Bharat Gas — Delivery Problem since last 5 months!!
Dear Sir / Maam,
I am a bharat gas consumer in Bangalore and have been with madamme enterprises for more than five years.My consumer number is 26219.
Please refer to my complaint where I was given a feedback reference number 64798 dated 21/7/09.
I have once again placed my booking with Madamme Enterprises at Madivala on 15/10/09(booking reference # 7407) and till today 22/10/09, I have not received my refill.
As mentioned to you in my earlier complaint, this issue is not having any result. Will some senior person from your concerned department in Bangalore take some action?? When I enquire this with my neighbours who have take their connections from Indane, HP,etc., they inform me that they get their supplies within a period of one day from placing the order on the phone. So, why is Madamme Enterprises, each time delivering the cylinder after one week to ten days?? Do I have to call each time and remind them.
I request this issue be taken up very seriously as presently I am a very dis-satisfied customer with Madamme Enterprises. If required I can be contacted on any of the numbers mentioned below.
Hopefully, next month I will not have to write this similar complaint!!!
