I gotta a feeling that it was the worst decision day I decided to apply house loan from AXIS Bank.

It all started last Year December (December 2010) when a representative from your bank came to me that you can apply for the loan.

Though later i come to know that this guy is from DSA.

I gave him all the required documents and he got my loan Sanctioned. With documents he took the cheque from me of 5515 amount saying me that once the loan is sanctioned he will return me the cheque and will take the fresh cheque of full amount 11030 . I told him in advance that i don't have enough money in my account if you even want to place this cheque let me know. But axis bank placed the cheque without informing me. So cheque got bounced. Then i called him to enquire about this he told me you don't need to worry i have talked with my seniors give me the cash i will deposit it. I gave him the same and give me reciept as well. I have encloosed that slip in attachement.

Now I got the Sanction letter (AXIS/10/CAD/HL/272). I asked him to apply for the loan gave him all the required documents. He told me he started the process. But everytime I call i told me it's taking time give me 3-4 days. So I decided to go to axis bank Indrapuram branch. There i met

There were still 15 days before my sanction letter was about to expired. But they were again not able to disperse the loan and hence my sanction letter got expired.

So now i ask them for the solution what can be done As i required loan as soon as possible. VIkas Mehan told me that we have to get new sanction Letter for you but that would be at current interest rate. As i have no choice i agreed but that cost me a lot. As now interest rate was 1% higher that the previous one.

Again i gave them all the documents and they got my loan Sanctioned. Sanction letter:

Approval NO. Axis Bank / PH_LNPHG_FLOATING / 469146 / RAC - GHAZIABAD RAC / 11 -12

I told to disperse the loan. But they again start delaying the process by every time giving new unjustified reason. I told that i have demand date with a month. But no one was taking it seriously So i decided to escalate it, So i met

Ajay talked with these guys but still no use. They started the process but at last time (After Six months the process started) they told me that they can't disperse my loan as you inital processing fee cheque got bounced. I ask them Following question which they don't have any answer

1) Why then you re sanctioned the Loan? Why this thing was not catched in your technical and legal queries then.
2) Why You don't told me when it happen in December 2010 and took away cash from me saying that it doesn't matter.

I leave all the hope of getting the loan from your bank i decided to move on. But i got the call from VIKAS MEHAN saying that we have raised the conncern to higher managment, We got the approval from them and they are agreed to disperse the loan. But Still It's been a month they are pursuing the process and not able to disperse.

Can Someone from axis bank is responsible enough to take actions and disperse my loan. I not talking about the sufferings and interest that i have to pay the builder due to your irresponsible behavior. Beleive last six months is worst dealing i have ever recieved.

And who is responsible for Followings:
1) Loan Interest rate got up due to NEW Sanction letter.
2) I have to pay the builder interest due to late payments because you din't disperse the loan even after commiting it.
3) I have to took up the money from market on interest to pay the builder payement.
4) Time I wasted you calling you guys again and again. Many times i vistied your bank. You guys are just Fearless that nobody will take action against you. You now don't disperse the loan I will show you how to deal with it.

Rohit you also complaint to the Banking Ombudsman (RBI). They will take up an action against the bank as soon as possible and I hope you can get some compensation also.

    I am Individual & not a company. Also I am NRI settled in USA. I hold stocks & dividends are credited into my NRO account held at Axis Bank. I wish to repatriate
    my dividend funds from Axis Bank to my account held at USA bank.
    The Axis Bank has referred me to Circular 4/2009 dated June 29,2009 " Remittances to NRI under section 195 of the Income Tax".

    I am not remitting funds to NRI but I am transferring money from my NRO account
    to my own account at USA bank.

    Do I have to comply with the Circular 4/2009 dated June 29,2009 ? Alternately are there different instructions for Repatriation of funds ?

      I have booked IRCTC ticket from hyd to kolkatta 2AC by some problems tickets was not booked due to access denied but amount was deducted from my account, so i want to many back to my account at earliest.

        Truly poor dispatch services of Axis Bank's courier service_Bluedart Courier. I have requested Axis Bank to dispatch me cheque book on 8th June. On 10th June I got sms on my mobile that my cheque book is couriered. On 12th afternoon I called up toll free no.s of Axis Bank to confirm the status. The representative after spending around 10 minutes time with me taking all my information said they cannot give me status as the systems are down. In evening I tried again their no. Again after spending 15 minutes time they told that "Systems are down". Till yesterday 14.06.11 I didn't receive the cheque book.

        I called up Toll free no. and took my home branch Krishna Nagar's phone no. that always kept going unanswered. I somehow manage to get Krishna Nagar Axis Bank's Operations Head Mr. Amit's no. I called up his mobile no. [protected] at 3.16pm, who said he is busy in meeting and will revert. I got a call from Ms. Komal from branch at around 6.15 pm who confirmed that the cheque book is couriered on 10th and will reach me in a day or two further. I was shocked to get this response that even international couriers are being received nowadays in 4 days and local or even other metro's courier would take 6 days time to reach???

        I told her that i badly need the cheque book for my home loan purpose, she said 'I can give you Blue dart Courier's docket no. as well as their contact no. you may contact them and ask for the status.

        As a helpless customer I had no other option than taking courier details and follow up with them. My husband called up Blue Dart courier's no.[protected]call centre at Jasola, Delhi) and spoke to Ms. Meenakshi, who said that courier with docket no. [protected] was returned due to door lock found twice. He told Meenakshi that my home is never door lock as my mother stays back 24 Hrs home. She showed no answer for this and said by tomorrow some would come and deliver the packet. My husband told her the urgency and asked her why I was not contacted in case of door lock, why I have to follow up with you guys. She said she'll get the cheque book delivered first thing in the morning. My husband must remind her around 9 am in the morning.

        Today morning my husband called up and spoke to Ms. Anu and gave again the whole details at 9 am and at 10 am again as he took short leave from his office to receive this cheque book as these are to be submitted to my home loan account on SOS basis. Till 11 am there was no whereabouts of courier guy. I called up Call Centre again and spoke to Ms. Zeba whom I told the whole story again and she said before 3 pm today the packet will be delivered. I told her that my husband has taken short leave as he was told by Meenakshi that first thing in the morning the packet will be delivered. This way another complete day of ours is wasted by pathetic dispatch services of Axis Bank as well as Blue dart services. Zeba said she'll talk to the concerned service Centre at Jhilmil Industrial area and revert in next 10-15 minutes.

        No call back received for one hour. I called up again and her colleague said "she is busy on other calls, you call up again after 10-15 minutes as we can't keep phone on hold for more than 2-3 minutes"... Surprised customer services. I called up again and soma male person took my call and asked me to call again as Zeba was busy on taking other customer's calls. I kept holding till around further 10 minutes till Mr. Rohit Asst. Manager who listen to my complaint and reverted in 10 minutes time to show that he can do nothing more than feeling sorry and can get the packet delivered by 3 pm only.

        Can Axis bank answer?:

        1. Does it take 6 days for a cheque book dispatch? Why can't a customer collect it from his Axis Bank's home branch in urgent required cases and he has to keep waiting till he is kind of obliged by Axis Bank's services?
        2. Why instead of following up with their courier services thay give docket details to customers to keep fighting on with courier services and wash their hands from their responsibility?
        3. Why blue dart couriers always find customer place lock where is my home is NEVER LOCKED as last time also the same thing happened and I collected the cheque book from branch? When will blue dart stop giving false feedback to customers???
        4. Why not Blue dart courier calls up customers to confirm their address/availability status if they receive the packet returns?
        5. Why a customer's urgent request giving complete details o[censored]rgency goes in deaf ears of call centre staff and an urgent delivery is also promised for by 3pm??? Even when it was promised for the first thing in the morning???

        If I don't get this cheque book today, I'll publish this letter in other various consumer sites and consumer forum.

        Blue Dart — loan sanction,

        Sir, my name is ashok i am working in Blue dart as a accountant, and i went DHFL for the construction loan( Demolishing the Existing Building and Apply for new construction) and i met Mr balasubramanian Branch Manager i told very clearly i having the copy of the document for parent document and he told to me no issue we do the file, and i pay the full process fee upfront.
        and the sanction my loan & they hand over the sanction letter and i demolish the existing building and start the new building after the completing the base work i approch the DHFL for first payment along with the cheque and other original document, at he time of i hand over the document, they are refuse to give the loan because of parent document is copy of document, suddenly i was shocked and i told to branch manager i was already told i having only copy of the document, he deny that finally they are not give the loan to me, i tryed lots of time but there is no response, finnaly i help less. so please dont go to DHFL
        I faced similar issue with Axis bank. I requested for a duplicate agreement copy for my loan I had with axis bank. I placed the request on Oct-1-2012. They said I will receive the courier by Oct-11, but I didnt received.

        When I called them up they provided a POD no and told me to contact blue dart courier. But the courier representative said that it is an invalid POD no.

        When I again called up the axis bank, they replied it might be the mistake of the courier company as they might not have updated the details in the system. So I waited till Oct-30-2012. Still I didnt received the agreement copy.

        On Oct-30-2012 when I called up the axis bank again they said the request has been closed. I placed an complaint against the request saying that I didnt received the courier. Again the pathetic axis bank representative said it will take 10 more days for the courier to dispatch and provided me another number saying that this is the compaint number for the request I have raised.

        I waited till Nov-7-2012 and again called them up. They didnt had any answer for my query. I was very frustrated and read your comments and replied.

        As you have posted this comment on july-2011, just wanted to confirm is there any way we can charge consumer complaints on the bank as they are charging 500Rs for the duplicate copies.

          I have a car loan from Axis Bank and would like to receive details on the total outstanding amount and whats the formalities and penalties for foreclosure of the loan.

          my car loan account number is AU[protected] on the name of Deepali Dmello

          I have been trying to call on numbers [protected], 66110175, 66110195, 66110207, 66110209. I have called Axis Bank customer service number and they have not been able to help either. They have mentioned you can visit the fort branch or keep trying these numbers. I have been calling since saturday 11th June 2011 and the phones are only ringing and 2 numbers dont even exist. They claim they dont have an email id for customer service complaints either. its a dead end...

          Ditto...facing the same issue with the Axis car loan department. ...I happen to be their so called priority customer.
          The bank’s online grievance redressal mechanism is quite complicated, not so user-friendly s. I am not sure if you would take any action on this complaint, however, I needed to vent out my frustration somewhere.
          I hold a salary account (so called priority account) with Goregaon (E) branch, account number [protected] .
          I had taken up a loan from Axis bank in the year 2007 for a period of 5 years, the details are as follows:
          • Loan Account number– [protected]
          • Loan recovered from A/C no. – [protected]
          I had paid the outstanding amount and requested for a NOC from the bank. Ms. Shivangi (Axis Bank-Fort Branch), promised to courier the Car loan NOC. Have been following up since the past 7 days. Now she does not even answer my phone. I am buying a new car from Hyundai in exchange of my old car (for which I have requested NOC), now since I don’t have the NOC, Hyundai can’t give me the new car. So I am left without a car for over 10 days now and public transport system in Mumbai is miserable as you are aware. (Pawan Kumar Sharma)

            worst service and Response why because when we tried to drop the cheque of our employees into the Axis bank of mehdipatnam branch but branch manager Mr.kalyan Krishna refused to take the cheque even the Branch Manager spoken very rude so is this the service AXis bank is providing i want to clear with Axis Bank Immediately.As the manager representing the Axis bank am rite then why he is feeling that we are the employees to him and he is a boss to us i want clear this issue immediately.

              Hi,

              i got home loan from axis bank for the amount of 25,00,000. after got the sanctioned letter, they released two part payment respectively, 10,00,000, and 9,00,000. and then two weeks back, they called me and said your builder applied for final payment and will release the payment if the 95% work completed. i said some of pending work is there and dropped mail stating that, kindly release third payment and wait until my confirmation for final payment. but they released final payment without my confirmation. so please advice where can i register my complient against this. Thanks

                This is with regard to new debit card, I have submited application for new debit card to Axis bank Panchkula branch to Mr. Puneet on last Monday (27.05.2011). Today, i have confirmed the status of my aaplication for new debit card from Axis bank Panchkula branch but still no action has been taken by panchkula branch and nobody is able to give any status for application.

                Today, I talk to Axis bank customer care, but they told they have no status of my aaplication for debit card.

                    Dear Mr. Sharma,

                    I am a Priority Banking member, as per my welcome kit, and I had approached Mr. Shreya and Mr. Sarfaraz in the Vile Parle East branch to have a new Debit Card issued as my existing card was cracked on the magnetic strip. This happened on May 16, 2011.

                    I was asked to fill up a form and after doing so, I was told that the card would arrive within 7 working days.
                    When I had not received the card by May 26, I tried to call Mr. Sarfaraz, but he did not answer any of my calls. Post which I spoke with Mr. Parvez, the Branch Manager, and was assured of some action. Mr. Shreya called me on back, stating that I had signed the wrong form, as apparently the system did not recognise me as a Priority Banking member. Hence, I had to visit the branch again, where I was assured by Mr. Sarfaraz that the account would be converted back into a Priority Banking account and that the Debit Card would be hand delivered to me on Tuesday, May 31, 2011.

                    When I did not hear from either of them on Tuesday, I tried calling Mr. Sarfaraz, but he did not take my calls either on Tuesday or Wednesday, post which I was forced to call Mr. Parvez again. I did not receive a call from anyone regarding my card, and I once again called Mr. Sarfarz on Thursday, June 2. He promised to get back to me, and then promptly did not take any more of my calls. I received a call from Mr. Shreya stating that that the card would take another 2-3 working days.

                    Mr. Sharma, I am totally appalled at this lack of support and inability for anyone in your organisation to stick to committed deadlines. This is totally unacceptable and I wish to know your views on the same.

                    I await your response. I am, by copy, sending this correspondence to Mr. Parvez.

                      I hereby Anwarjahan from Bagalkot actullay i have deposited 10000 rupees in Axis bank the a/c holder name chakarvarty the reason of deposit the money i have return the exam of SBM once i have got the call from west bengal the person who called me his name Goyal he told me your result is dispatching but you dont have qualified marks if you want to appointment letter and id card of bank selection so put the money on my account actually he had demand the amount of Rupees 25000 but i am poor so request him i will arrenge 10000 and told yes so deposited the money afterwords he switched off his mobile so please do something for my sake please............

                      Sir,
                      I was doing net banking 2 days back on (25/3/13) in cleartrip.com. On the transaction site everything was fine even i got the confirmation from axis bank that my transaction payment was successful but when the cleartrip site opened, they gave a message stating that "my payment was not accepted and if in case my money was deducted fro account, i will receive in 2-3 working days". Till now my money is not recovered. I also have attached my transaction detail along with the complaint. Kindly help me.

                        I have got a Debit Card from Axis Bank in month of March'11.......but suddenly my PIN No. stopped working.....due to which i consumed my cheque book to debit money from my account....i called up cust care they said "Sir You entering your PIN No. Wrongly,visit our branch with your PIN NO. envelope and enter in front of them". I visited the branch. branch ppl didnt even checked it and forward a request for duplicate PIN and to issue a new cheque book. 15 days past, nothing done,i got the email id of nodal office from internet and sent him the mail, but nothing is been done till yet, i am not able to debit money from my account just because of pathetic services of AXIS Bank. i think RBI should take action against the bank as there is hell lots of complaints against AXIS Bank......

                        I M P N SRIVASTAVA FROM NOIDA, ACTUALLY I HAVE OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH AXIS BANK LAST YEAR {4DEC2010} THEY COLLECTED THE DOCS WHATEVER THEY REQUIRED AND COLLECTED THE AMOUNT OF RS 5200 WITH ME FOR ACCOUNT OPENING AMOUNT, NOW MY ACCOUNT HAS OPENED IN JAN2011 BUT TILL NOW THAT AMOUNT HAS BEEN NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT I HAVE COPLAIN REGARDING THIS SEVERAL TIMES IN MY LOCAL BRANCH SECTOR 16 TO OPERATION HEAD AND BRANCH MANAGER BUT NO SATISFACTORY SERVICES BY THEM, I HAVE ALSO COMPLAIN IN THERE 24HRS CARE THEY GIVE ME THE COMPLAIN NO. OF 4948219 BUT NO ACTION TAKEN BY THEM REGARDING THIS ...........NOW I AM COMPLAINING IN CONSUMER FORUM WITH THE TRUST OF THAT IT CAN RESOLVE MY PROBLEM ASAP.                         Dear Concern,

                        This is my complaint regarding poor services from Axis Bank, Mohali, Branch, Phase 5.
                        I had applied for an Image Card on 23 April 13 within Branch office and received Card without image.
                        Prabhjit Kaur was the Associate who received my form on that day.She also denied that she have ever received any mail from my side for the image.

                        Complaint No:763-0041 was logged against her poor services and behavior.
                        After wards I was asked again to fill form on the Branch Office that I did again on 4th May 13. I asked the executive to send me an acknowledgement mail that I never recieved.
                        But again I have received the card without image.
                        Complaint No: 7661325 for that has been logged again.

                        Kindly help me to resolve the issue as it is unexpected as

                        and relaying on Brach office employee is not possible for me again.
                        my customer id is[protected]. I have requested for cheque book on 17 November. Still I am waiting for it. Many times i called up and visited bank to know the status. But no satisfactory answer they could provide.Some times concerned person not present or other excuses. Its like I dont understand now whom to complain, when my visits are also proving futile. I had good experience with the bank so far thats why had my business account with this Phaharganj branch. But services are really poor and every time i feel the staff is like new they dont know any thing about whats going on.

                          On that day, 9th April,2011, we have been committed that, you will
                          receive the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT FILE within 15 to 20 Days, by Mr.
                          Jigneshbhai,
                          at AXIS BANK, Bhavnagar.

                          Now, we call for our Document to Jigneshbhai, every time he reply for
                          next 8 to 10
                          Days, So, I personally request you to please let me know the real time, when we
                          Receive the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT FROM BANK.

                            On 25 May2011 my card was detained by machine by no reason and the machines buttons were not working fine. Whenever I try to get money from there ATM machine I have to hit the button very hard. I have called there toll free number at least 4 to 5 times. Always the call goes to wrong department than they transfer the line to other department that goes on and on. I wanted to remove money from my account but the card was not working So I have to go to bank for cash.1 June 2011 I have gone to bank just get small amount but the system were not working fine. I had waited for at least 2 hrs get to get my money. Around 9.30 AM the bank got open and later when I went on cash counter the female said the cash counter will be opened at 10.00 AM so I waited. I told them to register the details and add it on later they said they can’t around 10.30 AM it happened and later around 11.10 Am they gave us the money in same manner what i told them... When all these was happening the manger operation was just looking at me as if I have gone crazy not even bothered to ask what the problem was. I have called the toll free number of there to complaint about there ATM machines which are not working. It has been months that i have seen the ATM machine working in fine in Andheri. I stay near andheri station. Whenever i call the toll free number they say they are taking care of it. I see no progress. On top they tell me that i can withdraw the money from the other ATM bank. I am allowed 5 times in month later i will be charged for services. I suggest that they should Shut down there bank as well as the ATM... AXIS BANK is worst nightmare. The INDIAN bank is the best

                            Axis Bank — VERY BAD ATM SERVICE

                            ONE MORE TIME I HAVE VISITED THE AXIS BANKS ATM, AND AS USUAL IT WAS OUT OF ORDER
                            I SAW ONE MAN WAS ALSO THERE LIKE ME THEN WE DECIDED TO WITHDRAWL MONEY FROM OTHER BAKNS ATM AND HE TOLD ME THAT DONT TRUST ON AXIS BANKS ATM AND DONT GO TO THAT JUST WITHDRAWL YOUR CASH FROM ANY OTHER ATM.

                            I DONT UNDERSTAND SUCH A BIG BANK AND SUCH A BAD SERVICE.
                            I lost my HDFC ATM card which got stuck inside the AXIS BANK ATM machine which is available at HCL BPO SERVICES at Greams road in Chennai.I request the concern authority to give it to the HCL FINANCE DEPT as early as possible or else u can contact me at my no [protected].

                            I have opened my salary account in axis bank ,they issued a kit excluding cheque book ,but the thing is I can't withdraw amount in any of the AXIS bank ATM , Axis bank debit card is not at all working in the Axis bank ATM’S ,what should I do.

                              The Axis bank ATM in question is located in front of the Barrackpore Station, On 18th may around 1945Hrs the Security Guard on duty at the ATM refused the customer access to the helpline telephone.He said that there is no such phone and there is no complaint book, and if we had any complaint we should go to the bank. On being questioned,the guard started shouting and switched off the power to the modem link or the network link. Immediately the ATM machines started showing "NO satellite link". He was abusive and shouting at top of his voice.His behavior got the crowd gathered around and the scene looked as if some ATM heist was in action. The matter was reported to the axis bank call center operator to register the complaint, Also i lodged the complaint to the bank through my net banking account. Though the bank has expressed regret in an reply mail, but they have not informed me about any action being taken against the guard or corrective actions taken thereof.

                                  Hello Sir,

                                  I named Mahesh receiving the Calls from Axis Bank Credit Card Department Of Raniganj Office stating that
                                  am dafaulter of Card Payment, But infact i dont have any Axis Bank Credit Card. The lady called me was Riya from Raniganj Axis Bank Office, she was too rude on the call and not even confirmed that she is speaking to right person. even i had called to Phone banking of the bank and enquired about the same. the Officer spoked to was Mr. Sanjib Majhi who has taken all my details and confirmed that my name only matches and no other details were matching and asked me to mark mail to customer.[protected]@axis bank.com. Even iam receiveng the mail through Face Book site from lady named Avanti reddy and asking me to make payment or do settlement for the same. I had informed about the same to Phone Banking officer who inturn checked and confirmed and told that was a fraud mail.

                                  The point here is the lady had sent the Credit Card No and outstanding amount. am wondering like a lady who does'nt have any relation with Axis bank has customers confidential information.
                                  Its became clear that the lady is noway related to Axis Bank. Avanti reddy is the lady who is trying to do fraud with false card details.

                                  I request you to please help me in this regards and reslove the issue.

                                    My account has been running from more then six years in axis bank but
                                    I never felt problem regarding banking service but now _a_ days I have
                                    been harassed emotionaly and mentaly by the Dt. Manager Miss Aditi
                                    ghosh. Her tendency is negelectind and ignoring the custommer and his
                                    problem. Her version is very penetrating and shocking. So far her
                                    behavier is seems to be concerned, is very rough,rigid and restive.In
                                    spite of these demerites, she get advantage to be a lady bank
                                    executive.
                                    Hence, therefore I request you to do the needfull and strict
                                    action against her so that I may not suffer further mentaly and
                                    physicaly.

                                      Since the result had been declared and Iam not the successful applicant , Therefore i was expecting my deposit amount to be refunded which is not done as yet.

                                        As i deposited my refund order no 050057, Rs.150000/-, Application No-891451 at my ICICI bank on 20/01/09, but today i find that first the refunded money crideted in my account then again they debited the same amount, when i inquire from ICICI bank they are telling me that Axis bank has not cleared it when i want to know the reason she is simply telling me to contact Axis bank, please help me how can i get my money back and the reason why they had not cleared it.

                                        DDA Refund,

                                        I have submitted DDA Application for No. 0255218 in Axis Bank Barakhamba Road New Delhi on 13.12.2010. Since I am unsucessfull allottee so my refund should be credted in my bank directly for which I have already submitted cancelled cheque leaf with my application. I have not received my refund so far moreover the nodel officer Mr. Gaurav Tandon is not responding.
                                        I am also sailing in the same boat. I have written an email to the MD and CEO of Axis Bank - Shikha Sharma - shikha.[protected]@axisbank.com. You can also try the same, but she also seems to be as lame and as lax as her banking operations. After all, the flows from the top!
                                        I have submitted dda application no. 0039613 in Axis bank Gurgaon . I have not received my dda refund till date. While contacting on the telephone no, 24531284 of Axis Bank E-64, GK - 1, either no. is busy or not reachable or switch off. I am contact Mr. Gaurav Tandon & Mr Himanshu and Parnit pal but i didn't get any satisfactory reply.

                                        Can we all go in consumer court against DDA and Axis Bank .
                                        If any one is ready the pls contact to me I will put a legal case against them.
