[Resolved] BIG TV — error type 2 | |||
to big tv some days before morning when I switched ON the receiver ,I Got "First setup" screen and I pressed OK.Signal Quality is shown as "good".But ,STB Failed to find any channels and showed "Type (2) Error".Now ,I call the big tv customer care they said within 48 will solve they said but after 1 week also still not solved my smart card no[protected] complaint no[protected] so kindly let me know what Type (2) Error and the solution of it Was this information helpful? | |||

Error type(2) has accured check your cable conection

I have facing the error type 2 when first time installation,
What is the reason for this error.
I have the signal strength is good(Nine green dots) but when i go to the next step the error type 2 is display and stop the process.
pl help for the same.

As the reliance customer care was not attending phone...i called Mr Ashok & queried...now he have found reason behinf error type (2)
it says it is not recieving big tv signal but that of doordarshan..so you have to align antenna for signal quality once again.
