i purchased my avenger 200 dtsi in 2009 october after first servicing meri bike mai bahut sari problems aa gayi............ gone to dealer he changed one part something named (roter) after one month i got the same prob wid it ................ wt to do yar .................jaldi batao ..................i will not prefer any one to buy ur bike............

    I had puchased Discover 125CC bike From dealer M/s Sai Bajaj, Bhilai(Durg). Since purchase, i regularly serviced my vehicle from parent service centre. By last 2 years,my bike silencer's inner core got corrded due to direct impingement of exhaust gases.

    Earlier, complaint letter provided in the service book was sent to Bajaj auto, Pune. Based on that, now service manager(M.P. & C.G.) suggested for compromisation by giving 10-15% discount on new one. Thereafter, workshop manager(Sai Bajaj, Bhilai) remined me for past unfair means(Ex. Accidental claim) called since last 2 years.

      I have bajaj chetak 4 stroke scooter since April 2002. Recently the rear wheel drum got irrepairably damaged and needs a replacement. I have been trying for this spare part since 15 days from several dealers in Orissa and AP but could not get it. Hope the company people will supply the spare part as I have requested a dealer in Srikakulam, AP to send a request to the company for supplying this spare part.
      I have Bajaj Chetak 4 Stroke Scooter, Six months back the Gear changer of the Scooter got Cracked, Since that I am unable to find the parts i.e. gear changer & gear cable's any where in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, & Nashik, None of the bajaj Dealers are available to provide it so far
      I also have Bajaj Chetak 4s. last week my rear wheel is got broken. now i dont find any part at all in all jharkhand. please help me...
      Apart from this my bajaj chetak 4s's back light is broken even that red glass is not available anywhere. this not only me but my friends who has the same model they dont find parts. now the scooter is almost useless for me...

      from 3rd march 2011 a oil pump is not working, after sevral reminder and personnel vist you distributer in luck now is not able to provide the same.

      i bought a bajaj wonder gear 4 stroke scooter in 2004 after much thought that Bajaj scooter would be lasting for long years. But to my surprise, the scooter started to have problems from the first year and to add more to that the company stopped the manufacture of the model with in some time. Trusting the brand name of Bajaj is a big mistake as now no spare part is available in the maket and my scooter is being just there... not at all of any use. i spent much amount on it and it is the company's responsibility to provide services... and all spares till certain period of long time. By reading so many peoples complaint, I am not hopeful that the comapny would so something...but certainly we should avoid such companies which dont value customers till the end.
      So Many complaints, but no answers...Is anybody reading these complaint posts???I too am n the same boat ...Got stranded in the middle of nowhere in Goa due to a broken Clutch cable...After 2-3 km luckily a mechanic replaced the wire with a vespa or rickshaw cable...Now I am in the search of the Speedometer/Odometer inner outer cable and have had little luck in obtaining it either in Goa or Mumbai...Help!!!

      Good luck to all of you, because I have a 2 stroke and can't find the damper that attach the rear shock. We should all show up on front of the company with big banner saying WE WANT OUR PARTS OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!
      I've be been doing some research and it look like all parts are gone to USA OR UK ( because the chetack looks as good and fancy as the Vespa. )
      The part are still be made in India but not for us.
      Check eBay USA and you'll see everything you need. And it's all from India
      It's just a mafioso that's taking over the market. Big company and corporation are killing small local business. Check China too could be a little cheaper. They have those scoot too.
      Since Bajaj had enough balls to copy Vespa because they can't think for them self.
      May be Vespa can help a little. Let's remove the Bajaj sign on all of the scooter and put Vespa instead. We're going to replace it our self since they don't want To help us no more.
      Those Bajaj will still be on the road long after those Suzuki or honda not because the brand is good but because they copied Vespa. Good luck to all and don't give up. Find Vespa parts, ask rickshaw driver, they know where to find parts. Or go to the used scooter spare part of your city. You should be able to find it. Or find an old Bajaj for very cheap, since no one can fix it they re really cheap
      And trust me they will be worth some good money very soon.
      They still have tons of Bajaj up north.
      Don't give up the fight. I'm not.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        (This Mail i sent to Bajajcustomer care but there is no feedback from bajaj.)

        This mail I wrote to you second time because I am not satisfied with your last feedback regarding my bike. This time I really do not want to take any chance for my bike’s battery and any other problems so I want to CHANGE MY BATTERY BEFORE MY WARRANTY PERIOD END, because last time I told you to the same problem but you repaired my battery and after few days I faced same problem. When I tell about this problem to your bajaj service center they send me bajaj showroom, from where I purchased my bike but after going to both places I didn’t get the satisfactory solution.

        I purchased Bajaj xcd 135 dts-si disk model on June 2009. On its first service i notice that its battery not charging properly and after a very short period low battery signal comes. I complained about this problem on its first service to fourth service but i didn't get right/proper feed feedback or service from ur Delhi based Bajaj service center in Rama road. The other problem in the bike is that its automatically came into neutral from first gear.

        I am a service man and I have no time for daily come in ur service center for repairing my bike last time I left my bike for three days but that was worth less for me. Now this time I only want to change my battery and and others neutral problems on it, that’s solution.

        For doing these things you should stop to me take any legal action to Bajaj.

          Dear All,

          I had purchased BAJAJ PULSAR 135CC ten days before from Day 1 the engine got heated and also the oil got leaked. I had told to the show room they didnt take it is seriously and they neglected my comments.
          After a week they took the vehicle and serviced and once again i had faced the same problem. They took the vehicle the same problem.

          I am asking to replace the vehicle but till no response.

          What should i do?

          I have the same problem with this bike, even i have purchased this bike 2 weeks back even i am facing same problem. i have done first servicing of bike but nothing happened. Registration for the milage of this bike is 60 km/ph but i am hardly getting 35 km/ph. I made a mistake buying this bike and my suggestions to others not to go with this bike. I am planning to sell this bike ( not even crossed 600 kms yet ). If anyone interested pls call me on [protected].

          I agree with you as the bike(PULSAR 135LS) is PROBLEMATIC BIKE EVER MADE BY BAJAJ
          Problem1--- Self start not working in morning time
          Problem[protected] kicks to be applied evrytime to start the bike.
          Problem3---- Bajaj service centre is not able to rectify the problem
          Problem4--- Rain water entered into petrol tank and created problem
          Problem5--- Customer care provided the complaint No. and never call back to know the status or to provide resolution.
          Problem6--- Accelerator goes on increasing whenever i started the bike and the bike gets stopped thereafter.
          Problem7--- bike gets stopped in a busy traffic road and create problem for others also as the same is NOT ABLE TO START AGAIN EASILY.

            I have Bajaj Discover 125 with me. I have been using it since last 21/2 years but I am not happy with the bike from very first day.
            After purchase bike, I found there seems to be a problem in bike when bike goes to 50 Km/hr speed. There will be voice raised when bike reaches 50 km/hr speed.

            I have been complaining these to Bajaj service centers but no one has resolved my issues and more on this Bike is not running smooth after 55 Km/h4r speed.

            You will very bad driving bike on speed of 60 km/hr.

                I had purchased a Bajaj Plusar 135cc from PRJ Enterprises (Patparganj) on 20th January 2010. When I was Purchased that Bike I found that There Is Problem in 5th Gear of My Bike. It was So Noisy. When I complaint to the service center they said We donot have the 5th Gear Right now but we arrange it in maximum One Week. But they did not do the same. I make many of Phone Calls to them but I didnot get any satisfactory answer from PRJ. They Brought me The Gear on 18th March (after 2months from the date of purchase of Bike). When I reach there They said we Need 3 Days time for the installation of Gear and we will give your Bike on 22nd of March 2010. Now On 22nd March I has Call them for the Progress of My Bike they said We Will give your bike on 24th March.

                I ve purchased Bajaj bike XCD125 on 20 Aug fromBABA MOTORS, Ferozepur Cantt.Sale certificate issued to me on 26 aug.i ve not get any single paper as bill and insurance cover.Beside this bike has some problem with gear shifting from the first day. i told dealer many time for my bike papers and to solve problem, but no responce from his side.
                i request many times, but all in vain.once a day, dealer called me for service and to solve gear shiffting problem.i visit on 23dec2008. but dealer issued me service job card on 24dec2008. he also refused to service the bike and bike is not given to me and bike papers

                PRJ Bajaj Patparganj Service is very very poor every time when i went to service centre for bike service available staff always says not any majour service because staff not available only service like oil change break adjust . its not for once time its every time when i visit for bike service then same wording . So in one word PRJ Bajaj service is very poor ZERO .


                Suggestion : JUST CLOSED BAJAJ SERVICE CENTRE BECAUSE EVERY TIME STAFF NOT AVAILABLE
                i facing the problem of millege problem of 2 stroke bajaj auto rikshawa and i am helpless, tell me how to overcome

                  I booked my Pulsar on 4th March 2010 by STATE CARGO PACKERS OF DELHI from Delhi to Trichy (REF WAS GIVEN BY SULEKHA.COM) till now I am not knowing the FATE of my Bike Whenever I enquired they say it will reach if you have doubt lodge Police complain.They took Rs4000/ for my delivery which includes Transit Insurance but they are not providing any detail of that. I am totally confused what Option available to me even I dont know.If anyone has any Solution PLZ advice me.

                      i have a pulsar 150 2004 model and recently i given to showroom service staion in a preparation to get my bike again in showroom condition. the showroom people estimated nearly 10,000 to make engine to good condition.i was prepared and had given bike to repair. after completion the bill was made to nearly 18,000/-(eighteen thousands) by replacing all engine parts, bore piston, carborator, silencer etc. and actually i was ready for any range of expenditure to get my bike in showroom condition regarding speed, pickup, engine smoothness etc.
                      but they didnt done good job. my bike is with same old problems like low speed, low pickup, low smoothness, i getting very irritating when i am driving bike in traffic
                      Not only this time,previous to this, every time when i use to give bike for servicing in showroom, i am not getting the full satisfaction regarding vehicle condition. only upto 3 or 4 days after servicing the vehicle looks good while driving(not fully, upto some extent) and will be as usual like before servicing and paying heavy bills every time for this servicings. only upto oen year i enjoyed showroom conditon. after one year, to get the showroom condition (nearly) i tried my level best by facing high amount of bills charged. but no results every time...
                      with these experiences when i came to purchase a new bike, i went to hero honda and purchased a bike from hero honda.
                      even now please try to give faith on bajaj. by rectifying my problem...

                      I have bought pulsar 150 on 14 nov 2008 from jamshedpur . when i was gone for 2nd servicing at bajaj fairdeal service centre at bistupur in jamshedpur, they were noted down all the complains in job card including the abnormal sound from engine and problem of shut down of engine frequently.But these problem were not solved by them.Really i m very frustrated to take pulsar 150. So, i will suggest all o[censored] to go for other bike in the same range.

                        Sir,
                        I have a very good faith and trust with Castrol Bike Zone servicing. But this faith and trust jeopardized due to one of your service center in Pune city. Recently I moved to pune from Tamilnadu.I used to service my bike in Castrol bike zone in Tamilnadu, as one of my friend recommended about your service. I even more than satisfied not only with servicing but also the treatment by the shop owner, chief technician, the way they explained the faults in my bike and how they rectified ,etc, etc, and even I myself had seen how my bike is being serviced. So I believed the same in Pune also and went to one of your servicing centre on 01 Feb 10. (Goal Seek Ventures, Shop No: 2, Mari Gold Building, Neco Gardens, Viman Nagar, Pune-14. Tele: 40036696, [protected]) and handed over my bike. I told them to do ‘Gold Service’. (Job No: 4241)
                        The next day evening I received my bike and paid the bill. (Rs 1233.00/=). But the next day (03 Feb 10) I found my Choke is not functioning. So I went to fix that problem. The technician was removing my bike seat cover in order to get an easy access to the cable. There to my Horror, I found my bike battery terminal is full of “Sulphanation” and that was not at all cleaned. I enquired about the matter why they had not removed my battery, charged and topped up with distilled water. The floor owner reiterated that he had removed the battery and told that was a fresh Sulphanation. I really got anger, because that much quantity of Sulphanation won’t get accumulated within a day itself. Moreover, we deal with lot of Lead Acid battery in Indian Air Force. (Yes, I am working in IAF ….) I know about Lead acid battery very well. He tries to persuade me to accept that was a fresh one. It means I am fool or what…? The rust was in such a manner that, they had to put a lot of pressure to open the screw. (Making me to believe what they said, If I was not knowing about Battery, then they would have simply convinced me…that is making me fool…Non sense ! ) And even once, he told battery removing is not the part of servicing. This time I went peak of my anger and asked him to give the ‘Terms & Conditions’ of Golden Servicing schedule, and told them to give me the customer service centre complain no. Then he suddenly becomes very polite and asked excuse for their mistakes. They even not given the proper Computer printed Bill. They had given me a bill in Handwriting….real pathetic…& real cheating.
                        I really lost all faith with them. Castrol is world class reputed company. But due to this kind of Low quality franchises, cheap minded, fraud technicians make the Castrol name in deep ditch. Especially this Viman Nagar Bike Zone is the biggest mistake of the Castrol Franchises. Here after I will never give my Bike to any of the Castrol Bike zone in Pune city. I even recommended my friends, colleagues not to believe ‘Viman Nagar Bike Zone’. It was an embarrassing experiment with that shop. Their behavior, nature, attitude etc etc are really not customer oriented. Very pathetic….. God only save Castrol Company with this kind of ill fated Franchisees

                          hi, this is anil kumar, i owned pulsar 150cc, KA51 U 7276 dated[protected], form popular bajaj, banneru ghatta road, banglore. not even completing 6 months, i can see too much proble and sound in the engine and back wheel shake, we approached service, they replied like depends on your drive. Am really unhappy with the conditiuon with in 6 months. Am really vexed. kindly look in to the matter.

                            I had purchased a Bajaj Discover bike from Alappuzha on 2006 August from Alpy bajaj

                            The loan has been paid in full long back as correctly & i got all the hypothefication paper from Bajaj Finance office ,Ernakulam ,I have given the papers & R C book to RTO office alpy on 23/11/09 for hypotheficatin cancellation.
                            The problem they are telling from RTO office is that they have send a letter regarding this to pune bajaj office.From pune office they are not responding.

                              My husband late Shri Ravinder kumar Tomar was the registered owner of DL 5S Z3004 Bajaj Pulsar(180). He and his cousin satish was coming from Residance in Vijay Nagar Gaziabad to Office In Gaziabad (U.P.) on 31 March 2008 by his motor bike.Satish was driven the bike and Mr ravinder was sitting behind him . When they was in Bulandshar Industrial Aria in Gaziabad Satish stopped the bike and going to urinal but Ravinder was sitting in the bike meantime a truck came and accidented the bike from the front. Bike got damaged . Mr Ravinder has badly injurred. Mr Satish took him in the Hospital but unfortunately MR Ravinder was dead. After that we have file the claim towards Oriental Insurance Company through Mr. Chanchal In Rajiv Raj Bajaj in Durga Puri Delhi because I have Purchased the bike from Rajiv raj bajaj. After few days I contacted to the Mr. chanchal & ask about the status of my claim. He answered me that I have filed the claim & I will give you the actual report in few days. After few days that I again contact him he told me that the Insurance co. has appointed Mr naresh Thareja as a surveyor of our bike. I will report to company in next week. After passing near about ten days I again contact him, he told me that insurance company will give you the payment according to total loss of Bike. After passing few many days I have contacted to him & ask for the cheque. He said to me that you was going to the office and contact in the office . Then we went to the office and talked with Mr Ramesh he told after 15 days you will be take the cheque .Passes the one month in the same situation. After that we have repaired the Bike on my risk. . After passing the Two year we have not got any claim from insurance company . Please help me in this matter.

                              sir, i had taken bajaj pulser register no tn38ab[protected] first three month i paid in bank in the fouth month i preclose my loan in bajaj finance (Coimbatore) after i paid the money they told to come and collect the no objection certificate after 10 days.. i ring them there is no response i went after 20 days they are telling you have pending two dues you have to pay. i spoken to them i preclose my account then how can i pay there is no response from them .. i dont know what kind of step have to take... still iam waiting for my certificate . kindly do needful to me

                                Dear Sir,
                                This is to bring into your kind notice that i purchased my Avenger-200 DTS-i from BAJAJ SHEIL AUTOS situated near Bhagwan Talkies Agra(U.P.) on 6th November 2009.

                                Till one month my vehicle was running smooth but
                                1:After then the performance of the shockers of my bike degraded.
                                2:And also my left rear view mirror loosened up during my cruising and came out of the supporters along with its bolts.I was just saved by an accident due to this problem.
                                3:After then my brake light got fused up. After sometime my speedometer light also stopped working
                                Then i went BAJAJ SHIEL AUTOS for servicing of my bike and I asked concerned person at the workstation at BAJAJ SHIEL AUTOS about the faults in my bike but the only answer was to replace the whole part instead of repairing.
                                I could have beard that also but sir "I HAVE CLEANED MY BIKE AFTER WASHING AS THERE WAS NO ONE FOR THE REQUIRED SERVICE".
                                SIR THIS DISTRIBUTOR AND ITS WORKER ARE MOST IGNORANT AND UNCOOPERATIVE,THEY JUST WANT TO INCREASE THE SALE OF VEHICLE AND SPARE PARTS AND JUST IGNORING THE SERVICE AND REPAIRING OF PARTS.
                                I hope you take some serious action against this problem which caused me mental as well as financial suffering.

                                  I Purchase a Motorbike PULSAR 150, the date of 13th of april 2008. I am facing a lots of problem in my bike for last 1 year and nobody give me a answer for my problem. 3 times I was change my bike engine kit but I am not saitisfied for services and kit. I service my bike time to time for 1 service station (Swadeshi Auto Pvt. Ltd.) 41, rama road, najafgarh road, Industrial area, new delhi - 110 015. I am continue facing the problems and they people asked We can't do anything for You.I

                                      i purchased bajaj pulsar150 on 15/10/09 from society motor Kanpur reg.no. UP78BX-1749 Engine no DHGBSG98116.last free service done 17/01/10.
                                      On 22nd Feb sudden a sound came from my bike, immediate i switched off my bike and checked for any parts looseness but i could not find .after that i try to start my bike but i could not start my bike.. At last by pulling my bike i reached service center there i come to know piston is broken in side engine.i asked works manager Mr deeepak Sharma how piston broken after 3500 km he told that wrong fitments of piston by the company .....
                                      any how he has changed the cylinder piston.After change of cylinder piston a different sound is coming but he told me that it is not problem
                                      May i know why it is happened why company has not checked properly.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI since 2007. There was no problem with me to ride this bike till last 3 months back as I used to go in this bike from my home to office and distance nearly between 14 km each side.

                                        However, since from last three months I’m regularly facing trouble to ride this bike. In these three months I have spend my 7000 rupees, lots of energy and time but still there is no solution come up. I have got it checked with Suman Auto (situated Noida Sector 2) and they are still not in the condition to give me proper value added satisfaction.

                                        Here comes in detail about the my main concern, in the month of January there was some problem with the bike pertaining to it’s light and horns. I complained about the same to Suman Auto by saying there seems to be some circuit problem and they have changed the BCU and some other parts now again after 15 days later all electronic equipments of my bike stop working even I couldn’t blow the horn. Again I went to Bajaj service center (Suman Auto) now they have again changed the BCU and few other parts but now this time after fixing all these things bike’s meter stop working and service center told me that it was already not working. Anyhow, I didn’t make any argue with them and came back to home but after one week I have noticed that battery of my bike (Exide Battery) got discharged. I got it re-charged again but after 1 week it’s again discharged. I have again went to Suman Auto Bajaj service center and talk to the General Manager (Mr. Goyal) about all the problems and he assured me that he will rectified all these problems by today itself but still the problem is as is even they have taken 1350 rupees from me and give new battery just for testing purpose as still they have not come in the conclusion what is the actual problem with the bike.

                                        All in all, I have spent my lots of time, energy and obviously the money but still not satisfied.

                                        BAJAJ AUTO/ PULSAR 150 DTSI — poor service of service centre

                                        i have purchased one Bajaj bike Pulsar 150 DTSI. I have many time complain that there problem whenever we go above 40 back tyre seem to punture which is acctualy not. Service centre Gus say it is nothing. Now problem incrreased and on my lat third free service proble still presist. I feel uncomfortable when i take a speed of 40. It seems to skid. Pls do the needful.
