Delay in delivery of LPG gas
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 07.10.2008 but yet today on 15.10.2008 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Vishnu Gas Service Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Even after daily reminders on phone they are giving false assurance everday.
Please look into the matter urgently.

I had been a Bharat Gas customer for the previous 15 years. I seem to recall that when Bharat Gas start was handled smoothly and seamlessly but 15 year later finding difficulties.

Further to my telephonic discussion to your distributor Arihant Gas past one year still your delivery of LPG in time is in false hope. The only thing that has happened on this is they delivered the cylinder on Feb.14 friendship day since it my personal visit, took place about twenty one days later when an executive inspected that I don’t have LPG Gas.
I have recently had two sets of guest’s visit me and I was not too pleased about having to apologize to them about the issue of gas. I expect more guests in a couple of weeks and I would really appreciate it if the delivery were done before their visit.

I completely agree with the above complaint about Bharata Gas distributor (Vishnu jyoti Gas Service Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh). Reallly they are making people fool and always making false commitment.there is no valuse for words in this Distributor.

I also faced the same kind of response and service from this distributor and the big worries is Bharat Gas is not putting full stop to such bull sit .

The situation is same here in Pune also.The distributor takes atleast 8-10 days for supllies.
I wanted to know from Bharat Petroleum authorities, If I Book for refilling of the cylinder to my distributor & I have been alloted the Q no.of say 150 then how many days should be taken by distributor for supplies.

My consumer no.- JM14132, here distributor is M/S jai mata di gases (biharsharif).I waited for whole day to refill the cylinder but unable to get.My booking date was 18/02/09. At 3 p.m.Manager told it is too old, he canceled the booking date and updated on 23/7/09.when i went godown storekeeper refused to give and told its manager order dont give cylinder from godown.storekeeper suggested contact to vendor, he also refused to give.Manager behaviour was too bad, even a govt official not behave like in their office.
1.The Home delivery time period after amking payment to Agency ?
2.Here in BHEL Jhansi Gas Agency Officials are running there own rule and we are not getting home delivery in time even after a laps of 4 to 5 days. Whereas for new refile gas booking is being taking into account after expiry of 21 days from actual Home delivery. and waiting period for next supply will always remain about One month. For getting new connection for audult childern are also not being made. here by agency pick and choose system as per their will is being followed.

Yes! it is very true that, the gas agency by name Vishnu jyoti is making the people's life misearable. At times we are getting the gas cylinders filled with water, when we burn the gas, its flames are making watery noise and start spreading the fire in all directions . It is very very dangerous. If we ask them to weigh it, they will wieghing the cylinder nodoubt, but it is filled with water mostly. hence there will be no weight loss. We are facing this type of problems from this agency and for a normal 4 members family also, the gas will not get consumed more than 15 days. How can a normal middle class family will survive with this half filled gas cylinder. Kindly look into the matter and take the proper action upon the agency.

Dear Sir,

Every time cylinders are bring less in weight after returning one cylinder which was half filled they introduced pass book system now what happened the cyliner was full and it could not run more than 10 days . When we checked there is some 5-6 kg water filler in that. When we complained they are folling us that filled cylinder kept out side the rain water fallen inside. Our agency is Prem Gas Agency-Sector-10, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad-201002. Kindly guide us how to tackle such problem.

Object: Consumer No. RD 12351 (Rohan Gas Distributors Malleswaram, Bangalore - 560 003)

I had been a Bharat Gas customer for the previous 14 years. I had booked for additional cylinder ( eight year back booking No. 4974) till date the same has not been given by the distributor. On approach they say that I should purchase the item displayed in the premises then only they will issue the additonal cylinder. The product displayed are four times costiler than the market price.


Request you to instruct them to give the additonal cylinder with out insisting me to purchase the unwanted things displayed.

Your help in this regard will help me to solve the kitchen problem.

Awaiting your immediate action in instructing the Distributor to issue additional cylinder after accepting the deposit prescribed by BPCL.

my gass booked, but not my home delivery why?

BPCL/LPG — over charging,rude behaviour,delay in supply

respected sir,
some time before i write you a complaint about a bpcl gas agency in kapurthala but i can,t get
any response from you. the agency sold the cyl. to consumer without any rebate. the consumer did
not get supply regularly. the behaviour of the distributor is very rude.i have some proof about them.

i had booked a lpg on 11feb2010 to Coco gas agency, baharaich road, Gonda.Till today i have not received my lpg.On enquiry, their phone is always engaged. On personal enquiry they told that your cylinder has already have been delivered. And this is not for the first time, i have lpg connection since past 1 year and only 2 times in the whole year i have received lpg.I have even made a complaint to Mr.Bansal of sultanpur about it but he is also ignoring me.

BP LPG — Delay in delivery

We are the consumer of BP Lpg and distributer in M/S Adlakha Gas Agency.There are no response of booking our LPG Cylinder and delivery. No one take call to book or quarries. Its too embarking to keep on follow-up.

Dear sir,

I am a lpg customer of bharat petroleum gas. I was staying at wadala mumbai and buying the lpg cylinders from national gas services. Later on I along with my family got shifted to titwala. I was shifted to titwala on 22nd june, 2012 since then I didn't booked any gas cylinder. While applying for transfer of lpg connection on 24.11.2012 to titwala, I found that national gas services has already sold 2/3 subsidized gas cylinders to somebody else. When I complaint about this to him he started talking rudely and challenged me to do anything whatever I can do. He said that I or somebody else on behalf on me has booked the cylinders and taken it from him. When I asked for record for the same he denied to show that. After this I took the transfer and submitted the transfer voucher at gurukripa gas agency, kalyan. There I came to know that I do not have any subsidized cylinder left in my account.

Sir, the poor people of the country are already in trouble with increased inflation and the behavior of lpg distributors like national gas services are putting us at higher depth of trouble.

You are requested to do the needful in this regards.

I am living in Rewari city of Haryana. I have a domestic LPG connection from Anil Gas service (BP).
Every time when I get delivery of filled cylinder, I found it is leaking, I request from change and the delivery men says all the cylinders are like this only, once I forced him to change and found that the new one was leaking more then the previous one, at last I accepted the leaked cylinder. Same thing happens every time. this is really very dangers but we are helpless.

    i want new LPG bharat gas connection so i visited chand gas service, new rly. road GURGAON(haryana), they said forms are avilable only on first wednesday of the month.they misguided me. On[protected] as proof of residance i presented EMPLOYERS CERTIFICATE which is one of the document, BUT THEY REFUSED IT.Then i approached area sales manager after that they give me form, after that i filled the form and submitted
    Than i asked them whan address verifcation wil be done, they said THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT.but i as per INSTANTGAS CONNECTION on WEB SITE after complection of documents immidietly connection will be issued.

    I am a serving soldier of the Indian Army and presently i am posted in pune at the time when i applied for the new gas connection i was posted in Highly Actieve field Area, in Jammu & Kashmir and i have applied for new connection in the name of my mother as i was not having any of my serving docus and after one year waiting our connection has got sanctioned my Regn No 3417 in the name of Ajitha Vidyadharan(Mother) now when we went the agency(Pushpa Gas Agency, Nadapuram, Calicut(dist)kerala) to collect our cyllender they are compelling us to take the stove from them other wise we have to pay extra Rs 500/- as we are getting the CSD facility we have purchased it from the CSD and when we informed them that we are not in need of stove they have returned us back by compelling to take the stove and they are missbehaving with my mom for this reason you are requested to advise them to behave politely and to issue the cylender at the earliest as we have only applied for the cylender in the application not for the stove you are requested to do an early action please.       Sir/Madam
      I am a junior telecom officer in BSNL Chittorgarh, I was having a domestic LPG gas connection in
      Banswara, Rajasthan from HP in 2001 which was subsequently got transfered by me
      to Kota, Rajasthan in 2003 on my transfer to Kota. I was further transferred to
      Jaipur, My Native place and my parental home where my father already have a
      double cylinder gas connection, so i did not required a gas connection there, so,
      i did not applied for the gas conection there. I was again transferred to
      Chittorgarh in June 2007, But here is no HP Gas service and my TV was also Two
      years old. I approached to both of Gas agencies Here ( Indane and Bharat Gas )
      and both refused me a connection and also directed me to get the TV revalidated.
      I went Jaipur and got the TV revalidated for a month from HP Had office, Jaipur But of no use as both
      agencies refused to accept transfer voucher again and told me that new applications are not being
      entertained. I have left with no options but either to arrange an illegal gas
      connection from black market and
      pay rs 550 each time for a domestic LPG Gas cylinder, or obtain from private
      LPG gas providers (Badala Gas at Chittorgarh Rajasthan) which provides unsealed
      gas cylinders of 12 Kg LPG gas ( not guranteed) for rs 500 (without receipt)
      which too not on time. I opted the 2nd option for the time being and kept trying for the gas connection, but all in vain . I haver also submitted my documents ( Copy of Transfer order, identity proof, Transfer voucher, residence proof etc.) to your agency's office at Chittorgarh.
      On The other hand every hotelier, street tea vendor, Halwai etc. using domestic LPG,
      can be easily varified by reaching at there cooking place.

      Kindly Guide me how to get a domestic LPG gas connection at Chittorgarh.

        Dear sir,

        Please note that I Dharamveer Sharma holding your gas connection against SV No.[protected] dt.22.01.99. We are facing a problem after shifting my gas connection from M/s.Anil Enterprises 16/5, Mathura Road, FBD to M/s.Rathi Gas Services SAP Code-140078.
        The dealing persons of Rathi gas services alwaya do misbehaving to custumers & do not book the Gas even that they have complete stock of gas.
        Sir, I m realy fed up the services given by the M/s.Rathi Gas Services SAP Code-140078 so, i request to you that kindly transfer my Gas Connection to my previous suplier i.e M/s.Anil Enterprises 16/5, Mathura Road, FBD.

        I hope a possitive reply from ur side

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am having a Bharat home gas connection. From last 3 days I was trying to book a gas. The phone is ringing on and on but there is no response. This is not a first time for me. I am having the same problem every time when I try to book the gas.
          It would be so glad to me. If you can do something against Dev Mogra Gas Service, shop no 5&6 b-5, sector no 11, Shantinager, miro road east . PH:[protected]

            We are the customer of Bharat Gas (consumer no 45675)for the past 8 years. Ever since Prateek Gas agency has taken up distribution we are facing lot of difficulty in booking and receiving new cylinders. We last booked cylinder on 9th sept eventhough it was delivered on 27th sept(no fault of ours).today when i called agency for refill they are reluctant to book stating that there should be certain time gap between delivery and booking. Please note that it was not our fault that the cylinder was delivered on 27th sept(it was completely the fault of the agency). Please take necessary action to ensure that such a situation is not repeated

            sir hamare city me sirf 1 he Gas Agency (Bharat Gas ka hai). Pure city k log gans k nam se bahut parasan hai. home delivery to door kabhi cylinder time me nahi date. Kuch bolne par Dadagiri karte hai aur customer se ladai karte hai.
            mare maa-babuji ghar me akale rahit hai mai job me hu isliya bahar rahta hu. unko gas k liya hamesha bahut parasani hoti hai. sirf mera he nahi sabhi gharo me yahi hal hai.
            Agar apko enquiry karni hai to please Bemetara k kisi bhi ghar me ja ka puch sakte hai k yaha Bharat Gas Agency Ki service kaisi hai. ap khud he samaj jayange.
            sir please ya to ap is agency wale ko thik service dane k liya boliya ya fir agency kisi aur ko degiye..

              I am very unsatisfied consumer of bharat gas for last 2 years. My agency is Sachin Gas Service (Code:113601) located in Double Story, Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi. I have numerous complaint against them, non picking of phone, non delivery of gas after booking, bad behavior, dont allow me transfer to other agency etc etc. this is least but not the last. they are fearless when you say, you will complaint.

              this is to turn your kind attention towards the bharat gas service provider in raipur ranjhawala, dehradun uttarakhand, they are totaly like fraud just making excuses for neglency in proding the gas and sale it to higher cost to the commercial peoples. They are not making a legal use of bharat gas service authority . So its my personaly and humbly request you to please solve this issue and the people come out of this big problem..

              I am very unsatisfied consumer of bharat gas for last 2 years. my agency code No is 143189 SREE SAROJA AMMAL BHARATGA, HASEENA PALACE, 51 PERUMAL SOUTH STREET, NAGAPATTINAM, TAMILNADU 611001. and my coustmer No is 414 and booked in the name of R. vimalraj. I have booked for LPG gas past four months they have not deliveried and i have complaint against them several times, non picking of gas booking phone, non delivery of gas after booking for four months, bad behavior, dont allow me transfer to other agency etc etc. this is happening for all the bharat gas councumers, i request to M/s Bharat petrolium corporation limited to take necessaty action against my complaint.

              Dear Sir,

              I am am a cosumer of Bharat Gas (Saimangala Enterprises, Peenya 2nd Stage, Bangalore). I had booked my gas 6.1.2010 and till the date not recieved the gas.

              Some of my friend won near by hotels, they says that the above mentioned agency porvide them gas on same day and time of booking with some extra payment. The agency supply the gases for industrial purpose also and intresting to know that they deliver it within hours time.

              I know nothing can be done and nobody will take action on them.

              I am going to change my gas connection to indian gas.

                  I booked for a new gas connection at rahatani Bharat gas station in pune a year ago and I have still not recieved a gas cylinder.
                  Now they tell me to re-book since the year old booking is invalid.
                  I dont know what is wrong with those people. They are so arrogant and talk bluntly. they never give up any names of there top officials when asked for nor does the complaint phone number work. It rings but nobody recieves the phone. such pityful is the condition. All of sudden they will let you know that the new gas connections have stopped and they dont know when it will start. Every time you hear the same thing from them. I dont know if any body is bothered about these complaints.

I've booked my name for new connections with your distributor "SHRI MAHALAXMI ENTERPRISES" Opp Vanaz, Ph no.[protected] something in the month of June. Since then I've been following up for issuing of connections, but every time I was getting answer that it has been not started from Company itself, which we have accepted.
                    Now when it is started, I've enquired for the same but unfortunately I've forgotten my booking no. so now they are asking me to re-register my no. and wait for 2-3 months. How fair is it? People who have already waited for 5 months, to wait more 2-3 months.

                    Their answer is that if you have forgotten ur booking no, we can't search for you in thousands of nos., we don't have that much time, that too so arrogantly.Ok it is accepted, Even though I've requested them that if your staff doesn't time, I can spend 2 hrs in your for searching my no in your register instead of waiting 2-3 month more. Coz we are really face very bad problem to get the cylinder. When I said that we are your customer (which we are already having connection in Amravati, M.S.) then I got reply that till now u r not our customer. Means they don't consider order booking as their customer. This is arrogance is there, and what you are talking about 24 hrs services and all things on your website. I'm sure they might expect extra money for issuing immediate connection.

                    This is nothing but harassment of needful people. Some serious and immediate action should be taken with such distributor if they can't provide service to customer and ruing company's name. Nobody will say that such distributor is bad, everybody will talk about Bharat Gas' service.

                    Dear sir,

                    We are residing at Kovaipudur -Coimbatore. I feel very disturbed by the GAS AGENCY----RADHA GAS SERVICE, 1356, THADAGAM ROAD, COIMBATORE-641002.

                    In the first place ---THEY DO NOT KEEP THE TELEPHONE LINES FREE EVEN AFTER DIALLING CONTINOUSLY FOR HALF AN HOUR TO AN HOUR.(there are 7 telephone lines)

                    SECONDLY THEY ARE IN A HURRY TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER AND DON'T WAIT TO HEAR OUR COMPLAINT.

                    We have to forgo 10 Rs per cylinder after we pay the huge amount on gas cylinder. And for festivals they demand to be payed some amount and come collecting the sum from door to door at all awkward times. We would only be glad to give them somthing only if --THEY WERE COURTOUS AND WELL MANNERED.

                    I have booked for a gas cylinder which was due on 14th Nov but there is no way to find out about the where abouts since the phone lines are always in use. The staff in the so called agency are all the time making personal calls.

                      21 days limit for booking refilling

                      This provision for control of misuse is not practical. On the contrary, it is posing problem for bonafied users. Dealer do not even book refill before 21 days of lst delivery date. About week is taken in delivery after booking. Exact delivery date/time is not known and if consumers premises is closed at the time of delivery, this priod may more than week. Phone booking is also difficult due to constant phone busy. One has to go on constasnt...

                      Hello Complaint Section,
                      I would like to inform you its so frustrating compared to other LPG services that your service is so bad and becoming worse.Very poor response and made a mistake of being a consumer for this LPG.After 60 years of our independence, we citizen still have to suffer because of our corrupt official who apparently I ashamed to tell is indian too.I now feel we indians cannot rule and function and we are in the habit of being ruled like the Britisher's did.
                      Also please let me know why second cylinder is not given for a consumer after 1 year since my family is facing problem with delivery schedule having one cylinder kept with us.
                      The agent gives excuse of stoppage of extra cylinder which I have my own doubts since under the table all this may be happening.
                      Hope with this email you will awake and arise before it is too late to realize!!!

                          Myself Manish Rohra, I have a Bharat Gas Connection, Consumer No. is 15631 and also there are 5 -6 connections in the name of my relatives. Agency name is Delhi Gas Agency, situated in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. For last 6 months we are facing serious problem to book our gas from the agency. While we dial the number, sometimes the bell does not ring, if the bell ring then there is no reply. It seems that they intentionally put the phone on hold, so that nobody can disturb them for booking. Because when we dial most of the time the phone is busy. Last 6 months we are facing same problem. There for I request you to please look in to the matter and take the necessary and firm action against that agency so that we could take the delivery of gas without any problem and also insure that we could not face such situation in future.

                          Manish Rohra is absolutely right. You can imagine that I have gas from them, Delhi Gas agency uttam nagar, for more than 3-4 years and hardly i remember a case that i am able to book my gas over phone. Always i has to go to agency to book it and they take almost a month to deliver it provided that you visit them 3-4 times atleast. It is arround 12 days of my last booking and still no supply of gas as expected. I have to visit again personally to ask them to book. They are very corrupt and looks people here are closed their eyes on these matters.
                          THE PRAMUKH GAS AGENCY IN CTM AREA OF AHMEDABAD IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.PRAMUKH AGENCY LADY STAFF BEHAVIOR VERY BAD AGAINST CONSUMER. DELIVERY OF CYLINDER SO LATE & MANY EXCUSE FROM THEM. PLEASE TAKESOME SERIOUS ACTIOM AGAINST THIS AWATING FOR YOUR REPLY.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I have applied for a Bharat gas connection at Ravi Gas Agency, Jharsa Road, Gurgaon(Haryana), with continuous follow up after a month time a person visited my home for inspection, I have told the person that I am leaving with my brother at this rented location for more then 2 years and we are having a single gas cylinder on the name of my brother since my brother is moving to different location so I’ll be left with no gas connection, so to fulfil my basic need to a gas connection please provide me the same.
                              After a week time when I follow-up with Ravi Gas Agency they told me that my connection request is disapprove and I cannot apply for next six months.
                              Now my Brother has moved away to different location and i am left with no gas connection, it has become so much difficult for me and my wife to survive without a gas connection.

                              Even after submitting all the required documents and a genuine reason i have not been allotted any gas connection.

                              Please Help me getting a gas connection as soon as possible.

                                I have Gas connection of Bharath Gas from Mahadeshwara Gas from Mandya. I took the new connection 2 years back. till today he has not issued me the second cylinder. Whenever I sak him, he always tells, come next week or after 10 days, etc. Now he is telling that he will issue 2nd cylinder next week, but I have to buy a 10 li Cooker of Rs.1720.
                                My complaint is What is the procedure for booking a new connection and 2nd cylinder? They don't follow any rules. Only When I took some known person to him he gave me new connection. Now again he is harassing me for the 2nd cylinder.

                                Even I am facing the same problem. I have a Bharat gas connection since 2003. My agency name is Sharman Gas Company, C4/15, (Sagar Sadan), Krishna Nagar, Delhi. Whenever I asked for an Add-on Cylinder they say Bharat Gas company stopped giving 2nd cylinder. I don't know how to check whether it is true or not or when Bharat Gas is planning to open second cylinder connection. I visited Bharat Gas website which even does not have a link to put a request for 2nd cylinder.

                                Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

                                Mahadeshwara Gas at 100 feet road at Mandya is doing great(!?) business trick; They force their customers to buy RICE, TEA POWDER, SUNFLOWER OIL(75/- per liter!! You must buy 4 liters one shot with new connection), GAS TROLLY(300/-), PRESSURE COOKER 10 Liters capacity at 1800/- (which you will never be able to use if your family is small).
                                The manager behaves so arrogantly that you feel you are punched to ground. I feel Bharat gas should hold a MANNERS CLASS for their dealers. What if a person is unable to pay for all their whims and fancies? Authorities sholu look into these kind of dirty tricks and warn them or cancel their dealership.

Pushpam Gas Agency Bibvewadi, Pune Dist.Pune, Maharashtra. Last two months back i have applied second gas cylinder so far they have not supplied.personally i call to agency regarding second cylinder, they said that it will take more time and demand is high due to that they unable to supply second gas cylinder. But i am facing a problem with one LPG Gas cylinder at present.

                                This is much delay is not acceptable. Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to supply the second cylinder to me as early as possible.

                                  Bharat gas agency at Yelahanka, Bangalore are very much delaying to deliver the refill gas. If we book the gas even after 15 days also after repeated reminder we are not able to get the cylinder. pl. let me know in how days the agency should deliver the gas to us as per the BPCL order. If I call the agency only they say that "No Stock sir, we have not received the load". Is it the problem of the agency or with the Bharat gas supplier.

                                    1. I have booked for a refill through the website (http://www.ebharatgas.com) on 11th september 2008. (Order No. :275024 Name of Distributor:BASAVESHWARA BHARATGAS AGENCY) also I have booked the same over phone[protected] with the agency on the same day. But till todate I haven’t received the refill cylinder.

                                    2. It is a pain to book a refill over telephone from Basaveswara Bharat gas Agency (126913)through phone nos.[protected]&[protected].the phone was always showed engaged or whenever it rang it was not attended. It is a repeating story every month. My neighbors also has the same complaint. I try to book through SMS to[protected]. but the SMS was blocked to this phone.
                                    I have booked a complaint with the bharat gas in this regard, but without any redressal.

                                    Bharat Gas — non booking on time

                                    Our distributor M/s Ashwani Gas, Ashok Nagar has delivered the LPG cylander after 10-15 days from the date of its booking every time and they are taking next booking after 21 days from the date of previous delivery instead of date of booking.
                                    yea I agree with your words, because I am facing the same problem.

                                    I am a consumer of Bharat Gas vide consumer No.: S-10467 registered with M D Enterprises, 5-Vishal Market, Permanand Colony, Delhi.
                                    I want to draw your attention towards un-respectful and non-cooperative attitude of the dealer and the staff of M D Enterprises, 5-Vishal Market, Permanand Colony, Delhi. I submit my complaint as under:

                                    1) The telephone Nos. 27224950 and 27118559 goes always busy for days altogether and one will not be able to book a refill despite best efforts of days together over telephone.
                                    2) On the 14th or 15th of January’ 2010, I went to the agency personally and physically to book a refill/cylinder with my complaint of about non- availability of telephone. I was suggested to book a cylinder through SMS>lpg>52725. I was asked to get registered with them for SMS service to which I happily agreed and offered two mobile Nos [protected] & [protected] and they assured me that next time I shall be able to book a cylinder through a very simple process of SMS.
                                    3) Now I have been trying to book my cylinder through SMS but to my amaze I am getting a reply that I have not been registered yet for the service yet. Surprising that after elapse of more then 20 days my request to register my self for SMS service is still pending with the agency. And telephone is working to book a cylinder. It is always giving busy tone for the last 3days.
                                    4) When I got to their place on the 15th of January, 2010 with a request to gather a cylinder from their Godown as I had exhausted my cylinder, I was told that it is not possible as the cylinder can be delivered only after 7 days of booking.
                                    5) On heated exchange of words and a threat to complaint over internet, my cylinder has reached my home before I reached. And even the empty was lifted and replaced the refill without money (which was collected later) from my roof in my absence.

                                    Please help and this agency to behave in business like manner.

                                    I truly agree that Manav enterprises has the worst customer care in terms bad delivery, non pick up of calls, extra charges.I booked a gas via telephone call to[protected] on 15th June and I was told that my booking is done and it will be delievered ater 25 days.I called up on 12th July to check the status and I was told no booking is done for my consumer no on June 15th.I havent got the gas till now and I am suffering.

                                    Please cancel the license of this Manav enterprises at Fraser town Bangalore.It would be a great justice and kind act to humankind if you do so.God will bless you if you do so.

                                    I have applied for new gas connection and submitted the application on dated 13/6/2012 to M/s Bharat Gas Raja Garden Chowk, New Delhi. Every time whenever I called up telephonically and personally for my new connection, they have given no satisfactory response, only simple words they have spoken that new connection will be made available next month. This practice is still continued.

                                    Please let me know when I get my new connection, wasting my time again and again to follow the matter.

                                    Kindly look into the matter as early as possible.
