I perched Aquaguard Total RO system on[protected] at ELURU 534002 .It worked well 100days .Till then it showing HELL To ALL of our family.It does not fill immediately after lowest level of water in the container .We are perchaging bulk water cans from mineral water companies.
even we phoned to company the mechanic does nothing to change the part in the unite. WHY DO YOU

THIS IS TO BRING YOUR NOTICE THAT I HAVE PURCASED AQUAGUARD WATER FILTER FROM YOUR DOOR TO DOOR SALESMAN MR.SANDEEP HALDER(SERAMPORE, HOOGHLY W.B.)BUT THAT TIME HE DID NOT GIVE US BILL HE TOLD US THAT HE WILL GIVES THE BILL IN AFTER TWO OR THREE DAYS BUT TILL THE DATE I COULD NOT RECEIVED THE BILL ALMOST IT TAKES FOUR MONTHS.DURING THE PERIOD I TOLD HIM MANY TIMES TO GIVE US THE BILL BUT I COULD NOT RECEIVED ANY POSSITIVE RESPONCE FROM HIS SIDE.

SO THIS IS REQUEST TO YOU TAKE A POSSITIVE STEP TO YOUR SIDE.

I feel that the company is all sweet when selling their product. after sail recevice is very very poor and bad. they must do something seriously about it. or else all ag users should come together to find a solution. i am sure the company responsibles will do something about it.

I use you aqua water pure equipment, but your equipment is do not work proper so i had contact m/s aqua-pure service b-55 jijamata nagar, opp santoshi mata temple, tank road, parel mumbai-400033 tel 64122562
he had told me to replace your all old part in you old machine, then you get best result and cost of this work 3000 Rs
i had givin 1000 rs advances and old machine to do this job
but 15 days complete for his commitment and now he dose not received our call
so pls u give me Gide line
I use mineral water parches in market with in 15 days
it is to costly
i had taken cash receipt also

WATER PURIFIER PUSH BUTTON PROBLEM

Sir, This regarding push button not work of water purifier machine. Kindly arrange for service of the same as soon as possible. We already complaint last 7 month at local service station but not any response.
