hi, I have complain in regards to order#33649484 in which I was assured couple of items and was given wrong assurance product was booked on 18th Feb and still waiting for it.Tried calling them on mentioned number but they keep on giving the assurance that they are not able to full fill.

Sale executive name vijender yadav said me that we are giving u all products worth rupees 14999 on 12 month emi
But my 14999 rupees had been deducted from my account
But still i do not received my product

My brother's birthday is on 12th April and I want to gift him a shoe. So I ordered a shoe about 3 weeks ago on 14th march 2014 and it is not delivered yet. And when I called them they told me that there is some auditing like thing in the company & after 5th April they will dispatch the shoes. Still waiting

Regarding damage of Lotto shoes purchased from Bag it today.

I have purchase Lotto shoes for Rs. 999/- from Bag it Today and found that the shoes are so condemn that cracked within 15 days o[censored]se. It is a manufacturing defect. My order no.[protected]. I found that I was cheated from bag it today. I have written many mails to bag it today and lotto company but no positive response received till now and I loss Rs 999/- due to bag it today.

So I never recommended to purchase anything from bag it today site.

I am very disappointed after purchase of Lotto shoes and in future I do not recommend any person to buy it.
