[Resolved]  Axis Bank — consolidated charges for A/c

This is 100% true. I have faced same problem twice within 3 month... I dont know why they deducted my huge amount.. Really Axis bank is fraud bank

Axis Bank — deduction of money without any reason

Actually the amount of Rs.1000 is deducted from my account of axis bank.A/c No.[protected].
I dont know about the consolidated charge as they are stating.Rs.1000 is not a small amount and even they are deducting without prior notice.What is this??this is totally unfair.

i also faced the same problem. axis bank deducted Rs. 600 + 10.30% service tax from my a/c.

I called them for clarification and they told that these are intercity transaction charges quarterly.
Axis bank executive informs me that only first intercity transaction is free quarterly and after that you will be charged Rs. 100 for next two transaction and after that Rs. 200 for every transaction will be charged.


So just contact them and ask them firmly about the clarifications. Hope you wil get good reasons and will take care of them in future.

Axis Bank — Deduction regarding consolidated Charges for A/c & Service tax.

On 30/03/2010 I was shocked to see my account statement, on 27/03/2010 two deductions against consolidated charges for A/c & Service tax were made by Axis Bank Ltd. from my Zero balance salary account.
The deductions for above-mentioned items are wrong, because my account is zero balance salary account and i am using my salary account since October 2006. Past times this type of deductions were not made from my account.


On 30/03/2010, i contacted to firstly phone banking officer he advised me to contact my service branch and he give me phone nos.[protected],[protected]out of order) &[protected]did not picked up by anyone).

In this regard, it is requested that kindly look into the matter and please arrange to deposit the deducted amount in my account at the earliest.

I have a Car Loan with Axis Bank @ Chennai. I am planning to pre-close the same, and have been trying to reach the customer care numbers. To my vain, either the phone is busy, not being picked. So kindly help me with phone number where i can reach them

i am a customer of sbi agra.whenever i withdraw money frm atm of other banks like axis bank Rs 20 are deducted for every transaction right even from the first withdrawl in cotravention of rbi free atm access policy wherein five withdrawls are free.kindly issue necessary instructionns to the bank to make necessary updates in their software

My a/c no. is [protected] and from my a/c there were a deduction of Rs. 100 as a consolidated charges. My a/c Is opened in Noida sec-16 Branch (U.P.).Kindly provide me the detail of deduction otherwise i will post a complain in consumer forum against the bank.

Axis Bank — additional of bogies & counters

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am regularly commuting in MMTS train starting from Falaknuma to Lingampally since two years along with my colleagues and other employees of different software companies located at Hitechcity. During recent period there has been exorbitant increase in passengers traveling in these route, we find very difficult to board the train at Secunderabad and also due to sudden reduction of number of bogies from NINE TO SIX, where as the NAMPALLY TO LINGAMPALLY route, the bogies have increased to NINE FROM SIX. Since the the route of Falaknuma to Lingampally is longest compared to Nampally to Lingampally, we request you to operate NINE bogies atleast during peak hours ie morning three and evening three trips and also increase the frequency of trains by adding DHMU. We expect a favourable and immediate action in this regard.
And also plz provide additional counters for mmts tickets in morning and evening hours, looking forward for your early response.

Axis Bank — unauthorised debit

I HAVE A CURRENT A/C IN AXIS BANK MY ACCOUNT NO IS :[protected].ON 04/05/2010 they deducted 400RS FROM MY ACCOUNT OF CHEQUE RETURN.BUT I ISSUED A PDC CHEQUE DATED 15/05/2010.

Axis Bank — Account Statements

Axis bank is carrying out software up gradation, they are not giving bank statements.
It initially told it is from 15th may 2010 to 19th may 2010 3PM.
I have waited till 3.30PM on that day it was still same,not activated the service.
Next day also they changed the end date to 20th may 2010 3PM.
So i went directly to bank to get it.Even they told its not possible.I was in so much urgent from these days to get it.
Even today[protected] they changed the date to get this service again to tomorrow.
i din no how long they will do that.Why they are not telling the exact date of activation of this service???
Don't relie on AXIS bank service...it will be very bad in all these situations.

I had operated my account no.o[protected] of PNB to get my available balance from the ATM of your bank located nearby NIFT campus, hi-tech city, Hyderabad on 3/12/2009 at 12:12pm approximately.
The on screen query showed my balance deducted by Rs 1000/- , while that time ATM was actually operated to check the balance only and no tansaction was made.
kindly confirm the facts and return the money.

Axis Bank — money deducted without my consent

I had operated my account no.[protected] of Punjab National Bank to get my available balance from the ATM of your bank located near by NIFT campus,opp. hitech city,madhapur, Hyderabad on 3rd of december 2009 at 12:12 pm.
The on screen query showed my balance deducted by 1000 Rs/- ,while at that time ATM was operated only to inquire the balance and no transaction was made.
Kindly confirm the facts.
