Subject:-Complaint against non-delivered of complete ordered goods.

Dear Mam/Sir

Myself Ram Prakash tyagi,r/o C-4,A,Parshwanath Paradise Apartments, Mohan Nagar ,Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, ordered some goods mentioned in order no. [protected],dated on 29/3/2012, is not delivered completely, there was a missing of 1.Gillete deo combo with Gillette storm force. The details are submitted respectfully as under:-
That on dated 29/3/2012 I have ordered some goods mentioned in order no. [protected],dated on 29/3/2012.

1. That the delivery of the product is not on expected time.

2. That after 10 days I received only Enchanteur Desire Body Spray and Talc and the courier person said to me that others goods were reach soon by another courier.

3. That the proof of delivery which is enclosed with this mail in annexure no.3. { Copy Attached.}

4. That the received goods which Is delivered is mentioned in annexure no.2. {Copy Attached.}

5. That the ordered goods is mentioned in annexure .no1. {Copy Attached.}

6. That it is clearly visible that I didn’t received the completed product as ordered in order no. [protected].

7. That it is requested you to please deliver the missing product Gillette deo combo with Gillette storm force as soon as possible.

    I had bought SIM cards from the One mobile counter of Big bazaar, at Jaya Nagar 9th block Bangalore, opp Bangalore central in second week of March 2012. however, its been more than a month and even after repeated complaints and escalations the issue is not resolved. He even charged more than what the SIM was worth and not credited the amount yet. Every time you approach the store in-charge, just keeps lying that the machine is not working, i am a new person, the old person is not coming and keeps making false promises that it will be done in the next two days etc. Even contacting the One mobile corporate office has been of no use.

    The irony is that even in today's modern world, it takes 2 months to recharge an amount.!

    BIG BAZAAR — NEVER BUY

    NEVER NEVER NEVER buy stuffs from Big Bazaar. It has the worst management all the way up. They care a for customers. As long you buy normal non-returnable stinking vegetables or groceries, you will never notice the in Big Bazaar products & service. I can keep going on & on with lots of examples & also the names o[censored]seless & pathetic managers. All I just want to say, if you want to have a peaceful life they stay away from Big Bazaar.

      I ordered multiple items along with 2 sets of pillows from Futurebazzar.com and received only one set.

      I paid 299/ per set. Only one set was delivered.

      After many calls and email, and even sending them the print screen of the order they refunded Rs 150/= leaving me at a loss of rs. 149/-. The customer service by phone and email was pathetic till I gave up talking.

      Beware of dealing with this cheating company.

        BIG BAZAAR — worst quality,worst customer care

        Chennai Pondy bazzar . I have bought a branded jeans there in offer . But later i found zip not working completely . I returned the same to that shop . They didnot respest me . I shouted at them . Finally i came out though my money gets wasted . Here after i wont shop there .

I register the complaint to the customer care they give me the complain no.FG09078868 and said that your talktime transfer to your mobile till 06/05/2012 .               I have purchased my home needs like grocery and vegetable from Big Bazar at their retail out let at Vishrantwadi on 29/04/2012.
              I have purchased banana which was priced at Rs.24/ kg. However they have charges Rs 60/ kg. It is happened second time. I believe they must be doing this for everyone. May be like me a few must be checking the bills. I came to know only when I checked all items after reaching home. I called the out let spoke to a lady who introduced her as Manager of the out let. But to my surprise she sounded as that was a technical error in an arrogant manner.

                BIG BAZAAR — misbehaviour with customer

                i had been to big bazar bhubaneswar with one of my friend.she purchased a thing from the first floor and since the billing machine was not functioning she had to come down.
                instead of coming from the stares from the 1st floor to the ground floor , mistakenly she took the exit and the security also allowed her.when the alarm went of she was stopped and verbally harassed for an hour by the manager and other staff.when we started to stop them they also verbally abused us and were behaving like street dogs without maners and dint have respect for the lady there.
                if this is the attitude of the staff who wld like to go and shop there where the costumers are treated like someone very unimportant.
                this matter should be taken care of since this is not a new thing in bigbazar bhubaneswar.
                pls take care of this thing else future group is actually planning for its big failure..
                I strongly agree to Mr. Amaresh Sahoo.Even I have faced the same problem with pone of the sales person .His name is Gaurav Mohapatra and his employee id is 44529 .He is quite fearless of giving his employee id, after shouting and misbehaving with a lady.They would talk, roam and discuss and delay the billing and if you ask them to bill quickly they would shout back.I really need to know how to take stong action regarding them
                We are a regular customer of Big bazaar, Kanpur. We bought all off our house appliances from them...We do all of groceries from there too. But unfortunately not anymore. It was our favorite place to shop. Last month we were there to buy few things. When we were leaving the shop the alarm at the exit started ringing. They searched our stuff and checked the receipt everything was fine...Again while exiting the alarm rang....This time they searched my sisters jacket infront of all the customers. They did not find anything....again when the alarm sounded they took my sister inside to search her thoroughly...They searched her in a very improper way...After all this they realized that their alarm was faulty...Meanwhile in all this mess my sister realized that her phone is not in her jacket someone stole the phone in the store. When we complained about this to the customer service they did not do anything. It was a horrible experience at Big bazaar...We and our friends do not go to Big bazaar anymore after this.

                  We have bought KORYO AC 0.8 TON on 18-Mar-2011 from BIG BAAZAR at ARCOD ROAD in Chennai.

                  From past few weeks we came to notice that the COMPRESSOR is not working properly.
                  We went through the owners manual guide for any trouble shooting, which doesn't helped us.

                  We then tried to call the Toll Free No[protected] to register a complaint which was NOT answered on repeated calls.
                  Even the service center executives are not responding as they have to get the registered complaint from the TOLL FREE NO to dispatch the technician.

                  When called up to BIG BAZAAR - ARCOD ROAD phone no's mentioned in www.koryoworld.com site for further help, those no are not at all working.

                  I request you to please necessary actions regarding the same.

                    Today when i entered the shop it was crowded with bulky loaded trollys, no place to roll my trolly-no assistance. no stock on shelves, no help or proper answering from staff. no regrets about a customer leaving the store. staff was non attendent, non co-operative, rude, in short. NOT BOTHERED> it is ur store not theirs, so pls do something.
                    This all is about the food bazaat at Ghatkopar, Odeon centre.

                      On 22/03/12 I visited local BIG BAZAR outlet situated at Gangulybagan,Orbits Mall, 82,Raja S.C.Mullik Road, Kolkata-700084 and booked one 1.5 ton Split Air conditioner, Brand-Hitachi,Model No. RAU5171SD - vide Receipt No.0003414 ,Home Delivery Request Slip No.512 & Bill No.T/3/47301 dated 22/03/2012.At the time of booking they have assured me and mentioned in the delivery slip also that the machine will be delivered within next 15 days but I am sorry to inform you that till date they have not supplied the machine even after my regular personal follow up.Local BIG BAZAR out let complain cell is not at all cooperative and they are unable to give exact position of supply. Meanwhile I have send two complaints dated 17/04/12 & Reminder dated 20/04/12 to their customer care service mail id “[protected]@futurebazaar.com “but they are also not responding.M/S. HITACHI was also informed through their customer care service network on 20/04/12.It is more than a month and I am very much worried because I have already paid them full amount.The total value of the machine was Rs.40990.00,.

                        I had ordered a trolley bag from future bazaar(order no. [protected]). It was supposed to be delivered on 21st Apr. Aramex Kolkata had received the shipment on 18th itself. Inspite of following up with Aramex & future bazaar everyday(getting the answer that the shipment will be delivered that day itself) I've still not recieved the product on 24th Apr. If the agent has my product since the last 6 days my concern is what has he done to it.

                        Its a very demoralising & sad situation wherein companies & such brands cannot be trusted.

                            I order Sparkles 18K Gold OM Pendent from futurebazaar.They displays product different & delivered product differently. The images display on the website & delivered the Pendent is too much smaller.

                            I have buy 18k Gold OM Pendent from online site www.futurebazaar.com, my Order No: [protected] dated 06 April 2012 for Rs 2249 but they send me not exactly the same as they have displayed. When we have complaint them they give the same pendent as they have shown or they can return the money. than they informed me that we cant return your money and the images are displayed on the site are for presentation purpose only. But at the time of purchase they have not mentioned about it.

                            We understand that you wish to return the ordered product as the same is not as per your expectation.

                            Let me confirm that as per the return policy you may only return the product under apparel category within 15 days of delivery incase the same is not as per your expectation. We regret to inform you that the ordered product is not covered under the return policy.

                            Below is the attached image for further clarification: first image is product display on the website & 2nd image is actually delivered product.

                            After om shape(where it is single diamond), the bend curve is not as thick as per display image, the shown image is fat (means it will form square shape) and the original pendent is slim( it form rectangle shape).

                              I bought a Queen size Bed from Home Town, Vanshree Tower, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 14 Dec 2011 and got it delivered on 31 Dec 2011. On 17 March 2012 cot broke all of the sudden and I got injured. After I recovered I contacted Home town(Dhananjaya and Sudeep) to replace the defective Bed. But they are very reluctant to do it. I visited there more than 4 times just to waste my time. Please help me to get the Bed replaced or provide me contact detail of any good advocate to deal with them in consumer court.

                                A SLR Davis Slider Bed was purchased from Big Bazaar Kachiguda on 10.03.2012 for Rs 15999 and delivered to us on 23.03.2012. The mattress supplied along with the bed was found to be damaged and the same was reported to the Manager (Furniture Section) Mr. Ravi Shanker immediately on receipt. It was promised to us that the mattress would be exchanges which has not happened yet inspire of repeated calls and requests. It is therefore, requested to the higher authorities of Big Bazaar to see that the damaged mattress is replaced at the earliest.

                                  Greetings of the day!

                                  I have purchased two Dreamline Spring mattress and two beds from Big Bazaar, outlet at EDM Mall Plot No. 1, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad – 201010, Receipt No. 0000236, St :4740, Ch : 164565, Tr:56484. The purchased date is: 25/11/2011 at 13:35 and Receipt No. 41048, St :4710, Ch : 164565, Tr:55582. The purchased date is: 13/11/2011 at 18:06. All purchases amounts are INR 49,394.

                                  These mattress comes with a company warranty. The warranty period is valid for one year only from the date of purchase against material/workmanship defect. Company claims that the defective mattress will be replaced by Pantaloon Retail(India) Limited (Hereafter referred to as ‘The Company’) at its discretion, free of charge within the warranty period, subject to certain conditions that you must already know.

                                  After usage of 2-3 weeks, I saw the cloth of the one mattress was stretched when I remove the plastic cover cloths of mattress was defective, and also the springs of mattress are pressed some area right now.the mattress’s cloth could not even stay for few weeks against what the company claims. Believing the words of company.

                                  I complained with at the shop, spoke Mr Tiwari and Mr. Nikhil, but any Big Bazaar person not talk with me about my these problems. I complained more times by phone and others resources. I washed my times and money since approx 2 months. This much more times I spend my times and money too.

                                  I had a very bad experience with Big Bazaar. I am this email with lots hope and positivity, to hear something from you at the earliest. I have all the evidences herewith to show the it’s a material problem and mattress must be replaced with a new one, based on which I expect you to respond and save a innocent customer from being target to bad customer care/services.

                                  Big Bazaar is very big by name but service is very bad.
                                  If you did not solve my problems then I promise you I never purchase any products from Big Bazaar outlets and also my friends are never purchase any products.

                                  I go to consumer court as last option for me and also publish this problems for all publish places alike Google search, yahoo search, Facebook, tweeter etc .

                                    We had buy double bed from big bazaar from EDM, anand vihar. he has committed 1 year warranty of the bed. after one month I have found one defect in to the bed and complaint to the customer care and to big bazaar sales persons. but nobody is ready to rectify my problem. Since 1 and half month i am trying to contact these persons but big bazaar never ready to response. it’s very worst condition for me. i will never by any items from big bazaar again and i will suggest to other to don't buy any thinks from big bazaar.

                                    I have one more bad experience in big bazaar discounted items. One days i was visited to big bazaar and see that bumper discount buy one and get one free. I was very happy that if I had money at that time then i can by whole big bazaar by today but i am middle level person so I was taken a shopping cart and start to collect home items from the big bazaar. When I reached to the oil section i had taken one KG Mustard oil cane company of Fortune and get one kg free. Means by one and get one free. When i have seen on the price of oil then i have seen that 1 kg oil price was 130 Rs. I was surprise because on day before i was visited to reliance and buy i kg same brand with the price of 63 Rs. In big bazaar after discount i was buying with the price of 65 rs same thinks. I was shocked and I think ed that I know the price of this oil then i am able to calculate exact profit of the Big Bazaar discount. But on the other items i don't know the market price. I had leave the cart at the same place and leave big Bazaar and next day i was visited to reliance and by all the items without discount and save my money.


                                    At last I want to say Big Bazaar is the very big Chor.

                                      I have ordered a rot iron cot from Big Bazaar at EA in Chennai. The order was placed on 6-Mar-12 and we were told that it would be delivered within 2 weeks even though they put the delivery date as 4 weeks. It has been 4 weeks so far and no trace of when they will delivery. The customer care executives dont seem to have a clue of what they are talking and most of the time they say they will call back to get rid of customers, and never call back.
                                      Please let me know if I should go to consumer court since I have a clear case here.

                                      I think the father of retail revolution is also father of "mass cheating".
                                      He should be put behind bars for running such a shady business so openly.

                                        I have place order on 21 March, till date I have not received my parcel, wherein while system told that I will be getting it by 26 March. When I call the customer care, they themselves are not aware of order status and customer care exe. just said it will take some time for the system to show the status so I cant tell you right now :( , then what the hell you are doing sitting there.(mind you before that they will keep you in the telephone q for more than 10 mins )
                                        Today is 4th of april and till date I have not received the parcel ( there system is showing they shipped it on march 29 ). If you cant deliver why you are promising to deliver in 4 days?
                                        My final Verdict: Pathetic Customer care. False Promises and I am not going to place any other order from FutureBazaar.com
