complaint against awb # [protected] - despatched dated is 21/12/2012 but still (24/12/2012 at 5:20pm) I not receive docs.

I already called up to your customercare 66111234 and spek with ms. Deepika, but she dosnot responding properly. Why not attemp for delivery.

Today 4 days gone but still no body contact me for delivery. Very very bad service of bluedart courier faridabad-haryana. Bue dart customercare person please look into matter.

    Hi, This it regarding courier delivery issue. A Bank issued me a credit card after verified my home address and sent through Blue Dart couries. But when I spoke to Blue Dard customer care, I got a response that the courier boy already visited but due to incomplete address he unable to deliver it. Even the courier boy also visited to my office address but unable to find me as customer care agent Kritika said from Blue Dart.

    My question is:
    1) How does a home address is wrong as already a bank executive visited to my home and verified the address and my all details?
    2) Why a courier boy visited to my office address when I already informed that I will be not available in office after 07:30:00 PM [IST]?
    3) Why can't a courier boy called me on my cell phone number provided to Blue Dart if he is unable to reach to me?
    4) When I spoke to customer care agent Kritika that can I pick up my courier from Blue Dart Office [located at Juhu Tara Road, ZSantacruz (W)], she replied that the company [Blue Dart] does not allow to do so?
    5) Do I need to followup on every hour that where is my shipment?
    6) Even when I called to Blue Dart Office landline they are just disconnecting the phone call.

    ***** This is a really very worst service I ever had by courier company, as there is India Post which delivers many of the couriers to my home address whereas a Blue Dart can't deliver a Single nce.

    I think Blue Dart agents works like a ROBOT, which can't think by it's own and do whatever commands passed to it. Just follow and if not meet condition reject the request.

    Does Blue Dart trained it's agents to work like ROBOT.

        I have sent DOX express delivery to GOA on 29th November 2012 but today its 4th December 2012 and its still not been delivered to the address. I spoke with customer service and they are saying that is that okay if we deliver it on 5th December 2012 ? What is this ? If you can not deliver post on time why they charge more than 300 Rs for express courier for Goa from Pune.

          Dear Sir,

          Blue dart attempted delivery of courier on 20/11,since the premises was locked the delivery man returned however same day evening i made a request on bluedart call centre around 6pm to delivery the Bank card on 21/11 and the slot they provided was between 3pm to 6pm. Since the Bank card was important to me I kept leave for half day in office just to collect this card.
          To my surprise when i reached home security guard told me blue dart courier had come around 1:30pm and since i was not there he left.
          I immediately called up customer care(3:05pm) and told them about the importance of the card.Customer Care told me they will get card delivered before 6pm. Between 3pm and 6pm i made 3-4 calls and all the time customer care assured me that card will be delivered by 6pm.
          Around 7pm i called up customer car of Blue dart again but to my surpise they told everyone has left from Nehru Place Branch and will deliver it tomorrow morning between 9 am to 12pm which means effectively i will have to take half day leave again.
          Since i have to collect the card so i am keeping leave for half day tomorrow but i would request to be compensated for the salary of 2 half day leaves.

            I bought the blue dart courier service to deliver a consignment on 13/11/12 with the reference number 20021415. The company offered that the consignment would take 48 hours to deliver but till now as of 21/11/12, I have not yet received the consignment. On 19/11/12 i received a call from this number([protected]) supposedly to be from Blue dart office to let me know that the consignment has arrived. I waited for two days at home but no sign of the parcel. When i called back to the same number to check it out they never even bother to answer the call. it is very frustrating.

              I want to register complaint regarding threatening given by blue dart courier delivery boy on the refusal for giving bribe. My blue dart courier reference no. is EV[protected], I was suppose to receive an add on card from SBI but when I refused to give the bribe to delivery person he didn’t handed me my card and threatened me for the same. I have already complained regarding this to blue dart but I request you to consider my situation and take action from your end to. I also want to beware peoples who are thinking to use blue dart courier service.

                Hi All,

                I am Deepak from Jammu I have sent a parcel with Blue Dart courier to Pune. The tracking number is [protected] and the date it was sent from jammu Office is on10/11/12 and it contained Barbie Doll which was sent on occasion of Diwali. The consignment comprised of Barbie Doll valued at Rs.950. My Wife also happened to pay Rs.500 for the goods to be delivered. The total cost sums up to Rs.1450.


                I hope this attitude of the courier service changes and they realise the importance of time and product, else they should not be in this business.

                I was informed that, the item will be reaching their office on sunday evening, and it will be delivered on Monday(12th Nov. 2012) as Sunday is a holiday.
                I requested them to deliver on Monday and i was told that they will intimate this to pune office. I checked with Pune office again and they told, we will check with jammu office.
                When I checked with Pune office again on wed, they told the item can be delivered Today only (FALSE PROMISE was made). Also, very delayed movement of item between your branches,



                Atlast we received the consignment on 15th Nov 2012 However, he found that the consignment was damaged and also the goods inside the package were damaged. When asked the pune office, they said that they do not take responsibility for it as it has come to them from the Jammu Office( I don't understand why they do not take responsibility as they as sitting in an office with Blue Dart hoarding above them). When we called the Office at Delhi, a very gentle lady picked up the phone and when we were telling her what happened, she hung up on us and was not picking up the phone even if we called her a couple of times again after that. I believe as it was already 5:30 PM at last one lady talked to me an booked a complaint with id 223580. I would want to get our money back as Blue Dart failed to deliver the goods in proper condition. I would expect someone at the company would take moral responsibility for this and sort it out at the earliest.



                Kindly consider as a wakeup call for BlueDart and they should do something about this as soon as possible, else it’ll not be too long before they lose their loyal customers to their better serving competitors.



                I need the Blue Dart Company to bear the expenses of Phone calls, Damaged Goods and harassment I faced.

                Blue dart courier company — damaged item

                Blue dart team,



                On 29th of June 2011, we received a courier containing one liter each of beauty products of scrub and wrap by your Courier Company (sent by Falaknuma hydrabad), which got damaged and products are all spilled out of the container. And it is a fault and carelessness of your company which lead to the damaged of product.



                Advice that who will bear the cost.

                  Blue Dart Couriers, Thrissur is the absolute worse delivery service I know of. Twice they had delayed for more than a week my delivery after the shipment had already reached Thrissur. Now they have sent back a shipment citing wrong address, while I know for a fact that the address given to the sender was absolutely correct. They never answer their phones and never answer on-line complaints. This situation needs to be remedied.

                    Blue dart courier Kollam office has delivered consignments to my address with pincode no 691014 about 20 times in the last one year. Now they are extremely reluctant to deliver the stuff and started threatening to return it to the place of origin if I fail to collect it from their office. I want to know whether 691014 is with in the service area of Kollam Blue dart. If it is not why have they delivered it 20 times?. If it is not a delivery area Blue dart should send standing instruction to all their booking offices through out the nation not to collect any item for delivery to 691014. This would be better than booking the item and transporting it to Kollam office and behaving rudely with the customer and finally returning it to origin. What do they achieve from this? is not this non productive and results in mere wastage of time and energy?.Does Blue dart have any advantage in returning the stuff back to its origin accepting to deliver it by collecting cash from the consumer?

                        I purchased an item online on 13-Sep-2012 and it was shipped on 17-Sep-2012. As Blue Dart promises, it was supposed to reach me in 2 days. I did not even get a phone call from The Blue Dart office(Adyar, Chennai) that my packet has reached. It was through the shopping website that I saw the status of my item. I saw the status in Blue Dart website as "Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed". Even then, I did not get even a single call or message from the them till 22-Sep-2012, ie., the 6th day after the shipment. I was so frustrated by then and made a call to the regional customer service number. The guy who answered told me that the re-delivery of the item has been scheduled for the same day, and so I could expect it any moment at my doorstep. When I asked if the delivery boy will give me a call, he replied "We don't provide that service as the delivery boys are not provided mobile phones by office; and if you still want to fix an appointment with us, it will take a few more days". I could not wait for more days, so I told I will rather wait for the delivery that day. The whole day I was at home but nobody from Blue Dart turned up there. From this, I can make out that the delivery was in fact not at all attempted. Then I could contact their customer care only on 24-Sep-2012, the previous day being a Sunday. On 24th, when I called, the same guy picked up my call and told me "it will be delivered very soon. Please be patient and don't be in a mess". What an etiquette! Not even a sorry for being this late or a proper answer. The next day morning when I called, I explained to the girl who picked the call that it was said to be re-delivered on 22-Sep. She was like "who gave you this information?". Then she told me that they will deliver it that day after noon. And that being a working day, I had to go to office and could not stay back at home for this. All she said was "It will be delivered today. We can't fix an appointment. Or either you come and pick it up at our place". I have bought so many things online, but this is the first time something is being delivered through Blue Dart, and I had such a frustrating experience that I don't even feel like buying from that website fearing that they will send it through Blue Dart again.

                            Hi All,
                            I heard that BlueDart WAS serving highly secure logistics service.
                            My HDFC CREDIT card has vanished with the Bluedart and in the tracking system they have mentioned as Delivered.
                            Are they giving the card to some one and updating as delivered??
                            and the Customer care telephone number [protected] was only for getting the Ring, and not for attending the call.
                            I tried calling them about 50 times, of these around 30 times bell rang and other 20 time it was engaged. :) and no one attend the call for me :P
                            Are they caring their Customers.....or else is that a number of Public telephone booth.
                            There was another guy who called me from Bluedart, when i tried calling him back on the number93872127XX, he was not attending ....he he he he.....
                            Good PATHETIC service which i am suffering for the SECOND time.

                              Sir,
                              I got a call today morning from your Customer Care asking for a convenient time to deliver the consignment against the aforementioned AWB at my address. I requested him to deliver the same before 9.30 AM or after 6.00 PM, as nobody will be available at this address other than this time, due to personal / official commitment. But the person who was on the phone was very arrogant in his talking and behaviour, refused to accede my request. He insisted that he can arrange for delivery only between 12 Noon and 4 PM, as their field staff will be available only accordingly. He will send his personnel for one week's time at his convenient time ie. between 12 Noon & 4 PM and if the consignment is not received, it will returned back. Please note that after having incurred an handsome amount for the product and returning back for a simple cause, will be a sheer harassment from your part. I trust that Blue Dart is an Internationally / Globally accepted reputed firm, but I did not expect such an indecent behaviour and sheer harassment from your Customer Care Deptt.
                              Therefore, you are requested to see that the consignment is not returned and fix up an appointment with me to deliver the consigment.

                              I got a message from british counsil about my ielts trf and they even mentioned about tracking the post
                              (Blue dart and awb number is *[protected]*
                              Yet, having the awb number when i try to track post on blue dart site using awb number, it is showing that the awb number is not correct!

                                  I have bought an item from future bazaar online system and they have sent the Parcel to Ranchi City Jharkhand on 3rd Sept, but it has not reached till now, I was communicated by Blue dart that the parcel will reach to the place on 6th of Sept as it has reached the destination city on 5th, but even by the end of 8th Sept it has not been delivered. The reasons I got from the call center of delhi was:
                                  for 6th Sept: Parcel has not been delivered because of heavy rain
                                  for 7th Sept: Parcel has not been delivered as it is raining a lot
                                  for 8th Sept: Parcel has not been delivered and I (blue dart) cant call there local office as no one is picking the call.

                                  I am tired of calling from UK to India. I spent hell lot to track my parcel still no answer. The local office of Ranchi Bluedart does not answer the call I have tried cling them from 5th till today 8th of Sept and I am tired of it.

                                  I just want to know where is the parcel have they stolen Items from it which I expect from the cheap mentality of Bluedart

                                    FAKE STATUS UPDATE ON BLUE-DART SITE :::
                                    I PLACED THE ORDER ON 2ND SEP AND FOR DATE 5TH AND 6TH IT SHOWS AS A FAKE STATUS UPDATE
                                    “Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed” WHILE I WAS AVAILABLE IN MY HOME FOR THE COMPETE WHOLE DAY AND THE DAY BEFORE THAT.AND MY PHONE IS FULLY CHARGED.
                                    TWO OF MY QUESTIONS
                                    • WHY THE HELL IS PHONE NO GIVEN IF BLUE-DART GUYS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CALL THE CONSIGNEE, NO PHONE CALL FROM THEIR SIDE FOR DELIVERY ??
                                    • WHY NO RECIEPT MESSGAE IS DROPED AT MY HOME IF BLUE-DART GUYS ARRIEVED AT MY DOOR STEPS??

                                    IT IS LOUD AND CLEAR THAT THEY ARE LOOGING INCORRECT STATUS INTO THEIR SYSTEM..
                                    AND MAKING FOOL OF THE CUSTOMERS.

                                    Blue dirt — Fake order

                                    I had receive 1 sms from blue dirt regarding order of Rs499/- which was cash on delivery but the same was not put by me and i have not put any order the massage showing that your order no 639889 from itbc will reach you through Bhlu Dirt on or after 4/3/2011 and you are requested to keep cash ready but the not ordered by kindly cacel the above immediately

                                      I should tell that this is the worst courier service I have ever seen. These blue dart couriers have failed to deliver the product three times totally and in addition they have send back the products to the sender telling that no one was available to collect the order at the delivery point and the address was incorrect.This lazy service providers haven't even tried to contact me through the telephone.It is a shame to that they couldn't deliver the product at specified time to a residence which is just one and a half kilometer away from their office.Moreover they expect the receiver to go and collect the products from their offices.I guess they don't know what courier services are meant for.I am highly irritated for their carelessness and failure to deliver the courier.I am maintaining a level of decency since this is a public forum.In my opinion this courier company has lost its dignity and they are no longer eligible to run the service.Kindly do the needful to compensate for my loss of time and money.I am giving the details of my orders too.Thank you.

                                      Blue Dart — Non delivery of Items

                                      HDFC bank has couried the 6 Debit cards on 25 Jan 2011 to the same company address, but the same has been returned by the courier people stating consignee are transferred with out even checking whether the consignee is available or not.

                                      Such a pathetic service they have.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        This is regarding my order no 7348590 which was despatched by rediff shopping on 22nd of August. It is still pending with Blue Dart Bellary. I have repeatedly told the courier that I will be available at my residence after 4:30 pm and since nobody is at home before this time I have requested him to make the delivery by 4:30 pm on any working day. He first agreed then today ( 29th august) he tells me that he cannot deliver at this time as it is after his duty hours and that I should collect the parcel from the Blue Dart office. I am new to Bellary and do not know the area, besides I have a very busy schedule hence I cannot personally pick up the package. On top of this I am being charged a hefty amount as shipment charges.

                                        It is requested that I receive my package without further delay AT THE CORRECT TIME THAT I HAVE MENTIONED THAT I WILL BE AVAILABLE AT HOME.

                                        I AGREE WITH THIS MATTER .
                                        Blue dart is not providing home delivery instead they providing self pick(by customer) up service.
                                        MY TRACKING AWB:[protected]. An employee of blue dart name Aditya(not very sure with name, sit on right side of counter of blue dart office, exhibition road, patna. ph:[protected] also talk to people very rudely
                                        MY RECOMMENDATION TO ALL TO NOT TO TAKE SERVICE FROM BLUE DART (specially from Patna branch.)
