earned money. My contact no [protected]

            Airtel DTH — Misbehaviour of call centre staff

            My name is Varun Khanna. I live in Moradabad (U.P). I have an Airtel DTH connection. I called at the Airtel customer care number[protected] on 4th June, 2011 at 2.41 pm regarding upgrading the ultra package.
            I spoke to a girl called SNEHA YADAV. Her way of talking was rude, non-cooperating and insulting. She is first of all not aware of the packages and channels that Airtel is offering. Secondly, she is not providing complete information about the packages and is unwilling to help the customers. She does not deserve to work as due to her behaviour Airtel must have already lost lot of customers and will continue losing in future. I want Airtel to take strict action against her.

              I am using Air tel sim card for Past 1 year (appx). My Message booster pack expired for August - 2012. But it got
              auto renewal reducing my balance directly. In Airtel customer care murali said this one of the facility they are lauched for customer. This is one of the theft facility to reduce the balace launched from airtel.

              Differece between direct balance reducing and store recharging around 10 rupees.

              In customer care they are say send sms to some number to stop this non sense.

              There is proper response to the customer.

              I want my money back and proper justification for the activity from airtel.

                dear sir/madam m bharmander Singh using airtel connection for five to six month. . my phone no is [protected]. during theis month i have not receive my bill but still i have paid my all broadband bill. during July mothe air tel sale executive mr sameer his phone no is ([protected],[protected])came to me and said sir i have got your bill and your outstanding bill is RS 2360 your last date is 16the July. immediately i gave him RS 1500 he did not gave me receipt no and said i will submit personally . and he did not submit and making excuse theat i paid your bill. ignoring my call even i talk to his senior but not get any response. even i have register complaint to cust care and send so many mail to airtel.co.in but no respond so by anger i have made my payment they barred my service and made a high bill which i will not pay .i request u please solve my problem wave off my charges and i will pay real amount which i have use.

                  My mobile number is [protected] and I had opted for mobile number portability from reliance to airtel and it was successfully processed on 14sept 2012.I got a confirmation msg for the same on same day.But on 24th sept 2012 I received one SMS asking for resubmission of all the documents along with photo.

                  And on 26th sept, the outgoing were barred and still its suspended instead of the fact that I had resubmitted the documents on 26th evening. Now it has already been more than 72 hours since i submitted the documents. I want the services to be presumed asap without any further delay. Till now my experience with airtel has been frustrating.

                  Let me add one more thing. I had done this MNP from an airtel office only located in 100 ft rd, near domlur flyover. I had submitted all the documents as per their instruction but this all happened. Even after resubmitting, no action has been taken. The customer care people at this office are not able to solve queries at the earliest and they do not respond in a good manner as well. When i went for resubmission, I was even told at this office that i can not use this number anymore because it has been completely blocked. This was told by a guy at prepaid desk.

                  These all are nothing but irresponsible answers. I want an action to be taken immedietely.

                  Airtel Prepaid — outgoing barred

                  i had bought airtel prepaid card but only after few days , my outgoing and sms services were barred ,without any notification till date.customer care 121 services told that few more documents had to be submitted.i nowhad submitted all those documents,still to no avail.its been 6 days since i first launched my complaints to customer care services,now even my calls to cce has been barred.i think they should have asked for all relevant certificates before providing sim card and atlest before call barring they should have notified,giving some time to submit remaining documents that were never asked while purchasing card.

                  Airtel Prepaid Service — Airtel Prepaid- Card barred

                  Hello Sir/ Madam,

                  This is Amit Kumar and wants to log complaint against airtel prepaid service. I'm a student and had recently got a new airtel sim card (Mobile No. [protected]) in Chennai, and had submitted all the relevant documents. Despite that my outgoing calls had been blocked. On checking with customer care, I came to know that the documents were not received. So, I re-submitted them. This happened last week.

                  Despite that, I never got my outgoing enabled & to add to this, I realized this week that my card has been barred and is no more functional.
                  I checked with customer care executive yesterday (27/08/08, around 8:00 pm), asked for assistance but, was of no use. My call was forwarded to Manager, Mr. Mangesh. I narrated the entire story. But, he refused to log the complaint & said that nothing can be done. My mobile no. details no more exist in their database.

                  The call transaction no. was [protected].

                  It was ridiculous experience. The problem is I never got any call/ sms from airtel beforehand saying that my card is getting barred. Also, twice I had submitted all my documents.

                  As it was new sim card & was not used much so I had good balance as well.

                  Airtel india prepaid services — outgoing bared

                  i bought a airtel prepaid sim just one month back with the submission of all relevant documents. now the outgoing call facility is bared when i contacted customer care officers hey are not responding...

                  the outgoing calls of my airtel sim are not activated yet earlier it got some problem and we discountinued the sim then when we call it always says that the outgoing facility is not avialable try customer care but the customer care numbers are not connecting to the executives n we tried it more than 100 times so i want u too help me n plzz activate the outgoing service of the sim!

                  Airtel Prepaid — Even after giving all documents outgoing stopped

                  Outgoing calls are stopped on airtel prepaid connection inspite of the fact that all documents are given to the local dealer. (1 passport photo, photocopy of driving licence, Pan card and address proof). Very poor service of Airtel. Inspite of repeated visits to the dealer M/s Krishna Communication (Mr. Laxman) neighter he gave satisfactory answers nor he tried to resolve the issue. On every visit he gives some excuse. I am continuously writing to customer care but they are also sending emails just for record sake without any corrective action

                  It is definataly frustating. I am also facing the same problem with prepaid airtel mobile.I have stopped using the same.BSNL landline is best, this is govt. org.hence started using the same.BSNL is govt org. Due to heavy competition BSNL people try to give better service. They are more coordile than any other pvt. mobile co.
                  I Am customer of airtel hariyana. Whenever i come to rajasthan there is no outgoing call from my cell. Only 121 i can dial. But 121 say that it is rajasthan's customer care. And you dial hariyana customer care. But i can't do that for loging a complaint. Is this form is monitor by airtel than do the needful please.

                  I checked with customer care executive from out let only, asked for assistance but, no use to talking to them. My call was forwarded supervisor, Mrs shoba. I narrated the entire story. then she told i will release the sim within 3 week days but in out let they didnt came forward to take my application. i clearly told sim have lost but they replied i need sim number .. how to explain i do no
                  It was ridiculous experience.

                  airtel block my card and transfer that no. to another person
                  though it was life time valedity card

                  i m using this number from last 8 yrs approx never faced this problem in past but now unable to understand wats going on ?????????????

                      My customer enrollment form no. for broadband connection is 565388. The name of agent I was communicating to was Naveen and his number was [protected]. I have had the worst experience dealing with this agent. I had requested for the broadband connection and he had take a sum of Rs. 1150 on 17th August 2012. He had assured the connection to be made by 23rd of August but it never happened and on calling him he would speak rudely and in pathetic manner. He also threatened me that he would cancel the request and eventually he did that. Now get to know that airtle has cancelled my request without any explanation or notice to me. In my apartment there are already 2 airtel connections existing. They also haven't refunded me the money and the agent never responds to my calls. If this is the stupid service that airtel can provide me where some lame agent can cancel my request on personal grudges, I would like to file a complaint against them. Now I not only want immediate refund but I also want a valid explanation for this pathetic service.

                        I activate Smallest 3G plan for testing 3G speed its 17rs gives 45 mins 3G minutes
                        I got 500-600 KB/s in my 702mbps modem.....

                        i am happy and on 28/09/2012 I have made a airtel 3g recharge worth 101/- 300mb 3G data validity for 1 month......

                        I use and i get only 7-8KB/s .....
                        before i activate 17rs plan which give me 500-600KB/s

                        Because of giving good speed i activate 3G on my sim and currently i have 293 mb left in my a/c ....

                        Please help me out i am not getting 3G speed

                          I am a bonafide customer of AIRTEL since 2002.My Airtel Number is [protected] and the validity is Life time upto 1st January,2025.Several times I talked with customer care Executive for asking the question is there any requirement for minimum recharge to continue this facility,but they answered there is no requirement for minimum rechaege because at 1sat stage when LIFE TIME system was started that time I convert my validity with some extra Amount i,e, Rs.99/- per month for 12 Instalments.
                          On 28th day of September,2012 when I Switched on My Phone I found there is no network coverage of my abovementioned Airtel Number.I am really stunt How is it possible for a Number 1 Company in the mobile Network of India can do this Job without given any intimation to customer.
                          So sir please look into the matter very seriously and kindly do the necessary step as early as posible.
                          Your kind co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                            i have already comlaint against airtel in consumer forum after that i got a mail from airtel that we are not able to contact with you and with your number so i mailed back them and gave them another number but they have not contacted me after which i have called them to three to five times and their senior customer care executive told me that your problem will be solved within eight days but it could not happened after which again i have called him after telling all the thing to customer care executive i told him that please transefer my call to your senior but he rejected my call from that time i could not make a call to customer care of airtel from that number they always reject my call

                              I habe applied for portability change from airtel to bsnl in this reard i have registered twice, but u r not allowing me to shift the service my payments are upto date, i dont understand the reason why u r not allowing me to change my service provider as i am not happy with ur service, i[censored] dont accept my portability, I will be forced to g o TRAI against ur company.

                                  My family has Airtel mobile connections for most of the mobile phones. My wife has 2 numbers, one of them is used only to make calls and SMS. so the appropriate plan is activated on the same. But recently we realized that the bill is inflated and checked with Airtel just to know that 2G data services is using the data on phone. When checked, Airtel said it is enabled in default, at a rate 30p per 20kB downloads.
                                  This information is not mentioned anywhere on the application form. I have a copy of a new post paid connection form though Airtel is reluctant to provide me my application form copy.
                                  My complaints are,
                                  1. If the Application form does not have the information on the services enabled on the connection, and also if I have not agreed to pay for any services that is of no use to me, how can Airtel force me to pay. Already i have paid to the tune of 4000/- on these inflated bills.
                                  2. How can airtel randomly charge its users, Rs.2200/- for a download of just 157MB, when there are plans like 2GB for Rs.98/- available with them.
                                  3. If I really needed data plan on my number, I would be opting for a plan that will work out ot my usage, then how can Airtel claim that I have agreed to pay a larger amount for a small data as mentioned above?
                                  4. The customer care is of no use, as they provide less/irrelevant or NO information regarding the data usage, but just ask us to pay for no reason.

                                  Do the customer have no rights what so ever on their services, to know the details of the services for which they are paying?
                                  Is this how Airtel and probably other service providers cheat and make profit out of poor people on pre paid and post paid services?
                                  How can a service provider charge a user, if he has not enabled for some of their services?

                                  Do thake this complaint and let me know how to reach a conclusion with the service provider.

                                    This is with ref to the 3G dongle connection taken on 22-08-12 from 'Critical Paradigm Gestalt BPO Pvt LTD', they operate from IBM Manyata tech park's food court, Phone # that i was assigned to me for the connection is[protected]
                                    Agency reps name at manyata Nirmal [protected], Ahmed -[protected]

                                    I paid Rs 1,299/- for the 3G Dongle and the new connection attached is the Payment receipt

                                    Documents submitted at the time of taking connection
                                    Photo Address proof - Self attested Xerox copy of License
                                    Photograph - Self attested passport photo
                                    Company id - Self attested photo copy of IBM India ID badge

                                    Now starts the tale of their miserable service
                                    Issue:
                                    1) The connection was not activated for at least 3 days from the payment date
                                    reason quoted -- Server down - Oh Come on, for gods sake, no server can be out for 3 days when it comes to on boarding the new customers.. if it was down that long, i pity the other customers who are with Airtel. Well the duration for the suspended period was also added to the first bill..Hats off to airtel
                                    Well this was just the beginning..there was more to come

                                    2) The connection was suspended within 1 week of it getting activated.
                                    Reason quoted - Address verification failed, someone gave my office address as D5 Manyata tech park instead of my residence address.
                                    Well why would you update the office address when the address proof given to you was of my residence...someone out there has lots of grey matter on top.
                                    it got resorted only after i asked for an address change and then the verification person came home

                                    It does not stop here...

                                    3) The connection is barred a week later
                                    Reason quoted - documentation's not submitted, and no notification was sent to me about the connection being barred.
                                    What the hell!!! i literally fell off my chair on hearing this. It a Joke.
                                    The Cust care rep could not take a complaint as the number is barred. Well thats an easy way out for them..no record of enquiry being made..blame it on the system/procedure. Who maintains this pathetic proces? I was asked to visit any airtel store and resubmit the documents.
                                    How on earth would you give me a corporate connection without taking my address an id proof

                                    Well, I went to the Airtel store at CMH road, close to the BDA complex. and their they refused to take the document as it was a corp instruction that the address and identity proof doc should be submitted to the agency that provides the sim.
                                    Hello customer service..you might want to talk to your corp and get your process documents reviewed,,its outdated.

                                    I submitted the documents to the guys at 'Critical Paradigm Gestalt BPO Pvt LTD' and the service was activated, there was a downtime of about 3-4 days.

                                    4) The connection is barred again on Sept 24th.
                                    Reason quoted - documentation's not submitted,
                                    Well hello!!! i just did that a week back, well i busy with office work and decided to use my Tikona connection for some time before i try to resolve it...lost the interest with airtel...but I has Rs 1300 bucks stuck with airtel.
                                    I called them up today - sept 27 and they tell me its terminated for lack of some document..i could nto get it..it was something like STG, SAG..who cares.

                                    I am now asked to resubmit the documents and take a new connection as they cannot reactivate the services.

                                    Well finally it stopped with the connection being terminated by Airtel.

                                    For all thos who are looking to get an Airtel 3G dongle connection...be cautious and go to some agency where they do right and is close to your residence incase you face an issue like me

                                    Now if someone can help, please do advise if there is any ways i can use the Airtel Dongle for a 3G connection from another service provider..dont want to have a wasted investment on the dongle

                                    After all this trauma..should i pay the bill which would be generated for me?

                                      registration number.till now..


                                      In the past also i had filed similar complaints

                                      airtel post-paid number — receving promotonal messages after registring my number under do not disturb

                                      i have registered my airtel post-paid number [protected] under do not disturb on 22/1/2009. its been more that 45 days but still i m receiving promotional messages and calls. I have loged a complaint in airtel but they are not helping me. so pl help me regargding this.
                                      i m waiting for the result...this is wht we call indian consumer complaints where i havnt recvd any solution after registring my coplaint. good work done

                                      I am shashi from Bangalore I am using Two nos of airtel One is post paid [protected], Another prepaid [protected]
                                      1.Today at 2.28 pm when I was attending a meeting I got a call to my post paid no [protected] from a no +[protected] I couldn't answer I got call another call from +[protected] at 2.36pm same I couldn't answer
                                      2. My nice who stays in Dubai I thought some body is trying to call me some urgency
                                      3. A soon as I finished meeting I usually call any std r isd from my prepaid no [protected] I called above mention no+[protected]
                                      4.Suddenly I realized this is something unwanted call I disconnected within 8 sec u know they deducted Rs.60 from balance
                                      5.Also another no which I saved long back +[protected]

                                      Anybody can answer my question
                                      1. I called up airtel telling about this issue &amp;amp; last no I mentioned +[protected] suddenly he shouted telling about this no of some pakistan &amp;amp; airtel have received lot of complaints about this no
                                      2. So airtel knows from where his(airtel) customer r being looted after we have given details
                                      3.If we call up from airtel to nos which I have mentioned who is benefited ?
                                      4.as we all know incoming is free &amp;amp; outgoing is charged
                                      5.As I suspect airtel has hired to call his customer not frequently once in a while to earn some money
                                      6. R else I don't think after this kind of mails so big company bharti airtel which will have guideline from trai r what ever govt thing have power to sue this nos providers r take any kind of legal action

                                      I[censored] r not protected by u r service provider whom should we ask the country from where we get this kind of calls pl spare us for god sake

                                      if nobody can't do anything to this then we are foolish Indians IT which supply IT to all world but they don't have solution for our own country

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am trying to register complains related DND but the "submit" button on airtel site does not work. Instead it gives me text editor " Where I wrote "text box" in place of submit button, I wanted to raise complain about getting lot of promotional calls and SMS even when I am registered to DND which is of type fully blocked. Can someone please look into it.

                                        On a series of complaints, this is a notable reference number of my complaint (sent as mail sub): DATACARD PROBLEM [|BAL|Qrc118091212091411025777|]

                                        I am from Chennai. I have been with Airtel for the last almost 10 years. In the last one year, I have faced problems in all their divisions, and now it is their DataCard Division.

                                        Purchased two (2) Airtel Data Cards couple of months back. Nos. Numbers are [protected] (3G Connectivity for Rs. 1500 pack) and [protected] (3G Connectivity for 950 Pack) and paid Rs.1600+ for each instrument apart from the charges. I have been honouring my commitments of paying charges to them on a monthly basis and there's no default.

                                        From the inception, the speed has been the problem and it was erratic with continuous fluctuation of drop in speed. On a second, it will work at 0.90 Mbps and in the next second it will be 0.06 Mbps. So there has been almost no connectivity most of the time. On Sept 7th, I gave a strong complaint for which an engineer was sent. He found that problem lies with the Towers of Airel and with the distance. He promised to solve this issue by having a booster within 48 hours through the back-end team. No commitments on time given on the solution until now.

                                        I have been contacting 121, Nodal, Appellate and the salesman who sold data cards to me. Only the salesperson who sold this to me is speaking to me boldly and trying to solve the issues. However, nothing is happening so far. Sent a note to all escalation levels, nothing happened so far. Only option left is AIRTEL CHAIRMAN'S OFFICE for him to know how the services are being handled.

                                        It is a shame on my part trusting such a big company like Airtel could not solve networking connectivity problems. I am tired of expecting the service and support people asking for help.

                                        One last request...PLEASE HELP. I am sure that Airtel can solve this issue, but some people are not coming forward to help.

                                        Airtel Connectivity — Communication due to connectivity

                                        We have place the complaint with Airtel India for connectivity at our office & at Bommasandra on the way to Hosur near Bangalore for problems of connectivity. The tower marking is full on Nokia mobile N73 but cannot do call OR receive call. Still there is no reply from the company.

                                        The Complaint Details are as under:-

                                        Airtel Connectivity — Airtel Connection is not working in some places of my city.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is to bring to your notice that the Airtel connection is not working in some places of my city. I live in Pune and my residing area is Bhelchowk -Nigdi, Pin : 411044. Whenever I'm in that area especially during the night time no calls are getting connected. While making a call I get an error message as : "Unable To Connect" whereas when any one calls to my number they listed to the recorded-voice as " User is not Reachable"..

                                        I'm facing this problem for the last 2 weeks . I reside outside my home town and need to make and receive frequent STD calls. Its very frustrating for me to bear this type of worst service. Please take necessary actions to solve this problem...Eagerly awaiting favorable action.

                                        Airtel Connectivity — erratic connectivity

                                        This has reference to the captioned subject...Further to this we would like to bring to your notice that we are subscribers to the above connection since last 14 years. Desoite regular complaints, there is no help from your side.
