Hi all,

This is an ongoing issue with Bluedart. This is again a different issue.

The AWB # [protected] (My bank Credit Card, anyways which is very confidential.)

The first day when my courier was out for delivery I got a text that no one was at the house and then at the very next day I got a call from the Bluedart branch that whether they should deliver the package or not and I replied yes and then the same day they failed to deliver the package. Moreover the next day again I have to contact them and ask for the delivery. Luckily the delivery guy reached my door but didn't deliver the package, saying the address has mismatched (saying that it's not my flat). Where the address was being updated by my bank and they were saying that the flat # is not matching. Where I have my phone # mentioned on the address and the and my complete name. I am not getting a sense how that is possible and how they could decide what is my flat # and they returned my package. Where I have my PAN card and my contact details on the package (atleast they could have verified the ID's, if they wanted they could have also verified the address proof).Is that what for a simple mismatch of the address (Which is not, even where I was available). FYI my address is what is mentioned on the package.

Then I have written an email to the manager named Rohit Bobal complaining the above matter. Good to say that, I got a positive reply that I should get the delivery the very next day and the issue will be taken care of and which I didn't. The manager least bothered to follow up the issue.Then again after 7 days when my package was delivered back to my bank. I have written an email to the same manager with an aggravation (No profanity used). The manager called me on the same day and the end result what I found was they believe their delivery boy's but not their customer's. The only thing I have ever learned is Blue Dart delivers the packet only on a verbal consent of neighbors and people around my building (No matter whether they are insolvent or mentally retard). If the neighbor recognizes someone among the road side romeo as the consignor the deliver boy may hand over the packet to them (So people please be alerted). On the high note they behaved like doesn't matter if the customer is satisfied.

I am getting no where with this. Please resolve or let me know what should I do. I don't want to get insulted and feel embarrassed speaking to the Blue dart. Because they said upfront speak to the bank we can't do anything for you.

bluedart courier service — customer service

Hi,
I have applied for a new ATM card and the bank people said for processing it will take 7 days to reach our addr thru courier.the delivery person reached my office, and he is not having enough patience to wait for even 2 to 3mins and left our office. still i didn't receive my card..

    I have made a purchase through SnapDeal Online ordering site. That product was assigned to deliver to me via BlueDart courier on or after 2nd August,2013. But I have not got the delivery till 7th August'2013. So I have communicated with BlueDart customer service and quieried the same with ref of the waybill number. On 7th August evening I have got a call from BlueDart delivery center for the delivery and the person told me that it will be delivered to me on 8th August'2013 morning. But still I have not got the same. I have again calld the person and asked for the status. Then he replied me the delivery boy is on the way and the delivery will be made on a short while. But I have waited 2 hrs and could not find anything. then I have tried the same number but it was switched off. After that I have again communicated with the customer executive for the status and he said it will be delivered on 9th August'2013. Now I have decided that I'll not accept the order. I want proper resolution for the same and compensation upon the service delay.

    Online deal — product not yet delivered

    i ordered reliance data card through onlindeal.com they are saying with in 7 days the or deliver but after 15 day it is not yet deliver at the same time there is no conformation mail or sms of your purchese at the same time there is not proper call center if you call the will cut your call .pooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooor response.i recommant you to dont buy even 1 rupee in online deal.worst i never seen before like this

    Courier sevices, did not reached til

    The courier send by you in blue dart courier sevices, did not reached till me and they have marked it delivered. It was so ambarassing to find their office. So please do take some action against the same.

      C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address

      It is really strange....
      waybill [protected] Reference No : 027 - [protected]
      the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response.....what should I do?...

      My name is Rahul from city Noida, i would like to raise a complaint against Bluedart courier services for not delivering my product even after paying shipping charges. Few days ago, i ordered a product from shopclues.com and paid total amount including shipping charges and they shipped my product through Bluedart courier services having tracking number : [protected]. I would like to add that BLUEDART COURIER Services are the WORST IRRITATING SERVICES FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERING. First of all they never deliver the respective product to the doorstep of the respective customer and secondly they just appear randomly on the roadside without informing and starts giving missed calls to the customer until the customer gets irritated and CALLBACK that CHEAP , DOES BLUEDART COMPANY EVEN PAY THEIR MOBILE BILLS?? The Person Who Delivers Product After giving 20-30 MIssed Calls Asks Custromer to Collect their Product from Road, What Kind Of Cheap Service is that after paying Shipping Charges For HOME DELIVERY?? Also, I an receiving my Couriers & Parcels by other Shipping Services like FEDEX & FirstFlight to my DOORSTEP with pproper systematic way, BLUEDART NEEDS TO LEARN TO DELIVER PRODUCT BEFORE TAKING PRODUCT IN THEIR HAND.

        Dear Sir
        i would like to inform you that Blue Dart Express ltd has cheated me. Me and my sister had applied for the pan card at NSDL.
        NSDL had made available on its site that the pan card would be delivered on my home address but no delivery took place. i had called the blue dart in the next morning . they told me that they had returned the item to Mumbai.They didn't even felt necessary to inform me regarding this matter....

        I have a Courier from SBI bank through Blue Dart services.The pickup date is 11 July 2013 from Gurgaon and the delivery date is 15 July 2013 at Sreekaryam Thiruvanathapuram.When i track the Courier in the blue dart's website it is showing that "Consignee Not Available At Given Address Contact Customer Service".When i contacted the customer care they are not answering me in the correctly.They didn't come to my address nor they make any call to me. I inquired about the matter in the nearest Blue Dart hub which is at Kochulloor thiruvanathapuram about 2 km from my address , they are saying that it will be delivered to your address .Also they are not allowing me to take the courier by hand from the hub since it is credit card . Earlier also i faced the same problem and at that time i collected the parcel by hand.

        Time delay service always delay in delivery. .they never care to call even after having the parcel in their hub. This is the 3rd time I'm facing the same problem .so guys in tvm plz don't make this terrible mistake takin orders thru kochulloor hub of bluedart..
        All the other franchise of bluedart are having time definite delivery. This kind of happens only in ulloor hub which is at leela plaza. Terrible experience.
        Exactly. Worst service. They are the worst franchisee I have ever come across. Keeping my expensive phone on hold. Not delivering deliberately.

          I had a shipment which was supposed to be delivered to me by Blue Dart and I have not received the same when I checked the online tracking it showed it was delivered and the watch mans name was mentioned in the receipient. I have not got any parcel from the watch man.

          1. How can you deliver the parcel to watchman without contcating me.
          2. I had one more parcel which was received 20 minutes prior to this one and it was singed and received by my mother.
          3. My mother was at home the whole day on 11th July
          4. Even if you say my house was locked why didnt you call me or take the parcel back to the office
          5. How can you be so careless about the parcel and what was the ID proff the watchman provided before taking the parcel...

            Not Delivered my order

            When I check updates in the site its showing as "Consignee Not Available At Given Address Contact Customer Service".. Their service is not at all Praise worthy . Fake updates and cheating customers.
            When I called them they are not receiving my calls....

            I have booked one Flip Book from www.snapfish.in & they have sent through Blue Dart Express courier vide docket # : [protected] on 06-Jul-2013. Till date, I have not received the same & there is no response from their baroda office.

            When I called their Bombay office on[protected], Ms. Jayshree Boda was on line & talked to me in very discourteous manner.

            Last month also, same incidence happened to me, when I was expecting one parcel from Kerala, which I received 48 hours late.

            Services from Blue Dart is totally hopeless & worst part, is their customer service. Instead, nowadays, government agencies like Speed Post give you timely information.

            I am really disappointed.

              REF AWP :14645052 well I am surprised to to say that .. the delivery Boys and the office staff from Blue dart use fake numbers to contact customers . I get a call on my mobile number an unknown person calls me up says he has to deliver my CITIBANK C/C PIN ..he said he will be there in 20 min never turns up ... when I call back to find out the response on the other side is ------ PLS CHK THE NUMB YOU HAVE DIALLED.
              next day Lady calls up says it will be delivered b/w 3-5 I told what happened . she said she will look in to it.
              I called back the number which the lady called ... again I get to hear the Same thing " PLS CHK THE NUMB YOU HAVE DIALLED"

              The story is endless .. I called one of the nearest Blue dart service numbers advised m supposed to receive a mail today ... the person on the other side advised it will get delivered all I got a msg statin it was not delivered.

              Can I know how is possible the mail doesn get delivered when none of your person bothered to call me.
              CAN SOME ONE EXPLAIN WHY IS SOME ONE USING FAKE NUMBERS TO CALL CUSTOMERS .

                Dear Helper,
                I ordered a product through online shopping from SnapDeal.com, I have already paid the amount through Netbanking but my product is not being shipped to me. Whenever I contact Snapdeal they say that we have already given it to Blue dart for shipment, and are not helping me much in getting my shipment and say (Pooja from Snapdeal) that Call after 30 minutes. I have contacted Blue Dart and have requested them too, yesterday they replied that they'll ship my product tomorrow (means today), but nothing has happened yet. Their website on Order tracking also mentions that Contact Customer Service and are not clarifying anything to me.

                  I want to complain about Bluedart express ltd.
                  I have given them a courier on Friday 21st June 2013, POD no. [protected] (POD attached)
                  I checked with the consignee on Monday 24th June 2013 if they had received the courier, but to my surprise they had not received the courier.
                  On checking Bluedart's courier tracker, i found out that the courier was delivered on 22nd June around 11am (attached the screenshot).
                  I insisted the consignee to again check and confirm if they have received the courier. But on re checking they confirmed that they have not received the courier. Thus, myself and my colleague Ms. Bimla tried calling Bluedart to know the exact status.
                  We first called up Gurgaon office[protected] of Bluedart to check the status, but no one picked the call even after trying the no. for several times. Then we somehow managed to get the nos of mr. Abhijeet ([protected]) and mr. hemant ([protected]) from Mr. Sanjay Singh, Andheri branch of Bluedart. Mr. Abhijeet never picked the call and Mr. hemant gave another contact of mr. Navnit ([protected]) to track the courier. Mr. Navnit transferred us to Mr. Anil Singh ([protected]). He then on Monday evening informed us that the courier was delivered to another address.

                  So far we are still unaware about the courier documents and Bluedart is yet to retrieve the courier documents. We are also in touch with Ms. Bini[protected]

                  Myself and Ms. Bimla (colleague in Mumbai) are fed up with coordinating with Bluedart personnels since no one is giving any strong assurances.

                  This courier will have financial implication on me and may lead to my name to feature in cibil default list. This means a lot to me and i need to blue dart to pay for the stress and the hassle we are going through.

                  Express IT courier Services — Courier Misplacement

                  I would like to complain against Express IT Courier Services regarding my courier misplacement.
                  There was a NOC Letter sent by HSBC Bank Limited on Jun 24, 2010 which was quoted to be delivered to me on Jun 29, 2010 on my Pune office address.
                  But the reality is, it never reach me. Express IT claims it to deliver that letter to our office Dispatch department. I went and checked that and Dispatch is claiming that they didn’t receive any letter.
                  When I tried contacting Express IT Jagtap Dairy branch, the phone number was either not working or the person holding that phone was not answering. I dialed “[protected]”. This number was never answered. After that I called up the Mumbai helpdesk, from which I got another number “[protected]” of Sandesh. He diverted his responsibility to some other people and asked me to call them. When I tried calling, they were not responding. I tried following up with them from last 2 weeks, but I didn’t got any response.
                  I would like you to take strict action against the manager of the Jagtap Dairy branch for showing such irresponsible behavior. Express IT published lot of numbers on their website. None of the numbers are working. Really pathetic service.

                  Bluedart Express Ltd — Mishandling and Loss of Consignment

                  BlueDart is a bunch of Liars... the Online Tarcking system is a sham.. highly misleading and annoying.. the customer care executives have been lying since the last 7 days for a local delivery of a consigmnemt.. they are rude and are unwilling to take calls after much argument.. the consigmnemt No was [protected].. wasted time energy and peace of mind.. over all worst experience ever... local couroers are much more efficient and customer friendly...
                  Here is the one more misplaced item by bluedart. they misplaced or (keep it for themself) who knows... and now they are jokin around... when i complained about it, they told me to reorder or ask the sender of the package for the replacement... WTF

                      Dear Sir,
                      There is one document despatch by Citibank on my Address on 21st May 13 by AWB # [protected], which is not delivered at my address, when I have checked the same on Blue dart site that this is showing the same has been delivered on 23rd May 13 to the lady called “Neema”. I would like to tell you that there is no such person reside on my address or in my building. I have requested Blue dart to track the delivery but they are unable to track, they might have lost the packet or delivered to the wrong person. Blue dart has called me to request to citibank to send the packet again. i have request to citibank and they have despatched the packet again via AWB # [protected] on 3rd jun, which is also not delivered to me and updated on site that nobody was available on address. when i have requested them on their helpline #[protected] to ask their delivery boy to call me when he visit to the address, they had just refused to do so.

                      I dont understand what type of service they are giving to their customer, should i take off from my office and just wait their delivery boy to come my home. such a rediculus service. Request your help to get the same sorted out.

                        Non Delivery of Courier

                        My HDFC Debit Card was delivered to my office address and I, being on leave wasn't able to collect it. So, I asked the Blue Dart guy to hand it over to one of my colleagues (I was ready to authorize him), but he refused. Also, he was very rude talking me as if he was doing me some favor by delivering my Card. I called his manager, again, a very rude person and straight asked me to go to the office to collect it, else they'll return...

                        Expected delivery was by 11th May, but not yet delived by Bluedart, As per Infibeam from where product is purchased, it already shippd on 9th May.

                        Also no one picks up call at Viman Nagar Office and still delivery is pending.

                          Bluedart is not doing home delivery. They want customers to pick up from their office. My flipkart purchase was returned without delivery because bluedart refused to deliver it to my home despite contacting them several times.

                          Be careful while doing shopping online if delivery is to kozhikode, as bluedart will not deliver to your doorstep.

                            My consignment was first tried to deliver on 8th may when i was not available in my office, I called to blue dart regarding my job profile and i also explained that I'm going out of sation so I'll not be availble for next 10 days then I fixed a time slot of 2pm to 5pm on 10th of May 2013 for the delivery of the consignment and I reached my office any how arranging a half day leave from my client site and found that the guy came and shown his presence here before 1 pm (12:54pm). Now what should I do ? this is question for HDFC as well as BLUEDART.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I observe that Blue Dart is returning the Items couriered to me, even without making a call to me (either on my phone or visiting my address).

                              Let me give an introduction, to begin with:

                              I am Senthil Kumar, A., Head of Programme Planning & Evaluation Cell, PCM Ebtity, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, ISRO PO, Trivandrum. My mobile number is [protected], which is official and I carry it with me always. Additionally, at my official number, my PA is available to answer the calls.

                              Hence, if any calls either to my mobile number or land line were made, they cant go unnoticed.

                              The problem of returning the consignment has happened for the fourth time now.

                              1. First time 2011: I had ordered for a Tava from online payback.in. The tava was returned saying" consignee not available at address".

                              2. 2012: A citibank credit card sent to me was returned similarly.

                              3. 4 feb 2013: AWB no. [protected]. Credit card from ICICI bank was returned. By this time, I had obtained the mobile numbers of Sri. Iyer, Branch Manager, Trivandrum. I had send the AWB details by SMS to him, requesting to deliver appropriately. However, the item was rerturned.

                              4. Presently, Waybill No : [protected] , Reference No : [protected], dated 4 May 2013.

                              Here too, I had sent the AWB details to Sri. Iyer, Branch Manager on 6 May 2013.
                              However, the status of the consignment as per Blue dart website is as below:

                              Pickup Date 04 May 2013
                              From Chennai
                              To Thiruvananthapuram
                              Status Consignee Not Available At Given Address, Contact Customer Service

                              Whereas I am fully available at station. I received no phone calls from Blue dart. (inspite of my sms regarding the details).

                              Hence, I observe that BLUE DART, Trivandrum Branch is TOTALLY AGAINST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                              Their Customer Service is in fact so bad, that they are creating false statements.

                              I am pained. I am required to followup the delivery of each item. This is taxing me.

                              For the first time, I can excuse them. However, as it is evident a fourth time fault on same line means the Business model of Blue dart is skewed.

                              I request that Action be taken.

                                Hello Sir ,

                                My SBI Life Insurance documents has been dispatched by SBI Life via Bluedart # [protected] on 05/04/2012 and it has been reported that its been delivered on 08/04/2012 to someone , but unfortunately Its got delivered to someone else , Now the bank has its own process to reapply for duplicate policy papers which includes some sort stamp papers , now , my concern is who has to pay for those expenses .
