[Resolved] Aquaguard — Doubtful Customer Service!
I have Aquaguard Nova water purifier at home. ( Registered Cell No [protected]...in case Aquaguard is reading!) After eight days of waiting period and numerous calls to customer care Aquaguard Technician turned up but needless to say not at the scheduled time! He diagnosed the fault in Transformer ( Rs 400/-)and PCB ( Rs. 1200/-)which need to be to replaced! ( Just like you change any PC card!) Following things raise doubt about his diagnosis ---
1.Technician refused to give his diagnosis in writing.
2. Technician was not ready to leave faulty parts with the customer.
Customer Care also was unable to provide Service Centre details. Customer should be free to go to any service centre in case he is not satisfied with the service or diagnosis of the perticular service centre.
