I applied for a loan and due to some personal issue I want to cancel this loan and cancel my product delivery, I reached to the store withing 24 hrs after ordering and aksed them to cancel the loan and order. they talked to me veru rudly and said that once you apply for loan it can not be cancel. I need immediate assistance on this. if anyone can help me. can anyone help me on this. they were forcing me to buy the product and said if you not accept we will send recovery agent at your place. is this the way company deals with customer?

    Iavailed consumer durables loan from Bajaj Finserv Lending for a TV purchase from LULU mall. I was informed a 0% EMI with Rs 250 processing fee. Butthey added a new lic called as BALIC against me for an amount of 27000 without my knowledge. I wrote to their customer care multiple times. I never got a satisfactory response from them even after visiting their office here at Shimoga. I dont want to get robbed. These cheaters has misused the documents I have given for a consumer loan. One of your advocate from delhi is calling my continously and demanding me the amount of 27000rs, Pls your immidiate response on the above is highly appreciated, Pls do the needfull i want to close this now itself pls advise suitaable action to get the NOC from your finance, My AccNO is 404BAL00116833 4408339 Mob #[protected]

        Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought a Bajaj Discover 100 T before three month from Shree Mudrika Auto, Gopalganj, Bihar But after purchasing of 10 day's i found lot of problem in my bike.then i give him for the service that time he told me your battery is not working & he has been replaced the battery at the time.After changed the battery we found same problem within 2 day's then i again gave him for the service that time he took our battery for replacement but they didn't provide any battery that time so i bought a new battery from market but again faced same problem then i again gave him for the service that time he told me your bike Arreneture is not working that's why you are facing charging problem. Now they are not responding from Last one moth that's why we are facing lot of problem, Really it's very bad experience of your service & feel very bad.           Hi Sir, I had been continuously getting calls from a bajaj finance(finserv) person seeking details of an old colleague who has given my Number as reference. Now apparently i am not in touch with this colleague for few years and this person keeps calling me asking me to talk to him to return the money. First of all this person doesn't stay in Bangalore anymore and is not responding to my calls except once. The Agent states that he is taken the loan in 2010. But i am not much in touch with this person from 2008 and i do not remember giving any Reference confirmation to any Bajaj Associate. When i asked for any proof that i have given the reference the person just doesn't answer to my question. Whatever the case maybe A corporate like bajaj cannot Threaten or Abuse a person who is giving a reference. If they have any issues let them take it legally and if the law says that i will have to pay it, i will do so. But using Rowdyism to get this small amount of Rs. 18, 000 for the money which i haven't taken is really worrying. I am person who is not defaulted any loan or dues till date and Bajaj Finserv is using me as a scapegoat to get there money is really annoying. Pls help me sort this case and the way ahead. Shall i go for a police complaint or meet the regulator seeking justice. I had complained to Bajaj thrice but apparently the company authorities are not even responding to my mails. I think this is a big lesson to public that we should not give any reference to any Banks Especially bajaj finserv. Without giving the reference i am being tortured like this what if a person had given a written reference? The finance company makes profit's and scapegoat like me gets tortured.             bajaj service center not giving proper service(shri seva service center, shivajinagar pune near to SNK bajaj)inproper washing, taking more than 4 hour ..scraching on fuel tank etc.

            HOW CAN BE IT IS FREE SERVICING IF LABOUR CHARGE IS APPLICABLE?

            other companies has chage only for oil change but bajaj charge for oil+labour+oil chamber cleaning..

            this is very bad experince under FREE SERVICING tag...

              Dear team, This is a second interaction with you, I have full faith in your decisions, Sir I have taken a Finance from Baja Finserve for LED . Their representative was based out of Croma outlet CBD Belapur. This is not first time that I had availed their services, I had taken a finance for Washing Machine.One the basis of my prior record they had also provided me their Bajaj Finerve Paltinum Card. If a customer has this card he/she do not have to submit any documents that is what they claim. When I went for purchase of LED from Croma outlet, I was recommended that I can also have finance facility from Bajaj Finserv, I told the representative of Croma that I do have their Platinum Card. So I was introduced to Bajaj Finserv representative, he looked at my Card, and he said that I need not have to submit the document, and my loan was approved on the spot, he filled up the form on the basis of the details that they had of my prior loan...but I was not aware that the person will key in wrong details...and now what has happened is that they have submitted wrong details to my bank, they have given my Name as Naresh Kan instead of Naresh Kanwar...and they have also submitted wrong bank account details, please tell me how a bank can honour payment after submitting wrong details, the payment remains uncleared and they started calling saying that my EMI has been outstanding, their recovery agent started harassing every now and then, on 20th November they called me and asked for my detail on the phone and they ensured on the phone that I will not be levied any default charges and my EMI will starts from 2nd December'2013...but sir these details were not updated in their record...and their representative keeps on calling every now and then and ask for the outstanding...today they had crossed all the limit..they had send a recovery agent to my house and abused my family for non-payment of dues...Sir you only tell me... they have done the mistake why my and family being harassed...sir my name has been defamed...and it is not tolerable by any citizen who have a good image.I would request you to help me...

                I am from kerala and i have bought one bajaj discover 125 ST vehicle from Promise Motors, Angamaly(Kothakulangara) on 6th June 2013.But while receving RC book, it is seen that the year of manufacture is 2012.Even if i reached the show room for this issue, they are not taking the matter seriously.They are not ready to give 2013 motor cycle or not ready to go for any cash settlements.Due to this, i will not get any resail value for my vehicle and i got cheated actually.I want to get 2013 model vehicle.
                I am reaching there for this problem several times and not getting any proper action.Please take action against it.

                  I have received threatening calls apparently from Tees Hazari court ON 21 nOV 2013 from ph number[protected] saying there was a fraud case against me and notices had been sent to my house - when i said that I did not live in this address any more and my parents did but they had not received any notice. I was asked to call Advocate R K Chauhan at[protected] to enquire about case ID CPC 503/12. This CHauhan fellow asked me to call Shubhendu Mahapatra at[protected]. When I asked this Shubhendu what is the matter and why I have not been intimated earlier by mail and why this sudden phone call - he claimed he had sent SMS - I said I was not in the country last few years and the ph was switched off - and last few months I had the ph with me I had not received any such sms. and if they had my address on file why did they not send me any notice on mail if an amount was pending (this was a consumer durable 0% loan I had taken in 2009 and had set up ECS payments - I had thought it was settled long ago) - he asked me to go to the bajajafinserv website and kept holding the phone till I paid online 7141 and then asked me to mail the recipt to shubhendu.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in. When I paid the amount and sent him receipt he said nothing more will be required from my side. But next day again I received similar call - this time from SATWANT SINGH CHAUDHURI[protected] threatening me that they have a case no CPC 204/13 and I should call advocate A K SHarma at [protected] for details AND REVERT BACK IMMEDIATELY. I told him that is this regarding Bajaj Finserv they said yes. SO I told them I have cleared the matter and gave them the online receipt number MICI[protected]. When I called Shubhendu Mahapatra again he said he had forgotten to tell the lawyers yesterday and he had received my email, and I will not be called again. I called the advocates A K SHarma and Satwant Singh again and informed the same. But today I receive an email from a friend saying he has been called and being threatened to as "co-conspirators" in a fraud case with me. I also check the bajaj finserv site and I see again an amount of 217 pending against my loan account 4100CD00015184. I want to launch a consumer complaint against Bajaj FInserv for (1) harrassing its customers unduly (2) not being transparent and timely enough with the loan communication if at all there was a matter to be resolved (3) mis-stating the pending dues

                    Bajajfinserv has been harassing me for the past 1 year. My loan number is 4000CD00108145 for a laptop. The 8 EMIs were designed to be ECS debit from my citibank account. But every month they used to say that the ECS is not working and they used to come to my house and collect cash from me for Rs 2585 per months. This happened for 8 months. They didnt even inform me about the check bouncing charges. But now after 2 years of the loan payment they keep sending me messages and calls that I have not paid the amount. They say that my citibank account was closed because of which cheques have bounced. But my bank account was very well active and I have my bank statement as proof for the account as active.                       Hi, This is related to the Pre-approved Personal Loan offer for Rs.89, 000 in my account which was applied by me and documents collected by Bajaj Finserv Sales Representative (Ram Gopal- [protected]) on 17th Oct 2013. As communicated to me (after a number of follow ups) the amount was to be disbursed in a week time but unfortunately I do not have any status update on the same.                                 Dear Official, As on August-13 i bought a camera at Reliance Digital showroom here in chennai via Bajaj Finserv Limited, At the time of filling the form, i asked the executive to make the EMI date to be 8th of every month he said ok and asked me to sign on a couple of pages. After i bought the product i came to know the EMI date is 2nd and not 8th. In this regards i emailed/spoke with bajaj finserv several times telling them that i was not told that the EMI date is 2nd of everymonth, The representative with bajaj finserv were rude and were not co operative at all. I insisted them several times that i was bajaj finserv's executive's fault due to i am being cheated, There are kept on saying they cannot do anything. Dear Bajaj finance, When i purchased the camer with the loan#4030CD00271773 i was told that the emi due date would be 8th of every month, However when i chekced online it shows my due date as 2nd of every month. Please note my salary gets credited only as on 5th of every month, Hence please change my due date to 8th of every month immediately. Only then my bank account will have sufficient balance for your EMI. If you fail to do this then i am not responsible for payment delay. Hope you would clear this before september-13.                                   I availed consumer durables loan from Bajaj Finserv Lending for a TV purchase from LULU mall. I was informed a 0% EMI with Rs 250 processing fee. Butthey added a new lic called as BALIC against me for an amount of 1416 without my knowledge. I wrote to their customer care multiple times. I never got a satisfactory response from them even after visiting their office here at Cochin. I dont want to get robbed. These cheaters has misused the documents I have given for a consumer loan.

                                      i bought a A.c. on dec 2008 from a shop and in kolkata and choose bajaj finace for loan, rhe emi was set for 8 mnths @ rs.1667/month for 8 mnths, i have paid all my emi in august 2009.my salary goes directly to the bank as i'm a government employee.all the emi deduction have been done by the bank. now the problem is that is in January 2008 they didn't deducted the emi amount but on 16 February 2009 a agent of bajaj finserv lending came and collectd the emi amount in cash and gave me a recipit for it with all the details.the rest of the 7 emi's were allm paid by the bank.now after 4 years they are sayin that u haven't paid your january emi and we will also charge interest on it. but i hav paid all my emi's and have got prove of the recipit that the agent gave me and also all the emi deduction form my account in myb pass book... can they really charge any interset because i hav paid all my emi's.

                                        Recently I purchased a LG LED television from Tata croma, JP Nagar, Bangalore. The TV was worth 28,000 for which I made a downpayment of Rs.8,000 and the balance of Rs.20,000 was taken as a loan from BFL. However, when I received my login id and pw from BFL to access customer portal (experia), to my surprise the loan amount was shown as Rs.28,000 and EMI as Rs.2,334 instead of Rs.20,000 and EMI Rs.1,667 respectively. BFL did charge my account directly with the wrong EMI. In the interim, I have sent many communications to BFL via customer portal regarding this mistake but no response. The only was left for me was to hold the second instalment so that BFL would reach me for collection and that's when I could get the issue resolved. As planned BFL executives started reaching me on mobile and at my residence for collection. None of them were having any clue on the transactions and they were only concerned about collecting the instalment. In turn, I was advised by them that I should contact their branch here in Bangalore if I want to get the issue resolved though they have goofed-up. I pity the organization. Recently I walked into the CROMA shownroom where the purchase and loan transaction was made and met Mr.Gopi who was very adamant to say that BFL numbers was accurate. I was forced to explain Gopi as if I was explaining a primary school kid on numbers. Gopi's debate was that the initial downpayment of Rs.8,000 was adjusted towards advance EMI. It was sounding so illogical since 8,000 was not summing upto any number of EMIs. Finally after a prolonged debate, Gopi did raise a request on their official portal for a change in loan amount and EMI details. Its been 3 days and I haven't heard yet from BFL. I have logged onto the customer portal at 11:45 AM today to take a snapshot of the contents which is attached. BFL may make a change on the portal since they own and manage it. SOA (statement of account) shows that BFL has charged Rs.350 towards bouncing charges. From my point of view, holding the payment was the only way left since they weren't responding to calls or communications. Charging an EMI more than the due amount is illegal and BFL has already done it in my first instalment. My concern now is that - 1. BFL has to refund the excess EMI charged in first instalment. 2. BFL has to reverse the Rs.350 debited towards bounce charges. 3. BFL has to ensure that this falsified transaction will not happen in future with any of their customers. 4. Most important is that the bouncing has caused me reputational/credential damage to me and I demand BFL to compensate accordingly at the earliest. 5. BFL has to take responsibility, mention their mistake with CIBIL and ensure it is not impacting my credibility. 6. I demand BFL an apology letter detailing the erroneous transaction since that would be a base document for me to suffice the bounce transaction in my bank statement.                                         I'm still waiting for an explanation and an apology from BFL for the blunder they have done and the pain they have given to me by calling me and visiting my residence for undue reasons. I strongly demand BFL to compensate me for all the pains they have given and the agony they have caused to me and my family members. Hope the forum agrees to this.
                                        Wanted to keep the forum posted on some pathetic and painful experiences I have had with the Bajaj Fin Serv guys from last one week. Even after a detailed and repeated explanation to these employoees of BFL (BFL Bangalore) Gopi and Prashanth[protected] who agrees that its a mistake from BFL side, I still keep receiving calls from Venkatesh, Punith ([protected]) and infact Punith and Rudresh did visit my residence multiple times demanding for the returned instalment to be paid immediately. The correction request raised by Gopi in their BFL systems is yet to be reflected in the consumer portal (experia). Horrible part is that neither of them do carry a valid identity card or a authorisation letter from BFL. This approach and visits of the collection team on a sunday evening at my residence has become a nightmare to me and has been causing immense panic to my family members. Rudresh represents somy collection agency S R Associates and when identifiation is demanded, he displays the ID card issued by ICICI Bank Ltd and says that he is also authorised by BFL. Its so sad that one person represents multiple reputed organisations and doesn't even understand the importance of identification. Though the issue is being discussed many times with Gopi and Prasanth, they are unable to and failing to convey the messge to their collections departments. Due to the internal disconnectivity between BFL departments they are expecting the customer to take the pain answering them every often. Today eveining I have spoken to Mr. Syed (Collection in-charge of BFL as said by himself) and have explained the whole story of blunder BFL has done and the pain they have caused me.

                                        What surprises me is that the correction which is pending from BFL is not the priority for them but the wrong instalment they are charging me has become more important to be collected. Not sure how to and whom to approach to get this issue resolved. I request the representatives of this forum to please guide me at the earliest.

                                        Mr. Anirudh from Tata Croma has been kind enough to keep the communication between us going and has been availble at all times to listen to me and it also appears that he has taken necessary steps from his end to resolve this issue. Today he has promised that he will be escalating this issue to next levels above Prashanth with in BFL.
                                        I have sent a mail to Mr.Syed (In-charge of Recoveries) in this regard and awaiting a response from him before EOD today.

In the interim, can you advise your relevant departments not to send the debit advice due on 2nd October 2013? Since the issue yet to be resolved from your end, Im sure that BFL is aware of not sending the debit instruction to my bankers till necesary changes are made at your end. Sending debit instructions for collection of instalment from my account will result in bouncing and again I don't want to receive unnecessary calls or executies visiting my place for its collection and bothering me and my family members.

                                        One more update. Bajaj Finance has again proved that they are not doing genuine business. They have drawn excess amount from my account even without my consent. It appears they are into this cheating their business and prospering. Maybe this is the reason they ask for a cancelled cheque which don't have any amount specified and draw amounts from their customers accounts as much as they want and any time they want. Don't we customers have a voice to speak about this? Can I expect some pressure form this consumer forum on Bajaj Finance?

                                        Now my cusomer portal (experia) shows 2 loan accounts and both are active. God save BFL. Not sure being such a reputed organization why they are so negligent of their customers. I only have one loan with BFL. I don't know how many other customers like me are there in this country who are suffering because of the mistakes done by BFL. Having one loan account has caused such a immense problem for me and now I see two loan accounts. Not sure how many recovery agents I have to face now. Pathetic. Screenshot attached for reference.

                                        The response after me posting my complaint on this site was marvellous. However, I still keep receiving calls from their executives asking for repayment of wrong EMI which I don't owe them. Also, as said earlier, now I find 2 loan accounts on my experia portal of BFL. Is this how BFL cheats their customers? first they say its a 0% loan and later they do these cheap tricks to make money from their customers. I feel pity on this company.

                                        On a different note can I request this forum to put pressure on BFL to resolve my issue please?

                                        Tata Croma, J P Nagar Branch, Bangalore were courteous earlier but now it appears that evey they have slowed down and seems that they are not trying to fix the issue. Maybe they are ok to loose customers cause I have started spreading this experience of mine on all the social networks with evidence and bringing an awareness with the people who live around J P Nagar and Jayanagar about my incident. Many of my friends and family have come forward and are canvassing on this issue which involves both BFL and Tata Croma. With this it appears the other competitors like Reliance digital, adishwars and others are better place in resolving customer issues than Tata Croma. Not sure why they have stopped probing this issue any further. Is it that they are benefited with these kind of issues? Im sure Tata Croma is very ethical still.
                                        Is Croma and BFL looking into this complaint I have raised? Will not Croma take any moral responsibility to fix their customers issues caused because of their tie-up with BFL? If this is the attitute of Croma towards their customers, I'm sure customers will stop visiting you some day. I'm sure Croma understands that just sale is not the only important criteria but providing post sales services is more important. Some times I feel its a trap set to customers by giving offers and then introducing customers to BFL for loans who make illegal money and part it with their partners...Request CROMA to prove this perception wrong...
