Hello,
I've ordered a Prestige kitchen set containing 3 burner glass top gas stove, 3 lit. cooker , toaster and dinner set worth Rs.7091/- on 3rd Feb.2012 order no.[protected]..
Product came at Blue Dart courier company office after a month.But they were not ready to give delivery of the product because on INVOICE billing amount was above 9000/- So they told me to send a request to Future Bazaar to mail them.
Since then I am requesting the customer care reprentatives to mail them . But each time they are giving nonsense reasons.
Plz help me coz its already above 2 mnths since I placed that order & still products have not been delivered to me.

    We always have problems with the billing at Big Bazaar for the monthly groceries. Today we purchased items from Big Bazaar at Tarnaka and have been over billed with Rs.310. One product has been charged double while we brought just one quantity and a combo pack has been charged individually and not as a pack (Receipt # 0026947). Every month we face such issues and have to repeatedly visit the place for corrections. Request someone to take corrective actions and have the issues corrected. Never have we seen anyone going from that place satisfied and happy. Customer service is at 0.

    Give attention to this mail.even i encountered the same problem. beware.........
    what ever discount they display will not be reflected in the bill counter.
    i have made one more observation tat prices in big bazar(Bglore) are listed without the vat. so adding the vat prices are same like the other ordinary shops.
    Firstly isse sasta is available at many places.
    Secondly they have cheated customers. When i applied for credit card they told me that interest will be charged after 50 days and that too ony Rs. 50. But after a month i.e. after 30 days they sent me a bill adding Rs. 160 as late payment charges, sevice tax, processing fee, etc.
    This is precisely what happened to me also (at Trivandrum Big Bazaar). The discounted price + VAT will come to MRP. Hence they are cheating the consumer by saying that there is discount.

    Big Bazaar — price issue

    I have purchase clean mate naphthalene ball the offer price was 99 but the salesman charges the printingprinting price which was 120
    Today I shopped at BigBazaar for Rs 1500 and realized the fact that what ever there was discount on each item has covered by VAT.

    Now I don't understand logic of saying Discount when buyer actually is purchasing at More than MRP.

      Big Bazaar has carried misleading advertisements across major newspapers for the "The Great Exchange Offer 18th Feb - 1st Apr". I have scanned the advertisement in today's The Telegraph (Saturday 31, 2012 Page 23) and NOWHERE is it mentioned that Big Bazaar has stopped accepting the "old things" for exchange. I had even verified last Saturday at the Big Bazaar counter and they clearly mentioned that the offer is valid till April 1. Today when I visited the Big Bazaar of VIP Road, Kolkata, I was informed that the offer closed on March 25.

      I was not the only one faced with this problem. Nowhere in the advertisement is it mentioned that they have stopped accepting the old things and only redemption is on.

      My mother and sister-in-law also faced the same problem when they visited the Big Bazaar outlet at R-Mall, Mulund (West), Mumbai, on Tuesday, march 27, 2012.

      The company must take care in future to clearly mention ALL DETAILS of any scheme or offer.

        It was free delivery for purchase above Rs. 500, hence all these products were supposed to be delivered without delivery charges( these costs Rs. 953). They suddenly i got a mail from FutureBazaar on[protected] saying the 3rd product (Indigo Nation Shirts) can't be delivered and cancelled. I called customer care but they responded weirdly without solving the issue. I even requested them to make connect of responsible person who can solve the issue and make him/her to call me but no calls from FutureBazaar regarding cancellation of product or about the refund of money. Now i see in my Futurebazaar Account that they are charging 50 Rs. for delivery as the Value for 2 products delivered is Rs. 239. But for their mistake why should they charge delivery charge. Instead they should compensate for not responding properly and mentally depressing me since a week. They should close customer care which doesn't solve customer queries and no customer service.This was my first purchase with FutureBazaar online and it was the worst experience. They don't have money to call the customers it seems.Rather than time saving from online shopping ,consuming here i lost my Time, money and mental torture.Kindly tell me how to solve the problem.

          Today, I had the most horrible threat and harassment from a Big Bazaar Patna Employee Amit Kumar, Employee Number 24672. I have also informed the Police about such abusive and insulting behaviour. I was called a thief because I did not permit an employee's article to be placed inside my purchases so that it could be taken out by him after cleared by the security staff at exit points. One would not expect such robbery from inside Big Bazaar, where a lot of internal staff is involved, and blame it on unsuspecting customers. Such staff should be in jail for theft, not a consumer who exposed their theft.

            I places this order 1 am 19March 2012. FB committed to deliver it by 212 Feb 2012.
            But they were unable to do that. It is not the first instance when they did such a thing with me.
            After many emails & phone call follow, I did receive any reply from FB. The status on quantum tracker courier service showed as DID NOT FOUND. I kept calling FUTURE BAZAAR and do not have any solution fr the money that I have already paid in advance. No apology call nor the product nor any refund. For four days there was no change in the status of tracking no. On confirming to QUANTIUM courier,they said the tracking number is invalid.
            when I again complained to FB ,they then tried to forward the issue THEY KEPT ON SAYNG that we are working and that I will receive a mail or call back soon but never received any .
            Earlier, prior to this order I received a quantum webcam (broken one) that too after long struggle. Again I called futurebazaar customer care,they told me to handover this product to nearest BIG BAZAAR outlet.they will send right one in replacement. I never received any response fr that too and finally after one and a half month I got the amount adjusted for a new purchase
            After so many hassles to reach customer care,I finally reached them and talked to Supervisor Aditya and then followed up with garishma and then syed emp id -185756 promised that I will definitely reve a call back on 27th march and its been more than 2 days – NO CALL NO SHOW FROM FUTURE BAZAAR (as expected from them
            When after talking to other Supervisor Grishma who committed that Mr. Aditya Pathak,Escalation Manager FB will call me by today evening. He also didn't turn up.
            I must say FutureBazaar have no professional ethics and commitment. its like andher nagari and chaupat raja. No one is responsible here.

            To Highlight here ---
            1- I didn't received the product/refund on time and as committed.
            2- When they said that they dispatched the product but actually it was not

            I HAVE BIG QUESTION..IS THIS THE STANDARD of THE FUTURE GROUP

            It should be matter of shame and atleast sum1 from higher management should realize that every time when I call +91-[protected],I have to wait for 20-30 min and then most of the time, the call is automatically disconnected.
            Further,I have to pay STD call rates for calling you guys.
            Till now I spent 2 times more the cost of product and the highest stressed time Think about it.

            This stressed situation not only wasted my energy but made me disappointed.

            ITS SHAME!!!!!.....if this is kind of services been offered by Mr. Biyani's Venturei AM IN MEDIA AND I HAVE VERY GOOD CONTACT IN ALL PUBLICATIONS ,CHANNELS NEWS,NEWSPAPER AND MAGAZINE.I WILL ESCALATE THE SAME AND GET THINGS PUBLISHED IF I DO NOT GET A REVERT TODAY.

            They have now removed a product from my shopping cart saying it is out of stock fr which I have received no refund and an additional rs50 has been added for no reason and just to highlight I have made advance payment for all transactions for last and all earlier ones.

            I also want that if you guys some shame left then for all these troubles, besides sending me right product/refund..you guys will have to compensate for the worst stressed moment I have faced. It has been a nightware since the day I first visited future bazaar site.

            Future Bazaar, Future Group — Worst Experience in Shopping with Futurebazaar

            The telepathy continues & dissatisfaction reaches to its peak now. Having bought 'Classic Bed', (on 15th December 2007 wide 'Article No.[protected]' worth 15, 999 INR) have broken down today all of sudden while we were asleep.
            Also, in past in each and every item of yours i have found some complaint or the other.

            Future Bazaar (Big Bazaar) — Items never received

            Hi,

            I have ordered an car kit item from online shopping of Big Bazaar (www.futurebazaar.com) on 22 june 2008 for Rs. 2400. And yet still today date 11 july 2008 i have not received the items as they cheated me. I called on their customer care number[protected] many times and every single time i was told that " Sir the product is in shipping...and soon will be deliver to you". As i have verfied this from courier company also name Aeramax and they said " SIr there might be some problem with big bazaar(future bazaar) side." So now i got sick of this. So please do help me in getting my amount back along with all expenses occured while in whole process..

            I would like to bring to your notice that india's well known brand 'FUTURE BAZAARC.COM', the online shopping destination is making fool of customers and running fraud online tranasaction ICICI account for transfering payment of products.Though my case is just of Rupees 178 only, but I its a case of breach of trust, credibility and faith in such top online shopping brands of india.

            I placed an order for microsafe containers worth rupees 178 thru future bazaar and paid the amount in their specified online transaction ICICI bank account no.[protected] on dtd. 11.01.2011 but there is no product delivered to me. I made variuos reuest thru their cutomer care but they all turned waisted.My transaction details are as below:

            One day I received a call from them that my product is outstock. so we are refunding your ammount back. Again till date no refund is shwing in my bank statement...

            This all is showing how they are cheating people with fraud ICICI account.I am rtying to contact their top excutive so that thsi issue can taken care at higher level or in consumer forum..

            Futurebazaar India — Product not delivered

            I had placed order for an item from Futurebazaar (ezone.futurebazaar.com) on 14th Feb,2011 which was scheduled to be delivered by21st Feb. The order no. is [protected] & the order is of a Mobile handset. It is 26the Feb today and I have got nothing in my hand. When I brought this to notice of their customer care, they told me that the package must be delivered within 25th Feb & failed to do it. I don't know what will be about my package but I can clearly tell you that "THEY ARE THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN". Pls. anyone wants to buy something from them, think twice before doing it.

            I receive mail from future bazaar of daily deal offer on 06 May 2011, in which I tried to place order of Mitashi Wireless Headphones at an unheard price of Rs. 479 (Order Number is [protected]), but unable to complete the order through online because of some problem with Net Banking and Debit Card.

            I talked on online chat for assist to place the order, Mr. Deepesh from sales come up with my details and failed transaction and said: (below is the chat conversation between me and deepesh)

            Deepesh: Yor order number is genrated now you will recive your product within 7 days.
            Mansor: can u please let me know the address where u delivering the product?
            Mansor: any acknowledgement?
            Deepesh: I have a check.
            Mansor: please check
            Deepesh: Product will deliver to billing address.

            Mansor: when can i expect the product?
            Deepesh: Is there anything else I may help you with?
            Mansor: is there any charges for delivery?

            And now today 10 May 2011 yet to receive any response from them or my product, I have contacted today and asked about my order and they said (Sorry Mansoor but mistakenly we have not placed your ordered)

            And suggested me that we can newly placed your order but the buy price will not be the same as before it was, I told him that this is your mistake and I wanted the same product with the same price.

            They told will contact you later.

            Still am waiting response from them.

                But they have not taken any care for supply of defective materials

                    On 26 January i placed an order ([protected]) of an induction cooker and a laptop cooler from future bazaar using my 14500 Payback points. i was supposed to receive the products by 7 days. when i did not receive my products on 14 Feb i called customer service and they told me they will update me by 16th feb. on feb 17th i called them again as there was no feed back from them and i was told the products which i ordered were not available but the products were still on sale on their website. when i asked them why they did not inform me when the products were not available and i had to wait for 20 days to know that the items were not available they had no answer. so i asked them to cancel my order and refund my Payback points so that i can buy directly from big bazaar using the points. they said i have to wait for 10 days for the points to be credited. since that day i have not received my points , i have been spending my money of calls to customer service and every time i am told it will be done in two days or will get back soon or a supervisor will contact me within one hour. and when ever i try to contact those supervisor they are never there to answer my complaint. the the answer is the person went on break or left the work early today. I am getting irritated with the Future Bazzar, i have been asking for a number to contact their higher management but they are not providing.

                    Future Bazaar / Zen Stone Plus Mp3 Player — Free gift not provided.

                    I had placed an order for Creative Zen Stone Plus 2GB Mp3 Player vide Buyer’s Order No: [protected] dated: 14.09.2008. At the time of placing an order there was an offer of free gift (Creative Zen Stone Plus Skin) on the site which prompted me to purchase the product. The gift is costing around Rs.700/-.
                    However while sending the product, they have not given the free gift. When I inquire, they said they cannot give the free product and in it place they are providing a gift voucher of Rs. 200/.
                    I feel cheated by their behavior because
                    (i) they have not provided a gift product of Rs.700 and given a gift voucher of Rs.200 only.
                    (ii) The gift voucher will only be valid if I again make a purchase from them only by one month. This means I cannot make use of the gift voucher for purchasing anything from others except future bazaar and the purchase has to be made in one month.
                    I need clarification.

                    We stay side to Ameerpet Big Bazaar, its very bad experiance to buy any bakery product from bakery ameerpet big bazaar.Its not only the first time we faced, since from six to seven months the product and the quality has been worest.Last month my son suffered from wometting after consuming the Pizza, pasrty and puffs from bakery, and it seems that day the pastry was spoilled my son has tried two variety of pastry but it was spoiled.and the chef has given the money back, we stopped goeing to bakery.Yesterday my friend has gifted me a plum cake, i never had in my life, Its good to buy things road side but not in Ameerpet big bazar.If the management is transferring the staff please provide a good chef in place of him.The main chef who has opeaned the bakery here was a very good chef and in nature also. We used to enjoy in festivals time also, and according to the festivals he used to meke things and, he used to make things apart from the menu what u have now.After him another chef came but no use he spoilled things and taste too.Right now a tin fair chef is their he is totally dummy he is fit for nothing, he has no manner to speak. No taste in cookies pastry breads pizza.The pizza what he is makeing not even a dog can eat that. I am sorry to say that word, its not only me each and every people who stay in our apartment and our surroundings say the same.Now no one goes to bakery to eat something.

                    I placed an order at Future Bazaar making the payment through credit card and recieved a mail saying the order is processed and even after 20 days of the processing of order i have not recieved the order.                     This is to share my ever worst experience of online shopping came with Future bazaar.



                    I placed my order (order no. [protected]) on 7th Oct 09 and till 14th Oct 09 there was no delivery of the product. When I called customer support then they came to know that there was some error when I placed my order. It means no one was aware whether there was any error or not and if I would have not called for next 20 days also then no one would have taken care about the error, while the money was transferred from my credit card same day.



                    And executive whom I talked told me that rectification of error will take 48 hours and then after rectification of error order will be dispatched to me. It means previous 7 days wasted and then 9 days more will it will take for the product to reach upto me. It includes 16 days process.

                    We bought an LCD TV on the 19th of November and it was delivered on the 27th of November without the base stand. This meant that we cannot use the TV until the stand arrives. It is now two weeks since the complaint but the problem is yet to be resolved. Even requests for a refund is not being answered.

                    These guys are incompetent and right now, based on the complaints on this forum, can be classified as borderline frauds.

                    i decided to buy a camera from future bazaar...i was offered a promo code through a email which gave me a discount of rs 500 i enquired about product through phone but due to some technical problems and slow computer networking the promo code was not functioning as told by their customer care but they then promised that i would be getting the discount and they would sort this out as soon as possible in between i told them not to book the product for me ....suddenly after two days i got call from futurebazaar they told me that i have not paid money for the order i have placed ....i was shocked to hear this as i told not to book the camera until i get rs 500 discount.
                    then came their aggressive marketting for 8 days straight i got calls 3-4 times a day that i will have to pay the money for the product i booked i told them that i would not buy the product until i get rs 500 discount but they insisted that i still have to pay the money as i have booked the product (which i did not tell them to book).
                    well to god grace i never agreed to pay for the product which i never booked and i was made aware of the scam and aggressive marketting in time. well till date 2 months have passed and i have now already bought a camera from market but i still get calls from futurebazaar asking me where did i buy the camera??? ...when did bought it??? why i bought it???
                    well i would say finally they have harrsed me enough and i have decided never to buy anything from future bazaar i think with this kind of marketting skills they will not get anywhere and they will lose customer...i hope this inspires all those people who are drawn by discount and free promo gifts and for me i will never buy anything through internet.... just go and buy it from market its much simpler and for future bazaar better luck next time.

                    I had placed an order with futurebzaar.com and duly made the payment as on 08.03.2011. I was offered a product " whirlpool split a/c" as replacement which initially I had refused but had agreed subsequently. I was eagerly awaiting the same, however to my horror, when i checked my account as on 14.03.2011, i found that the amount has been refunded back to me as on 10.0302011 without any intimation whatsoever.

                    I did not expect such double standards from a company like futuregroup. When i complained to the customer care, they informed me via e-mail to make a payment at the existing price (which is obviously much higher) than the time i had placed an order. They did not even have the courtesy to call and inform me in this regards.

                    I had made a online purchase of FBID: 2584395 for 4 pcs Nirlep from Future Bazaar on 21st October 2011. My Amount has been deducted from my Debit Card as well as Credit Card.
                    I had complaint them regarding the issue and they have revert back to me 'FutureBazaar=568-306' and inform me through mail that they will update me by 25th October 2011.
                    But I have not received any update from their end.

                    Futurebazaar — delay in delivery

                    I have ordered a 16 GB Transcend Micro SD Card from Future Bazaar on 1st January 2012. I have not yet received the product even though I have paid full in advance. Everytime I write to the customer care, i am informed that the product is out of stock, whereas the product is still shown live in the futurebazaar website (keeping the other prospective buyers in dark). Its been 22 days since my purchase and the product is not yet delivered. Kindly be careful while dealing with future bazaar.

                    FutureBazaar — Canceled order abruptly by Futurebazaar

                    I placed an order for Esprit Women's watch in Future Bazaar website. he made me wait for 16 days, i made calls to customer care, wrote emails, he told me that they don't have stock and will deliver the product as soon as the stock is updated. And on 16th day he put an email saying the price coated in the website for the watch is incorrect and canceled the order. This is ridiculous and very frustrating to wait for so long time and getting the order canceled without proper procedure. Who is he to cancel my order, and if he says the price is incorrect how am i responsible for that?? My order number is [protected], placed order on 5-jan-2012.

                      I had ordered a stroller for my baby on March 18, 2012. This got delivered on March 21, 2012. Unfortunately the product was received in damaged condition -
                      1) The product was not in its original packaging
                      2) One set of wheels were missing, rendering the product useless.

                      I have received today the wrist watch which is not functional, i wanted to gift it but now i am realy angy as this kind of service is not accepted.

For COD they can arrange cash from courier service but for refund they cant ask the Courier boy to give money back and take the product. This is rubish.

                        we have purchased a steel cot, on 18/9/2011. bearing t.r.number-69890 (colour/size/capacity[protected]value of Rs.4399/-.after a month the cot legs got buckkled in. the complaint was raised through phone calls and directly , after a week one person from big bazzar came and checked this cot, and took the photos of the damaged parts , after 15 days nobody turned up to attend the damaged cot or replace the damaged part.Again after several reminders ,1 more person came and checked the damages of the product..After that there is no proper response for more than a month and the cot is lying on the floor useless for the past 45 days As a customer we didnt get any proper response from the big bazzar.( mr. balagi , zMr karthick - sales person ) more over the sales manager Mr. Vikas mobile phone was found always switched off. when ever making phone calls the furniture section employees make lot of excuses it quite annoying. we come for the brand value of the big bazzar , atlast we are the sufferers here. and big bazzar enjoys its reputation even now. this is not fair on their part.we need to get immediate response else. We requesting to attend it immediately without delay further.

                            I had booked a piece of furniture on 25/02/2012 by paying Rs 14999.00 (Advance Receipt No: [protected]) at their Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore store. The delivery date mentioned in the receipt is 12/03/2012. Since that day we've been talking to the store people over phone each and every day but neither they've delivered the item nor they've given a date when they can do so.

                            My complaints are the following:
                            - Failed to deliver as promised
                            - Not giving a date when they can deliver
                            - Never informed about any delay they're anticipating (it's always us who had to call them)
                            - Refused (over phone) to give me a full refund

                                i have ordered a Milton Vector3, 3 Tier Lunch Pack FBID: 2564736 from futurebazar on january 28,2012. they have told me that due to heavy purchase in the program saal ka sabste sasta 5 din we are unable deliver the product to you within 1 week. so we must deliver within 18 th february 2012. then around 25 th february i their website product shows that in is in transit having awb number [protected] by bluedart. i check that in the bludart site but it shows there is no product. but after some time when i send a request two bluedart via an email. they reply me that the product is return back to them via awb number [protected]. when i ask the futurebazar about this then they told that the product is delivered. i told i didnot get it. that means bluedart said that the product is returned back to futurebazar and fututrebazar said that the product is delivered. after some days it also reflects in their site that product is delivered to me. then i complain again. then they consider the matter and said that we again send it to you. i have plaeased to heard that. but 2 days after they generate a awb number for my product [protected] by aramex courier. then i try to track the order in aramex. but it shows there is no product. then again i contacted the futurebazar over phone on 14th they told that within 16 march it will show in the aramex website tracking. i checked it on 16 th march. but now the scenario is changed in futurebazar website awb number is same but the courier partner is changed i.e now for same awb number it is showing bluedart. now i checked it on bluedart it shows there is no product.

                                  From august 12 month 2011 my purchased television LED KORYO TV In the name of Praveenkumar.S.Kelur.Has screen and sound problem . I given a complaint after 2 months.Repair person come to my home and check the television and he removed a board of electronics circuit attached new board . But that board also not correct. so he attached that old board and said when new board will come i coming for repair. After that i am going to big bazaar and asking about this complaint they are tell it will come soon . after at the month of December 2011 the another board. But the television not work. after that i went to big Bazaar along with television Hubli and gave for repair and taken receipt and token number at month Jan 2012. i asked Big bazaar person he said that we doing replacement and giving you new television. Still now they are telling we are not giving you the guaranty for when they replacing the television.

I wanted to go for Cash on Delivery but it has been shown that this facility is not available for my postal area. Then I have posted the order by net banking. I found that the delivery will be before[protected]. But I have not received anything yet. I send them a feedback in their website by stating the problem. The customer care desk didn't even bother to send me any reply. I just want my order ASAP or refund the money which has been already deducted from the bank account.                                       I ordered a Double Bed sheets online from Big Bazar, which was promised me to deliver within a week period. To my surprised it is now 5 weeks, the items I have not received from them yet. I called to Public Relation and got replied, items is out of stock, will deliver as soon as Item available.
                                      I advise to Pubic, never order anything from Big/Future Bazar. They are fraud companies in the Indian Market.

                                        FutureBazaar — Misguide regarding the product payment

                                        Dear Team,

                                        My self Anil Kumar. I ordered one laptop from Futurebazar.com by credit card EMI on 31st Oct, 2010. My order no is [protected]. i'll pay the down payment of Rs. 11334/- by IVR System. The payment deduct from my account on same time. But till date i cant get any satisfactory result from future bazar team. i called many time on there customer care. some of executive told they got the payment, and some of told we are not geting the payment. everyone is just misguide me. i am facing a lots of problem.
