I places this order 1 am 25 Jan 2012. FB committed to deliver it by 7th Feb 2012.
But they were unable to do that.
After many emails & phone call follow ,I received the reply from FB on 11 feb that they dispatched the product by 11 the feb 2012 by Aramex courer with tracking no [protected].
For four days there was no change in the status of tracking no. On confirming to Aramex courier,they said the tracking number is invalid.
when I again complained to FB ,they then tried to forward the issue and then the product was actually dispatched.
I finally received the product on 16th feb 2012..the other blunder FB team did that they send wrong inferior quality product.
Again I called futurebazaar customer care,they told me to handover this product to nearest BIG BAZAAR outlet.they will send right one in replacement.

I handed over the wrong product received to BIG BAZAAR Ratan Mall, Agra on 16 feb 201 for order number [protected].
The name of employee is Thomas with employee Id-157189.
Contact details for BIG BAZAAR Ratan Mall, Agra[protected],3021476.

After so many hassles to reach customer care,I finally reached them and talked to Supervisor Mitesh who committed me to not only give right solution but also satisfactory one.but he was not unable to do that.

When after talking to other Supervisor Grishma who committed that Mr. Aditya Pathak,Escalation Manager FB will call me by today evening.He also didn't turned up.
I must say FutureBazaar have no professional ethics and commitment. its like andher nagari and chaupat raja. No one is responsible here.

To Highlight here ---
1- I didn't received the product on time and as committed.
2- When they said that they dispatched the product but actually it was not dispatched but when i done follow they were pressurized to dispatch the same.
3- I received the wrong product
4- After handing over the product to Big Bazaar Agra,when I ask for new product they said that its not in stock.
how its possible if you guys already committed and communicated that you have arranged product for me. either you were fooling me and then send wrong product or something fishy inside.

I HAVE BIG QUESTION..IS THIS THE STANDARD THE FUTURE GROUP IS LIVING ON OR WHAT?

To add, I really condemn Future Group for such irresponsible communication,firstly by not sending the product at right time and then after so many calls when I received the product.It was not the one which I ordered.

Its really shame and if one can communicate to higher management then they should realize that every time when I call +91-[protected],I have to wait for 20-30 min and then most of the time,the call is automatically disconnected.
Further,I have to pay STD call rates for calling you guys.
Till now I spended 10 times more the cost of product and the highest stressed time and it wastage ,the cost of product beared by me is 85/-
Think about it.

This stressed situation not only waste my energy but make me disappointed.

ITS SHAME!!!!!.....if this is kind of services been offered by Mr. Biyani's Venture..Iam sorry I wont turned up again after the completion of this transaction. Hope Mr. Biyani can hear this.

I also want that if you guys some shame left then for all these troubles,besides sending me right product..you should also complement or compensate me with some right thing.

I am extremely sorry to know that a wrong modeled product has been delivered at your shipping address under the above mentioned order. Let me confirm that we make best efforts to ensure that the correct ordered product is delivered to the customer however in a rare cases there is a mismatch in the product as happened in your case. I also understand that you have dropped the product at the nearest Big Bazaar outlet to get a replacement. However I am extremely sorry to mention the stock of the ordered product has already been exhausted by the time we process the replacement. I hence have tired to arrange the additional unit of the same from our vendors however were unable to arrange the same and hence have gone ahead and refunded the amount charged to you for the product. please be assured that the refund amount will reflect in your forthcoming bank statement.

Let me assure you that our commitment towards customer service is absolute however I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate as we were unable to fulfill your order but I urge you to show confidence in our competency again, with the assurance that such errors will not be repeated.     with reference to the above, i would like to warn everyone who comes across this post- DO NOT EVER EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM FUTUREBAZAAR.COM" a bunch of frauds are running this company. my order has not been delivered till today, the 17th of february. consumer harassment forums like this are full of complaints against them and NAAPTOL. the most ill-behaviour on their part is that, they do not bother at all about responding to your calls or mails. when you call either it wont be picked up at all or the service representative will keep you waiting for 20-30 minutes. if you have any doubts about my comments just go through the ordeals of others described here and other sites.

    because they are intent upon cheating, they dont have cash-on-delivery option. i am a regular buyer on homeshop18, yebhi, myntra, flipkart. but forget about this sort of ignoring the consumer once the payment is received, they apologize even for a day's delay!! and futurebazaar dont even bother to respond.

    so, if you dont want to lose your money, please dont buy on futurebazaar!!

    I have placed an order for CITRUS kitchen equipment - juicer vide order no.[protected] on 2nd Mar 2012
    While I was waiting for delivery; there was a call from FUTURE BAZAAR saying that the product is not available and
    they are cancelling the order. They also confirms that the money paid will be refunded in 48 hours.

    The Complaint is...
    a) They have displayed the product at online which is not available
    b) Having accepted the money, not delivering the product which is breach of contract
    c) The promise of not refunding the money in 48 hours

    The nett result of which
    a) There is a loss of money
    b) There is a loss of interest
    c) The Gift proposed could't be honoured and disrespect
    d) There is a breach of trust, negligency in service, breach of trust
    e) there was a considerable mental agony.

    - It is requested to pay an amount of Rs. 5 lacs

    I am sorry to mention that due to an overlaying response the stock of the ordered product was exhausted. They wrote " ...You can find details of your order here: http://www.futurebazaar.com/user/orders/[protected]/" in an email. Now the page doesn't exist. It was bought on 27 January but now it is 17 Feb. The problem is on calling i am getting your call is on wait. Please help.

        This is Vivek Malakar. I ordered a product from Futurebazaar. Order number [protected]. I ordered for "Cinthol Deo Spray Musk 200 ml With 75 ml Deo Spray Free" but they sent me "Cinthol Deo Spray Musk 200 ml With Colgate Max fresh". I ordered the product just to get the Deo free. I sent a mail to them complaining about this but the reply I received is as follows,

        "Namaste Vivek,

        With reference to your below e-mail, I understand your concern regarding the free product delivered under the order number [protected] against the product "Cinthol Deo Spray Musk 200 ml With 75 ml Deo Spray Free".

        As checked, I confirm that we arrange the product directly from the Brand and the same has been sent across to you. I further confirm the such offers are directly provided from the Brand with the different products as a complimentary products and the same has been delivered to you."

        And I never expected this from Futurebazaar.

          I have received Iron Box.

          I purchased this item for gifting purpose.

          Unfortunately it was not working after we open and tried to iron.

          I was vexed up calling customer care and waiting in Que to speak to agent.

          I would have spent more than 200 in calling customer care but unable to talk to customer care Rep.

          Today i got connected to customer care and he saying i crossed 15 days return policy in just one day.

          I have mailed them before return policy date only. BUT No response from them

I am taking this follow with future bazaar from last four days and they have same reply that today you will assure verification call from Future Money.



          I would request you to please look into this matter because they are giving mentally harassment and stupid excuses.


          I have also told them that if you can not provide the delivery then cancel my order and refund my money but no action is being taken at their end.

            Every day i am getting the unnecessary promotional offer SMS from future bazaar. i don't wish to receive those type of SMS alerts. So please stop it immediately.

            i want to cut it down from your side. i don't want the solution like "sending a SMS mentioning "DEALZ NO" to 575758." because it charge 3 rupees twice... still its coming...please help me

            The Future Retail is not a good business, They do lots of bad practices and no good ethics

            The listing price is different billing price is different

            Another example: I asked them to remove me from spamming big bazaar sms every day, I get 5 sms every day...

            I even requested the MD to remove from spamming, They told, We will not stop spamming you until you change your number itself

            Now with such simple examples, Do u really think u will succeed by this merger

            Good company like RIL and Bad company cannot become good company, Chances are it will become bad company is higher..

            It takes a life time effort to get a good image and takes less than 1 second to get a bad image and life time to restore it back

            Your dealz no says invalid keyword. What is wrong with big bazaar? First it irritates and annoyes customers by invalid practises then harasses ppl because they are not coming to their malls by searching for unsubscribed numbers and messages them and harasses them.

            SEND 575758
            Try sending "DEALS NO" (without quotes). It seem to have worked for me because, when I sent "DEALZ NO", I got invalid keyword. But received "Thanks" when I sent "DEALS NO". Try it, might work.
            I am receiving too many messages from Big Bazaar which I do not want.
            Please stop sending me promotional message on my mobile number.
            (Please let me know how to share mobile number which will not be displayed to others).

              I had purchased a TV cabinet from Big Bazaar, Baghajatin,Jadavpur,Kolkata-700 047 on 28.01.2012. Furniture deliver challan# 4020 dated 28.01.12 wherin the delivery lead time mentioned is 15 days from the date of purchase. The time period has already passed still the item is not yet delivered. This is a gross wrong commitment and misleading the customers for which proper action needs to be taken.

But its been more than than 10 days and. I have not received the copy and.the person keeps telling I ll send it. And no proper response. the employees name is ranganath. I purchased the phone from lido branch of Bangalore. . Pls respond to this complaint as soon as possible.and send me the soft copycopy

                  I purchased Dressing table-Impiana from Hometown Marathalli,Bangalore on 5th Jan 2012. Home town promised to deliver on or before 20th Jan 2012. I kept calling & tried tracking the status of [COLOR=#009900 !important]the delivery[/COLOR] & finally they assured of the delivery by 4th of Feb 2012.
                  As expected,i tried reaching them again on 4th feb & couldn't get any response as [COLOR=#009900 !important]customer care[/COLOR] line is always busy. Its being a more than a month now and i haven't receieved my product where Hometown had taken the full payment as well as extra [COLOR=#009900 !important]delivery charge[/COLOR] on the day of purchase itself.
                  I still don't have worth point of contact to address my issue .
                  Please let me know how can i escalate this issue & get my money back.

                  i purchased a dining table on 19th May 2013 from home town Noida and my So no is [protected], due for delivery on 27 May 2013 . Till Today 01-June-2013, there is no update. From last 4 days every day i received a call from home town that your order has been dispatched and it will delivered to you by today evening but nothing happen.
                  Yesterday there was a function at my home and for that purpose I bought that dining table, but still I am waiting for that product and I finished that function without my dining table.

                  Better I get my money (complete amount) back rather than the item.

                    Its already 10 days and those buggers did not send the fitter/carpenter to fix the Study Table purchased from them. I called them every single day and they would say that they will come tomorrow... but tomorrow never happens! I'll curse the founder Kishore Biyani a million times! They are not bothered about customer satisfaction. Had this been USA, I would have already sued them! This is not the first time I'm dis-satisfied by them. I'm writing this complaint out of frustration! And I know no one would care to take note of this complaint!

                    God help Big Bazaar to be a loser!

                        I tried calling them 5times the call count down begins from 19 or 15 it continues to 2 or 1 and call gets disconnected.

                            I have placed an order on 31/December/2011, and my order Id is [protected]. When i placed the order the website was displaying the product was in stock. After some days i mailed them asking for the product, they stated its out of stock and will arrange for it soon. Few days back they called me saying the product is expected to arrive at ware house by February second week. today When i called their toll free number it saying its disconnected, and their website does not load. Its more than a month, still i din get my product in hand.

                              I had placed an order for the Avon Travel Airbag, order No.[protected], made a direct payment to the Futubazzar.com ICICI bank account, acct. No.[protected], IFC ICIC0000004FUTUREBAZAARINDIALIMITED, transaction No.[protected] from my ICICI bank account through net banking on 28/01/2012, the order was generated by one of their agent AZAM SHAIKH who gave me the order No. and who instructed me to do the payment by giving me their banking credentials which i have mention above to complete my order, as i was not able to complete the order on their website due to their 3rd party payment vendor application was not working for net banking payment and was giving error. Hence completed the fund transfer and called them back and provided the transaction no. to track the transferred amount.

                              Before this order I had placed another order for Truti Non-Stick Cookware set on 01/26/2012, and the funniest part over here is the order no. for this order was also the same as the above one, order no.[protected]. Here the amount was taken from my account, however the order was not completed. So when i called them they promised me for the refund.

                              I called them back to check the status for the Avon Travel Bag order, and they are telling me that the order is still incomplete, they confirmed that they received the amount for the product. I call [protected] spoke with Laxmi, Karishma, Viraj(twice), Franklin, Rishi, and at last Vinita(who placed my call on hold for more than 10 mins and disconnected the call at around 04:00pm on 02/07/2012) from their complaint department regarding the same.

                              I dont want a refund for this, I just want the product to be sent to the mentioned shipping address ASAP.

                                I bought new "Spaldings" shoes from "BIG BAZAR" of rupees[protected] discount) on 26/11/11 (Bill attached in picture). During sale of shoes the sales boy told me that if you have any kind of complaint we can change it in 3 months. The condition of shoes, today (05 feb12) is so bad. I complaint it to customer care and tried to replace the shoes, but the sales man didn't changed the shoes saying that sir your way of walking is not good (sir aap pair ragad kar chale hain). its so harassing buying a shoes from such a reputed company and they talk to us that we don't know how to walk.

                                Please find attached the sales receipt and the pictures of shows which looks so bad in 2 months only.

                                    Further, 4 more Orders (Order Nos: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) were also placed on 25.1.12 but the same have not been delvrd inspite of my repeated requests.
                                    Phone calls to Complaints- Customer remains n hold for 15 mins & gets disconnected. My emails n Phone calls have resulted in no action.

                                    No one lifts the phones at your Jogeshwari, Vikhroli and Marol Office.

                                    Future Bazaar — not refunding the amount charged

                                    i purchased a mobile on 20.08.2010 through online shopping on futurebazaar and i paid for the same through my icici bank credit card the same day. the company was not able to deliver the product within time and thus i cancelled the above order. after 17 days the above company refunded my amount for the cancelled order but after about 2 months have passed and after 2 -3 mails of the company they have not refunded the processing fees and service tax charged on the above order. everytime i mail them for the reversal they assure me that the same will b refunded but their promises are always fake. on 27/9/2010 they assured me that within 15-21 days my amount will be refunded but till 20/10/2010 it is not refunded. kindly look into the matter immediately. i will be obliged.

                                      When we called up Customer care executive, no satisfactory reply received and were advised to visit stores and brief them.

                                      We stay 10 kms away from your Stores , both working, pay for parking , other expenses.

                                      Surely we are not going to visit you stores for no fault on ours.

                                        I am writing to complain about the awful experience that we are having with Hometown Marathalli, Bangalore.

                                        We ordered a kitchen cabinet on 14 January 2012. An item was delivered to 26 January 2012, despite the promise that the item will be delivered on 22 January 2012. Mr Ramesh came to assemble the product on 28 January. This is when we discovered that the wrong item was delivered.

                                        We made several phone calls - to the call centre and the store. We spoke to the Sales person Mr Satish who assured that we had ordered this cabinet and there was no way the store made a mistake. Luckily Mr Ramesh remembered the location of this item in the shop and was able to convince Ms Reshma Pinto that indeed the wrong item was delivered. We got an email from the company acknowledging that we got the wrong shipment and the it would be picked up on 29 January and the correct stuff would be delivered on 31 January.

                                        On 29 January 2012, we got a call from the driver at 6:30AM in the morning asking for a pickup! Ironically, hometown offices open at 11:30am. Given the timing, we asked for him to call back later and never heard from him.

                                        On 31 January we are supposed to receive what we actually ordered and there is no communication. The call centre executive Mr Manjunath could only confirm that a pick up will happen (no time is mentioned) and we MAY get out cabinet tomorrow or day after. After annoying attempts to reach senior executives later in the evening I got a call from Mr Gideon saying that they regret the problem and someone will come to pick up the delivery. No one called or showed up to pick up the wrong item.

                                        Today is 1 Feb. I can't get through the hometown customer service centre for the past half hour. I have sent emails and feedback to their team. No response.

                                        Terrible customer service. Won't even give me my money back let alone a reimbursement for all the inconvenience caused. Thoroughly incompetent management.
