Axis Bank Raja Park Branch — wrong debit of surcharge

My A/c no. [protected] and customer Id is[protected] The account is in the name of Barkha Garg. my account was wrongly debited on 26-09-09 with Rs. 750 + 77.25 as surcharge. the reason given for the above mistake by the employees was that the minimum balance should have been Rs. 10,000 but at the time of opening the account this vital informtion was not conveyed to me and instead i was informed that the minimum balance should be Rs. 5000 accordingly I maintained the required minimum balance and for atleast two quarters there was no problem with it by the bank and on the contrary I had received the interest as well on the said amount. Suddenly out of the blue my account was debited with the abovementioned amount. on writing a complaint addressed to the bank and after periodical visits Rs. 750 was credited but Rs. 77.25 which was debited together with the said Rs. 750 was not credited. I am continuously being harrased by the bank on the point and i am not receiving my Rs. 77.25. i am not at all satisfied with the services provided by the bank.

Axis Bank — Unable to access my net banking account

Dear Sir,
I can't access my net banking account,I also submit a complaint form to solve out this problem in branch but noone didn't reply for this problem.I was submitted that complaint on 4 feb 2010 and they told me that they solve out this problem within 10 days.Please help me out.

Axis bank burdwan branch has charged Rs.56/- as signature verification charges...I fail to understand what for.

Axis Bank — 4700.00 deducted from my a/c

This is inform you that I am Firoj Mohammad my a/c no is-[protected],i would like inform you that i have forwarded my application regarding transation.my problem is this still i didn’t get response from axis bank.27/02/2010,19:41 i wanted withdraw 4700.00 from union ATM branch Sec-15 Naya bans, processing has been done i was wait till 7 Mnts but there was error temporary suspend and i tried again and again i got same error. There were no of the people who wanted withdraw money but they was not able to withdraw coz they got same error. When i withdrawn 5000.00 from other ATM there has deducted 4700.00 from my a/c. I called up in union bank customer care they told me i can't help you.pls contact your axis branch. Kindly help me as soon as possible coz i can't survive and i have to borrow from friend. They may help only some days.

Axis Bank — Unjustified Debits

Account no - [protected] my account has been debited Rs. 2550 plus service tax inspite of my being zero balance account.Matter raised on 30.12.09, 6 reminders already sent including branch head & west zone head.

But i have not even got a response, leave alone refunds..

Axis Bank — Debiting the Account by Axis Bank

I have a complaint against the Axis Bank of Gurgaon Branch,
Axis Bank had issued me a credit card, and they sent me the statment of some amount of Rs. 12000/- approxx. with the due date 21st of the month, I never pay the amount with my personal cheque , because at the same time there was a refund from ICICI Lombard of Rs.11000/- approx before the due date.
Now the Axis bank started there Intrest machine, with the late charges, service charges etc.... every month
I dobnt know why the bank started taking interest and late charges, if I made the payment before due date ( in term of refund from ICICI bank)
After some the Axis Bank of Galleria deducted my salary a/c without informing me, and after some they sent me some useless clauses that they can recover the money by their own way.
One more thing even there card division is not having my proper details i.e mother name, land mark, I dont know how they change it from the actual

So It is requested to all of you that dont believe that Axis Bank, They can deduct your hard earn money any time without any notice and will show you some clauses.
Please take out all money and deposit it in some Nationalise Bank, so that at least you can save some for your future.

i am kiran nirola holding an account with visa electron debit card from gangtok sikkim and currently i am in bangalore. my father had deposited rs 70, 000 in my account on 8th feb 2010 but the amount in my account was rs 5, 000 only.

Hi im Nadeem and im Using my Axis Bank A/C no: [protected] for the past 1.6yrs and i dont have any complaint till now And its a Zero Balance Accout given by my Office, But now i got ditected of RS.87.94 Consolidated Charges for A/c, and Service Tax @10.30% on Charge debited rs. 9.06 . And Now My Account's Effective Balance : -1, 162.06, Lien Balance : 1, 162.06. And in Axis this type of Incident happend to my Friends also so many times even their account is also Office A/C which we ca take all our Salary but i dont know Why This AXIS BANK taken those amount from my a/c.

Today i checked my account and found 150 rs + 16 rs service tax . This is ridiculous. From my account they have deduced 150 +16 = 166 rs without any prior information. Why the hell they deduced, mine is salary account and what is the problem of this bank. anyone can help on this problem.

I have the same problem. This is ridiculous. What is this non sense. These axis bank don't even have sense of informing the customer before deducting any amount. I was shocked to see my balance. These people are making there own rules.

Axis Bank — Regarding deduction of money from my a/c

I had open a a/c in Axis bank i year ago. At that time they told me that in case of failure of maintaining minimum quarterly average balance, they will deduct 750.00 charges for that. But they did not told me that after penalising for not maintaining the average balance they will charge for the transaction made after that. on 27.03.2010 they deduct around 2750.00 +service tax from my account. When i enquiry at branch they told me that 750.00 was deducted for the maintaining the Average bnalance and 2000.00 was deducted as charges for the transaction i was made after penalising for not maintaining the avereage balance.
They are every right to deduct the amount for not maintaining average balance. But they charge the amount for the transaction i was made which i think is inproper in nature.The bank should initimate the customer about their quarterly balance . Kindly take the appropriate steps to ensure the customers are not being cheated by the bank as we from middle class family. it is take 6 months to earn Rs.3000.00 but the Bank deduct it within 6seconds.

Axis Bank — lost cheques from the Bhayander east ATM

I had dropped two cheques (Cheque no 471916 amount Rs. 20000/- and Cheque no 471917 amount Rs. 15000/-.) of axis bank in Bhayander east Axis bank atm centre by mistake on tuesday. The cheques were for my icici pru policies which I had to drop in the icici bank atm. After two days I got a call from one employee on thursday, Bhayander west Axis bank branch saying that we have received your two cheques, please come and collect as I was not getting time to go and collect during weekdays. I went there on satuday to collect my cheques.

To my astonishment, Manisha told me that they have received just one cheque only (471916 amount Rs. 15000/-) and handed me over that cheque.

My question from AXIS BANK is, Where my cheque went, which I had dropped in Bhayander East Axis bank ATM. Eventhough it was by mistake. When I made stop payment of that cheque 471916, Axis bank cut Rs. 111/- from my account. All rules are for customers. Is there any rule for bank. How bank will compesate me for the loss of my cheque. How they received one of the cheques, not the other.

Can anyone explain this. Please give me reply asap.
