With due respect i want to say that i am a consumer of your gas agency super care agency in dwarka, harijan colony. My consumer number is 3250 by the name of mr.Anil kumar. I have booked a delivery for the delivery on dated 05/03/2008. But they neither send me any delivery at time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time on phone for delivery but they answer that today your delivery will be send to you but they didn’t sent. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?

Gas Agency — Gas Agency Complaint

I am a consumer o[censored]nited gas company sector 3 shopping center rajender nagar ghaziabad I had booked a gas on 20/12/07 but even today on 27/12/07 there is no sign of gas cyblinder when i tried to contact the agency on numbers 3228824 and 3228251 both the phones are swithced of
rest two numbers 2630846 and 2630636 are engaged even after trying for more then half an hour i could not go through these lines.
when we people have no other way of cooking food how can a family cook his food for more then a week without cooking gas.
If the gas agency has more then required no of clients why indane is not opening another agency in the neighbourhood area of shalimar garden for the residents living there. Indane people have to ansrwe this.

Bharat Gas — complaint against distributors

Respected sir
with the due respect Ibeg to say that there are two dealers of bharat gas. Both exploits its workers does bharat gas company note pay attention towards its imployee The officers of company come here but ever they dont pay attention on us and depart having meeting with the distributors We have been working with the company for last 10 years but even after that we are not paid more than 1500 Rs. whether it is delivery man office staff or computer operator Rs. 1500 is not sufficient amount in this age. Whenever we demand to increase our salary, we are threatened to abolish.
Sir if company has made some policies in the welfare of its workers, Please let us know we and our family would be grateful to you.sir please take a action as soon as.

This is Mahesh Sarode from Mumbai, I have taken connection in Bhusawal in April 2007, and now I want to transfer my connection to Mumbai but the distributor says that the connection will not transfer till compleion of 3 year from the date of connection. So Is it true that the connection is not transfered with in 3 year ?. But I heared about the connection transfer that any one can transfer his connection after completing 6 Months if this is correct, then please help me to transfer my connection to Mumbai. Currently I am using the Stove for doing the cooking .

I am your customer for lpg at my residence in pune, maharashtra. The registration number is p31288 in the name of jenoy joykutty. I have a kid of less than 2 years at my home and there are issues in delivery of cylinder by the bharat gas agency located in yerwada, pune, near rto office. They simply dont pick up the phone or the phones are engaged for long time. Further it was known that they have mobiles to facilitate better, but there is no improvement in the availability. Its been almost more than 7 days that after getting a committment of delivery within 2 days, we are still chasing the agency for delivery. They have a very casual approach and every time i call them, they say - you will get it tomorrow. I am hearing this since last 4 days.
I hope everyone understands the difficulty when there is a small kid in the house, how difficult it is to manage.
Request your goodself to kindly push the agencies to be more responsible in committments and not to give false promises where the customer feels cheated for some reason.
I really appreciate this effort being taken by bharat gas to have a platform to give our feedback. Thanks for all the help and support.
With all due respect, i thank the authorities for helping all the customers to minimise our greiviances.

I m Hp gas customer from a very long time, but few months we are very much dissatisfied with the local gas distributer in agra.distributer does't have any contact no.and when go for gas booking he forced for for diffrnent accosaries alongwith the booking of gas.
i request to cusomer cell to identify the problem and resolve as soon as possible

bharat gas consumer — delay in sending refilled cylinder

I am from hospet karnataka state .
we are not getting refilled cylinders on time, i wish to know the terms of booking the cylinder i:e
no. of days after receiving new refilled cylinder.
once i book for refilled cylinder after how many days do i get the cylinder.

I have booked for a sylinder on 19th of August 2008 the booking number was 21 but i have not received so far please arrange. my cosumer number was 619677.

Gas Connection — slow system about gas delivery

I Ranjeet kumar singh inform you that I have a gas connection of hp gas services. That time when i take connection, gas dealer say to me that after ending gas we deliver to you new gas cylinder in 4-5 days. Now he saying that cylinder has been dileverd after 15 days.

Bharat Gas Agency — delay of cylinder

I had booked for a cylinder on 02.09.2008 and as per telephonic discussion they gave me booking No.851 but after more than 27 days I have not yet received the cylinder .when i had contact to the office what is the reason for delay at that time they wanted my booking No.i told him it is 851 but surprised he told me you have not booking yet.sir, what can i do ? pls try to solve the problem they behave abusive on telephone.now if tday i will booking gas then what is the gurantee that i will get my bottle after 20 days ? They have not give any proof for booking No.Me and my family facing serious problem without the cylinder.i hope for your response as early as possible.

i am having trouble in booking cylinder through internet so cancel my registration on the internet and i am going to create a new eid of bharat gas, this is the 3rd complaint i am lodging since a week, but i am not getting any response
from you. please cancel the registration as i am facing problem in booking as the people of the agency are not taking booking correctly for one month and sending the cylinders too late giving false statements though not delivered they say the house of the persons door has been locked. please look after this issue and help the customer as we are not booking the cylinder for free of cost. We are paying money for it as per bill and extra tips.

Bharat Gas Agency — BLACK MARKETING BY THE LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDER

black marketing done by local gas delivery person. selling gas to non-customer of bharat gas agency at a price of Rs 400 where the actual rate is just Rs340 only. this is creating scarcity of gas supply.the person involved in it is Mr. jhumbarlal alias lambu. the gas agency is located at j.P.Road, Shukla chawl, Khar(e), Mumbai-51.Please inform me about the course of action taken against these people.
Delaying in new connection of regulator with cylinder.

Since 2 month before I have booked for new connection for regulatorn, cylinder and burner-stove but still they are not responding me propery. Every time they says call after 3-4 days or 1 week, also they are telling me that it will take 1 week for new regulator to come at our office.

But still I am wating for new connection.
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR GAS AGENCY SHIV SHAKTI GAS AGENCY, INDRA COLONY. MY GAS CONNECTION NO. IS 18635 IN THE NAME OF MR.SATYA PRAKASH VATS. I HAVE BOOKED A CYLINDER ON 23-MAY-2009 BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE CYLINDER. WHENEVER I TALK TO THEM ON PHONE THEY SAID THAT TODAY YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE SEND BUT THEY DIDN’T YET DELIVERED THE SAME. THIS HAPPENS ON EVERY MONTH THEY NORMALLY TAKE 20-25 DAYS TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER. IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR US TO TRACK THEM ALL THE TIME. PHONE LINES OF THE AGENCY IS NORMALLY VERY BUSY.

PLEASE HELP US.

Bharath gas kollam has poor in their perfomance. The Delivery boyz are re sold the connection booked by us and told they came in last day and retaked back. so book again for new cylinder.

Why they dont came 3 time for one delivery once they passed near the area for the other deliveries
and they dont repeat their conginment again. We are help less for the waiting of Gas cylinder.

So please do the needful at the earliest
LPG Cylinder Not Delivered
I am consumer of BP gas bearing the consumer no 23214. My agency office is located in Uppal, Hyderabad. More than one month back ( Booking no:157) I booked the gas, till now it has not been not delivered. It also surprising that all the time phone appears to be busy, which is not possible. If someone lift the phone, they promise to send on the same day, waisting lot of our time in waiting at home. I am writing this after heavy frustration. Please look into this matter. I hope at least I will get reply from your end.

My self and My aged parents (only two members) having separate ration cards. They are residing in a village near Udumalpet and My self and spouse and 2 kids residing near Erode. I have my own Gas connection. Now I decided to get a new connection to my parents in favour of my father's name or mother's name. But gas agency replied that there is no provision to issue new connection to senior citizens who are attaining the age of 60 years. I don't know either it is in a legal procedure or their (gas agencies) own code.
Please let me know how to get the new connection for aged parents who are going to cross their retirement life.

Bharat Gas — Gas refilled cylinder delievery not in due time

My Bharat Gas Connection no. is 17462, named to Ghanshyam Thakur, and Address: Khasra no. 79/6, Gali No. 2, Vashishtha Enclave, Burari, Delhi-84.

We book our Gas order at Shiva Shakti Gas Services, and they deliver the Bharat Gas to consumers. We've not received any order in due time, each time we get after at least 7 days, whereas, Bharat Gas, promises to deliver within 24 hours.

We are seeking the solution.

We would be grateful to you if you suggest me the solution.

I HAVE PLACED BOOKING ORDER ONLINE ON DATED 24/02/2010 & 23/03/2010. BUT THEY NEITHER SEND ME ANY DELIVERY AT TIME NOR GIVE ME SATISFACTORY ANSWER ABOUT THAT. I HAVE CHECK WITH THE SITE OF BHARAT GAS, WE FOUND THAT THE GAS HAS DELIVERED ON SAME DAY. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED THE GAS. I HAVE TRIED MANY TIME ON PHONE FOR DELIVERY BUT THEY ANSWER THAT TODAY YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE SEND TO YOU BUT THEY DIDN’T SENT. I AM IN VERY MUCH TROUBLE. Hi,

This is Raghavendra from Bangalore and i have been facing the problem of blackmarketing in my area (Basham Circle, Bangalore) about the new connection for the Bharath Gas .

When i applied for a new connection of the gas, my service provider is demanding me to buy one Butterfly cooker + 1 Kg of Oil + 1 Kg of Toor Dal for getting the new connection. I wanted to compliant about this issue but didnt find any of the numbers where i could lodge my complaint.

I have never heard about this scheme anywhere, so why should i buy all the unnecessary things to just get a new connection..?? Is there any action taken against this injustice done to the consumer..??
I have also seen many people loding the same complaint but would like to know if someone would really help us resolve this issue ...???

This is what i get to see when i login to the website Of BHARAT GAS.
I SHOULD HAVE SENT THIS COMPLAINT TO BHARAT GAS DIRECTLY ... BUT THE WEBSITE DOES NOTTTTTTTTTTTT SUBMITS THE COMPLAINTS OF FEEDBACK AND SHOWS AN ERROR EVERYTIME.


... I booked my order on 16th May via SMS... the above mentioned status says that the delivery of the cylinder has been made on 1st of may!!! Just to bring to your notice ... I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY CYLINDER ...in addition to the above when i visited the dealer ( HITESH GAS SERVICE SIDHI PURA DELHI) I WAS ADVISED THAT I SHALL BE RECIEVING MY CYLINDER DELIVERY ON 4TH OF jUNE!!
Can anyone of the concerned authority pls justify as to why is the delivery not done yet and how is it showing as delivered on your website????

On top of this, the dealer is extremely misbehaved and ignorant. We made several attampts to call up the landline number of the dealer but they just dont answer the phone!! when we reached the dealer's office we found the reciever of the phone was lying away from the phone handset. to cross check the same you people can yourself dial this number [protected]
and see yourself if this phone is ever answered!!

We hav had some good experiences in the past with BHARAT GAS ..but events like this really take our interest and loyality away.We were not the only one who were at the dealer's office to complain about this ... every single person who stepped in the agents office had booked their cylinder since 17 days and have not recieved their cylinders .
To your surprise the booked cylinders are not available for 20 days but if we ask the vendor to get the same cylinder in BLACK( that is out of the way ) they are available immediately.

It was my duty to put this through to the concerned people . What actions you take on this is solely upto your department!!

Dear Sir,

last deliver to me the full cylinder on 26 th June ' 10
next i booked by phone on 22 nd July ' 10
one person attend and promise it will deliver with in 3 days
and next i make phone call on 29 th july ' 10
at that time they said not booking yet , and now only booked it will deliver with in 5 days. but till now they are not deliver full cylinder. for past 10 days daily iam making phone call ,and they reply to me defenatly will deliver by today"
this is an daily incident to us. what is happening there . you please make step and reply me . this people makes me to mind immoral and heavy troble to my family and ou please reply whether i use bharat or i may not use.

Bharat Gas — Customer Service Issue

My self shailesh desai having gas connection with Rang Rai Agency at Jogeshwari my My Booking No 10032 & when ever we try to book the gas the telephone number are terrible busy or are kept busy , It take days to book a gas clyinder . I am really fedup with this agency & unhapppy with the customer servvice of Bharat gas. Requested to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

Bharat Gas / Cylinder — Non Delivery of Cylinder Since month

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please be informed that it’s going to be more than month and we have NOT received LPG Cylinder.

1. In spite of several calls and reminders, we have NOT got the delivery of Gas. It’s not only us who are suffering but the entire area is suffering as they are not delivering the LPG Gas.

2. When we call the agency numbers, they are non stop busy and if by chance our phone gets connected then the those females don’t take the request and just keep the phone saying “do din mein aa jayega”

3. Please look into the matter as it is very serious matter and we all our suffering due to their negligence.

4. Their delivery person, Jagtap and other delivery men’s are giving gas to other people in black for more than 500 INR.

Please help to look into this matter. Thanks

Never I get cylinder on time and when we talk with him they are using the foolish language.... They take minimum 21 days period to book a refill and supply the refill after 10-15 days from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week....Sir i am v very distressed with this policy of your Enterprises.....Kindly do the need ful action..Thanks

I have never seen such a pathetic service of Bharat gas... no use of any complaints to anyone... they are making people foolish... even if we dial regional office, head office no use... only solution is to get rid of this useless people and try other connection... Fiinally i am gong to do that after my 25 days of fight with these ... Wondering how come they are finding reason everyday ( Delivery person leave, out of stock, emergency call will supply today...etc...

times i ask about gas cylinder but they answer that we will send your delivery tommorrow but they didn't...today is 28/10/2014 and there is no gas cylinder delivery at my home...so i book newly today...please do something and send me gas cylinder delivery

Bharat Gas — complaint against delivery

Sir we have book LPG on 27-april-2015. Booking no. Is[protected]. But the gas does not delivered till today. And the delivery men demands the extra charges. Gas agency details - Raghav gas agency Dadri gutam budh nagar. 203207

no delivery ..lasting 2 months...from last 4 years

I m the consumer of lpg barat gas..there r huge irrespnsibility to deliever my cyleder..myno 42000...gorakhpur district u p.

Delay Delivery forever

We have booked gas cylinder on 19th Oct.2014. But as on date cylinder has not deliverd by agencies. that happend occured more time with me. please suggest what can I do againest Neelam Enterprises.
This is to inform you that i am a consumer of your gas agency ambar gas agency, aurangabad my gas connection no. Is 72707912. I have booked a cylinder on[protected] but till date[protected] they have not delivered the cylinder. Whenever i talk to them personally on agency they said that today your delivery will be send but they didn’t yet delivered the same. This happens on every month they normally take 12 to 15 days to deliver the cylinder. It would be very difficult for us to track them all the time. Phone lines of the agency is normally very busy.

    Today I visited one Bharat gas distributor to take a new connection whereby he told me that you have to deposit your address proof and id proof along with photographs. The connection charges told to me by the distributor was Rs.3800/- when asked, why taking so much charges they replied that you have to take a hotplate/gas stove which you can chose from the outer counter(Mandatory) along with the connection. I replied that I am already having a hotplate/gas stove and don't required the same they then said that it is mandatory else you will not be able to get the connection. I requested also that I am not in need to buy a Hotplate/gas stove but that doesn't worked out. They always replied in a rude manner that without hotplate/gas stove you cannot buy a connection it is mandatory. Whereas it is clearly mentioned in the website "However, it is not mandatory for you to buy your hotplate from the Distributor"

    The reason for writing is to take a necessary action against these types of culprits activities happening in the market in order to maintain a monetary discipline.

    I also agree to this point the complaint raised by Mr.kapil is 100% genuine. Consumer Forum has to take necessary actions against this kind of Grey Market practices.

      My consumer no. is 32858, in the name of my husband Mr. ASHUTOSH KUMAR with Bharat Gas. I have only one cylinder and they told us to come after six months for a double connection, when we went after five months and 28 days they told us that six months are not yet over. Then my husband went after seven months they told to come after one year. Whenever we book the gas is delivered after 10 days and that too when we go ourselves to collect it. They charge so much for gas but they have no respect for the problems of customers. They are a hopeless lot. They will pick up the phone till your fingers start to pain punching the nos. the scene is atrocious and we talk about 24 hours service. .

      I couldnt agree more, I too got a refill in the month of march which was delivered to me with a broken seal, when I pointed it out the dealer said we do it to check if the washer inside is ok, Well the cylinder got finished in 20 days whereas my cooking is negligible our cylinders last for two and half to three months, when I complained the dealer said his paperwork was in order and well it got finished too bad.I have also noticed that the cylinder supplied to me was shorter in size, so some crroked activities are going on.I sent a complain to the petroleum ministery but my mail was returned as failed delivery.You have a useless man at the top, so dont expect any improvement, change the government and hope that the next person will be better.
      yes they have very poor service and their behaviour is bad.
      As i have a gas connection no. 15335 in my name mr suresh kumar a resident of pashchim vihar is very bad experience with the dealer here namely RATWAL GAS SERVICE, BG-6, Janta Flat, Pashchim Vihar, New Delhi. He not only delayed the suply of our LPG gas booking after repeated request and visits nor did they give the cylinder by hand when we personaly visit their office as we have out of gas for more than a week. We booked the gas on Friday[protected] over their counter office. and after 4 days of waiting when we contacted them they reply that there is no booking in this number then i ask them for the cylinder by hand but they refused my request and simply misbehaved with me and snatch my consumer card copy (15335) and rudly dejected me which i cant expect.

        I am not able to find a single Gas agency in Pune who will provide me with a new Gas connection without selling the Stove. They are charging Rs. 3600 for a new Gas connection with the stove. I already have the stove. why should I get another one?
        As per their website no one can force us to buy the stove. They blatantly refuse to give the connection is the stove is not taken from them. I intend to take them to consumer forum but I would need support from people who have faced the same harassment at these rogues' hands. Please come forward and teach these people a lesson

          Sir,
          I submitted my transfer voucher of the above gas connection to M/s Prime gas agency, Dhanbad on 01 March-08. The gas connection was to be transfered from Amardeep agency, Dehradun. Till now the confirmation of the transfer has not been received and nobody picks up the phone at dehradun. Prime Gas aency of Dhanbad expresses their inability to take any action in this matter. They want the written confirmation. which is not being received. I request you to kindly to take immediate steps so that My gas transfered at Dhanbad wothout further delay.

            Mohan Gas Service, Alwar (Rajasthan) is a such gas agency on which there is no control of GAIL / State Govt. (Rajasthan Govt.) or any other administration. This Gas Agency is doing black marketing of Gas if no why this agency delivers the cylinders on time. there is a more and more delay after many telephonic booking and personal visits. I myself doing central govt. job in delhi and my OLD PARENTS are living in Alwar (Rajasthan) they are so much irritated and harassed for this delay in receiving cylinders. Competent Authority i.e. State Govt. or GAIL may take strict action against Owner for this illegal / unlawful nature of Mohan Gas Service.

              A fellow from the bharat gas agency by the name of SATYA SAI GAS SERVICE of goregaon (west) had visited our place and without our knowledge he replaced many parts of the SUNFLAME burner which being a recently purchased 1 and in a very good condition needed no relacement of part neither was there any corncern regarding it.Now this fellow and his collegues have been visiting our place every once a week and harrasassing demanding a an amount of 700 and 40 rs.But the thing is these things were replaced under the pretext of being faulty and the parts of our original burner being taken away.Initially it was agreed on 40rs which being his visit fee and he had come without we regestering any complaint whatsoever in this regard.This feelow is every now and then bothering us for the money please help us out in this matter.Our consumer no. being 40772.

                Respected Sir,

                I had taken an LPG Sylinder connection few months back from,

                Shivam Gas Service,
                51/52 Rambalaram Nagar, Opp Prakash Nagar, Chandlodia, Ahmedabad - 382481

                They charged Rs.5400/- for a new connection with Two Sylinder and other assessories which includes Stove, Lighter, Basmati Rice (5 Kg. I really don't know why they give this at very high rates and it's compulsary) and "Suraksha Gas Pipe" etc. Because o[censored]navailability of Suraksha PIPE, they had not given it at the time of connection and said me to collect anytime from office. Since than I visited more than 5 times but every time they gives different execuses like "The cupboard Key is with their boss", "Come at 2pm after noon time", "We don't hv stock", "we will send the same to ur home address" etc.. And finally today their boss asked me to show the same thing in the Bill (written proof) which is no where mentioned in the bill they had given.. I was so frustrated with his rude behavior and finally I decided to get help from you.. I am sure you will surely help me and punish them to avoid such cheating.. Here my concern is not to get the pipe but to avoid such Cheating.. There are many customers those have similar complaints for the Distributors..

                Also they do not deliver the Sylinder in time after booking. Because of this we have to face major issues as the Gas is basic need for all.

                I have faced them same situation with shivam gas agency..
                not only they forced us to buy gas stove.. they just insulted my father (age 65 year)

                  This outburst is due to the pathetic response of Bharat Gas Distributer - Subbaiah Gas Agency, VUDA colony, Visakhapatnam. Despite a situation of an EMERGENCY of gas cylinder leakage, there has been no action from the agency. i ve been living with my DANGEROUS cylinder for the past two days now and the gas agency refuses to rise out of its deep slumber. im afraid as to what actions they would take, god-forbid, any mishap occurs!
                  Secondly, their service is very poor. Despite a cool three weeks surpassing the date of demand for a cylinder, there is nothing being done about supplying one. And this is a regular feature and now a hallmark(!) of this sleepy agency!

                  Dear sir,
                  My father namely Shivabhai Premaji has own domestic gas connection & registered at Vinay Gas Service, Opp. Preyas Bal Vidhyalay, Shahpur Mill Compound, Ahmedabad-1.with Consumer No. : 24551.Yesterday(27/02/2009) my mother realised sevior gas leakage and informed me.I called at above mentioned gas service agency through it's emergecy number:[protected],[protected])[protected], however no any responce I recieved.First two contact numbers were out of service & third contact number was transferred to another person.I found out all above numbers in customer receipt of gas service agency as "imergency number".Regular contact numbers also mosly un-answered, so how customer face problem in imergency, it would be cause casuality and damage due to carelessness of gas agency dealer.

                    I had received the cylinder last month but today when i unsealed it and connected i found it was empty and also it was not haevy as the filled ones ...so i went to Shakti Gas agency at Vishnu Nagar Dombivli west from where we get cylinders and told them the problem, the staff including the manager says arrogantly that our money is wasted and we have to get new cylinder and now this is really gundagiri.

                    My name is Malang Guru, I'm one of your coustomer for last 4 years holding above consumer number. On 23 Sept 2011, I call to your agency number at shakti gas services, Ambika Nagar, M. G. Road,
                    Dombivli (West) to book the cylinder at 10 am morning. The man booked my cylinder request and told that it will take 10 to 12 days. So when I call on 04 oct 2011 to agency for gas not deliver as it is almost more than 10 days, they said that your request on 23 sept 2011 was not booked and today on 04 oct 2011 we will book it and you will get after 5 to 6 days.
                    So I request you to please kindly see into this matter and urgently send cylinder within two days to my residence address as there is festival time.
                    I further request you to please take proper action on your staff to see that in future such incident does not occur.

                      sir, it seems most distributors are fooling consumers on booking cylinder issue.they dare because company has failed in educating customers on this issue.you must put some posters regarding issues like delivery of cylinders at godown.
                      gap of days if any between 2 cylinders, recived and booked etc.
                      I book my bharat gas no 30205 on 19.2.10 on Tomo gas.This gas booked by internet. But we dont get cylinder. We again booked gas on 27.2.10. Then we go to company and checked it was book or not, then we told that cylinder is not booked, your authorised represntative of this gas refused to book gas in agency and told book this gas on telephone.After many request they book this gas. Please tell your representative to book gas in agency if gas is not book by phone.So that people willnot suffer from gas problem.

                        I have taken previous delivery on 2/1/09 after that I rebooked for cylinder on 29/1/09 still not recd the cylinder. I personally handed over the compliant letter in writiing with acknowledge slip on 4/2/09 still did't got any supply from the Agency.On 4/2/09 when BPCL H.O.people called Anekal Agency they have given wrong information that previous booking is made on 9/1/09 and supplied on 10/1/09 this wrong. Please find scanned copy of Gas Book Copy as per this previous supply is on 2/1/09 and before that supply is 18/11/08.

                        After this again on 6/2/09 I have visited your BPCL and informed matters to Mrs. Irena then she has given the Mobile No of Mr.Abisheak ([protected]). Then I called him he has taken the and informed me call this Landline No.[protected]. You trust me or not since yesterday I am trying to contact Mr.Abisheak but he is not taking calls either in his mobile or landline. This is the Attitude of one responsible Officer.Now once again putting in writing that kindly verify my compliant set right the issue.
                        The working style of this Anekal Dealer is quiet different, he is not following any of BPCL/Company rules. He is making of his own rules. Anekal people struggling like anything for taking for taking delivery of one cylinder. The strong compliants are as under:

                        1.He is telling every consumer to book only after 30-35 days after the consumption of cylinder.

                        2.He will take 10-15 days for supplying after the date of booking

                        3.He is not giving any acknowledgemnt for the Booking made. When I have personally went to his office on 2/2/09 asking for acknowledgemnt slip. The question asked by him is like who is giving that and all. I will not give you can complian to BPCL & all. This is knowledge what he is having about company rules


                        4.As per rules all the consumers Home Delivery has to be given. But he is doing the same.What he will do is bring some cylinders in 3-4 places of Anekal.People has to wait like Mad dogs in the Street until the cylinder reaches that place because there is no timing some times people has to wait full day also. Suppose 25 cylinders comes means only 25 person will get the cylinder and 26the person has waited from moring to evening has to come back with empty hand.If anybody comes with me I will show this and all.

                        5.Billing/suppling dates are not matching.

                          We have a Bharat Gas connection for 2 cylinders in Pune India. The connection was transferred from Gauri Shankar Gas Agency in Karve Road to Jitesh Bharat Gas in Warje area without informing us. Initially, Jitesh Bharat Gas provided us with the home delivery of cylinders. From last year, he has stopped giving us home delivery and asked us to get the connection transferred to Kothrud (my residential area) dealer. Since the initial transfer was not initiated by us, we asked Jitesh to transfer it internally, but he is not ready to do that. On reaching out to the dealers in our area, they need transfer papers from Jitesh Gas, which he is not ready to give since we have lost our original receipt that was provided at the time of booking the original connection, though we have the cylinder book with us with all the entries. This is causing us a lot of trouble and problems. The staff at Jitesh Gas is extremely rude and unco-operative (including the dealer).

                          I need Help Desperately...some contacts or process to take up with consumer forum.

                            I have tried number of times to book for refill cylinder through Sri Munusamy Gas Agency from 11.2.2008. Since I could not get their telephone numbers I have made booking online through the www.ebharatgas.com website on 12.2.2008. Since I have not received the refill cylinder, I have made a call through IVRS Telephone No.12644 on 27.2.2008 and ordered booking. When I have called the gas agency they have informed me that their internet got restored only from 20.2.2008 and that my order for refill booking will be taken into account only from 27.2.2008. Now my gas cylinder is ready for refill and today I have tried to book for refill. I was told that since the booking has been made on 27.2.2008, I will have to wait till 21 days from this date. I used to book for refill cylinder immediately after the existing cylinder got exhausted and if I will have to now wait till 21 days, there will be definitely a delay for me in receipt of new cylinder and this problem should be addressed to immediately and redressal rendered. I am now constrained to take up the matter with the Consumer Forum.

                            I am santosh and the connection is in my father's name, channappa, cust no. 33842. There is a very bad customer service of Bharat Gas in Bangalore City, Mahadevapura. The distributors in this region called, Rashmi Gas Agency, with address at, No. 3, 2nd Cross, Transport Street, Opp K. R Puram railway station, S.Narayanapura, Bangalore -16. is providing pathetic sevice in this region. This is happening from a very long time and many of the customers in our appartment are very troubled with the service.

                            I am D.Laxmi Narayan my customer No.26585, staying at Garudacharpalya. There is a very bad customer service of Bharat Gas in Bangalore City, Mahadevapura. I have booked for a cylinder on 16th of April, 08, waiting list No. 6636. For the past 6 months, no cylinder door delivering in GC Palya, if I asked for the cylinder after 20days, they told me to come and take the cylinder from their office. After complaining only they had delivered the cylinder in my home for last 5- 6 times. This is happening every time with this Agency. I had complaint this time to Tel.No.22975459 last week, they said you will get it. Before this I called 28532301, (RAshmi Agency) they told you will get it this Sunday.(4th May, 08). Yesterday, after noon, they brought some cylinders at GC Palya near the Bakery I went and asked the person, he said we don't have your name. We cann't go and take the cyclinder from their godown. Plz. take appropriate action to deliver the gas cylinder to my home without getting delay now and future. The distributors in this region called, Rashmi Gas Agency, with address at, No. 3, 2nd Cross, Transport Street, Opp K. R Puram railway station, S.Narayanapura, Bangalore -16.

                            i agree, this is the wrost service i haven seen in my life. there is on even ready to pick the call and update the status of booking.for last 1 week i am calling but either it is showing busy or even if it is ringing no one is picking the call. 20 days back i had booked for refilling the gas but till 11.08.08 there is no response. very disgusting, dont know what to do.
                            I also agree with these statements.Rashmi gas agency is providing very poor service.No phone will be working.always switched off.No person will be ther eto answer.Always they will ask the customer to take cylinder from office .They are very rude towards customer

Last time we booked the gas after 20 days also we did'nt get the gas, when we called the office she told that we'll get on the next day but the next day she's saying the gas is booked the day before so we'll get after some days.this is rediculas.

                            We are having gas connection with maruti gas which is on tingare nagar road vishrantwadi pune 15.

                            This phone no on net is out of order.
                            every time when we want to book the cylinder their phone no[protected] is are either out of order, or engaged .
                            another tata line no 65238049 is always not reachable.
                            We cannot get the line for more than 1 hour like that we have to try for more than 2 to 3 days then only booking is possible, please do something to solve this every month problem
                            Complaints of LPG consumers are increasing day by day because no serious efforts on the part of Company Officials to control the malpractices of Gas Agencies. They are also getting their share from the agencies for shutting their eyes towards their malpractices. Upto a few years back, this was not the condition. Consumers' greivences were rectified urgently by the Company Officials.
                            Aencies are accepting booking of fresh cylinders only after 25 days of delivery of a cylinder. Again another 15 days for the subsequent delivery. These restrictions are imposed by the agencies with the silent consent of Company Officials. Gas cylinders are availble in plenty in the black market, but there is always shortage in the agencies.

                            Worst Customer Service: Shaba Gas Aagency is in Adambakkam. Cylinder boys behave as cheapest person.

                                After running for many days when i finally got a cylinder...the guys are asking me to purchase a Gas with cylinder on site that it is mandatory for everyone and is companies rule to do so...however i'm already carrying a new gas...purchased just a couple of months back?

                                What should i do?? Is it compulsory..as they are asking to deposit 3000 Rs for those..

                                This is Rajendra Prasad Sharma, I am one of your customer. We have take a gas connection with the name of my father Mr. Raghunath Prasad Sharma dated 7/09/2004 and our consumer no 38126. At the time of conectin your people sitting over there force us to purchase acceseries times from them only.We have no option so we purchased.At that time we take only one cylinder and they assured that you can take another gas cylinder whenever you want.
                                Now I am trying to take my another cylinder from last three months but every time they refused to give it to us.There behaviour is so roude that I can not write here. I am sure that your 90% customers visiting your gas service station are dissatisfied. Attitude of your customer care executive is "THIRD CLASS".
                                If we want to book a cylinder we have to visit your gas agency at least 3-4 times.
                                I reqested you to kindly provide me my one cylinder and one more request to give some customer relation training to your executives.

                                These problems raising due to no care about customer by the rganization.Every orgaization is thinking that their development is dueto with their own efforts.Other wise even though BPCL is big organization why can not look to solve such like funny( to Them) problems through internet.No need to stand at door step of Distributors to beg all nonsence and spent our valuble time with them.At leaset now the people sitting in high poistions in organization has to think over it and take appropirate action to solve poor fellows of House hold Gas Connection holder and make acountability to the concerned distributors and officers after lodge of complaint/Querry/seeking help.

                                  I am consumer of BP gas bearing the consumer no 19164. My agency is Revathi Agencies, Hafiz Pet, Hyderabad. 15 days back (on Feb. 20th, 2008, Booking ID 6900) I booked the gas, till now it has not been not delivered. It also surprising that all the time phone appears to be busy, which is not possible. Fortunately if someone lifts it they promise to send on the same day, waisting lot of our time in waiting at home. I am writing this after heavy frustration. They are doing all this thing purposefully to sell in black. Please look into this matter. I hope at least I will get reply from your end.

                                  these are the Landline numbers of Revathi Gas Agency, Hafizpet.
                                  we have booked the gas for consumer number 25259, one month back .
                                  we haven;t get the refilled gas, if i tryed the 23047778 or 23047779 numbers, they are always ringing but nobody pickup the phone.

                                  Please do the needful at the earliest bcoz my gas at home is almost completed.

                                  Revethi Gas agency is not at all good... neven pick your call.. they are uneducated people and doesn't know how to talk with customer...no profesionalism...fully gundagiri... someone from bharat gas should take some serious action against the people in this agency otherwise it is shame for bharat gas to provide such gunda people...
                                  Its pathetically bad.Revathi gas agency alsways delivers domestic LPG cylinders too late.i lodged a complain with Ministry of Consumer affairs and the ministry needs complete postal address along with email address.If any one of you have the details please pass that to me.

                                  It is a serious injustice to customer satisfaction; the business which is expected to be dependant solely on the patronage of the subscribers is taking the very needs of them easy by having no response to the calls made to their land lines - either they are perennially busy or the calls are never taken. I wonder how can these be allowed by the parent company! BPCL must look into these complaints seriously and make amends to ensure the customers are given their due respect and also prompt services.

                                    I want to take new connecton from Jalmin Gas Distributor, Basement Unique Shopping Centre Bedi Bunder Road, Near St Xavier's School, Jamnagar-361008. The agency is forcing me to take Gas Stove. Already I have gas Stove with me. I told the agency there is no rule to purchase Gas Stove along with the new connection.                                     Hi,
                                    I'm also facing the same issue. To get a connection the agency is asking me to purchase a two burner stove for Rs. 4000. If not they will not issue my connection. Why should I pay Rs 4000 as good quality gas stoves are available for just Rs 1000. Please let me know whom should I contact against this social injustice. I seek support from people from all walks of life as this is one crualty against lower class and middle class people.

                                      Delays in Double Cylynder since approx from 10 months.

                                      Sir,
                                      I am writing from Marol Maroshi , Andheri ( East ), Mumbai - 59. I have been a sincere consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) since last 12 Months. I tried for 10 months to get double cylinder and have contacted to my nearest service center Marol Naka, several times. Whenever I contact them for double cylender every time they said its not available for now and contact them later after a next month.

                                      I requested them lot of time but they are not responding me properly.
                                      Please Bharat gas officials, if you are listening then i hope you will take care of the issue.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am a consumer of Bharath domestic gas since 2004and reside in perungudi. Whenever I book for a refill the lady who attends asks me to book after few days without telling any reason. Sometimes she says that the cylinder was booked and delivered just a few days back, where the truth is i have not booked for the past 50 days.And after lots of difficulty the cylinder is booked. And now the distributor Mr.Selvam (perungudi) keeps on delaying inspite of our repeated calls. I have seen him delivering our booked cylinders to hotels at a higher price. After around 10 phone calls and repeated beggings (whenever he passes on our road) we get the cylinder. I really want to know whether the cylinders are in demand or these middle men are playing a fool around. Kindly let me know and do the needful.

                                        The Gas delivery of your Agency i.e. “Anugraha Gas Agency” is O plus than any other agency which is located in Basavehwaranagar Bangalore 560079.
                                        For which I am complaining is regarding the delivery if we book the Gas cylinder today it will be reaching us after more than the week. And the telephone lines will be always engaged even though there are two lines we should try to reach them as if we are calling some live telecast on a T.V Program. There will be no proper response from the receptionist or who receives the call. Some receptionist will not give the complaint numbers also. As I am a customer of Bharath Gas from last 10 years I am having the regular problem facing by this Agency (Anugraha Gas Agency).

                                        Is there any other options to change the Agency to another by not changing Bharath gas

                                        I am a consumer of Bharath domestic gas since 2006and reside in palavakkam Whenever I book for a refill the lady who attends asks me to book after few days without telling any reason. Sometimes she says that the cylinder was booked and will be delivered but even after 30 days of booking i have still not received the cylinder .and another constraint is i have two cylinder after using the first i book for the second one and i book when the first one becomes empty.now this itself is getting delayed for 30 days means i need to wait for the next 30 days to to get the other one with a conditon as book after 20 days so i need to wait for 50 days to get one cylindar means which is a very bad ustomer support .

                                        you guys relally are not implementing any rules and regulatory emethods to solve these kind of issues .Selling our cylinder in black for others are also seen

                                        if necessary action is not taken regardign this i am going to forward this complaint to consumer court for further verification

                                        the special thing is the lady who attends the call behaves very rudely to all dont treat people with respect at all is this the wya you train those, no they are not doign the job in the right way

                                        please take care of delivering the cylinders on time, you need us to pay money immediately in the same way you deliver us on time .will you in anyway accept us paying the cash in 20 days credit i am sure you will nto if so why delay in delivery

                                        kindly understand the customers situation we cannot spend our halfa day to book one single cylinder

                                        Its really pathetic, I believe all customer of Bharath domestic gas facing the same problem. I am trying to reach the Bharath gas agency in Adyar through phone. I am not able to reach them. Always I hear "subscriber is busy". I am really fed up with the Gas agency. Let me know, If there is any other way to change the agency without changing the bharath gas.
