[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Poor Response and Service

My first request is kindly call any of these phone number to book a gas[protected] / 25324905 / 65287775
Agent Dhanalakshmi Gas Agency
If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book.
Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
Any request just tell you will complaint to higher authority, you will find good answer. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.

Come and visit at the agents place wait as a common man for one hour
you will come to know many more things

I saw phone calls are ringing and without any attention the staff chatting over phone.

Suggession:
At the time of delivery of cylinder, If the house is locked. Stick a sticker or leave a note.
How will we know the cylinder person came for delivery when not at home.
Pls organize it is simple.
And customer may call and fix time for delivery or he may take self delivery.

if One dealer is handling more than 500 customers, i feel first he should organize himself (his setup) to handle 1000 customers

So that we all will never suffer.

I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS REFILL CYLENDER ON 30TH DEC, 2009.WE ARE ALWAYS BEING TOLD BY THE DISTRIBUTER M/S PRATAB GAS SERVICE, GHANDI ROAD, ULHASNAGAR-421005.KINDLY LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANY RULE MENTIONED BY DISTRIBUTER.
EVEN TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY OF CYLENDER.MANY A TIME I HAVE PERSONALLY APPROACHED TO THE DISTRIBUTER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT DELIVERY BOY/S WHO ARE PROVIDENG GAS CYLENDER TO OTHER PEOPLE OUT OF TURN FOR THE REASONS BEST KNOWN TO THEM.
EVEN AFTER 26 DAYS IF WE ARE NOT GETTING CYLENDER THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF PROVIDING 2 CYLENDERS TO CUSTOMERS?
SIR, AS WE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR KEROSENE FROM RATION SHOP THERFORE WE ARE FACING GREAT DIFFICULTY IF WE DO NOT GET GAS CYLENDER WHEN EVER WE REQUIRE.

Bharat Gas/ new year gas service — They ask us to wait for 21 days to get another booking

Inspite of no rules or guidelines from company and at various occassions the newspapers have also mentioned in their articles that customer need to have to wait for 21 days in order to book their new gas sylinder.. Insipite of my request to the agency mentioning them that I have run out of the gas, their behaviour is quite unhuman and unnatural stating me to wait for 21 days. I have to raise this matter as customers like me are facing lot of problems as they are helpless to wait.. What sort of distribution rules are made.. Inspite of no direction from company it self this agency holder does ask to wait for 21 days to book the gas sylinder... I hope you would inquire in this regard and do the needful..I am writing from ahmedabad... I have Bharat Gas connection and agency name is New yera gas service...Thanks

Hi,
My name is A K Phukan. I reside in Koparkhairne in Navi Mumbai and my agency name is Vighnahar Gas Service.

I had booked for a Cylinder for Home Delivery on 5th January 2010 and i had been assured by the agency that i will be getting my Cylinder within 2-3 Days. But even after repetitive reminders the Cylinder is not delivered till yesterday. I had personally visited the agency today morning (i.e. 15th Jan 2010) and made an enquiry. The person sitting at the counter said there is a FRESH BOOKING on my name today. I got really surprised as we called in the morning today to enquire about the delivery but not for fresh bookings and assured to deliver the Cylinder today before 3.00 p.m. But to my surprise, the Cylinder is not delivered till now even after her assurance.

We are without a Cylinder for past 2-3 days and we had to eat food outside. I have a little daughter at home and i have no option but eat food outside.

This is pure negligence and failure of Bharat Gas, you guys make big promises, delivering the Cylinder in 24Hrs., but these are all marketing and sales talk.

I booked cylinder before 15days. But i could not get the cylinder till today.I Call them many time but the response is not stisfied.Please instruct to agencies for cylinder delivery.My connection No. C 67955. I have no another fill cylinder. Also, the agency generally doesnt responds to customer.

I have connection of bharat gas, but your local gas services is very poor in delivery of cylendar gas. i have booked gas on 4th january 2010, but still it was not recived. our local gas service is very poor and their local gas agent is not behaving properly. i hava a your gas connection with mangalam gas agency, makarpura, vadodara 390010. gujarat. my consumer no. 15259.on the name of my father SHANKAR MADHU SALEKAR.

Bharat Gas — not received cylinder-poor service

I regret to say this that i have registered gas refill on 3/01/2010 in basaveshawara nagar branch .But till today i have not received the same. Same thing is happening for three years .they are not supplying properly even though i have only one gas cylinder.I need to maintain with the single one.

everytime they say same thing that stock not arrived.so,they are out of stock and we cannot supply.say Complaint whomver you want.

I would request you to take serious action against this.I cannot tolerate anymore.we totally tired with your improper service ,delayed ,irresponsible service.

There are no response on phone anytime we call there call the phone is busy or call not receive any body. I am customer of sangam vihar agency p.no [protected], [protected]. many cust. facing that problem. if by a luck we book a cylinder we recieve with delay.you can try it to call a gas agency number. And I am old customer of GAS AGENCY now .So please soul this problem.

cylinder pin is defective. hence regulator could not be fitted.
your distributer asked me to take the cylinder to their godown with the regulator.
it is next to impossible since i am a senior citizen and residing far off.
your distributer behaved very badly and left me with no choice.
request you to do something asap otherwise we will have to think otherwise.

i have connection of yr co. at udaipur rajasthan in shivam gas service .my c.no. is 4305 .I have one cylender and i want dubble cylender but your agency is not able to give dubble cylender from last year .i have gone his office severl time but he is not giving me cylender. as i knew that all co. is giving new connection .but i am supprising that u are giving service to old customer.I REQEST U TO GIVE INSTRUCTION TO ABOVE AGENCY TO GIVE DBC. Bharat Gas — Poor Delivery of LPG gas from Dealer of Bharat Gas-Ashoka Stores

I booked my cylinder order no. 589233 on 04-Feb-2010 thru www.ebharatgas.com today is 11-Feb-2010, till date i have not received my gas from (Distributor of Bharat Gas) Ashoka Stores, K -1/51, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi – 110 019, Telephone Nos: 26276777, 26277304, 26278100.

My Consumer code is – 9214

i put complaint on Bharat Petroleum Website and the Complaint ticket number is C[protected], but there is not action from there too.

Please take strict action against Ashoka Stores.

Can the appropriate authorities (Bharat Gas) remedy my problem and oblige.

Bharat Gas Dealer & Bharat Gas both are useless guys.
