[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — Portal Id And Password

Sir,
I have forgotten my bsnl portal ID & password. Do not know how to recover it. I am not able to check my usage account. Pl. help.
i often get charged for extra usage, kindly help me out

What is "Portal ID"?

I have the bsnl dataone connection for about 3 months.
i have the 250 plan in which we got 1 GB of data for downloading and extra charges are applied on further downloading.
Yesterday, one of my friend told me that we can use BSNL portal to view our usage by typing portal id and password, when I asked him that how this id and password are obtained, he told me that these are provided at the time when the modem is installed, but that officer who as installed my modem have not given me any id or password, so i want to complain about this.
My Name is Mohit Agarwal and i am from Hapur(ghaziabad), my email id is mohit.[protected]@yahoo.com.
The dataone connection is provided on the landline no[protected].
this connection is in the name of my father Mr. Surender Kr. Agarwal

i am ANAND .i am using bsnl broad band under home plan 250

i have not received my portal id and password yet ...at the time of connection i received an acknowledgement in which i found my portal id but the password field was blank...

the bsnl workers working at rajajinagar(near navarang) bsnl office are not at helpfull
they dont give any information about it...

give my portal id and my password as early as possible...

how search to my potal id account
