[Resolved] Axis Bank Debit Card — unable to recieve money but deducted from my acct | |
Axis bank manager my debit card number :[protected] Sir i have visited an Citibank atm today at arround 7 PM at THE HUB goregaon east branch and processed for Rs 8000/- cash withdrawl from my debit card it was processed but the error has been reported and money was not issued and i got the reciept indicating Sr. no. 009997 card number: 5267xxxxxx869047 trxn: cash withdrawal acct: saving 0614 DISPENSER FAILURE REQUEST NOT SERVICED PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER OR CALL CITIPHONE and i could not get money BUT since i was in the need of money i tried again and with same card again i got the money and for my surprise i got the reciept representing 8000/- + 8000/- withdawal i.e. sixteen thousand withdrawal please rectify the error as it gave me quite a good shock. thanking you regards pande kripashanker Was this information helpful? | |

I GURURAJA K SAMY have a saving account in MG road Branch Bangalore, on 28.09.10 i was visit SBI ATM at Tamilnadu for withdrawing the money, i entered the amount Rs 10000 and while processing power was failed in ATM and after resume the power also i did't received the money but the amount was detected from my account and this i come to know by another withdrawal.
The details of incident as below

Card exoiry: August 2019
Incident happen with Bank: State Bank of India, Puliangudi Brach, Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu
Date of incident: 28.09.10 at 3 to 4 pm
Sr. no of next three withdrawal : 5599, 5500 and 5601
I kindly request please check and give my amount back to my account.

Myself is Sachin Kumar Dubey using ATM Card of Axis Bank Ranchi, (Albert Ekka Chowk Main Road Branch, ). On 22/02/2010 I wanted to withdraw Rs. 1000/- cash from nearest ATM centre at Allahabad Bank ATM near Harmu Housing Colony Branch. But, neither have I received cash but receipt rejection slip/receipt from the said ATM Center, & my account gets debited by Rs.1000/-.For your ready ref. I am giving you My ATM Card No.[protected] & my AxisBank SB.a/cNo.is[protected] .
Now I request you to take the matter on priority basis & credit the amount of Rs. 1000/- to my Axis Bank account without any further delay.
