Blue Dart DHL — Non-delivery of consignment and misinformation | |||
I have placed an online order for Accu-Check Glucose meter, which was supposed to be delivered by Blue Dart Courier Service. The order details is as follows: Order Date: Mar 11, 2012 04:59:56 AM Order Number: 136343 Payment Mode: Online Payment Order Status: Courier Dispatched Additional Details: BLUE DART COURIER vide docket no.[protected] and Dated : Mar 13, 2012 Here are the main topics of the complaints:- 1) The product is yet to be delivered. 2) The DHL customer service is not providing any correct information about the delivery date, time. 3) Also, the customer service executive mentioned that they have the consignment (probably), and without any proper reason they are deliberately deferring the delivery. 4) The phone calls to the customer service is chargeable. And several calls worth a finite amount is being utilised by me to call them, and it is becoming increasingly irritating and difficult to track the package, with such lies. 5) The product was brought in due to emergency health needs. But the deferred reception in the consignment is causing more problems. Blue Dart — non delivery of consignment
Dear Sir,My original commercial pilot licence and other licencesand original certificates and pilot log books were despatched to me from Delhi by blue dart (tracker No [protected]) on 09 Sep 10.
However I have not received the parcel as yet and despite making more than 100 phonecalls to various people I have not got any assurance of the whereabouts of my consignment.

blue dart dhl — Non Delivery of Shipment
Hi,I was suppose to receive a shipment from chennai through Blue dart service, but when I chked the status online it said in correct address. Its the same address on which I receive all my letters and couriers, but still blue dart couldnt location it. Also they didnt even call to get any further clarification on the address. This status was shown for continues 3 days. Whenever I checked at their office they would say the shipment is on the way the delivery. Final 4th day when i called up they had asked me to collect the shipment from their office. and on reaching at the office, they denied from giving me the shipment saying they only deliver at doorstep and cannot hand me the shipment at their office.

Bluedart — No delivery of consignment
I'm so aggravated by their horrible service. I was supposed to receive my shipment on 29/07/2010, but didnt receive it yet. On top of that their customer service people are so much RUDE, literally shouting and arguing with me, that I have to ask for the supervisior and some "Mr. Loknath" attended the phone and told me that i'll get a call back. I waited for 3 hrs and when I called back, their lines were closed for the weekend.They dont have any formal complaint service where we can send an email or something. They just dont know the meaning of customer service. This isnt the first time this is happening, its such a HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
