Blue Dart — WRONG COMMITMENTS
I am JAYANTA SADHUKHAN, given a currier consignment to BLUE DART currier (consignment number:[protected]) dated on 24th JAN 2011, and they commit me to deliver on the very next day i.e. 25th JAN 2011, and they charged accordingly rupees one hundred forty, but after getting the consignment they told bangalore-560078 to kolkata[protected]hrs delivery) service is not available. so it will delivered on 27th JAN 2011.
I complained once to kolkata office (complain no. 155286), but they remain silent
