[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

What the hell, They deducted Rs.8600/- from my a/c as consolidatd charges. PLUST 10.30% service tax so total it was around 9500/-

Can anybody tell me how to register a complaint to RBI against them?

Pls let me know and i will sue them

Rs.4253.46 so far. I'm gonna meet the branch manager in person within a week.

My account no is[protected]. The latest statement is showing effective balance as (-) 2249.11. I coudn't understand what type of charge has been levied as it was a salary saving account opened as stating that no amount will be deducted if this is not operative.

SIR, ON 19/7/2009, I WAS USING AXIS BANK ATM AT GT ROAD, ALIGARH(ATM ID - S1AC3102) FOR MONEY WITHDRAWAL WITH MY SBI DEBIT CUM ATM CARD.SIR, I REQUESTED FOR RS. 10, 000/-.BUT FROM ATM I RECEIVED ONLY RS 2, 500/- BUT THE ACCOUNT SHOWED DEDUCTION OF RS.10, 000/- SIR DESPITE LOT OF RQUEST THE BANK IS NOT TAKING ACTION.PLEASE HELP ME ... As per above subject, I undersigned Mr Bhikhubhai Lad, is having salary saving account in Axis bank, My Account No. is [protected]

I have given Complaint in Axis bank (Vapi Branch) dated 14-JUL-2009, there was a transfer Rs.14400/- Through I-connect from my account without my knowledge by unknown personal, I have find out who has transferred the money & recovered money from his account to Vapi Branch.

The task remaining is to Transfer the amount from Branch to my Account, but the Branch manager is asking FIR copy from Police station for the transfer. But the Police says it not reasonable to make FIR if the Money is recovered.

Now the Brach is not ready to give me back my Money and is delaying the process and is not responding to any communication made in a Positive direction.

Mai date 06.08.2009 ko Army Cant, Kamti (Nagpur) me apke bank ke ATM se 1st time Rs. 4000 nikala, par Rupye nahi nikal paya. maine phir dubara 4000 Rupye nikala to 4000 rulye hi matra nikal paya. jabki account se 8000 rupye nikala bataya gaya jo ki galat hai. Sir maine iska complaint Manager, AXIX Bank, Bus stand, Bilaspur (C.G.) ko date 10.08.2008 ko written complaint kiya par abhi tak koi correstions mere account me nahi ho paya hai. my complaint is against a lot of deduction by the bank in the name of consolidated charges. last thee years till today the bank deducted a lot of money from my a/c in the name of consolidated charges, and in the bank no body explaines that for why this deductuion had been done . recently yesterday the bank had gone to his limit and deducted Rs. 2677.46 . i have seen in a case that after complaint the bank has refunded the amount to that person who had made complaint against the bank.

plz do the neccessary action against the bank to refund my money.

Axis Bank Credit Card Complaint — Amount deducted

In the month of June 2008 one of my credit card (***9669) payments got delayed and I received a communication to pay the late payment fee of Rs. 250.00. I then contacted Axis bank and informed them the reason for the delay was with my other bank and they agreed to drop this late payment fee and as a confirmation I received a SMS stating that the late fee has been reversed.

Suddenly a year later Rs. 3033.00 from my Axis bank Meal card (****0305) went missing and when I contacted the phone banking agent I was informed that I owed this amount towards the late payment done in the year 2008.

I was surprised to know that even after assuring me that they have reversed the late payment charges they increased it to 3033 and deducted the same from my Meal card that I use to buy provisions, leaving me with nothing but misery.

I still have the SMS from Axis bank saved with me where in they had promised the fee waiver now I do not know who to approach as their phone banking agent are not helping me they listen to my request and just transfer me to another department. Please some one help me in getting this issue resolved.
