i m the barclaycrdit card holder from the lest 10/2007 i have make a payment timaly last month 13/10/2008 i use my card for 40000/- purch. but last 15 days bank recavary dpt.harss me becouse he tall me your cradit limet is dicarg. witout any infomasian how u can decrises my cradit limet and make panalty of rs 558/-

My name is Balu And Iam using barcly credit card (no-[protected] ), I avail two
Blance transfer from this card one on 28-11-08 of Rs 30000/-other on 01-12-08 of Rs 5130/- at the time of balance transfer I told yor customer care executive that transfer money through visa money transfer only and he agreed the same also, but u people had send the dd and I got the sms from ur side regarding the same, The first BT was to my icici visa card tat card due date is already over i had paid the amount also, till this date i did;t recive any dd from ur side, twoday morning i called your customer care and talked to one Mr Sumesh and asked him to cancle the both balance transfer, he advised me to send the complaint mail to dis Id,

I want to cancle the both BT and want why u did't transfer the money through visa money transfer, and y u people send the dd without my permison, because while the time i avail Bt I asked only for the Visa money Now I was on a tour nobody will b there
to recive recive the dd

So pls do the need full to cancle the both DD.

Dear Sir,

I Am a Barclay bank Card Holder And Card No.[protected] Last Month Amt Due On My Card 11060/- last due Date For Same 08/01/09. I Drop a Chaque Amt 11100/- In Your Skypark Drop Box In Gurgaon At Dated 05/01/09. The Chaque Is ING VYSYA Bank.The Same Chaque Debit In My Ing A/c At Dated 08/01/09. But Date 10/01/09 I Celled In Your Customer Service They Told Me Your Chaque Bounce And You Have To Pay Bouncing Charg And Late Payment Charg Who Is Unnesseccery Charges. Now I Issue a New Chaque Amt 12500/- But I Do Not Pay Unnesseccery Bouncing And Late Payment Charg.I Would Be Pay My Total Out Standing But Without Same Charges.I would Not Be Pay Late Payment And Chaque Bounces Charges

So Please Revise Same Charges Close My Card ASAP.

Hi,

I am Madhusmita Mohapatra, my Barclay credit card no. [protected]
I have paid the credit card amount due Rs. 396 on 10th July 2008 but records says payment is still due.

I have enclosed word doc file for the payment status with the RBI reference number mentioned on the top i.e 67982957 and sent it to [protected]@barclaycard.in and [protected]@barclays.com but no response.

It seems my credit amount has increased to above 4000/- and everday around 10 times I get a call from barclay regarding the payment and the same stuff I have to explain to each and every person.

Yesterday i.e., 22nd Jan'09 I got the message saying "Thank you for your cash payment of Rs.396. It has beeen credited to your Barclaycard no. ending with 7921 on 21st Jan'09.

Please let me know the status ASAP and kindly update the database

Threatening and Torturing through Goonda by Barclays Bank.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am the Credit Card Holder of Barclay Bank, they have not sent the statement for last 01 year inspite of several request only because of raise the late payment fees, service charges etc. That’s why the amount will be high . But suddenly they have hired a Goonda named as Mr. Walia from Delhi and asking for full amount immediately . How can I make the payment immediately? and threatening and torturing me over mobile Phone and land line phone. Not only that He has told me that I will kill your family. What is this ???. Bank cannot do this legally this type of harassment. My purchase amount most probably for Rs.8000/- to 9000/- approximately. He is disturbing my Employer also., that will effect in my service. I am a very middleclass family. I am agree to pay the minimum amount due in monthly basis. I am asking for statement But he is denied to give me the statement .Continuously he is telling me to make the payment otherwise they will attack me with their team. Please help me from Goonda of barclay bank. Only because of raising late payment fees and service charges and to raise the higher bill, the they have made this type of incident. I am 100% agree to pay the minimum amount due against my total outstanding. Gradually I will pay the amount to Bank., but not at a time. Please avoid Goonda which has veen hired by Barclay bank that is completely illegal.
