Hello,
I have been trying for a few months now to get someone to service my Acquaguard water filter and have logged various complaints with your company. But the only thing your guys seem to want to do is put down the water filter and tell me it's not worth it to service the filter AND I should go in for a new filter.
So basically, they are only interested in selling a new water filter to me rather than servicing my current water filter!!
Is this ethical?? Can someone come and service my filter please???

I have a R.O sysem from aquaguard reviva. I want to yearly contract with the same. I repeatly called to your Baroda office but they replied unsatisfactory so, please do the needful for the same.
