Hi,
I sent a parcel from Mumbai to Delhi on April 23 2012 ( Waybill Number : [protected]), it was express delivery and supposed to be delivered by April 24th. When I called up (on 24th only) customer care to follow up they said person is on field and it will reach by EOD. After doing many follow ups, it still didn't reach on April 24th and excuse given on website was 'no one available on given address'.
After that I started calling customer care since 9 am in morning on April 25th for follow up and requested them to deliver at least today; I would have called atleast 10 times and everytime I was ensured that it will be delivered today. And because of irresponsible behavior of your team my courier didn't reach on that day as well. And this time, excuse was 'Person on filed could not locate the address',(What a funny excuse, first day he reached there but no one was there, second day, he could not find the address itslef! I know I made a mistake by using the worst courier service in the market but still you could do better!). When I called up customer service desk and asked them to transfer my call to manager it was denied.
The next day, I got a call from manager who ensured me again that on priority basis it will be delivered by 11am in morning. In between I had to call customer care to keep track of it. Even after that my courier didn't reach on the address on 26th of April (such a pathetic services! no one knows the value of words and promises being made) and I had to make a request to send it back.
Now, during these 5 days, I had to suffer and my family had to suffer, precious time and energy was wasted...and above all my very important stuff could not reach on time and it could have caused a death of a person. In damage against these things, Blue dart has responsibility to compensate me for the same. I would like to claim Rs 10,00,000 against it (as per theircapacity to pay).

Policy document — regarding bad service in Agra zone
Dear sir,This is to bring in your kind notice that we are facing the huge problem regarding service in Agra zone,
here local office are not providing the regular servise, when we call to your area office to know the delivery status of consignment they did not pick the phone, whenever pick, then reply "call us later"
in case when we demand the proof of delivery(signature of receiver) they refuse to provide delivery report on the same time & also refuse to provide on mail.
so i request to take relevant action against casual approach of your Agra branch office.
