[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Delivery Problem since last 5 months!! | |
Dear Sir / Maam, I am a bharat gas consumer in Bangalore and have been with madamme enterprises for more than five years.My consumer number is 26219. Please refer to my complaint where I was given a feedback reference number 64798 dated 21/7/09. I have once again placed my booking with Madamme Enterprises at Madivala on 15/10/09(booking reference # 7407) and till today 22/10/09, I have not received my refill. As mentioned to you in my earlier complaint, this issue is not having any result. Will some senior person from your concerned department in Bangalore take some action?? When I enquire this with my neighbours who have take their connections from Indane, HP,etc., they inform me that they get their supplies within a period of one day from placing the order on the phone. So, why is Madamme Enterprises, each time delivering the cylinder after one week to ten days?? Do I have to call each time and remind them. I request this issue be taken up very seriously as presently I am a very dis-satisfied customer with Madamme Enterprises. If required I can be contacted on any of the numbers mentioned below. My customer no is 24814. I booked gas on Meera Gas Agency, New Sadak Meerut on 14-feb-10. they give me time to deliver the cylender on 25-feb-10. But it is not deliverred then I go there and Bharat Gas representative tell me it will take more 1 one week. Like that they are touching all the people. Their contact no never connected if connected then no one pick the phone...My problem is that I have only single cylender..
Kindly tel me know what shuld I do...?

My Consumer No - 24336 . I am take the connection M/S Suraksha Gas Agencies , Hebbagoddi , Bangalore -99.
I am suffering the problem from this Agencies . Last time I am booking the gas on 10.8.07 # 4822 & delivery given on 31.8.07 take the 21 days . & This time I am booking the gas on 21.9.07 # 9586. till date I am not received gas .
so one calendar how many days running . I am asking in office that person told you ask to delivery man Mr. Babu , than babu told no I not have stock you call tomorrow......again tomorrow. that type story running from last one week.and delivery man not give the correct respond that person talk rough & tough..
please help
