dear sir,
I WENT TO ATM ON[protected] TO DRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHILE WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM ATM MONEY NOT CAME TO MY HANDS AND AFTER SOME TIME WENT INSIDE TO THE MACHINE .SO PLEASE SENT A REMEDY SO THAT I GET MY MONEY BACK.......

Andhrabank — Poor maintenance of ATMs!

As we know most of the public sector banks were worst in case of knowing customer requirements and improper response.
Being a one of large public sector bank, Andharbank's worst
maintenace of ATMs u may never seen in ur life.
Most of the ATMs always show a play card with "this ATM temporarily unavaibale/not working".Its nothing but negligence of management.The officials not recognizing the importance and urgent requirement of people or customers, especially in our locality where ATM is the main source for money withdraw.
In india, i came to conclusion that u cann't expect even basic public sector banks.

Yes it is true...I dint noe much abt Andhra bank ATM but i noe about SBH ATM...Kakatiya nagar ATM is the most useless ATM i think...Once i asked the manager od same branch "ATM dose not work properly do you noe what".He replied..."If you want to take out money there are timings for it, most of the people take out money from ATM so we will have shortage of money".It seems 2 times a day they get money to put in ATM and a costumer should take out money during that period only...And the staff of the bank do not coprate with costumer if i go to take out money manully they say go to ATM...The staff of that bank is arrogant..Only work can be done if you directly go to manager...That to for 15mins work he take 2 hours...

we have an account at andhraban jublee hills branch.i had never seen such a headweight persons working there.ask them to change there atitudes and work for customers.especially that senior manager.

Andhrabank — MONEY TRANSACTION ARE NOT PROPERLY HANDLING BY THIS BANK

SIR Iam Rajasekhar reddy.N iwith drawl an amout of 3800/- on[protected]. ATM replied " SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" and a response code of 072 but money was detected from my account. my account no is[protected] and the account is in my mother nane as " N.VIMALA".please kindly handle the case and replace my amount.

I DREW 10, 000 RS FROM ATM LOCATED AT T-3, FROM YES BANK ON 11TH JULY 2013 AT 1805 HRS ... I WAS DECLINED TRANSACTION ON THE SLIP AND DID NOT GET ANY MONEY BUT IMMEDIATELY I GOT SMS FROM MY BANK THAT 10, 000 RS HAS BE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT
... I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS IN WRITING AND PERSONALLY IN MY BRANCH
( ANDHRA BANK, RK PURAM SECTOR -6 ) BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT ANY REFUND FOR THE SAME.

Andhrabank — I cant withdraw money

Up to before 10 days i can withdraw money. But now i cant withdraw now when i tried to withdraw means its is showing that un sufficent funds so please help me ..
I transfeered 5.5k ammount from the andra bank account to paytm
Bt i didnt got money to paytm and has been deducted fro the account.
It has bern 24 hrs and there is no response from the bank and paytm
Please do the need ful
