Blue dart service is very bad,Mr Satyaranjan raha ([protected]) the employ at blue dart office at kolkata airport don't know how to talk with the customer, his attitude id very bad and he is threatening to us that from the next time the material will be missing, he is misguiding the customers. and the customer care of blue dart is also very bad they don't have any details of consignments.

    Dear sir,

    I wish to highlight the high handed attitude and rude behaviour of BLUE DART delivery staff. This person when shown an ARMY IDENTITY CARD issued by the ARMY AUTHORITIES refused to accept it as a proof or evidence. He categorically stated that he will not accept this as proof of identity.

    What more insult can one heap on the ARMED FORCES AND THE ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL. This is what BLUE DART AS AN ORGANIZATION IS IMBIBING IN THEIR STAFF.

    THIS IS GROSS INSULT AND A BLOT ON THE ARMED FORCES. The Identity card of the Armed Forces apart from being a identity proof not only grants admission to various Government and other sensitive Military establishment but is universally acceptable as a proof by all institutions like Banks, Government Agencies etc.

    I am pained by conduct of BLUE DART executives. This attitude has been repeated many times.You may like to look into it. Awaiting your response.

    Please inform all your executives and staff to instruct all that identity cards issued by Army Authorities must be accepted as a proof of Identity of the person.

      Dear Sir,

      This with reference to above PAN card, I am to submit that, my pan card has not been delivered to my home address by Blue Dart.

      Kindly note, you have dispatched my PAN Card to my home address by Blue Dart Courier via way bill No. [protected]. The Blue Dart has not be able to deliver the same to the said address making accuse that none of person was available to collect the PAN Card.

      Please be informed, I have checked the status for delivery of PAN CARD on www.bluedart.com against Way Bill No. [protected]. Status is shown as "Returned to back to Income Tax Pan Services Unit since none of my family members was available at the said address. This status is totally wrong since none from Blue Dart Courier has not come to the said address. My wife a home worker and three children are all time available at home.

      Kindly note, several times, I tried to contact Blue Dar customer care at [protected]/52/53/54

      but failed as even after dialing all required numbers -no response comes --. The same message is coming again & again. This is just irritating and befooling the customer...Universal number means it must connect immediately to resolve the problem...but it is not so.... I understand once you are grown up as big company, never pay attention to customers only try to make strategy to earn money from the customers.

      We as a layman do not have time to file writ petition or spare time for such things but depend on you only...


      You are therefore requested to look into the matter and send the PAN CARD most urgently to my office address as below:

      PAN Card not delivered — PAN card not delivered at home

      I have applied for new PAN Card in name of Laxmi for my mother.
      I havenot recive my pan card .It has been issued and dispathced on 30 March 2012 by first flight courier service with bill no ZB2881191.
      The courier service person has called me to know the exact location of my house. but they have not turned up till now.
      They asked to collect it from their office, which i refused.
      It has been more then a month they have called me and did not turn up.
      My mother PAN card no is AIRPL6545N.
      Please do some thing to make these person to work.

        I had to receive a consignment vide airway bill no 135...11485.The delivery man insisted on putting a telephone number on the signing receipt which I refused and he refused to give the parcel. I would like to know why is it essential or mandatory to give a mobile number on receipt when the consignee is personally signing the receipt at the address given. This is high handedness on part of Blue dart and i wish to draw the attention to it.

          Mr Manish,at Rourkela Branch is an absolute Wanker and waste of space. He is unprofessional guy who switches off his mobile and spends most of his time taking siesta. Time and time again he has been unprofessional and has shown lack of leadership in handling the team. And he tries hard to cover this up by placing blame on customers. This was raised to the Kolkatta branch and they are looking into the matter. In order to save time and money please avoid any dealings with BlueDart Courier Rourkela Branch.

            This is the worst courier copany. I happen to catch these thugs lying. I was expecting courier from AVIVA life and had the WayBill number. When I first checked for delivery they said no one was available at home to collect, hence returned. On the next scheduled delivery day when I checked, the recorded message said they could not locate the address. I rescheduled on a Saturday and stayed at home whole day. Did not even go out for 5 min. I had been calling CS to find out the status. Till 5:40PM they said the package was out for delivery. Next at 7:00Pm when I checked they said there were no recipient at home to receive. They don't even bother to visit home and put in random messages. Not a single note was left in the mailbox for missed delivery or no SMS either. The CS jokers said they are taking a complaint and escalating the matter. It was Saturday and till Monday 10PM nobody bothered to call or check. The package was not delivered.

            mailbox — worst service

            rediffmail is the most 3rd class mailbox i have ever seen...it does not log on instantly... what had happened to it i cannot understand...no person on earth should create an account in rediffmail.
            i think there is nobody in the management of blue dart courier is bothered to see these complaints very very shame.

              The bluedart courier office located at happy valley manpada gives me a call every morning from past 3 days but until now no one from them delivered me my courier.

              This is not the first time its happening with me. Everytime they do the same thing.

              Is there anyone who can teach them whats the meaning of sending an express product via courier.
              Even Indian post could had delivered it to me by today.

                Reg No - [protected], Booked On - 06.07.2012, Booked At - Mangalore to madurai, From today 09.07.2012 morning to evening i am trying madurai customer care[protected],71,73 - Frist they told me sir your consignment is in balgalore, then i asked when i can get the consignment because its too urgent, he told me that sir i did not know and kept the phone, then i call chennai customer care[protected] , first i heard computerised voice ...according to that i type the number then they connect to the call to customer care executive, they told me sir till your consignment is not reached bangalore , i will check the details and come back to you with in ten minutes and they note down my number also but i did not get any update from them.
                samething hpd...lot of times i called the same 3 nos...nobody pickedup...

                  I have sent a parcel containing of signed cheques at my home from Goa beliveing bluedart to be best and reliable courier service, delivery man delivered the cheque at wrong address, he himself signed the delivery note. I was unable to track the wrong delivery for 3 days.
                  i had to block the cheques.This is how bluedart functions.I want to take strict action on this

                    I got the sms from Bluedart curior service regarding the Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : 1976811 on 28 th June 2012. But I didn't get it in my chennai office addr stating that there is no department # or Extn #. I have called the Axis bank CC and Blue dart CC and updated my home address to deliver it. I have called BD CC on 30 June 2012 twice to know the status of the shipment and they confirmed me that i'll get it between 6:00pm to 6:30pm on 30th June itself. I didn't go out for my work and waiting for this but they are simply ignoring or exploiting the customers. very bad communication by BD.

                      I am expecting a parcel from Gurgaon from my office and they have dispatched the same on 21st of June but still I have not received the parcel. This is the 3rd time you are not delivering my stuff and without any intimation you are sending my shipment back to the senders address without my knowledge.

                      I spoke to your customer service today to esquire about the shipment they told me that it has not delivered because of wrong address. I am surprised If I am getting all the mails on my home address then why not from Blue Dart.If your office could not reach to me they could have called me for the pickup. I called up you Srinagar office but nobody is answering the calls. I tried the other number which is incorrect.

                      How could you do this? I can’t believe that Blue Dart is such a MNC and not delivering the promises.Atleast,a call to the customer.

                            Shipment that was marked as urgent/important was promised a delivery of 48 hours at the time of booking is now not expected to be delivered within 5 days.

                            We had made a shipment from Hyderababd to Proddathur on 14th June 2012 directly from the Bluedart Madhapur office (not through any agent). We were promised for a delivery time of maximum 48 hours and were charged Rs.350/- for the same. We found both the price very high and the delivery SLA slack given that destination is hardly 350 km away by Road. However, the shipment was important and we went by Bluedart because of the reliability.

                            Now, when we realised that the shipment is not yet delivered, we enquired with the Bluedart office at the destination. The representative says that the shipment will not be delivered till the next 3 days as they have delivery service in that place only on certain days of the week. For a delivery in 5 days, I could have gone for some other low cost service provider. The 5 days spans over a weekend -- and we could have actually travelled to hand over the package in person in that time.

                            The response of the people on phone is pathetic. They are not able to offer any alternatives and even on multilple requests have not passed on any numbers for escalation of the issue.

                            Caution one and all ---- dont dont ever assume that Bluedart would be reliable when making your shipments. It is overpriced, unreliable and has pathetic customer care.

                              I have been a regular Ibibo customer.I purchased 2 return Ibibo tickets Patna/Delhiand got a Gift Coupon No.ACFC1EF242D of Rs600 of Futurebazaar. I used this coupon and paid another Rs1199 to buy an item, Order No. [protected]. This money and the gift coupon has been digested by Futurebazaar as they save they have delivered the goods through Blue Dart. I have not received anything from Futurebazaar, Bluedart or Ibibo. Futurebazaar says they cannot do anything in this as their records say they have delivered the item to someone, even if it is not me. I did not expect Ibibo, that I have trusted so much in the past, to be a part of this swindling racket. Whoever has played the cheap trick, I am sorry to say, Ibibo has become a part of this. I may have to go to the Consumer Forum because this is total calculated fraud.

                                  My AWB Number [protected] dispatched on 25 th May from IDBI Bank SIkanderpur, Gurgaon Branch. On wesbite, this is shown delievered on 26 th May 2012 but I am not in recipt of this shipment!! To my strangest thought, it is shown on the website that it has been signed by me.

                                  An awful service I would say by Blue Dart, Gurgaon Office.

                                  Today is 1st June, I have still no clue where to go to search for this document.

                                  AP/HYD/37600/140 – Provident fund Claim

                                  With reference to the subject cited and reference given above, in Hyderabad. I left job due to my health reasons on 15.11.2009 & subsequently submitted my PF claim on 25.01.2010 (Receipt of Claim papers attached). But till date I have not received the amount in my account (State Bank of Hyderabad Bank – SB Account Number[protected],). It is 1 Year period completed since submission of my claim and still I have not received the claim amount.

                                  I have already confirmed with the banker for non-receipt of the amount.

                                      I was supposed to get a delivery by 28th of may as per the track order of bluedart,inspite of several calls and reminders the product was not delivered
                                      yet and im still not sure how long will this take to get delivered.

                                      I had a courier which was shipped from Hyderabad by ICICI lombard Destination city was Aligarh ( UP). courier no was AWB [protected], which was couriered on 27 dec 11. when i tracked my courier on 30 dec. in was showing ' incorrect add & no local ph. no.' I had immediately contacted the aligarh delivery office of blue dart, where the whow picked up the phone does not know any thing about courier receiving or delivery and said ' abhi to ladke feiled mein hain jab wapas ainge to pata karta hun.I gave him my contact no. next day again I called up their office same guy has picked up the phone again he has given the same answer that ' abhi to ladke feiled mein hain jab wapas ainge to pata karta hun. then i contacted their regional office in delhi customer care executive who picked up my phone had taken my phone no. & promised that it will be delivered soon. After a wait of a day I wrote a mail to their customer care in return i received a mail i again gave him my detail but I has no use they have pathetic communication & service now i see that my courier is sent back to the origin destination. that is really example pathetic service & callas attitude.

                                      Yes you are right, Even i have noticed many times that they dont know how to communicate with customers.

                                      What they do is they update in records that we tried to deliver but no one found that home but actually no one went to home till that day.
                                      They just update their system with false data to show how quick they are to deliver the item.

                                      took 3 days to deliver from delhi to aligarh.
                                      dtdc is much better then them.
