I have purchased an item from an online store on[protected] and according to the website, the expected delivery is by[protected] and today its[protected], but, the courier service haven't delivered the shipment. When i used the Blue Dart website to track my shipment, it said it will take 3 days to deliver from Banaglore to Kochi. And when i checked today, it says, late delivery, contact customer service. When i contacted the Kochi customer service, they said, the shipment is not in their office, its in the Vytila office, so, i better contact them to know the details. When i contacted the Vytila office, they were like can you come and collect it from our office or can we deliver it tomorrow. I have never experienced this much irresponsibility with any other courier services. Blue Dart says, its express delivery and actually they are the late delivers and worst service.

Bluedart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now, their site says, incomplete address, all other courier service has been delivered in the correct time with the same address, why Blue Dart can’t do that.
Finally i received this shipment after 7 days. It should be delivered in 3 days, they took extra 4 days.

    I have been waiting for a courier to come & on[protected] staff from Bluedart office calls me & say that I have a courier & he wanted couple of details regarding address. I have given him exact address. I was waiting for the whole day & called him 10 times atleast. He did not even pick my call once. Now when I am checking the status of courier in bluedart website, status is courier not delivered because address is not complete. How can address not be complete ? This is 2nd time happening to me in last 1 month from bluedart. There service is hopeless in its industry. People does not even care to deliver courier & they are simply making money by accepting courier & sending it back to consigner. I am planning to log a complaint in consumer court regarding this issue. I have all evidence to prove that Bluedart is not serving properly. Person who called has this contact number ---- [protected]

      My parcel has not been delivered so far. It suppose to delivered on yesterday. But no response from your executive. Your executive mobile no always switched off ([protected]) and both land line no's (Customer Service[protected]/1287) are not working.         r u Bluedart guys really do service or Govt office... It's second time . u people didn't deliver my parcel... Why can't u people call my Mobile no, I could reach yr office to collect. But simply again rejected with " No extn Number, Branch details" .. Should All working people require extn Number? All have contact details updated.. if you reach our receptionist, they can reach us very easily? But I hope this branch has some problem with My Company?Rejecting all couriers... I will make 100 people not to use Bluedart... That's only I can do... I can more.. but I don't have time to revenge...

        same has also happened to me twice...thay just don't call on mobile...they come and go without delivering the package and that too without contacting...worst service...

          Not satisfied with the service. I ordered a mobile from flipkart.com. it reached from delhi to namakkal hub in a day. the courier guy called me and asked my address and landmarks clearly. he said that the shipment will be delivered in 45 minutes to my location. after about 2 hours i called him back and he said that the the shipment has been taken for delivery from the office and i will surely get it in 30 minutes. after another hour i tracked the shipment through the website and it showed the status "OUT OF DELIVERY AREA" !!! I was shocked and confused. I called him again asked about this. he said that the delivery guy came to my location and he didn't know my location!!! He could have just called me ad asked...So he took the shipment back to the office. He asked me to come to his office and get it or else it will be delivered on Monday. He was so rude on the phone. when i went to the office and asked him about this, he did not bother to answer me. i kept on asking questions for about 10 minutes and i did not even get a single reply. i felt that i had lost my self respect. if i could go buy a product from a retail store then why would i buy it online with CASH ON DELIVERY???? I HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES THRICE FROM BLUEDART FOR THE """SAME REASON"""""

            I have purchased a saree from Yebhi.com which was sent through Bluedart on 11th Sept vide no-AWB No.[protected], but yet to receipt the same at Siligudi, Status is showing that no one was there in the adress which was totally an absurd, again a delivery boy of Siligudi branch went to the adress on 13th Sept. empty handed & told that he has forgot to take the stock with him & will be delivered the same by the next day. But still the Saree has not delivered, Please let me know the status 7 what action should i take against you people.

              It Was Committed from Mumbai BlueDart on 21st Sept 2013 that the package will be sent on 23rd Sept 2013 maximum it will take 3 days . Till Now It has not reached . I called up Kolkata BlueDart they are telling Mumbai Branch has given wrong info and it takes 5 days to reach kolkata. If that be the case I would have opted a Express Services. I have faced a massive loss for the same .Its painful to believe we cant even trust companies like BlueDart who says about commitment and play with our future.                 BLUE DART SERVICES ARE WORST We forward several mails and tried calling to so called senior officials of Blue Dart Team, but no reply They lost the packet 3 time in last 2 month. This time parcel value is Rs 1000, We have their receipt , their tracking number, but they lost the parcel, or someone take the commodity from inside, i dont know. First time they said sorry, 2nd time eBay is taking charge of it, 3rd time, again packet lost. Now they are not even responding the emails and i dont know to whom the responsible person to contact.                       Bluedart service did not deliver my credit card with awb no [protected]. The consignment deliveres to show identifications. For it I waited till 1:30 pm for almost three consecutive days after receiving sms for delivery from standard chartered bank. The delivery boy did came on the first day (22nd Aug 2013) but after 5:00 pm and my wife did not had the identification that day, thus she asked him to come next day earlier. He simply refused to come early the next day. Anyway I waited the next two days till 1:30 pm then given my identifications to my wife and gone to office. Now my identifications remains with my wife at home but still awaiting for the consignment. Can you help? Thanks and regards Manish

                        Bluedart Courier Services had/has launched a Rakhi Special service, whereby as claimed by their organization website the packet would be delivered within 48 hrs. I wanted to send the same on behalf of my wife to her brother.Waybill No. - [protected] The shipment was from Gurgaon to Bhilai. The date of pick up of packet was Aug 16th. As confirmed by their call centre and by the person collecting the packet, the packet will reach the recepient by 19th AUgust. Given this assurance, i handed the packet on 16th Aug. with correct and detailed address and pincode. I checked the website on Aug 19th and found the status shown as "Shipment Redirected". Seemed suspicious, I called up the call centre only to find out to my horror - The packet was sent to Bilaspur and NOT Bhilai. Raakhi being such an occassion, this was more like playing with emotions of people. The call centre people told me that "I would have mentioned incorrect PINCODE". I told them and gave them the correct Pin code. This is when they agreed that the Mistake was at their end. When a company accepts its mistake, I expected it to take exceptions and expedite the delivery against normal procedure. Ms. Anu and Ms gauri from Bluedart were ones with whom I was interacting from Bluedart and they did not nothing except sympathize with my situation. there was no exception taken to expedite the delivery of packet. As i write this mail on 20th Aug, the packet is still not rchd the destination and last assurance given was that the packet will reach the destination on 20th by 6.30 in evening. The whole purpose of sending the raakhi is defeated and it has put me in such an embarassing position. The company has only been bureaucratic in its handling of this goof-up, even after accepting its mistake. Again and again, there has been loop only. The packet was to go as per normal course -: Gurgaon -Raipur-Bhilai. Instead, they have done the following: Gurgaon-Raipur-Bilaspur-Raipur-Bhilai. Even when the company accepted its mistake of Destination 3, it could have not been bureaucratic and fixed on procedures. it could have taken exception of avoiding Destination 4 which is repetition of Dest 2. But again this is where they goofed up. main issue of mishandling - Bhilai and Bilaspur are 2 different sounding and spelt cities (though in same state), Pin code was correctly mentioned. How could the people at Courier company ignored basic and common sense of spelling of cities, even if pin code was ignored by them (giving them benefit of doubt, even when i dont want to) How do i get compensated for this mis-handling and for gross negligence and bureaucratic company? I would like to see that the company is taken to task for this.

                        RE: Non receipt of payment for parcel sent on DOD basis. Docket no. [protected] dated 5th August 2013

                        BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD

                        Dear Sir,

                        We have booked a parcel on 5th August 2013 as stated above in subject line for DOD Rs. 37, 365/- and on FOD basis. On[protected], we are given a post-dated[protected] cheque instead of a demand draft for Value Rs. 37, 365/- . We have objected to this because we have asked for a DD as mentioned on the docket. See copy of the docket and our invoice attached. We had also observed that party had stamped (round type) on the signature making is totally illegible. We immediately returned the same, asking your person to pay us through a demand draft as per commitment as the parcel is booked on this terms only. We also sensed something fishy due to its post-dated nature and stamp on the signature, which is not allowed as per banking system. If signature is not legible, than how can a bank pass that cheque. Your person assured us that it will be issued as the mistake is done by your delivery man at Indore and it is his responsibility to get it converted to a demand draft and it may take a week time for the payment.

                        Now situation is that considerable time has passed and we are chasing from piller to post. We have been in contact with your Delhi office and Indore office but nothing comes out. Your Indore office person has told me that they can`t do anything better and advised us to lodge a legal case against the party. Is that the way Blue Dart works. When you book a parcel to deliver it against DOD than you act as a bank and how can a high valued item is handed over to the party on such a defective instrument. This means your delivery person has shown lot of confidence on the party and accepted such instrument. Your Indore office now informed us that party at Indore is claiming bluntly that they have also made the stop payment of that cheque giving various reasons on us. Our point is what-so-ever may be the reason, this mistake is done by BlueDart and you should be responsible to pay us claimed sum. We should not chase your persons every day.

                        From our point of view it shall be entirely your responsibility to pay us on time when you have delivered the parcel to the party. Whether it is a DD paid by them or from the account of Blue Dart Express Limited.

                        We request you to please look into the matter on priorty basis and get us paid without further lose of time.

                          my self is DEOBRAT, studying in SOE-CUSAT. I got a parcel from my home town which was shipped by blue dart expess limitted ,
                          whose shipping no is [protected] on 13/08/2013 and I got it on 17/08/2013. In parcel it contains my medicine of 10 straps capsule
                          which was totally damaged, all aluminiun foil was removed over the capsule. It seems some one pressed it very hardly, now it was not
                          of my use. When I talk to that employee who deliverd me that parcel..he refused it
                          please take the required action against the blue dart.........

                            Respected Jury of Consumer complaint Office,

                            I have send a parcel from raebareli to pune through blue dart. I have given it on 12 aug 2013 . I have been told that my parcel will be delivered by 17 aug 2013. And its not been tracked through tracking number and then i confirmed with the blue dart raebareli,uttar pradesh,229001 office they didnt said the parcel is in transit. Again i confirmed that it is not been tracked what the issue. They replied harshly and said it is still there and haven't been transit yet. Before i could say anything they cut the call and are not been receiving it.
                            Its by humble request please look forward this complain.

                              This is to inform you that we have given a parcel to your company on 14/8/13 for silvassa delivery and was assured by your company that it will be delivered on 16/8/13 by 6pm.We checked with our client and the courier was not delivered.we called up several times to your executive simran on 16th August and she assured that it will reach by 7pm...my client waited till 10.30 pm for the parcel and was still not reached.

                              Today 17/8/13 11.45am we again checked with my client & still parcel was not delivered.

                              As we are paying premium for the parcel 310/- against the normal local courier which charge 40/-

                              This is what we never expected that the company like BLUE DART has such a Bad service and not able to give the service what you promise at the time of pick up.

                              My docket no is [protected] dated14/8/13 20.30pm.

                              Kindly revert and we expect the refund of our parcel.

                                We sent a courier by blue dart courier service on 10/08/2013. It seems to delivered on Monday by today positively but it'll not. This parcel is on urgent basis but you took it very lightly. We don't know any thing we want our money back. Its very shameful that you are too much irresponsible person. I called up so many times in Bangalore blue dart office and they told us that your parcel delivered by today positively but still the receiver not received the parcel. We want results and money also because its not our mistake.

                                We are not happy which service provided by you. Reply me very soon. I want results in our favor.

                                Blue Dart — DELAY

                                I despatched a courier through BLUE DART from calcutta to Pune on 29 Dec 2010. It was something urgently required by 30 Dec night. I was assured at the booking office at calcutta that it will be delivered to the addressee at Pune by 11am on 30 Dec. Shipment number[protected]. The courier did reach the Blue Dart agency at Pune well in time on 30 December. But on checking up at 3 pm on 30 Dec, I was told that there was some wrong routing at Pune and so it can only be delivered on 31 Dec. I spoke with the agent at pune who was holding the courier, the Blue Dart Mumbai office as well as their calcutta office. Without exception, they were all indifferent to my request. I would suggest to anyone who reads this post to avoid using the sub standard services of Blue Dart courier service.

                                I was applied for PAN Card for 3 or 4 times. Everytime If Income tax dept. send us pan card through Blue Dart courier. They are not informing them that they dont have services in Burail village (Sector 45 B). And they are not informing us through phone call or any other service that we can receive our products. I Had called in their customer service. but they are using bad language with us. after that they send back our packs to Mumbai return.I am very tired from them.....Plz Take an quick action as possible as soon

                                  I regret to inform you that the recent delivery of a coffee-mug,sent by the Indiblogger team via Blue Dart Services is damaged.When received,I found it broken into four pieces and before we could react,the delivery man,had gone.

                                    Hi all,

                                    This is an ongoing issue with Bluedart. This is again a different issue.

                                    The AWB # [protected] (My bank Credit Card, anyways which is very confidential.)

                                    The first day when my courier was out for delivery I got a text that no one was at the house and then at the very next day I got a call from the Bluedart branch that whether they should deliver the package or not and I replied yes and then the same day they failed to deliver the package. Moreover the next day again I have to contact them and ask for the delivery. Luckily the delivery guy reached my door but didn't deliver the package, saying the address has mismatched (saying that it's not my flat). Where the address was being updated by my bank and they were saying that the flat # is not matching. Where I have my phone # mentioned on the address and the and my complete name. I am not getting a sense how that is possible and how they could decide what is my flat # and they returned my package. Where I have my PAN card and my contact details on the package (atleast they could have verified the ID's, if they wanted they could have also verified the address proof).Is that what for a simple mismatch of the address (Which is not, even where I was available). FYI my address is what is mentioned on the package.

                                    Then I have written an email to the manager named Rohit Bobal complaining the above matter. Good to say that, I got a positive reply that I should get the delivery the very next day and the issue will be taken care of and which I didn't. The manager least bothered to follow up the issue.Then again after 7 days when my package was delivered back to my bank. I have written an email to the same manager with an aggravation (No profanity used). The manager called me on the same day and the end result what I found was they believe their delivery boy's but not their customer's. The only thing I have ever learned is Blue Dart delivers the packet only on a verbal consent of neighbors and people around my building (No matter whether they are insolvent or mentally retard). If the neighbor recognizes someone among the road side romeo as the consignor the deliver boy may hand over the packet to them (So people please be alerted). On the high note they behaved like doesn't matter if the customer is satisfied.

                                    I am getting no where with this. Please resolve or let me know what should I do. I don't want to get insulted and feel embarrassed speaking to the Blue dart. Because they said upfront speak to the bank we can't do anything for you.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have applied for a new ATM card and the bank people said for processing it will take 7 days to reach our addr thru courier.the delivery person reached my office, and he is not having enough patience to wait for even 2 to 3mins and left our office. still i didn't receive my card..

                                      I have made a purchase through SnapDeal Online ordering site. That product was assigned to deliver to me via BlueDart courier on or after 2nd August,2013. But I have not got the delivery till 7th August'2013. So I have communicated with BlueDart customer service and quieried the same with ref of the waybill number. On 7th August evening I have got a call from BlueDart delivery center for the delivery and the person told me that it will be delivered to me on 8th August'2013 morning. But still I have not got the same. I have again calld the person and asked for the status. Then he replied me the delivery boy is on the way and the delivery will be made on a short while. But I have waited 2 hrs and could not find anything. then I have tried the same number but it was switched off. After that I have again communicated with the customer executive for the status and he said it will be delivered on 9th August'2013. Now I have decided that I'll not accept the order. I want proper resolution for the same and compensation upon the service delay.

                                      i ordered reliance data card through onlindeal.com they are saying with in 7 days the or deliver but after 15 day it is not yet deliver at the same time there is no conformation mail or sms of your purchese at the same time there is not proper call center if you call the will cut your call .pooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooor response.i recommant you to dont buy even 1 rupee in online deal.worst i never seen before like this

                                      Courier sevices, did not reached til

                                      The courier send by you in blue dart courier sevices, did not reached till me and they have marked it delivered. It was so ambarassing to find their office. So please do take some action against the same.

                                        C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address

                                        It is really strange....
                                        waybill [protected] Reference No : 027 - [protected]
                                        the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response.....what should I do?...
