[Resolved]  Aquaguard — Doubtful Customer Service!

I have Aquaguard Nova water purifier at home. ( Registered Cell No [protected]...in case Aquaguard is reading!) After eight days of waiting period and numerous calls to customer care Aquaguard Technician turned up but needless to say not at the scheduled time! He diagnosed the fault in Transformer ( Rs 400/-)and PCB ( Rs. 1200/-)which need to be to replaced! ( Just like you change any PC card!) Following things raise doubt about his diagnosis ---
1.Technician refused to give his diagnosis in writing.
2. Technician was not ready to leave faulty parts with the customer.

Customer Care also was unable to provide Service Centre details. Customer should be free to go to any service centre in case he is not satisfied with the service or diagnosis of the perticular service centre.

AquaGuard — Poor customer care support- AMP 23/6 dated 23/06/2008

Hi,
I am really very dis-appointed with the call handling skills of people attending complaints at 39883333. For the last 10 days I have been calling this helpline number for installing an acqua guard which is already covered under AMC. So far I have called Eureka Forbes Helpline for 25 times but till now no one has attended it.

The following are officers who attended the call who fail to the needful. They have been trained professionally to give assured service but the irony is no one has visited till date to fix the problem. Here are the names of some of the officers who attended the call : Karthik, Anu, Pushpa, Sabla, Pratibha & Venu.

Please look into the matter and do the needful... Acquaguard to be installed at :

aquaguard i nova water purifier — no response for service of system after giving AMC

we have given service contract for our water purifier aquagaurd i nova model contract receipt no is 15460617, till date no one has attended the system inspite of repeated communication, we are we fedup with the service contract of the company and we have not seen such hopeless company which does not provide any service to their customer after taking full payment in advance this is my last communication with the company if there is no reply we will go to the consumer court.

AquaGuard — Insufficient Service

I had an anual mantainance cocntract with one of the agency for servicing my water purifier. Company name (Aquaguard). well to my knowledge every time we need to call the agency for the servicing. However it has to be taken care all by the agency automaticaly. However i pay a hight AMC amount.

Last month it was supposed to be servised autimatically however it was not done & when I called the service centre they refused to send the person & said we can only service the product if we renew the AMC again as it was the last servicing for the year. How dare the agency say. like that. I am fed up & went to the regional office also to complian. No respite

Aqua Guard — COMPLAINT

Its a complaint. I purchased the Smart RO with Order Form Cum Receipt No.[protected]. One Mr. Dilip Kumar sold this to me and promised to give a life time free service letter, that we never received. Resolve the problem asap.
Does all the filters (Candles) in the RO system of Aquaguard Smart have to be changed every year? Why is company not telling this while promoting?

Is this money making proposition of the service providers?

Dear proud owners of Eureka Forbes water purifiers, BE AWARE!
I was finally proved right! Aquaguard Technician had indeed tried to cheat by asking me to replace Transformer and Circuit board. Private technician replaced just the fuse inside and machine was alright. It seems immense competition in water purifier market and recession taking toll on Eureka Forbes! They have to compensate dip in their sell through such means!

Aquaguard Water Purifier — water is not sucking out properly and bills and guarantee card not received yet

We have bought the water purifier from your agent karthik[protected] and the service which he is providing is not good and when ever we are trying to reach your compliant cell they are redirecting to some other person. We are fedup your service. Water purifier is not working properly and the water is not sucking out properly from the machine. We spoke to karthik and he said, mechanic suresh was visited and rectified the problem. We are at home and no one was visited and the compliant was closed by themselves. We have not received the bills and guarantee card also. Karthik was told we will receive the same within 15 days. We had called him and when ever he picks the phone his way of opproach is not good. our Receipt number is 315 and the bill number is 001914. Looking for your feed back as quick as possible

AquaGuard — Extremely poor customer service

I had a three years service contract vide contract receipt number 10/15625953 dt. 01.07.2008. After one year, I had to remind them (your franchisee service people in c/630, Koel nagar, Rourkela, 769014. Tel. no[protected] about the type of service they had to render during the first year of contract.But they took it easy. About a month ago, water flowed out even when the system was not activated. A telephonic complaint resulted in the same callous response and the problem is yet to be rectified. This certainly tarnishes your company' s image. I would certainly expect reasonable action at your end.

AquaGuard — Non receipt of Warranty and operating manual

I had purchased a aquaguard Platina UV water purifier in Jul 09. Till date, I have not received the warranty booklet and operating manual.

Does a customer recourse to legal battles for something as basic as this? Can anyone trust Eureka Forbes?
Docket No81986666 .I have shifted my house so need to reinstall the Aqua Guard mavhine in my new house . i have called the customer Service almost 10 times .Response was very poor. they have sent no one for reinstalling the machine.The setvice of AQUAGUARD has become pathetic. Due to the delay i have to buy Water for Drinking which is really costly in this recession period. Aquagurd needs to throw out the Customer care executives and hire more professionals also they need to better their service . Pathetic experience. Any superior from the team just check the Docket number and the number of times i have called youe people whom you pay for no reasons

Aquagaurd RO — frequent failure of equipment

The RO is out of service time & again. During last one month itself it was repaired twice & the problem is reoccuring.
Never buy any euro forbes products. All these people are cheater.
Their call center person Ba... Mustafa, does not know even how to talk. They never send service person.
Do do not respond any service call, i registered complaint around 6-7 times since last month. No response

aquaguard RO system — poor service

i am using Aquaguard RO water purifier and i am damn disstisfied with the kind of service they provide in our area. we have requested n number of times to the service department of the same company but they seem to keep a deaf ear towards our complaints. my machine has not been checked since last 8 months and now its giving the poorest of result it can give. i am pretty dissatisfied with the false commitments of the executives of the same company.
i would even go the extent to suggest one and all not to purchase this machine in ranchi else be prepared to suffer for the poorest service.

i totally agree, same is the case with me, only difference I am in the early stage of misery...no service was done for 15 months and i woke up to realize that no one out there is bothered...i called to complain he simply says sorry!! thats it. I will call up their HO to see if there are any sensible people sitting...else blog/twitter/facebook...whatever it takes...
I need good serviceman in pcmc area from whom I can get goos service to my instrument. Please help me out.

absolutely useless after sales service..our water purifier is under warranty and we are entitled to two free services..we have called them at least 4 times and its the same response all the time, ' ma'am this is the last time u will call us, our technician will visit soon, we are still waiting!!! and when they want to give a product demo they will call u a million times, very disappointed with eureka forbes, will never buy their product ever again and definitely not recommend to others!!!

We have entered into 3 years service contract with Aquaguard from 25/3/09.We had PAID RS.2425 in advance as asked by the customer care representative.The contract clearly mentioned that our carbon would be changed every 6 months and Candle change every year.Our carbon should be changed before 5 months but still there its not been changed.We have been calling them from 25days but they have not replied any of the calls.THIS IS REALLY SHAMEFUL FOR YOUR SO-CALLED INTERNATIONAL COMPANY.Till now we have called at Vapi 's Branch Office and also Surat's Head Office to Mr.MUKESH PATEL.

WE ARE TIRED OF YOUR USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE.
I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY OF RS.2425.
