I had ordered books from Flipkart.com and paid Rs. 2111/- in advance. This amount covers the price of the items, whereas delivery was supposed to be free. According to Blue Dart, the couriers appointed by Flipkart, the shipment was picked up on 25 October 2011, the day I had ordered and paid for it. Delivery should have been in 3 business days. I sent a shipment from Chennai to Bareilly. It was said to be delivered in 2 business days and it was delayed by 3 days.
