[Resolved]  Billdesk — Money debited for unsuccessful transaction

HI,
I MADE AN ONLINE PAYMENT OF RS 250 TOWARDS VODAFONE PREPAID ONLINE RECHARGE, through my ICICI debit card the money was debited but the transaction was unsuccessful and a message was displayed as "Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". Kindly do the required.

Vodafone — Excess bill amount debited from debit card

Sir/ Madam,
I had made a payment of Rs 532/- for the no-[protected], on 13th Oct 2008 through my debit card, at the vodafone store in nerul, mumbai.But the payment was debited twice from my account.
I checked it with my bank only to find that the store had swiped my card twice whereas I had signed only one receipt for Rs 532/-.
After several trips to the same store I am being asked by their executive attending to my complaint, to wait for some more time till they sort out the matter. Each time I have to speak to a new executive and after repeating the same story again they simply say that they cannot solve my problem as some other executive had attended the complaint and only he would be able to solve it.
When I asked to speak with that executive they say he's on leave and they would get back to me after discussing it with that executive, which has not happened so far and I am sure that the store executives are just wasting my time and pretend to provide a solution.
All I want to say to vodafone is that dont just say "HAPPY TO HELP", but see to it that you do what you say and provide a concrete solution to the customer in need.

Vodafone — debit rupees in my account

i have no any callertone acctive on my mobile phone but vodaphone company debit per day rs 1.00 from my account. Every day company send sms on my mobile " Aapki caller tune seva ki validity 1 dino ke liye badha di gayi hai. aur iska shulk rs 1.00 aapke account se charge kiya gaya hai" . i also camplained about this matter to company customer care but till now i have no recevid any responce.they give me complain no. Dear Sir,
I m having saving account with ICICI bank at Mohali near chandigarh no.[protected]. Bank had debited my account for unsucessful transation amouting to Rs.250/- on 15.3.2010. I have approached to the bank with relavent proofs and also many times sent e-mail but approx. 24 days passed and till date nothing done by icici bank . Being a private bank they did not bother about their customer. I request ur goodself to kindly resolve my problem at cited above.

I made online payment through my SBH Debit card for my vodafone Bil of 1307.61.But i got the message like the transaction cannot be processed.But the amount was debited from my account.What should be done to know the status or else to retain the money.

I made online purchase of airtel dth through my SBI Debit card through the Gate way of Bill desk But being transaction i got the message like unable to process your transaction so i tried around 3 times but each time i got this same message repeated for a payment of 2890 rupees. But the amount was debited from my account like 3*2890=8670 rupees will be totally debited from my account so please help me sir to refund my amount.

I had booked SETC bus ticket on 08/06/13 through my SBI Debit card through Billdesk gateway. I got My Transaction and Rs.858 was debited from my account. But ticket was not booked. The E-Ticket was not generated. Even I have not received any e-mail regarding this transaction. Please do the needful to refund.
