[Resolved]  Amul Gold Milk — Shopper prices more than MRP

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

I stay at Hadapsar, Pune. The shoppers at DSK Sunderban society takes Rs. 2/ltr (i.e. Rs. 38/ltr) more for Amul Gold Milk. They say that the price has been raised but the bags are printed with old price.

They are doing it only because other milk (Chitale, Warana) has raisen the price.

maximum retail price
Dear sir,
i am a resident of chinchwad pune 411019, i daily purchase amul gold milk packet of 1 litre from our local bakery. The M.R.P. on the packet is Rs. 38.00 but these shopkeepers charge Rs. 40.00 to consumers i.e. rs 2 per litre extra. it means if i use 2 litre of milk daily i have to pay rs 4 extra er day (means 120 rs per month extra )it means i am paying the price of about 3 litres of milk to the shopkeeper without getting the milk. Milk is everyday's need so we need to buy it daily and these shopkeeper's take it's benefit by charging us an extra price other than M.R.P. And sir this thing is also bad for the company's reputation
So, please look into this matter & take corrective action on it.

Amul Gold Product of 500ml printed MRP Rs.23 and reseller ask for Rs.24

When I asked for the reason above MRP he said we charge extra for our refrigerator. And where I go for next shop there is on MRP Rs.23 and he charged only MRP.

So some of the shopkeeper ask for extra where some are not so it is not affordable for daily use.

For Example,

Suppose that shopkeeper sale 200 Products par day at Above MRP. (e.g. MRP is Rs.23 and his selling at Rs.24 )

Then Extra income of Rs. 1 which is illegal for 200 products par day (200X1) is Rs. 200
Monthly Income will be (200X1X30) is Rs.6000
Yearly Income will be (200X1X30X12) is Rs.72000

So All the shopkeeper who sell their product above MRP will get Yearly income (which is illegal ) of Rs.72000.

There will be also in the black money because they will not pay text for this income.

So Please take some action against them and if you want to find any help I am available to find some of them.
