[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

i got my acc suddenly went to -601, so will it get again deducted next time?

Hi.,

My account aslo debited for 150/- as Consolidated Charges for A/c
with out my consent in the month 30/04/2009
can any one have any suggestions??
how can will they take amount with out our consent ?

It is true. I have faced the same problem in my Axis bank account. Axis bank is fraud.

These charges are service charges

Please let me know why you charge every Qtr750rs. when i calledup to customer care officer they have not provide any satisfactory answer and i didnt receive any msg from your bank.

your executive and the bank charged rs, 750/- for maintaining
balance while my average balance was correct, now i have complained
3 times by Mr. Chadd and Satnam in your baddi branch in himachal but i avail nothing so i want to close this account or please provide the sollution for the same and refund my money as soon as possible.

I am Y.Ephraim Theodre. I forgot my asxis bank iconnect password. So, I am not able to use that. I attempted three times and i quitted to attempt any more as there are only five chances to attempt. So.please kindly tell me how can i get my iconnect password. I have changed it once. Thankyou.

Axis Bank — False statement of debit of 10,500 Rs

Dear Sir,
Myself, Ajeet Patel is holding an account with Axis bank and a gold debit card. On 08/Jun/09, the statement is showing a withdrawl of Rs. 10500 from my account. After wriiten complain to branch manger, Sigra Varanasi on 15/Jun/09. On 18/Jun/09, they informed me on phone that withdrawl has been done from Indian Bank, Lucknow.
I was in Varanasi during that period and the Debit card was also in my safe custody. therefore it is impossible for its misuse. I am 100% sure that it is the mistake from the bank's part. But they are now not providing me any assistance.
Kindly advise, what to do?

For internat banking i have given mail to BHUBANSWAR branch as wel as axais bank head office. I am contact with Axis bank last one month but steal know no respont from bank. If you can help me.

I would like to bring to your noticed that, I have salary saving A/c with 0 bal limit. in your Gandhidham branch ( A/c No. [protected] )

I have noticed in my annual account statement a sum of Rs. 842.70 ( i.e 750 + 92.70 Rs. ) is being debited from my account on dtd 29.09.2008. as consilidated charges for A/c and service tax on above charges.

I came to know from your office that they have charged for non mentenace of Priority A/c minimum balance
I have not requested for priority account. and I am holding an ordinary ATM Debit Card No. [protected] and not a priority ATM Card.

Hense please credit Rs. 842.70 ( i.e 750 + 92.70 Rs. ) in my salary saving Account.

Axis Bank — consolidated charge

i have an savings account in axis bank for last one year.Now in this last quater[apr-june 2009]they have charged an amount of Rs.1050 in the name of consolidated charge.i dont know what it is.The maximum amount they can debit is Rs.750 for charge for average minimum balance.but i kept average minimum balance of Rs.2500.I now think to give a written complaint against banks activity to axis bank.if i am not satisfied i will go to Banking O budsman.Do any one have other suggestion?

What a hell r doing by axis bank they r deducted money without intemation...

axis bank make me consolidated charge for non maintaining sufficient balance ...they charge me 4000 rs for my account which requirwe minimum balance of 2500 only...

we have to sue against this bank's working culture.. while other bank has some flaxibility agaist the account maintaing balance..

the worst banking systen i have ever faced in my life...

I'm also facing the same problem with Axis bank like others.. within past 3 months this bank has looted 1200/- + 10.30% from my account without my knowledge.. if called to customer care, they say its not been updated(meaningless). Blogers, plz come forward and join hands together and take this issue to RBI... this bank is fraudest of all banks in the world.

Axis Bank — Dividend for 2008-09 not credited to my account.

I received ECS intimation dated 2nd june, 09 informing that rs200/ were credited to my a/c no. [protected] with State Bank Of India, Hyderabad main branch.So far it was not credited.My regd folio no [protected] and div warrant no.1820144.
Please look into and arrange crediting the dividend to my a/c.

Axis Bank — Home loan accounts

I have taken a home loan with Axis Bank in May 2008. They have not sent any communication regarding the EMI nor the interest rate. One fine day, I made part payment with Axis bank and I called them to confirm whether my amount has been deposited in the bank or not. During conversation, I got to know that they decreased by tenure with the effect of January 2009 without any intimation and they even increased by EMI without any information. They even not bothered to call and informed that my part payment has not been deposited in the bank due to some overdue amount becuase of reduction in tenure. Moreover they charged interest on overdue amount. After sending a mail to them including CCO, they finally provided me amort chart to calculate EMI and interest rate. I could not figure out any thing with the amort chart provided to me and horribly my principle amount goes up and down everymonth with the difference of 2000 Rs. When contacted, they provided some junk reason and finally said "sorry for the inconvinience caused by us". With the anger and frustration, I wrote a mail to CCO but I did not get a response till date. Finally I thought, I'll register a complaint in the consumer court and during the registration, I saw many people have similar complaints like me.
