Improper delivery of goods and bad service

I don't understand why the blue dart courier guys are not calling the customer if they are not sure about the address. I receveied a call from the bank stating that the cheque book requested has been returend back to the bank due to address in complete.

Courier Person never came to address

Packet returned back without delivering my home
