Grievance against delayed in shipment

Hi,

I have sent one courier to Alwar through BlueDart on 29th of June 2010. The Waybill No is [protected].
This courier supposed to deliver to shipping address very next day evening (30th June 2010). But this shipping was redirected and misrouted to different wrong places due to shipper's fault.

I really couldn’t understand the way these guy works. It was clearly mentioned pin code of destination...

I had couriered a document on 14-06-10 from bangalore,docket no [protected], on contacting the cuttack blue dart day on day they are giving different reason for non-delivery.

When i told them i will do a consumer case , a lady in that office replied very boldy to go ahead.
If they are doing a service then we are paying for that service, it is not a favour from their side. The management should look after this and get...

Drunken Delivery Boys and Opened Citibank Courier Delivery by BlueDart

Citibank Courier consisting of Debit Card Courier via Blue Dart was delivered to me in Open Condition. The Delivery boy was also in drunken position and forced me to take it in that condition and behaved rudely and used filthy language.

I had to accept it due to embarrassment in front of family members and relatives.

Non Delivery of courier enen address is correct

Unfriendly Service...could not deliver for silly reasons

We were expecting a document package from Birla Sun Life Insurance from 14th May onwards. We were out of town on the 20th May, and when we returned we found a BLUE DART intimation for our package from BSLI. non delivery of my order from dell india after 2 days

I have received message from bluedart that i will be reciving my order from dell on 27th april 2010 from 11 a.m to 5 p.m sharp.I some how manged some one to stay at home for delivery but it is not made.
After calling and talking to bluedart they said that (mrs sunaina and many more persons from blydaart)assured that u will receive the delievery on 28 th after 8:30 p.m (as requested by me) but i have not recived the order....

Delayed delivery

Hi,
A set of important documents were sent to Mumbai on 25th Feb 2010. Even after constant follow ups the documents were not delivered on time. Blue dart claimed the consignee was closed when attempted to deliver. I found out there was no entry made at the gate nor did the delivery boy leave a note of his arrival. With no alternate the consignee himself had to personally collect the documents from Blue dart office on 3rd March 2010.br...
