NON-DELIVERY EVEN AFTER B15 DAYS OF BOOKING DEAR SIR, THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. HERE,WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY ON 22/09/2009 AT CUSTOMER NO 32753. THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 05/10/2009. Dear sir,
I had booked the LPG cylinder two and half months before but as of now the agency who has a competent authority to distribute the Bharat gas in karaikal M/s chitra agency Ph.No.[protected], 222012 not supplied the cylinder and saying that while asking today we will going to deliver. Further I had registered in Bharat gas web site my ref, no. is 400156 and the same web site have complaint option but the option said after regester the complain as "your complaint is un able to delivered". I was quite vague on that how I could take up this mater further.
Sir, we here with request you pl take necessary action against Chitra gas

Myself Anil Kumar Mishra.My consumer no.is 4621.Ibooked my cooking gas cylinder 16days beforeat Laxmi gas Agency in Varanasi.But I do not get it till today.Pls do something to solve my problem

THEN BOOKING THE CYCLINDER AFTER 15 DAYS LATER DIDNOT THE DELIVERY THE CYCLINDER.
YOUR DEALER (CHITRA GAS AGENCIES FROM KARAIKAL)IS VERY VERY WROST SERIVCE IN OUR AREA KARAIKAL.YOU CANNOT TAKE THE ACTION WITHIN 15 DAYS.ALL CUSTOMER ARE COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.YOU WILL CHECKING THE BOOKING REGSITER IN (CHITRA AGENCIES).PLEASE TAKE THE ACTION IMMEDIATELY.
