    I am very afraid about there service. i have purchase a watch in Dec from begitittoday service,but that was used product. that's why i have give them for replacement on 13/01/11 , i have already follow them min 50 times but every time their executive give me extended delivery time of 10-12 days . & now a day i don't get any positive response.i have enclose there mail detail below.

    I booked a Swatch watch on Bagittoday on the 10th of October but the site did not allow me to reach to the page again, when I called up the customer care again I got my order no. that is [protected]. As per them the payment is still pending. But when I confirmed it to my bank it was already processed to them. Now I dont have my money in my account and also the product I purchased. I had made a purchase of Rs 2198. Please look into the matterf

    I purchased a Philips go gear 8 GB MP3 player on 4th December ,2010. I paid the payment through my debit card.They had promised to deliver within 4 weeks but it's been almost 8 weeks now and there has been no response from them.I think this is a fraud company.I think i have become a vicitm of Internet Fraud.I bought the product because BAGITTODAY is suppose to be under the parent brand INDIATODAY group.I checked the website of India Today and BAGITTODAY is a part of their business.

      Hi,

      I have booked a pack of diamonds worth Rs5500.It was claimed to be 10packs in each and 3 such packs was ordered but on delivery i received all total 24 Pieces and very small in size. I inquired from jeweler, it was not even worth 500/- each pack. I felt very much cheated.
      These type of sites should be blocked and necessary actions should be taken against these kind of companies.
      Could you please help us to get the claimed items delivered to the consumer ?

        i had purchased lg kf 240 on the website of bagittoday.com on 4th jan 2011 as per featured specified on their site as touchscreen and 3 mp camera and 3 inch screen (have saved the link page with the specification), but i received that mobile one month late .ie. on 6th feb 2011 and with no touchscreen feature and only 2mp camera with 2 inch screen instead and that too same displayed model in white colour.
        from then on i am being calling them on [protected] and also emailing them with all the details and attachment as asked by them but no response was noticed from there side.
        then one day i able to talk to Mr. Pankaj (who claims to be senior most executive) and as per said by him i again mailed back the details and in response got mail to let them know where was the scheme or link i purchased the mobile.
        i call and again wanted to talk to pankaj but they told to call me back which they didnt and atleast i called them 10-15 times between 6 to 19 feb, but to my surprise they were least concern of my complaint.
        now again i got mail asking me to return the mobile, i call them asking for pankaj and when i told him about this he told me this is company policy and they will return my money in 15-20 days after reaching the mobile back to them, but i ask them to give me as per specified mobile of lg kf240 but he said first you return us the mobile and then we would see,
        i told then that i would make a complaint to consumer forum and for this pankej told to go forward and didnt gave me his senior email nos. or phone nos.
        also i told him in this way you suffer your customer as i make full payment and for 45 days i am being not able to get as per specified mobile and just say sorry and not even make an intent to correct your problem by sending the correct mobile and then taking the wrong one.
        my complain nos. with them are 34837 by deepika on 6th feb., 42432 and 51823 by pravin kumar on 18th feb.

          I had places two orders with http://www.bagittoday.com/. First one paying Rs.299 on 05th sept 2010 (order id :[protected] and second one on7th Jan 2011(order id:[protected]) and till now I have not received both the items.Everytime I contact the customer care they claim that they have send me the first order on 11th Sept (which I wonder why has not reached me till 16th Feb also) and they have no clue on what happened to that. On the second order everytime they will assure they will despatch in one week, which also did not happen till now.

          I wonder how they can fool people like this, taking money and not despatch the goods. Everytime I demand for a refund of money and they will assure that i will get the items in one week and that also is not happening.
          Request you to pls ban this site so that more people will not fall into this trap

            I AM NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER NO. [protected].... COMPANY SAYS THAT THEY DELIVERED THE PRODUCT TO AREMAX COURIER ON 15.01.2011 BUT TILL TODAY I CAN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. COURIER BOY NOT DELIVER TO MY HOME........ I FEEL I CHET BY THEM...... i call to aramex ahmedabad & mumbai, they said parcel is with ahmedabad office & we arrange to deliver you as soon as possible........ but today i saw at aramex tracking it will be delivered on 25.01.2011 @ 11.35............ HOW IT IS POSSIBLE............?

            It is confirm that they are not delivered my product at my home..... They misguide me to show me the DUPLICATE signature of my wife & mobile no. There delivery boy not identify my house & my wife... Clearly we saw that he is in very tention when he was come to my home to meet my wife, Firstly, delivery boy said that he delivered the product at 11.35am and after some day he come to my home and said to my wife "this is my mistake, i delivered the product at 12.30pm."

            - i call to aremax - rajkot but they said we delivered the product, now i am not responsible....!
            - i call to your customer care they give me complaint no. & says "wait for 2 -3 weeks...!"

              On 17th October 2010 I purchased set of Award winning books from Bagitittoday online portal.The price was Rs 803 and transaction was done through SBI bank online transaction.My Order Id.[protected] and order number Order no.0GA[protected].But in spite of several email reminder and persuasion they didn't send my product till date. Their only intention is to kill time with all types of bogus excuses. First of all they did not send me the consignment number while sending the parcel and once I called them they said that courier agency didn't find out the address and the parcel has come back to us. But I used to get courier product at that address with out any hassle from Blue Dart.

              After that I emailed the detail address with all the relevant landmarks necessary for find out the correct location. But They Didn't send my product

              And yesterday after several followup's and a copy to there companies CEO Bagga they have sent new Order Id as Order Id SG-853709. So sent a new number to while away another 3 months so they can shut the consumers mouth for some more days.

                Bag it today.

                I have given two orders to Bag it today, they insisted me to go for IVR payment, i said i am not keen but they given me assurity that your order will prcess immediately and we will deliver by 15th Feb'11

                I was calling them from last 3-4 days, close to 15 times. but they have not even update my order in their system even i have made the payment 1 week back.

                customer care response is pathetic, they don't give clear information and address of office and product information.

                      I have received a duplicate Numero Uno Watch from Bag it today vide invoice no. TRNPL/DLI/10-11/81771 dated 29.12.2010 on 09.02.2011 after paying Rs.499/- to courier. On opening the pack , I found a duplicate white dial Numero Uno Watch worth hardly Rs. 200/- which they have claimed to be Rs. 2750/- in their email advertisement . They have not taken any action ,so far, on my complaint.
                      I agree with the above complaint. I have also ordered a sunglasses of Rs 500 and they have provided me a duplicate plastic sunglass which not cost more that Rs50 in local market.

                      Its a total fraud company and must stop doing this nonsence.

I have been recieving the magazine since then.However the said offer for one year had mentioned that I will get a Reebok Travel Bag shortly. After almost 7 months I have still not recieved the said bag from India Today group. I have mail them the said fact on 01/07/09 however I have not reieved any answer from them. After seeking clarification from the Cust Serv desk 2 days later, I was told that this is a case of overcommitment, and I need to reject the courier. Accordingly, I rejected the receipt of the order (courier details below), and hoped for quick credit back into my card account.

I am extremely frustrated with this behavior and unable to understand how a respectable firm like Living Media works with these unethical practices.
