[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

Hi, Same thing happend with me. 800 Rs deducted three times from my savings account.

Same thing happend with me. deducted 750 rupees from my salary account as a Consolidated Charges for A/c.

Axis Bank — iconnect login passward was expired.

When iI am going to login for iconnect internet baking, every time i am getting the message that your login passward was expired.
pl send me new login passward and transition passward by email.

I am, C SUBRAHMANYAM KUNCHALA.

My Cousin Brother Transfered Money from AXIS BANK to KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK on 05/11/09, amount was 500/-.

and my brother had received Confirmation from the AXIS BANK with payment status SUCCESS. And deducted money from the AXIS BANK ACCOUNT ALSO.

Till Yet, i didn't receive money on my account(KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK).

and we visited the bank and call to customer care of the both banks, we didn't receive proper response from those banks.

I agree Axis Bank is one of the BIG cheats in the market today. I have opened my saving account with them and they auto debited the amount of 1K as a premium for some stupid Bajaj Alliance insurance policy that i no where opted for while filling up the account opening form. The bank is really dead slow in responding to your queries and the experience i had with the Lajpat Nagar Branch Manager (Manjot) is also not too good. The so called maganer is also captian of the lazy league who is not ready to help thier potential customers..I would suggest not to open account with Aixs Bank

From my account axis bank debited DR annual charge, But during account opening they told no charges for any thing but i dont know why it was deducting from my account without any information.

At 8.44 AM on 14.11.2009 there was an SMS from [protected] to my number [protected]
"Astro indial pack is renewed at Rs. 30/= /30 days call 53030111 [toll-free] to enjoy the service. renewal due 14.11.2009"
At 17:48 Hrs 14.11.2009 I found Rs.30/= deducted from my prepaid account.
Whereas I had never opted or enjoyed any such service. The deduction is un-lawful, bad business practice As such I Understand Rs.30/= being deducted everymonth without any consent and also without giving me any service.
The amount including the amount deducted earlier need be refunded immediately or else I will have to approach Consumer court.

I have a saving a/c No. [protected] in Axis bank branch Ujjain. I have issued cheque No. 5045 & 5046 dated 2/10/2007for Rs. 12500/- & 28786/- in favour of Pharma traders Pvt.Ltd..The instrument was cleared on 04/10/2007 and amount debited to my account.Now the party is denying from receiving the amount. I have shown the statement of account but unfortunately bank statement shown TO CLG instead of Party's Name. Please do needful for us.

Axis Bank — deduction of initial deposited money

I have opened an account([protected]) on 30 Dec 2008 by an agent of Axis bank at my residence at Air Force Station Gwalior. The agent did not brief me about type of account & term & conditions. I have not recieved any ATM card by which I can do transaction. The account statement of Oct- Dec 2008 shows Rs 1000/ as oustanding balance. Jan - Mar 2009 statement Rs 1008/ as balance with interest. Apr- Jun 2009 statement shows deduction of Rs 837.65/ & balance of Rs 187.75/. I was surprised & visited Axis bank Gwalior main branch which is situated 18 Kms from my residence & met with Branch Manager. After a long discussion he promised me to refund the illegally deducted amount by The end of Jul 2009 & he instructed me to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 5000/-.By the meantime my husband was transferred to Air Force Station Pune & we are presently at Pune.After coming at Pune, I've checked my account at Bund Garden branch of Axis bank but the amount has not been credited. I gave a call to Gwalior branch & enquired about the refund. He told me to maintain minimum balance then only money will be refunded.I've deposited Rs 5700/ on 07 Oct 09. Till now no refund has been made & again an amount of Rs 700/ has been deducted against Jul- Sep 2009. I've called many times to branch manager & submitted a written complaint by fax in Oct 09. Now he says that you will not be refunded any amount because my complaint is not approved at Gwalior branch. I'm shocked by the behaviour of the Manager & feel cheated by the Gwalior branch. I request you to kindly look into the matter on priority and get my deposited amount refunded. I'm in a loss of Rs 1700/ which is my hard earned money. Opening an account & maintaining it for about one year has given me nothing but agony & monetory loss which is not justificable in any way.

This is a FRAUD Going on BY AXIS bank. The goverment has nO shame nor guts to stop these kind of Frauds.

every month they cut at least 1000 rs from account as onsiladited charges.
shme on this axis bank we need to close the account now.
