[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Poor Response and Service

My first request is kindly call any of these phone number to book a gas[protected] / 25324905 / 65287775
Agent Dhanalakshmi Gas Agency
If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book.
Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
Any request just tell you will complaint to higher authority, you will find good answer. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.

Come and visit at the agents place wait as a common man for one hour
you will come to know many more things

I saw phone calls are ringing and without any attention the staff chatting over phone.

Suggession:
At the time of delivery of cylinder, If the house is locked. Stick a sticker or leave a note.
How will we know the cylinder person came for delivery when not at home.
Pls organize it is simple.
And customer may call and fix time for delivery or he may take self delivery.

if One dealer is handling more than 500 customers, i feel first he should organize himself (his setup) to handle 1000 customers

So that we all will never suffer.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have just contact the Bharat Gas office Mumbai, Ghaziabad & Hisar local.I have not got satisfied answer of on line gas booking of Bharat Gas.The officer of Bharat Gas Mr.Naroolaji ([protected]) said that Bharat Gas has no on line booking .Is it right ? If yes than why dealers list has not updated with Talwandi Rana.

we get very poor service from Dama Gas jhilmil Colony..
1-Nobody picks phone in one time, we have to try it 10-11 time..
2-Bad behaviour towards customers.
3-We booked on 15-Jan-2010 but till date no service from there.
4-Give attitudes as they are the only leaders in market.
5-Complaint on 30-Jan-2010, but no response.

Yeah, I fully agree. The distributor behave in autocratic manner. Agnecy phones rarely work. Customer has to be at the mercy of distributor. Shiv Shakti Gas Agency, Nirankari Colony, Delhi 110009 is also one of them.

I booked cylinder on D-05/02/10. But i did not get the cylinder till today.I Call them and requested many time but always answer is due to shortage of cylinder suply i have to wait for it.

Please instuct to agencies for cylinder delivery and proper service

I am Renuka Bhatt from transyamuna my consumer no is 1800 and Agency is Virat i have already registered in bharat gas for online service but i have forget my pass word and ID. I have already sent email regarding forget my pass word and ID many time 4 to 5 time. i counld not received any response for my Id AND pass word . I am totaly disagree for online service . I have good knowledge of Internet but i countnot solve this problem becuase no any option for re-register for online service if any option for re-register so we can solve some problem. kinldy requsted to u please soul this problem imm.

Bharat Gas — Poor service of Bharat gas

Dear Sir,

My name is Venu gopal N P( NRI), Puthenparambil house, panachikadu, Kottayam and book number 247238_16-4-p6 issued dated 16/04/1996.This has taken from your company in a NRI quota . Regret to inform you that THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILYREMINDERS last 3 months your agent M/s Kirthi Kottam has failed to do the home service to us. (We don’t know is it intentionally or not?) How ever we are not getting the Gas on time..They made last home delivery on 30/12/2009.
Request you to kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.

Sir,
We are getting the bharat gas cylinder through Padmavathy gas agency, selaiyur. Today the service person deliverd the cylider at home, later a person came for cylinder service work. He mokked that gas it is leaking from the stove and informed us that he will come and do the service by evening.When we checked again we dont find it is leaking anywhere.simply to get money from the custmer he blowed the petrol and acted. later in the evening he came to our house in Drunken state and started to shout and argue in home . since only mother she was there she couldn't manage and asked help from others . atlast my neighbours shouted that person and sent him away.

I feel very insecure because of these person. If any kind of issue are going to happen because of this person again, Definetly We will take an legal < law> action aginst him and also the reputed concern also < employer >

We booked a gas After 21 days of delivering of previos cylinder but they havn't deliverd it. it has been 8 days gone from the day we hav booked nd also they r behaving very rudely.

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas having consumer no.18819 uder M/S Devi Gas, Jajpur road, Orissa. I am residing at Jaraka which is 30 K.M. away from the dealer point. Intsead of providing service to the domestic consumers the dealer suplies gas to the unauthorised person who sales it more than the dealer price. Therefore I request you to take the needfull action for which I will be obliged.

Radha Gas Service - Bharat Gas — Poor customer service

The customers are forced to purchase additional items alongwith the gas cylinder.
The agency forces the customers to buy items such as Cooking oil, tea packs, non stick utensils etc. for which the customer ends up paying an amount of Rs.1000 or more in additon to the purchase value the gas cylinder and the price of a gas burner/stove (which again is to be mandatorily acquired from the agency).
These items are thrust upon the customers and he/she is upfront told that the supply of cylinder cannot & will not happen till he/she purchses the aforementioned items.
To add to the trouble, there has nowhere been legibly mentioned that a customer will cease to avail agency's services if he fails to order a subsequent cylinder within a period of 180 days.
Not to end up here, the staff rather than being sensible enough to address a customer's complaint, treats him/her in a very rude and unruly manner disregarding the fact that he is a senoir citizen or a woman customer.

Bharat Gas — waiting 2 to 3 hours to refilling the cylinder

I am living at butibori i have bharat gas. There is no vehicle for home delevary there is no faclities to booking on a phone we waiste our working hours to riflling the cylender.

I donot whether you will take corrective action or not.I thought I have done great mistake taking gas connection from Bharat gas.What the hell going on????????????????????????????????????????

They are donot bother to take phone calls to the gas & even after booking they donot bother to supply in time.


I donot know the govt agencies tike you will have time or not to solve my complaint.

My consumer no is 16372 .I am resident of f-667 Dakshinpuri new delhi62 I got my gas cylender after one month distributor balck the cylender no high authority take any action before I got two cylender in a month last few months I get single cylender . why disributor doing like this give me reply . my family member is 10 how i manage this problem.
