I Paid my credit card due amount by cheque on 01.10.[protected] RS. But from bank i received sms like we have not received the minimum amount due by due date. if you haven"t already done so, please pay 850 RS immediately like this.I DONE CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 13.10.08 THEY TOLD OK WE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT DON'T NEED TO PAY ANY FINE. But on 21.10.08 i received sms like STATEMENT HAS BEEN GENERATED ON 17.10.08 TOTAL DUE 1569.94.
TODAY I DONE CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOLD LAST MONTH LATE DUE FOR THAT DUE AMOUNT NOW FINE + INTEREST.MY COMPLAINT REFERENCE NO IS( CAS218269SWV601) KINDLY CURE THIS PROBLEM.MY MOBILE NO:[protected]. CARD NO:[protected]

I have applied a credit card and i dont have any ref # my DOB is[protected] my cell no is[protected] working with PACL INDIA LTD. and residence H.NO. A2-262/6, UTSAW VIHAR, SEC-23, ROHINI NEW DELHI -110085.kindly confirm me my credit card applicaton status...a

i totally agree with the above complaint as the same problem is with me as i got my Appl. Ref# [protected] but no status is there, so you are requested to please tell me my card status for the same ref#...

i had made an payment of my due & did not get the status of my payment i think it b'coz i had change my mobile no from [protected] to [protected] pls make it clear to send every msg related to my card on my new mobile no [protected]
