[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit card payment | |||
Dear Sir I used Axis bank credit card for 5 years back and I stop using that card. Several times I asked them for settlement they said our person will meet you shortly, and every time when I call some new persons will take the call. Last week a girl called me and using very bad words even a boy can't speak, even I told her that I will pay the money but she refuse to hear my words. She said pay my money or hang yourself. please advise them to hear what customer speak Was this information helpful? | |||

UTI Bank Credit Card — about pyment
i have got ur bank credit card. no. is [protected]. (manishpareek) sir the problem is that i havent got statements of my card. &
give request to ur call centers but i havent got any satisfyed
answere. so i was very suffered from ur card & now i waana surrender it. i
got my duplicate statement i c it but it has many charges so i want to
that i havent got my statemet & any other information from ur side than
why i should i pay any oher charges.i[censored] can not able to waiwed my
charges i can take a legal action.
now i will pay only my uses. & plz waiwed my all charges &
interest.

I am using credit card of Axis Bank from last 5 years. From Last Nine months, I am facing a problem using credit card of axis bank. I have paid the minimum monthly installment using cheque payment. The balance was deducted from my saving account before the due date. But bank officials used the same money for there personal use I believe, because that was not deposited into my credit card account. For that they imposed penality on my account for non payment. I go to bank, they resolved the issue, deposited that amount into my account. But they are impossing penalty regularly for late payment and for overlimit. There is nothing like that I am paying my monthly installments late. I pay my monthly Installment two days before the last payment date.
Please ressolve the issue.

many times i have to paid more Rs. than i used.axis bank pretands like "your chaque is in processing", if i submit cash than credit card account effect after 1 or 2 days. and i get charges for late payment.
