Pathetic service and no transparency cum poor customer service by Blue Dart Service LTD

Following are the docat no and pick up date from New Delhi which is pre-alerted on a high priority basis
So, that it reach to our PUNE Client Armed Force Medical College urgently, but, even after 4- days there have been no response.

1. 6.3.2013 blue dart docat no. [protected]

2. 7.3.2013 which was pre-alerted blue dart docat no.[protected]

More over there Pune Based Operation no.[protected] /[protected] is not reachable, and if the call is getting connected no one pick up the call. I am lying on no mans land where I am not getting what to do, no one is resolving my query and if the document not reach on time we will loss the order.

Kindly, Take Some serious action and ask them for what service they are charging so high and why there is no transparency in customer query feedback?

My name is KAYARUNNESA KRISHNAPURA, i had applied passport file no M02557708 on 26/12/08 and i had completed my police verfication i had submited all the concern documents but still now i didnt get my pasport. plz sir try to solve my problem.As verified with the police authorities in both the places, the verification report has already been sent by them to the passport authorities, Bangalore. But, when inquiring with the Passport Office, Bangalore, they are saying that they have yet received the police verification report and the file is further processing. As I need the passport urgently to travel with my husband who I would like to request to kindly let me know some way to get any update regarding my passport status so that I can follow up regarding the same with the authorities if needed.pls

Blue Dart — Delay in delivery & no proper response

Hi i did not receive my credit card yet. It has to be delivered to me on 09-10-10.
I called the customer care no but no proper response from them. Please take some severe steps regarding this.

Blue Dart — Delay in delivery and response

Airway Bill No [protected] dated 13 Oct 2010.

Consignment was tracked to have been received at Noida office on 14 Oct 10 from HDFC bank, Mumbai in the name of the undersigned. Despite continuous reminders since today morning (3 reminders on record) , no action has been taken to deliver the consignment so far.

Extremely poor service and total unconcern for personal reminders by senior defence officers (Rank General)

Request someone at appropriate level to contact the undersigned at [protected].

These people are a inefficient lot, they dont deliver on time, customer service is pathetic, it is not 24 hours and claiming to be one of the top courier companies, they dont deliver or work on sunday, what elso proof one needs that they are "sarkari" and words like urgency, efficieny, prompt service are not in their dictionary.

EXPRESS IT LTD. — POOR SERVICE

SBI Credit Card not delivered even after 2 months
Hi,

I am Raju, I received message to my cell as - "Your SBI Card has been dispatched through EXRESS IT LTD with Ref no SB [protected]. You will receive the same within 7 working days." but even after 2 months it has not been delevered. I raised complaint against the same to SBI people.

When i asked the SBI Card people they said they will send it and now 8 days back they again sent a message but till now i have not received.

I enquired EXPRESS IT LTD courier service, but their reply is very irresponsible. I have phoned more than 10 times but they are only unnecessarily aurguing and telling lame excuses.

Although SBI people have received so many such complaints on EXPRESS IT LDT courier, still SBI is going for that courier service.

THE BLUE DART IS TOTAL USELESS AND HARMING PEOPLES CONCERN AND WEALTH.

SHOULD BE BANNED FROM CHARGING 10 TIMES OR CONTINUE THEIR SERVICE.

I have been using other local companies for more than 2 years and never faced any problem or late delivery. They even charge 10% of BLUE DART and reliable as well.

GOVERMENT SHOULD BAN COMPANIES LIKE THIS IN FIRST PLACE.

    Hello,

    HDFC Credit card has been dispatched to me on 26th-feb-2013 through BLUE DART Express Pvt Ltd.Today is Mar2nd-2013.Still i didn't receive the card. When i contacted the customer care of BLUE DART Express Pvt Ltd regarding this ,they said they contacted me 3 times.The thing is still now i didn't receive any call from them.Without contacting me they returned the card.First they have to come and check in the address that we given, at least they have recheck with the alternate address.Without going to both the address they simply redirect the courier.Its completely disappointed me.This is the second time i am facing the issue with this BLUE DART Courier Service.Please take action immediately so that lot more people get benefit by receiving their letter/courier on time.

    NOTE TO:All the bank , please don't send anything through BLUE DART Courier.

      Office executives behavior is not good with the customers and customer requirements are not receiving properly. they are behaving like a higher executives and the customer is like his assistant.

        i have placed a order for 2 pairs of shoe.order no:1414870 yepme, brand of blue dart shoe one is light brown and other one is brown code no's are 1st one is 11900,2nd one 11898.
        on behalf off placing order till today i have not received,in between i received a call from corrier that particular day i was in the station,i told him to go to given adress he will receive the parcel,he is ordering that should come and collect frm our corriar other wise we sent back the same adress.

        i have some question for yepme
        1.why yepme taking orders from customer if you not capable ?
        2.why dont you choose for worthy transport.?
        3.why yepme waisting our time.?
        4.why are showing a add in our facebook ?
        5.i have waist my time and patiants since many days for waiting to receive the placed order.?
        6.directly and indirectly are cheeting to the customer?
        i hope management can understand and cosider other wise i will go to consumer forearm on behalf off waisting my time .

          I have lost count on number of times i have contacted blue dart regarding my shipment delivery . I have used their international services and i regret why i wasted my time and money . It was such a simple thing to do . Just deliver it to the specified address . I have sent my courier on 24th jan from hyd to NSW, australia and way bill is [protected] and the courier hasnt reached yet. Blue dart assured me that the courier would reach within 3 business, so that would mean 29th of jan ( as sat and sunday wer in between).When i check for the status of the courier on 29th , the status comes up as " Address incomplete , please contact customer care" . i have the copy of the address which i have given and it is complete . Then , I call the customer care in hyderabad. They asked me to send in the address again and this time they assured me that the courier would reach its destination by 1st of feb. And guess what status comes up on 1st of feb ? " Shipment detained contact customer care" . ( this status has been the same since then) So yet again I contacted them and this time a lady says the concerned person would get back to me shortly . Its been 3 days and still there is no one who contacted me. .Seriously what the hell is wrong with you blue dart?. I spend around 3000 rupees to send the courier . That amount is just a tiny loss when compared to loss i would incurred hadnt i used alternate sources for getting things done .Thank god i did not wait for the courier to reach there.The courier contains DD issued in the name o[censored]niversity for hostel accommodation application fee. I expected it to reach by 30th so that my hostel accommodation would be safe.(as accommodations are almost over). As the courier hadnt even reached by 2nd of feb , i decided to pay my univeristy accommodation application fee through a debit card of my friend's. I almost lost my accommodation because of negligence on the part of blue dart.I have checked their face book page too and there are so many of them who suffer with blue dart's services despite paying premium prices for fast delivery . As i have done the payment through debit card later for my accommodation, the DD which i issued in the univeristy name is of no use now . So i lost around 3600 rupees on the DD ( 60 aus dollars) plus another 3000 rupees for the courier.I also do not understand how such a reputed company is so non-nonchalant regarding its customers.I demand my total refund including the DD cost of 60 aus dollars as I do not want to incur this losses due to Blue Dart's Pathetic services . I urge people to think twice before taking blue dart's services as i do not want you all to face the same.

          Blue Dart — Pathetic service provider

          Hi,

          I am mohit shipped one URGENT shipment bearing AWB#[protected] from
          NOida to Mathura on Friday 10/23/09 morning keeping in mind as it will
          be deliver to destination on Saturday 10/24/09 EOD without fail, for
          that only I choose BD as they are the pioneer in this area.We waited
          for that shipment to get deliver on friday till 18:00 Hrs.After six I
          checked the status on website,system said it is in Transit.I called
          Customer Care guys, i got the response from them that Flight got
          delayed thats why they were not able to deliver that shipment today, we
          will deliver on Monday.World's most Illiterate people are sitting on
          Customer Care of BD to impart wrong infornmation to their customers( Airport in mathura) .I
          went to Noida BD office they told me their Vechicle which was suppose to
          take that shipment from noida caught by Cops at DND flyover thats why
          shipment was not delivered,I checked BD System from their i got to know
          Shipment was dispatched from New delhi Hub at 6:40 Am on
          Saturday,with that information i made my mind to contact Mathura BD
          office. Till that time everybody has given their own excuses. I called
          BD mathura office and got to know they have received that shipment at
          12:00 but they dont have any assistance who can deliver that Shipment
          to consignee and assured me we will deliver on Monday.I asked him to
          give me any contact address so that we will collect it form you
          personally as it is very urgent shipment.We collected the shipment from
          him at 20:00 Hrs on Saturday.I asked Compensation for all Inconvenience
          caused by Blue Dart but they refused and ensured me that same incident will not happen again in future.If i am paying enough amount and awailing world
          class Logistic service, if they fail to deliver that service they should
          be penalised.

          Individual — Delay of shipment- Still not delivered

          My waybill no is 82131866. It has been booked on 13th March from Delhi and destination was Ghaziabad. Now today is 18th March and consignment is still not delivered. When I asked to support team for delay, customer executive disconnect the phone. Following are the status I have seen the status on the website of Safexpress. It is showing received on 15th Match on Ghaziabad hub but not delivered yet. Thanks, Vijay

            I have done an online purchase thru Snapdeal a Vaccum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes.It was shipped on Jan 3rd 2013 and was supposed to reach me on or before Jan 3rd.After the due date when I call up Blue Dart Office at Kalyan Nagar-Bangalore who is supposed to deliver us the goods nobody picks up the call from the land line no[protected].When contacted a Blue dart executive who came to deliver covers at my office he gave me another mobile no supposed to be the concerned person in Blue Dart Kalyan Nager Branch,the no is [protected].Apart fro land line I was calling up on this mobile for the past 1 week,but no response.Today when I checked with Snap deal and Customer Care of Blue Dart,I was told that status is updated as Customer Out of station when I was very well at home,nobody from Blue Dart called me nor visited my apartment as I had informed my security about the same.Blue Dart had visited my house to deliver smaller parcels and covers but not this item.How can they update status without even contacting me nor visiting my residence.Pls look into the matter and help me resolve the issue.

              I have ordered Imitation Jewellery (Order No[protected] from Homeshop 18 on 29-december -2012
              On 01-Jan- 2012, i received a call from Blue dart[protected] around 3.14 pm asking whether i had ordered any stuff, i said yes and enquried when would i receive the consignment..i was being told that i would receive the consignment in one hours time. i waited the whole day..did not receive the consignment..

              I tried calling the blue dart office the next day..nobody answered the call...later i checked with homeshop 18..and got the airway bill no..checked in the blue dart websited..i mentioned.."consigment returned to the shipper".

              i called up the mumbai blue dart office and they said since nobody was there..the consigment has been returned...how can that be possible when i was at home the entire day and nobody came to deliver..

              I have wedding ceremony at home tommorow and this is whr i stand helpless..

                complaint against awb # [protected] - despatched dated is 21/12/2012 but still (24/12/2012 at 5:20pm) I not receive docs.

                I already called up to your customercare 66111234 and spek with ms. Deepika, but she dosnot responding properly. Why not attemp for delivery.

                Today 4 days gone but still no body contact me for delivery. Very very bad service of bluedart courier faridabad-haryana. Bue dart customercare person please look into matter.

                  Hi, This it regarding courier delivery issue. A Bank issued me a credit card after verified my home address and sent through Blue Dart couries. But when I spoke to Blue Dard customer care, I got a response that the courier boy already visited but due to incomplete address he unable to deliver it. Even the courier boy also visited to my office address but unable to find me as customer care agent Kritika said from Blue Dart.

                  My question is:
                  1) How does a home address is wrong as already a bank executive visited to my home and verified the address and my all details?
                  2) Why a courier boy visited to my office address when I already informed that I will be not available in office after 07:30:00 PM [IST]?
                  3) Why can't a courier boy called me on my cell phone number provided to Blue Dart if he is unable to reach to me?
                  4) When I spoke to customer care agent Kritika that can I pick up my courier from Blue Dart Office [located at Juhu Tara Road, ZSantacruz (W)], she replied that the company [Blue Dart] does not allow to do so?
                  5) Do I need to followup on every hour that where is my shipment?
                  6) Even when I called to Blue Dart Office landline they are just disconnecting the phone call.

                  ***** This is a really very worst service I ever had by courier company, as there is India Post which delivers many of the couriers to my home address whereas a Blue Dart can't deliver a Single nce.

                  I think Blue Dart agents works like a ROBOT, which can't think by it's own and do whatever commands passed to it. Just follow and if not meet condition reject the request.

                  Does Blue Dart trained it's agents to work like ROBOT.

                      I have sent DOX express delivery to GOA on 29th November 2012 but today its 4th December 2012 and its still not been delivered to the address. I spoke with customer service and they are saying that is that okay if we deliver it on 5th December 2012 ? What is this ? If you can not deliver post on time why they charge more than 300 Rs for express courier for Goa from Pune.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Blue dart attempted delivery of courier on 20/11,since the premises was locked the delivery man returned however same day evening i made a request on bluedart call centre around 6pm to delivery the Bank card on 21/11 and the slot they provided was between 3pm to 6pm. Since the Bank card was important to me I kept leave for half day in office just to collect this card.
                        To my surprise when i reached home security guard told me blue dart courier had come around 1:30pm and since i was not there he left.
                        I immediately called up customer care(3:05pm) and told them about the importance of the card.Customer Care told me they will get card delivered before 6pm. Between 3pm and 6pm i made 3-4 calls and all the time customer care assured me that card will be delivered by 6pm.
                        Around 7pm i called up customer car of Blue dart again but to my surpise they told everyone has left from Nehru Place Branch and will deliver it tomorrow morning between 9 am to 12pm which means effectively i will have to take half day leave again.
                        Since i have to collect the card so i am keeping leave for half day tomorrow but i would request to be compensated for the salary of 2 half day leaves.

                          I bought the blue dart courier service to deliver a consignment on 13/11/12 with the reference number 20021415. The company offered that the consignment would take 48 hours to deliver but till now as of 21/11/12, I have not yet received the consignment. On 19/11/12 i received a call from this number([protected]) supposedly to be from Blue dart office to let me know that the consignment has arrived. I waited for two days at home but no sign of the parcel. When i called back to the same number to check it out they never even bother to answer the call. it is very frustrating.

                            I want to register complaint regarding threatening given by blue dart courier delivery boy on the refusal for giving bribe. My blue dart courier reference no. is EV[protected], I was suppose to receive an add on card from SBI but when I refused to give the bribe to delivery person he didn’t handed me my card and threatened me for the same. I have already complained regarding this to blue dart but I request you to consider my situation and take action from your end to. I also want to beware peoples who are thinking to use blue dart courier service.

                              I am Deepak from Jammu I have sent a parcel with Blue Dart courier to Pune. The tracking number is [protected] and the date it was sent from jammu Office is on10/11/12 and it contained Barbie Doll which was sent on occasion of Diwali. The consignment comprised of Barbie Doll valued at Rs.950. My Wife also happened to pay Rs.500 for the goods to be delivered. The total cost sums up to Rs.1450.

                              Blue Dart Couriers, Thrissur is the absolute worse delivery service I know of. Twice they had delayed for more than a week my delivery after the shipment had already reached Thrissur. Now they have sent back a shipment citing wrong address, while I know for a fact that the address given to the sender was absolutely correct. They never answer their phones and never answer on-line complaints. This situation needs to be remedied.

                                Blue dart courier Kollam office has delivered consignments to my address with pincode no 691014 about 20 times in the last one year. Now they are extremely reluctant to deliver the stuff and started threatening to return it to the place of origin if I fail to collect it from their office. I want to know whether 691014 is with in the service area of Kollam Blue dart. If it is not why have they delivered it 20 times?. If it is not a delivery area Blue dart should send standing instruction to all their booking offices through out the nation not to collect any item for delivery to 691014. This would be better than booking the item and transporting it to Kollam office and behaving rudely with the customer and finally returning it to origin. What do they achieve from this? is not this non productive and results in mere wastage of time and energy?.Does Blue dart have any advantage in returning the stuff back to its origin accepting to deliver it by collecting cash from the consumer?

                                    I purchased an item online on 13-Sep-2012 and it was shipped on 17-Sep-2012. As Blue Dart promises, it was supposed to reach me in 2 days. I did not even get a phone call from The Blue Dart office(Adyar, Chennai) that my packet has reached. It was through the shopping website that I saw the status of my item. I saw the status in Blue Dart website as "Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed". Even then, I did not get even a single call or message from the them till 22-Sep-2012, ie., the 6th day after the shipment. I was so frustrated by then and made a call to the regional customer service number. The guy who answered told me that the re-delivery of the item has been scheduled for the same day, and so I could expect it any moment at my doorstep. When I asked if the delivery boy will give me a call, he replied "We don't provide that service as the delivery boys are not provided mobile phones by office; and if you still want to fix an appointment with us, it will take a few more days". I could not wait for more days, so I told I will rather wait for the delivery that day. The whole day I was at home but nobody from Blue Dart turned up there. From this, I can make out that the delivery was in fact not at all attempted. Then I could contact their customer care only on 24-Sep-2012, the previous day being a Sunday. On 24th, when I called, the same guy picked up my call and told me "it will be delivered very soon. Please be patient and don't be in a mess". What an etiquette! Not even a sorry for being this late or a proper answer. The next day morning when I called, I explained to the girl who picked the call that it was said to be re-delivered on 22-Sep. She was like "who gave you this information?". Then she told me that they will deliver it that day after noon. And that being a working day, I had to go to office and could not stay back at home for this. All she said was "It will be delivered today. We can't fix an appointment. Or either you come and pick it up at our place". I have bought so many things online, but this is the first time something is being delivered through Blue Dart, and I had such a frustrating experience that I don't even feel like buying from that website fearing that they will send it through Blue Dart again.
