I have purchased LUXURY HOLIDAY STAY by paying Rs7498/-. I have submitted the form on 15Dec2010 with 3 destination choices with 3 dates as per the terms and extra Rs750 as DD for processing (booking the hotel). They have not processed yet as on 16Mar2011. Inspite off speaking to customer care regarding being charged for products i dont want,I was told the amt will be refunded to me but similar transactions have been done to date, my bank has asked for written complaint which i have made to them. some transactions have been done and i have not recieved the products too. transactions upto Rs 60,000 is done off which im not aware I have requested my bank to block any transactions...

I had paid for an order of a Giordano watch on Bagittoday.com on the 18th of February. The website guaranteed a 2-3 weeks delivery to my address of the item. As per the email the order should have been dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Its been almost 2 months I have not yet received my order.
