[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

I have an salry account. Now it is 29sept.2008 suddenly 600 rupees deducted from my Acount as consolidated charges for A/c

Axis Bank, Pimpri Branch — Not Crediting money from last 15 Days

Hi All,
I applied to open a Savings Account to AXIS Bank's Pimpri branch on My Wifes name.But because of theri some procedure they said that account can not be open but debited My Account for Account opening amount which is Rs 5000. When i ask them to re deposit that amount in my Account back from last 15 days they are just lying to me by saying that they are going to deposit it in 10 Minutes or day end. Their Branch Operation Head (Mr Prashant Patil ) Pormmised me that he deposited the amount on Friday (18th Dec 2009) so i realeased my pending cheque to Vendor and when he depoited it to the bank bank said that their is no any Such amount deposited to the Bank. as i was out of satation i was not able to check the My Balance . Just Because of these guys i have to pany more Rs 300 as Cheque bounce fees. I tried their Executibe Mr Kishor Rana , Branch Operation Head Mr Prashant Patil .
I also tried Mr. S K Sinha who is looking for Complaints for Customer but his office dont have time for Customer Complains....

I have lost my PAN card and remember my PAN no can send an executive to reissue the same for me. I am ready to pay whatever penalty charges that I have to pay.
My All Complaints resolved now efficiently ... That was just becasue of Miscommunication betweein us

I have a account in your bank with account number[protected].0n 12dec2009 I went to PNB ATM at Wave kaushambi to withdwaw 300Rs..But I hasnot received the money and 300Rs has been deducted form my account . So i requeted you to please look into this matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible .

HI GUYS THEY HAVE DEDUCTED 1376 INR FROM MY ACCOUNT AS CONSOLIDATED CHARGES WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO GET REFUND.KINDLY REPLY IF ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT IT.
Axis charged Rs1050 in the name of (Consolidated Charges for A/c ) without any info, really this makes me to think to search some other bank service.
but usually i did not face this before, now wat happened ?, but not fair.
without information how can any bank take money from my account.
its has happened my account me also, they have deducted 400rs
from my account and 2 months before 500rs.
there should be some strict action to be taken against this bank.
hey guys..same prob with me, they charges 360 RS. from my account as Consolidated Charges for A/c ..I don't know what is this..can anybody help out on this..please

Axis Bank — Unauthorized Charges

I am operating a saving bank account with Axis Bank, Vikas Puri Branch. I have been charged Rs.1930.00 ( including service tax) as not maintaining minimum average balance of Rs. 5000.00. when I contacted the branch's staff regarding the charges (becouse as per my passbook average balance for the quarter Oct. 09 to Dec.09 is more than 9000.00) they told me that the quarter as per bank is 14 sep 09 to 14 oct 09. Please tell me what to do further becouse they had not informed me regarding their quarter which is not standard.
As many customer of axis bank face the problem of consolidated charges, i am also encounter with that. I just want to know on what basis they deduct amount of Rs 150 from my account, they need to tell me earlier before deducting money from my account.

And kindly reply me what kind of this charges is this..

I was also victim of the Axis bank... wats the hell happening wth the Axis bank...
2days back they hv deducted 1, 450.00 as Consolidated Charges for A/c and 149.35 as Service Tax @10.30% on Charge..

Axis bank take charges without any prior intimation, for the minimum balance which has to be kept in it .

They never disclosed the area of calculation if the balance is below Rs 5000/- in savings a/c .
Consolidated charges for A/c
Hi,
I have ZERO account with Axis bank, HOSPET branch.
They had deducted 3000Rs from my account, when i asked them why this happened they told me that deducted due to maintained LOW BALANCE.

In other banks only Rs200 will be deducted for same case. Here what is the meaning of ZERO BALANCE ACOUNT?
Has anybody having the same issues?

Dear Sir

I had opened above mentioned Savings Account with your Branch with a condition of Rs.2500/- minimum Quarterly Balance.

However, I was shocked to receive my recent Bank Statement wherein an amount of Rs.750/- has been deducted on account of Below Credit Limit Balance. Since I had balance above Rs.2500/- (Approx. Rs.4000/- quarterly balance being maintained), I enquired to your bank. I was surprised to know that my Quarterly Balance has been revised to Rs.5000/- minimum Quarterly Balance, without any intimation to me from your bank.

Neither I had received any written communication nor Verbal from your bank informing about revision of my limit from existing Rs.2500/- to Rs.5000/- per quarter. Further, I an amount of Rs.700/- has also been deducted on account o[censored]sage of Axis Bank ATMs more than 5 times. It is most shocking since I had used my ATM Card at Axis Bank ATMs only and not at any other Bank ATMs.

You are requested to kindly look into the above and Credit not only the aforesaid deducted charges to my account but any other charges also which have been deducted on account of above since I have suffered for no fault of mine.

Further, also kindly intimate me the current Quarterly Balance Limit which I have to maintain to operate this account. It may please be noted that failure to do the needful from your end will force me to Close the said account. I await your further advise in this regard.

Axis Bank — Axis bank services

Axis bank is the most horrible experience of my life till date. I made the mistake of opening a savings account with them and I have always maintained a minimum balance in my saving account but every month they invent some new rule/mode of charges and deduct some money for some stupid maintenance from my account. And the best part is that now I have even stopped receiving the monthly statements. The last statement I received was after a gap of three months. In that statement, they have happily showed my balance below the minimum required and deducted some more. And adding insult to injury is that whenever I call their branch or try to go and meet the concerned person, I am directed from on table to next and nothing happens. They cannot decide usually who is the person who can help in such matters. Their customer care service is the worst in the world. I am going to close my account and its my genuine request to everyone, go for any other bank in the world but never open an account with axis bank.
I have a NRE account in Axis bank. They have deducted Rs. 100 as a consolidated charges A/C. I emailed them, they replied that this charges for mobile alert, although I have not applied such kind of service. Please let me know how to take legal step against the bank. I will go ahead.
