BagItToday — Not responding about my complaint

Dear sir,
I have purchased a sports shoes ( Provogue, 7 size and black & white color ) from Bag it Today on 5th July, 2013. But i have received 10 size and Blue color shoes, but i paid that time. after that i have file a complaint against my order. But till now i did not get resolution of my complaint. Whenever i am calling to Bag It Today, every time they told me it will take 5-7 days. I have got 4 complaint id but did not get resolution till now. Dear concern please have a look of my issue and give me the resolution. All complaint and order details as follows.

Your executive came to me on 19th july 2013 to pick wrong order but till now there is no response from your side that when I received my correct order i.e. shoes no. 7 and color black & white mentioned in your website when I place the order for the same, it shows that your service is very poor how anybody can trust u i[censored] given this type of poor service, I have called 3 times to your customer care but I am not satisfied from your customer care quality, detail of calls given below

I think a have made a big mistake to place a order from you, please resolve my matter as soon as possible as I want to refund my money now as your executive said that we have not refund the money how can u say that, why u not refund money.
