I was supposed to get a delivery by 28th of may as per the track order of bluedart,inspite of several calls and reminders the product was not delivered
yet and im still not sure how long will this take to get delivered.

I had a lame excuse from them saying the address is incorrect,which doesn't make any sense at all.

I had a courier which was shipped from Hyderabad by ICICI lombard Destination city was Aligarh ( UP). courier no was AWB [protected], which was couriered on 27 dec 11. when i tracked my courier on 30 dec. in was showing ' incorrect add & no local ph. no.' I had immediately contacted the aligarh delivery office of blue dart, where the whow picked up the phone does not know any thing about courier receiving or delivery and said ' abhi to ladke feiled mein hain jab wapas ainge to pata karta hun.I gave him my contact no. next day again I called up their office same guy has picked up the phone again he has given the same answer that ' abhi to ladke feiled mein hain jab wapas ainge to pata karta hun. then i contacted their regional office in delhi customer care executive who picked up my phone had taken my phone no. & promised that it will be delivered soon. After a wait of a day I wrote a mail to their customer care in return i received a mail i again gave him my detail but I has no use they have pathetic communication & service now i see that my courier is sent back to the origin destination. that is really example pathetic service & callas attitude.

Yes you are right, Even i have noticed many times that they dont know how to communicate with customers.

What they do is they update in records that we tried to deliver but no one found that home but actually no one went to home till that day.
They just update their system with false data to show how quick they are to deliver the item.

took 3 days to deliver from delhi to aligarh.
dtdc is much better then them.

I have not received My VISA on time

    I had sent a courier by blue dart on 16/05/2012( from pune to kolkata) but the same has not been delivered till date.Ref no:[protected].Initially they stated that incorrect pin code was mentioned and it will be delivered by 19th or 20th or latest by 21st of may,2012. But the same has not been delivered till date and they are now stating that they are unable to deliver the same as it is out of their location in Kolkata and neither are they ready to refund the charges.
    After calling up customer care number of times they have been diverting me to the various numbers of their branch offices in kolkata where no one picks up the phone or the numbers given are incorrect.
    There is no co-ordination between the offices , from 3 different places I got 3 different answers, some say that it wil be delivered by today and others say it has been returned to Pune and even the status is not updated.

    Please help.

      The credit card send from the HDFC bank and ICICI bank was not deliver to me. I have call the customer care several times but still i didn't receive it.

      I suggest the bank please don't use this courier service. I will appreciate if the deliver the cards by their own, or ask the card person to collect it from the branch.

        I would like to lodging a complain against Blue Dart Courier Services.Exebition Road Patna branch for non delivering the confidential company documents which they are holding since last three days.

        One of Blue Dart executive Mr Mohan continuously harassing to ask me collect the documents from there office but when I went there one of official told there were no documents holding by them and asked me to reconfirm from Mr Mohan.Again I gave a ring to Mr Mohan but all in vain.He told me that the documents is misplaced and ask me to bring the documents from the source again.

        Please suggest what I should do.My Consignment no is.[protected]

            I had an expensive consignment that was supposed to be delivered via Blue Dart that is apparently a good courier company. After shipment, I checked via the tracking on their site and saw that it said "Address Incomplete" even though I had given my complete address including house number, street number, floor, pin code, landmark etc. This is when I have received many packages from them in the past at the same address. The next day it said delivered to "Veer,Dharam" even though there is no Dharam Veer living at my house. They have delivered the important package at the wrong address and are taking too long to now respond to my complaint.

            Parcel — DELIVERY AT WRONG ADDRESS

            Dear Sir,

            Please refer to my letter dated 4.7.2008 addressed to Delhi Office and Meerut office intimating that a parcel despatched under consignment no[protected] on 28.6.2008 at the address given below:

            The same parcel contains the Common Seal of the Company which is to be used in the legal documents to be filed to the Bank. The parcel should reach Meerut on 30th June.But the same was delivered at the wrong address i.e.

            The parcel was lying with them for 4 to 5 days and I received the same after on 3rd July.

            The party has to suffer the loss of Rs 5000/- since the party could not take the loan from the bank and his consignment could not cleared from the custom office delhi.

            You are requested to trace out the case and lodge my complaint and claim of Rs 5000/- may be given to avoid any legal complications.

            Blue Dart Courier — DELIVERY IN WRONG HANDS

            Sir,
            I redeemed my credit card points of Barclay's Bank with the gift voucher of Westside(Rs 500).Sir,As information provided by my Barclay's Credit Card Bank,they had sent that voucher by Blue Dart Courier Service from Chennai by Shipment Number:[protected],dated:23 Feb 2012 to Jabalpur,which was to be delivered to Mr.Amarjit Singh,Plot No:F-9,Swarn Bhumi,Chaggar Farm,Tilhari,Jabalpur,Madhya Pradesh-482020.But instead of delivering the parcel to the above mentioned address,the courier Boy of Blue Dart Courier Service had delivered the parcel to somebody else named Kailash.Sir,When I called to Blue Dart Courier Service,Jabalpur,Madhya Pradesh,no appreciable response received from them.Sir,They conversed in very rough language with me.

            Sir,Therefore I humbly request you to please register my complain and take immediate action towards this misconduct made by Blue Dart Courier Service and suggest them to give me my redemption voucher of Rs500.

            Blue Dart — delivery of parcel to wrong address

            Samsung has sent a shipment of sennheiser headphone as their purchase offer to my address on 02.05.2012 but instead of reaching that parcel to my place blue dart has delivered it to some another address in Howrah on 09.05.2012 .

            The information of the shipment is not mentioned

            I got a messahe that ill recieve it in one hour
            they did not come that day
            next when im calling them they are not at all replying can you give the reply

            I got a call from your delivery boy to receive above courier at my office but anyhow i was not in my office and i asked him to send it to my current residence address but from next I didn't get any call or msg so could you please assist for next course of action because its too much important documents.

They have delivered the important package at the wrong address and are taking too long to now respond to my complaint. Even they are not giving mobile number of receipient.

              Shipment has been missing since 05/05/2012 AWB# - [protected] destined for BCD travel Amdocs (corporate customer)whole day we had been trying to speak with Customer care or Different Blue Dart offices in Pune/Baramati but every time we got different answers from bluedart people.
              Whole Bluedart maharasthra staff could not locate a shipment which contains passport and resulted in Delayed Travel and cancellation of flights.
              please take the responsibility of the loss I have to bear including cancellation of Flight and delay in my business meeting which is directly impacting my Job.
              Today on 07/05/2012 still no body is able to tell me the status of the shipment. And they update the status on their website as "incorrect address mentioned" instead of aceepting their fault that shipment was misplaced by therir own staff.

                Policy document — regarding bad service in Agra zone

                Dear sir,

                This is to bring in your kind notice that we are facing the huge problem regarding service in Agra zone,
                here local office are not providing the regular servise, when we call to your area office to know the delivery status of consignment they did not pick the phone, whenever pick, then reply "call us later"

                  Hi,

                  I sent a parcel from Mumbai to Delhi on April 23 2012 ( Waybill Number : [protected]), it was express delivery and supposed to be delivered by April 24th. When I called up (on 24th only) customer care to follow up they said person is on field and it will reach by EOD. After doing many follow ups, it still didn't reach on April 24th and excuse given on website was 'no one available on given address'.

                  After that I started calling customer care since 9 am in morning on April 25th for follow up and requested them to deliver at least today; I would have called atleast 10 times and everytime I was ensured that it will be delivered today. And because of irresponsible behavior of your team my courier didn't reach on that day as well. And this time, excuse was 'Person on filed could not locate the address',(What a funny excuse, first day he reached there but no one was there, second day, he could not find the address itslef! I know I made a mistake by using the worst courier service in the market but still you could do better!). When I called up customer service desk and asked them to transfer my call to manager it was denied.

                  The next day, I got a call from manager who ensured me again that on priority basis it will be delivered by 11am in morning. In between I had to call customer care to keep track of it. Even after that my courier didn't reach on the address on 26th of April (such a pathetic services! no one knows the value of words and promises being made) and I had to make a request to send it back.

                  Now, during these 5 days, I had to suffer and my family had to suffer, precious time and energy was wasted...and above all my very important stuff could not reach on time and it could have caused a death of a person. In damage against these things, Blue dart has responsibility to compensate me for the same. I would like to claim Rs 10,00,000 against it (as per theircapacity to pay).

They had supplied the material to me via BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD and give me the tracikg id by sms. and expected to received at my postal address at 26 apr 2012,but on 25 apr 2012 when i check the status on blue dart express ltd sites, the status of my consignment is,consignee out of station,which is fake.after that i had so many time talk to customer care executive of courier company.but tiil my goods not received at my home. so, i had bad expericed from online purchased. so do need full in favour of me sir,

                      PATHETIC!!thats all i can say about BAG IT TODAY and BLUE DART.they are PARTNERS IN CRIME!!!I I have purchased a puma track suit f rom BAG IT TODAY,it came after a month,but when i got it i realized the size is abnormal, had asked for 'L' size as i am 5.11 feet tall and 32 waist,But for them "L" SIZE means EXTRAAAAAAAAAAAA LARGE!suitable for some one from WWF!!so i returned the product ask them to send "M" SIZE after series of e mails and phone calls finally they agreed my request and sent the replacement after a long time.but story never end there.they sent the consignment thru BLUE DART.delivery id 1447511.i have booked my consignment in the name of my friend SREEJESH varrier as i am not banglore.i have given his contact no as well,strangely after few days when i did not get my parceli checked with bagit today they said it been delivered allready!!and they give the details also.then i check with blue dart,,i shocked to hear that the parcel has been delivered to some one called VARTAJ( STRANGE NAME RIGHT)without even confirming the name or contact no!! till now i have not received any reply from both of them.GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THESE TYPES OF ONLINE PORTALS!!THEY ARE CHEATERS!!Dsub quality products and worst service

                        I had made a purchase online from the website www.snapdeal.com and my product was to be delivered by BlueDart to my home. The purchase was of Rs. 474/- and I had opted for "Cash on Delivery". The person from BlueDart came to deliver the product to me and I made a payment of Rs. 500/- to that person and he denied to accept that the I had made my payment. He took back my product and also my Rs. 500/-. Please find a solution and either make my money to be returned back or my product to be delivered back to me.

                          Due to lack of co-ordination/knowledge from courier company, my shipment got delayed.

                          I have given address to courier company but till date haven't receive my courier. While I contacted to customer care, she said your address is incorrect/unable to locate. I dont belive this is the reason. If she will try to locate this address on google even, she will get exact location. I have received DNA coupon on same address via speedpost and also receiving other bills on given address. If indian post can reach to this address so how private company can't ?..shocking for me.!!! How one can trust on bluedart reach if your local area knowledge is very poor.
                          Hope you will try to give your service atleast till customer door not only till your branch local office.

                          True! In my case I had 5 shipments to the same address: 3 came through for the other 2 they say that the address is incomplete/incorrect. How is that possible?

                            You are extremly poor and inefficient in delivering important docs. My shipment was returned thrice stating I had refused to accept shipment when I have been trying to get it since March 2012.You are not at all serious and has a very poor customer service system in place.I would never make the mistake of trusting you with any of my courier requirement simply because you dont deliver.

                              I am residing as Dombivali from my birth, in 2010 June to dec, I was out of staion for 6 month. Since then any of my courier booked by Blue Dart Courier is went back & reason mentioned is Change of Address. In actuals the courier boy does not visit in actuals, he just blindly mark the remark & send back the documents. Many times I complent in Blue Dart Dombivali Office, but no body replays. Customer care executive only says that we are helpless. What to do? I realy does not understand. But One thing I definately say that a big name BLUE DART is third calss service provider.

                                  I courier a consignment worth 500 INR to Raipur(Chiroda). Officially they should have told me that the area is not coming under delivery their premises during accepting the consignment. But they take it and later after a week I came to know it cannot be delivered and will come back here in 2 days. But even after 2 weeks the consignment is not here. If this is the kind of service BlueDart is providing than it should be blacklisted. Please nobody use this blood-sucking courier agency. I have lost Rs. 640 in this.

                                    I wanted to send a parcel containing clothes to Chennai(pin code 600026) and i checked Blue dart website and following specifications were mentioned on website.

                                    Service : Surface Line
                                    Origin City : GURGAON
                                    Destination City : CHENNAI
                                    Weight : 10.58 Kgs
                                    Total Shipping Charges : Rs. 231.00

                                    All rates are exclusive of the applicable Fuel Surcharge, Service Tax and Educational Cess and charges for value added features, e.g Demand Draft on Delivery (DOD), Freight on Delivery (FOD), Valuable Cargo Handling Charges (VCHC), Extra Delivery Locations (EDL), Remote Area Surcharge (RAS), Freight on Value (FOV) etc.

                                    the actual weight of my carton was 10kg and 580grams. the dimensions of my box was height 57Cm's*width41Cm's and length was 51Cm's. The customer service was highly pathetic and the customer service representative who answered my call was highly rude and was not even proficient enough to convert this dimensions into feets or inches. as per Blue dart software which the representative told me the weight of my box was supposed to be 45kg and i have to pay for 45kg which came to around 2500/- rs. I told the rep that when you measure weight on weighing scale you do not bifurcate weight into air weight,volume weight and content weight separately. however Blue dart was adamant on their stupid software. I feel Blue Dart Express India Ltd is full of who just believe in testing customers patience and they seriously need Customer Service lessions as they do not have any professionalism in them to listen to what customers have to say or i must say that just to make quick money they ask customers to pay excess weight of 35kg.

                                    When you travel via airlines the cost for excess baggage is Rs 100 to Rs 120 per kg and its more cheaper to take baggage through airlines rather than such STUPID AND IDIOTIC PRICED COURIER COMPANIES WHICH CHARGE YOU EXTRA IN ORDER TO MAKE QUICK BUCKS.

                                    BLUE DART COURIER SERVICES SUCKS AND SO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES...

                                      I made an online purchase from www.Flipkart.com (Order no:OD[protected]) and they have sent it to me through Bluedart Express ltd (Waybill No:[protected]). Now I have got a call from Bluedart Express Ltd Srinagar office saying that the item is ready with them and they are asking me to collect the same from their office. They are supposed to deliver the courier at my door step and I asked them to do it. But they are denying this and repeatedly asking me to collect the item from their office, else they will send it back.
                                      Please help me get the item for which I have payed the money already. My mobile no is [protected].
