i had requested to dis-connect my connection on 08-Nov-12, but it was not done till Jan-13,

i got bill Nov, Dec and Jan month bills total Rs:3412. so i did not paid the bill.

many times i have informed same thing.

today i got one sms regarding this one: case filed at city cicil court, Lokadalat PLC No:302596 Dt 26/3/2013.

I was post paid client of airtel till the 17th of this month when i discontinued this service after a period of 1 year. When I subscribed to this service the service was good and I would get my bill on time when things changed since May 08.

I had a very terrible experience in getting my GPRS activated, and today I can say very confidently that airtel is least bothered about its customers. Their services have gone from bad to worse, their relationship centres are not stable, they are best at giving you a million excuses.

I have lost faith in their services and would never recommend them to anyone.

AirTel Bharti — Broadband Service

Myself Saugata Mondal, working at Birlasoft Ltd, Noida.

I applied for a Broadband Connection on 11/07/2008. Form No. 384135 and cash receipt no 299310.

Sales person was – Kapil, Mob No- [protected].

Till today I have got no connection. I ring your sales person almost every day. Neither Connection is supplied nor money is backed.
God! I never expected even Airtel turned out to be useless ISP as well.

Airtel Broadband — The Worst Airtel Broadband Service

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Christopher, Prop for G.L ENTERPRISES(AIRTEL MOBILE PCO DISTRIBUTOR), Tuticorin.Some months before, I needed the broadband connection for my Business development, so i have selected your network instead of bsnl broadband, but now i turned my opinion into bsnl, because of your cheating upon me.

I applied for the Airtel Broadband for PLAN 555 in December and i got your service in no:[protected] after some days.Then first three months i got the minimum billing of Rs.624/- . Then in the fourth month i have used the net as i used in the previous months, but the amount has been increased to Rs.724/-.But in the next(fifth) month, they billed me Rs.1700/- for the normal usage itself.Really i didnt expect this much amount as the bill.Then i asked the local Franchisee about this improper billing.They didnt respond me well.So i decided to not to pay the fifth month bill.But i got the sixth month bill as Rs.698/-.Then i didnt pay that bill also.Then they frequently called me and asked me to pay the two months bill.

After some days the Airtel Representative came to my office and told me that We will waver(reduce) your bill upto Rs.1700 instead of Rs.[protected]+698), We will put you in the PLAN 799 and they told me to pay the bill and We will release the OG within two days .Then i payed the amount Rs.1700 through the AXIS BANK Cheque with no.089801 dated on 15.07.2008.The amount has been credited in your account.But they didnt release the OG as they said, till now.Then I called to your office everyday and asked about the OG release.But they post-ponded the date and insulted me.So i got very angry after these incidents from your service.Then i decided to collapse your network as much i can.

[Note:I have recommended some new lines to your network and i got that commission DD from you for those recommended lines.But I have already converted some lines and now i am converting AIRTEL POST-PAID PCO into AIRTEL MOBILE PCO PRE-PAID.This will be continue till i will get my line back.]

Now I lost my patience with your services.So i want you to take immediate action on this complaint and give my line back as soon as possible.If i didnt get back my line after this complaint, i will take legal action against you.

You are advertising Your network as No.1 Broadband Service, But i experienced that Airtel Service is the Very Worst Service that i have ever seen.

BHARATI AIRTEL — Worse Customer Care Service

I'm airtel's regular user. During this period i experienced worst service. Once i had a call of my boss from US. Next day i needed to call him back but due to some problem in my cell phone my incoming call record got vanished. So, i called customer care (But they dont care about customer..!!) and requested for the list of international calls i received last night. Subsequently 3 times call got disconnected automatically as i hear a tone "THIS CALL MAY BE RECORDED FOR INTERNAL TRAINING PURPOSE". Then on next call to customer care i hear "KINDLY SMS YOUR QUERY TO 121".
I sms them my query but every thing gone waste.I havent got any reply. Then i called 121 from my friend's cell phone. This time after 2 try, third time call got connected. This time i asked for the received call list last night from my number [protected]. This foolish lady refused me to give that list. She said goto pune on following address and ask there for list you want. At that time i was 300 km away and i had to have number of my boss any how. then i requested more than 4-5 customer care executive for number but nothing happen.
That time i experienced Hell on the earth with Airtel...
I am a customer of BHARTI AIRTEL.. I bought a campus sim card when it was nwely launched.Then after three months my all campus facilities were cancelled and my card was converted into airtel one which cost me even sms as rs 1.I complained in the customer care at least 10 times but none of them could respond me properly. And still i am facing the same problem.they even gave me complaint number but later nothing was done. SO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST IN THE WORLD.

AirTel — Airtel Customer care is the Worst

I have activated internet through airtel and many times my currency has been deducted whereas i am unable to conenct to internet because of network problem..I tried calling Airtel Customer on 123 Bangalore but not even once i am able to speak to them. Its not moving after 3rd option. I cannot fidn the option of 'Speak to Customer Care Executive' wehn calling 123.

The Customer care of airtel is really really the worst.

BECAUSE ACCORDING TO AIR-TEL MAIN COMPUTER, IF YOU ARE CALLING THEM REGULARLY TOO MANY TIMES, THAT MAIN COMPUTER PUTTING YOUR NUMBER TO SPAM. SO EVEN YOU ARE CALLING JUST YOU ARE GETTING TRING TRING ONLY, THEY ONLY SOLUTION IS TO CALL FROM ANY OTHER NUMBER OR BY LAND-LINE PHONE.IT HAPPENED WITH ME 4 YEARS AGO, BUT I EMAIL TO THERE MAIN OFFICE OF MY REGION AT CHANDIGARH . AFTER 24 HOURS THEY REPLY ME AND THEY RESET MY NUMBER FROM THERE MAIN COMPUTER .
I have purchased Data card through airtel and i am unable to connect to internet because of negative address verification.I called Airtel Customer on 121, but of no help.I want my money back. I have paid Rs.4000/ for the data card.

The Customer care of airtel is really really the worse than the worst.

Airtel Broadband — Airtel worst customer care

I think airtel got plenty of customers so that forgot to care about customers For the mistake of airtel and customer carelessness of airtel I’m suffering.

3 months back I had submitted written request for my broadband relocation and address change in personal to airtel executives at adyar, Relocation done but the latest address not reflected in bill, for that continuously I raised lot more complaints but no use, finally I made call on 10 Jul 09 and explained everything but the customer care executive said that walk down to airtel show room again and submit written request again but I explained that ‘mistake is your side why should I suffer finally I requested him to transfer the call to his manager ; he transferred the call to blind number and I was waiting more than 15 mins for response, but went in vain; immediately again I made the second call and explained what happened in my first call, that executive also ended my call with some rough reply without expecting my answer; I doubted about whether Airtel has customer care or not also I think airtel got plenty of customers so that forgot to care about customers. few days again I made a call and explained everything and demanded for a solution, but they connected to some body and said that she is manager, she said that solution provided and within two days it will be reflected, but everything was eyewash.
Finally I lost the hope of airtel customer care.

AirTel — Worst Customer Care Services

I Have lost my mobile yesterday. I Have been to airtel outlet to block my sim. May be 12 in the noon or at 1 i have launched request to block my sim. The agent attending my call has said your sim is blocked and u can now reissue a sim.
In the night near about 9pm when i tried my number i was shocked as it was ringing. In the morning when again reached to the outlet again i launched request to block my sim again the agent on phone said that it is blocked. I have asked him that how can i trust that it is blocked and no outgoing call has been made from that number in between this period. He said no is blocked and no calls has been made but i insisted that i want to see it in your system or u give me this in written. he said u can see it online in any of our outlet. as i was in lajpat nagar outlet i ask one of the executive to show me the details but he refused it very rudly. i told him that u can speak to ur senoir supervisor on phone as he is on hold he again refused.Now I went to the agent who was holding the line, the executive in the outlet came to me snatched the phone and disconnected it and said that our server is down so cant show.
Now this is rediculles
After some time when i reached to Krishana nagar Lalquater, delhi-51 outlet again i was misbehaved. See the height when i am telling my problem to the guy in the outlet (Manish was his name) he said "Ki ja to ja ke vodafone ka connection lelo". Again that guy misbehaved he was rude totally mannersless.

For me its unfortunate to be airtel user.


I wanted to ask or sugesst that is this is what airtel is called coustemer service?

I am definatly not going leave this issue will soon moving to consumer court.

That day your person told me connection you will get within 10 to 15 day.
After 15 day your person telling me right now your area connections all full, if any one line cancelled than after we will give connection to you your person telling to me,
I have already cancelled my new connection so refund my cash Rs.1000/-
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .now i have BSNL connection.

To Airtel Management (Hyderabad/India whomver it may concern),

I have been a customer of Airtel from 2007 and I posses two cell numbers and one internet connection from Airtel. I was in US and I returned to India on Monday 2nd November '09. I paid all the bills in time till now in and even I was in US, hoping that when I will land in India , I can avail the Airtel service.

Monday:

Immediately after I land, I tried to call my family and I saw my service has been barred for one cell number - the one I was carrying with me though I have a credit balance of more than 2000 INR in my account. I called customer care to know the reason for which my services were barred. I spoke to a customer rep and she told that I needed to submit some documents to them. Submission of the documents has been made a mandate by the Indian Government in some audit. I asked her how Airtel tried to inform me that I needed to submit these documents. She said that Airtel has sent an SMS to me at end of November. I asked the rep to escalate the call to her manager and I spoke to a lady called Lakshmi/Vijay Lakshmi. I was utterly surprised after speaking to her. I asked her:

Did Airtel check whether I received the SMS or not? She said no. OK I can assume that Airtel does not have that much o[censored]pdated technology to check that may be?!
Airtel sends me junk and promotional postal mails and emails, so why could not Airtel send me a mail this time with real important information. She could not answer.
I asked her that I had another number with Airtel. Why could not they call at that number? She was unable to find my other number, though I get bills for both the numbers together!
If Airtel does not have necessary documents for which they can stop providing services, how was it possible that Airtel needed documents for one number and not the other one which I have - why was the service stopped for only one number and not the other one? She could not answer.
While she told that Airtel did not have to do anything and the government department itself has barred the number (I never believed this), I asked her to give the name of the government department and she told that she cannot give that number to me.
Though I heard an apology for each and every question I asked, I did not hear any plan to resolve this situation. So I asked her to escalate further from whom I can really get a resolution, and she said that her manager is going to call me back within 9:30 AM. In spite of the jet lag, I waited till 3:00 PM to get a call, but never received one. OK, so I understand Airtel operates more like a government office than a private office.

Tuesday:

I called 121 again and I asked for Lakshmi. This lady was unavailable at that point of time. I asked for any responsible person with whom I could talk to. The call was escalated as usual. Now I was speaking to a person called Rajkumar and his number is [protected]. I repeated the story and he told me that he will enquire with the necessary Airtel department and will get back to me. When he called me back (at least he had the courtesy to give a call back), he said that the service will be reactivated within 2 hours. It was noon by that time and I asked specifically whether the issue will be resolved within 2:00 PM or not. He assured that it will be. He requested me to submit the documents within Tuesday or Wednesday.

Wednesday:

My cell phone is still inactive. Since I did not have my address proof ready and I needed to get that from my HR department of my organization (I am not from Hyderabad and do not have any other address proof), I asked the pick up person to come on Wednesday. I handed over all documents asked for - passport copy, photo and HR declaration of address proof to the pickup person. I signed in a form also. Believe me; the form required the same information which Airtel already has. All information in the form has been submitted with the same documents to Airtel every time I took a number/bought a cell service from Airtel.

Thursday:

My cell phone is still inactive. I called Rajkumar, and he did not pickup the phone. I am sure he deliberately refused to talk as I got his phone busy for at least 5 times and the phone kept on ringing for at least 4 times. I called 121 again. This time I talked to a rep whom I requested to escalate immediately. The call got escalated to a lady named G Kranti. I repeated the same old story and wanted a timeline as I have submitted all documents. She was unable to give a timeline and said that it depends on the backend department and she will not be able to help me out here!!! Also in the incident history that Airtel maintains, Rajkumar did not write anything about activation within Tuesday 2:00 PM!!!

I got a call back from the pickup person and he needed my Landlord's name. So I assume the documents really did not reach the so called "backend department"!

I really wanted to know:

Most importantly: WHEN CAN I GET MY SERVICE REACTIVATED? A day, a week, a month, a year, a decade ... when?
Is it my fault that in spite of submitting all information to Airtel before, still I need to resubmit?
Why one of the number was barred and the other was not. So am I to assume the other number will also be barred in near future and I need to go through all this again?
Please let me know as I NEED my cell phone to work properly. Incident Refrence Number: F[protected].

my complain is i have mobile office connection plane 401 monthly but i can suffered surfing charge since one week .i am complain at customer care 121 but not solved my problem with disconnect the phone.i have 25 rs balance surfing minus 24.9 rs after i recharged 20 rs in 16 rs minus in balance.that 16 rs is return to me and 2.7rs is also return me but 24.9 rs is not returned to me. i am called as supervisior avanimadam my req.no is[protected] not solved my problem. please sir i request to you solved my probelem as soon as possible
