[Resolved] Bag It Today — Cheated by Bag IT Today | |||
I purchased one travel voucher from bag it today by paying 3999, for 3N/4 days Booking id : MCIT[protected] Order id : 33036635 I got one travel voucher free from bag it today on above voucher Order id : 33043907 I need to plan my Goa visit from Sep 28, 2 couples for 3N/4Days For making booking we need to provide booking id and order id. Or we can call yatra.com at number [protected] I submitted the visit details online for 1st voucher and got message that yatra.com will get back to me in 48 hrs, but no response from them For 2nd voucher I cannot do online booking as I have not received booking ID from bag it today.' From 26th Aug till date I have called 50 times at [protected] but no one picks up the call. I have made 20 calls at Bag it Today line[protected], but Customer Representative will always say call yatra.com line.. When I told them no one picks up, they keep on repeating call again they will pickup. Even one CR scheduled call back also, but then also no call from them. Rekha Was this information helpful? | |||
