Order Number:[protected] Item is : Orpat OEL-7007 Emergency Light (Red) I paid Through Credit card for the mentioned Item on 29th April 2014 but till date item is neither packaged or Dispatched. Whenever I contacted with customer support they told they will look into the matter and want some 2-3 days but till date no response with no explanation for delay. When I bought that item, that item still in the stock. But I need that item in urgent basis.

    I have ordered a product from Amazon.in . My order number is[protected] . I paid Rs 99 extra to get the order delivered on the same day.I contacted two times to Amazon support to update my contact number and second time I was assured that they have updated the contact number but later in the afternoon I was informed that the order could not be delivered due to wrong shipping address and I need to contact the Amazon support regarding the same.When I contacted they informed me that the courier person tried to call me on the old number and they found it switch off. My concerned is why I was told by the support that my phone number was updated and later I came to know that it was not.I have paid extra money to get the product to be delivered the same day.Now they are saying that they will refund Rs 99 back to my account.But this is not the issue, the issue is why I was given wrong information and why after paying extra money I did not receive my order.

      I have ordered mobile from amazon on 27th april 2014 & opt for option fast delivery within 2 days, which promised delivery before 29th april 2014, i havent received product & got message from them saying product could not be delivered due to additional address requirement, so called amazon customer care, i received feedback from them on as incorrect address( as their courier agency couldn't locate address, practically it can not be case, as i am living in well known area, which can be easily located), after discussing with customer care on chat & call they agreed to deliver the product to me before 12 PM, 30th april 2014, but i have not received product yet, & now the thing is that their customer service centre are closed today due to elections in hyderabad, & i am trying to track status of my order, its still showing same status as it was yesterday, so it is clear that they have not put forward my issue, & now i am helpless, as i cant even talk with them, so i can call them tomarrow only, & they can say me reason tomorrow for not delivering product as "holiday in maharashtra for maharashtra day", so whats the use of providing fast delivery option by paying extra charges, so whats the use of false promises.

        you can read the below mail from amazon saying that they are refunding the money after a month due to courier servive . this is amazon stuff, never ever believe amazon . their product are duplicate, i have a proof .           For the past 4 years I am working with Amazon Mechanical Turk as part time job & my hit approval rate is 98%. When I requested for my payment of $188 they approved & informed me that my cheque was sent on 31.1.2014. After one month on 27.2.2014 suddenly my account got suspended without any information & so far I did not get my cheque, it is almost 2 months passed. Now my account got balance of $200. I suspect that they had not sent the cheque & suspends my account deliberately. My Mturk ID is A2IAIP6PRQVLM8. I made several requests to them, but no use. Please help me to withdraw my earnings, because it is not fair that a reputed company like Amazon doing these kind of things, not only to me, several workers from India.

            I won wish and win contest in amazon on December 18, 2013. I received a phone call that I won and now you have to change your wish list and add products up to 9999 Rs and I had done so but they sent me wrong product of Kindle worth 5000 Rs. I mailed them nearly 12 times and after 2 months they said we can not give you your products and you should keep the kindle if opened. I want that I should get items of 9999 as it was promised.

                Hi Team, I purchased P Tron - USB 3.0 Extension wire costing Rs.258 from Amazon on 13 Jan 2014 bearing order no.[protected]. Till 24th Product was not delivered to me. I inquired with Amazon Customer Care and checked the first Flight courier site. The Courier site displays the statement that ''I have received my product'' on 16th Jan itself. Amazon do not have any clue as they are mentioning it is a seller product, and they dont take full responsibility of the same. I requested for POD details which I have not received till date. No one is taking responsibility of the delivery and I consider this as a breach of trust. Please look in to this.

                  my mturk account was suspended due to name change problem. Actually i haven't done anything wrong. When i have changed my name on mturk, I have resubmitted the identity proof and got it approved at the same time itself. Also i have withdrawn money many times after this name change. there was no error at that time. But unexpectedly my account has been suspended. I haven't received any block from requesters till now. I have approval percentage more than 98.
                  when i contacted them, they said me to submit my marriage certificate. I have done so. But they replied me as follows:

                  your Amazon Mechanical Turk account was closed due to a violation of our Participation Agreement and cannot be reopened. Any funds that were remaining on the account are forfeited, and we will not be able to provide any additional insight or action.
                  my account balance is $160.
                  pls help me.
                  what can i do to get my account balance?
                  how can i reopen my account?
                  is the problem can be solved by changing the name to the older one?

                    Hi Amazon, I returned my product on 14th Nov. Still no refund. When it track it jus says, product picked up successfully. When i call customercare, you are saying wait for 10days everytime. Its been 10days. Package status hasn't moved a inch. When will you initiate my refund? This is such a pathetic system. Flipkart initiated refund the day they picked up product. You are saying it should reach your fullfillment centre and then only u will refund. There is no way to track package as ATS has no contact number. When i request your customer service to atleast send mail to Courieri guys, they are saying "We will escalate it after 10 days". So even after 10days, no guarentee of refund? What the heck? Are you fooling people? Refund my money immediately.                       I was charged $1199 on 11/6/13 for a purchase I NEVER made using a cancelled credit card before cancellation. I have now had to cancel a second card due to this unauthorized activity. The charge was made on an Amazon website in Washington. Please contact me asap.                         I have no record of a purchase in that amont and no description o what was supposed to have been delivered.

                          Returned item to Amazon. UPS picked up the item from my home on[protected] ups reference number 1: DCZj2QpBRRMA, tracking number 1Z[protected] UPS ground. Amazon processed a refund in t h e amount of $26.92 according to a e-mail I received from them on August 29, 2013. Amazon then recharged my credit card on October 3, 2013 in the amount of $26.92 with a e-mail stating they had not received my returned item.

                            Respected sir/mam I(mohammad sameer) have deposited money in this mobiles company but I didn’t get the mobiles. As per the john frank said to deposit the money in the bank SBI I had deposited and I have all the evidence of making payment . when m calling to him he is not responding my calls.                                 I had bought a product from Sans-Surgical via Amazon.in. I was given an estimate of 6-10 days for shipment of the order. However I didn't get any status of the shipment even after contacting the seller several times. There was NO response at all from the seller. Even after the final shipping estimated day passed, I didn't receive any response or status of the shipment. When I called the customer care they had just one solution - to refund my money back. That too I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my money back. That means, I wasted 1 month of my time and my money without any gain. I would say the Indian counterparts like Flipkart.com, yebhi.com are far better in service than Amazon.in.
